Disappointed with this magagement company. The realtor and manager are the worst. One of the units, in our complex, (managed by Greenview) was broken into. None of the other residents were notified, and when the manager was questioned about security, the manager Evette Matos , responded by reminding the resident, you knew how bad the area was when you moved in... , not addressing any of the residents concerns. Shes very condescending. Their realtor (Christina) has a tendency to look down on potential clients. This company has had numerous complaints made to the State Attorney GENERAL.They will not respond to service requests, and frequently disclose your personal information to outside contractors, claiming thats it perfectly appropriate behavior. One of the units had a rock thrown at their window, saying that the damage would be coming out of that renters deposit, even though it wasnt the renters fault. Greenview also make threats and never follow through. The apartment manager cant even keep track of who lives where. The mailboxes are broken and we had mail stolen. It took the 48 days to fix my air conditioning unit. There were units and cars broken into, yet the company will not take the precautions to make the complex more secure. One of their 55 and over communities have had been having a problem with raw sewage spewing into some units and Greenview intially refused to do a proper bio cleanup. Had a roof leak that took them 2 months to attempt to fix. Upon moving out it was still leaking. They also deleted or hid their reviews on Facebook. I also had a leaking roof (for almost two months) which was never properly fixed only leading to mold and potential fire hazards. THE OWNER OF THIS MANAGEMENT CMANY PHYSICALLY WENT INTO ONE OF OUR EMPLOYERS TO COMPLAIN>.... Not right and unprofessional....See yelp for more info

Great apartments beautiful my friends just moved in everything is clean and brand spanking new. Pets are allowed at an additional charge my friends have a cat and small dogs are also allowed. Really close walk to main street with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby.
