Greystone in other cities:
Well I moved into Mission Matthews Place last week and had a list of things wrong with the apartment that needed immediate fixing. The valet waste container was missing. A new one was ordered but still waiting for it and so I’m paying for a service I am not using. I understood the apartment was not renovated but I didn’t think that the cabinets in bathrooms and kitchen were so old and in bad shape! The dishwasher was filled with water at the bottom. I thought maybe 7 or 10 years since this place was last renovated, but this seems older and smell awfully strong of roaches when you open the doors! Also, the stove is age old! When I moved in only one burner and the oven worked. The stove is now fixed but it’s super old but functional enough. There were more issues it was a long list for a small apartment!!I like the layout and spaciousness of this floorplan but for the conditions that I came into, with the conditions of everything being old, odorous on my food and dishes, missing and not functioning, I’m really disappointed, myMonthly payments for this apartment is seriously OVER PRICED!The staff is great! They are helpful, I understand they are new management but why was I moved in with the apartment under said conditions. And the horrible thing is, I never had the chance to see the apartment before moving in. I basically paid deposit for something I never had the chance to observe. Only the model apartment which is a FAR CRY from what I moved into!
Having my daughter and son-in-law living in the complex, and telling us how great it is here, we were sold right away. Several neighbors have stopped and talked to us about their excellent experience living here. We have all ready had some maintenance issued taken care of. Katina has been very responsive to questions. We are looking forward to our own pleasant experience.
For what you pay it’s worth it. It’s quiet, but it does take some work yourself to make it cleaned, and fixed how you want it to be. They won’t take the initiative, BUT are very responsive in maintenance to fix what you need and change what you want changed, but needing to call them to change things that are broken after you move in instead of before is a reason a star is gone. People are nice here, always parking. I’ve lived with roommates in better places but also paid more, so a place by yourself with a price you’re limited with, this is great.
My girlfriend and I have lived here for two years now. The first year was pretty good, other than the cheap appliances constantly breaking and having to place 5+ work orders. But now we have new neighbors above us that are very very loud and due to them taking the cheap route with construction we can hear them all hours of the day above us stomping and yelling, and the office will not do anything about it…. We are being forced to break our lease and pay a bunch of money due to this. There is no insulation between the floors so you will hear your neighbors and you will hear people outside. We can hear maintenance talking outside from inside our apartment. I wouldn’t move in unless you don’t mind noise. I also wouldn’t believe too many of the good reviews as the office was giving out $10 dunkin gift cards to people who left good reviews….
Great place to live and lots of storage. Only been here for two months and only a few complaints. I’ve tried for the last month to get actual exterminators over because there have been sounds in my ceilings and walls all they did was send someone over to put steel wool in any small openings... and they didn’t even where a mask in my apartment. Parking is horrible in some building and maintenance will take all the closest spots and have no regard for the tenants who live in those buildings. The smoke outside the building and it’s gross. Even though this is a “smoke free” community my entire hallway stinks of cigarettes and cigars.
Ive had a pretty good experience so far, definitely a lot better of an apartment than my last place. A lot of square footage for a pretty decent price as well (I received a deal where I got $100 of my rent each month). The only complaint that comes to mind is that the maintenance can sometimes take a day or two to come by, but have always come quick in the event of an emergency.
Awful group of people here. Between the woman in the office with no respect and little Organization and ex convict maintenance staff who got in my face about my designated parking spot which was occupied by his personal truck. Then I parked somewhere else since he wouldnt move and they put a giant pink sticker on my car which didnt come off until I had to pay someone to remove. This place should be a worst case scenario if you are looking for a place to rent from.
Since moving in less than a month ago, my husband and I have collectively said, I just love our apartment more times than I can count. The apartment is spacious and comes with all of the amenities that we were looking for. The Brighton location is in convenient proximity to any store that we could ever need, and if the store isnt in the immediate area, the 590 is just 2 minutes away that can get us anywhere we need to go. So far, so good!
Dont move here if you have any allergies, asthma, or respiratory issues. These buildings DO NOT have proper ventilation at all. The kitchen gets smokey because the overhead vent barely does anything. Same with the bathroom vents, so prepare to be damp. To make matters worse, Im pretty sure the bathroom ventilation shares a duct with the neighbors unit so I get some interesting smells from them. Its gotten so toxic in here I notice I start coughing after I come back indoors after being outside for a while. This place is gross and I look forward to leaving for somewhere more modern, for less rent. Dont pay for the good school district if you dont have kids. This place is a f***ing scam.
I moved to Roanoke for work, and was on a time limit. When I arrived to my Pebble Creek apartment, I found that the ‘renovated’ apartment was anything but. It was run down and hadn’t been cleaned. When I brought this to the attention of the woman I’d been working with, Brandy, she IMMEDIATELY spoke to her manager and made me a list of available renovated apartments throughout the development. Within the same afternoon she had a new lease set up and I was in a properly renovated apartment. She even fought for me on deposits and insisted they transfer! Had it not been for her, I would’ve left. I was so worried I would have to ‘suck it up’ because paperwork had already been signed but my concerns were recognized and alleviated. Would recommend solely for Brandy’s care!
I was initially please with the service from the leasing representative and found her very professional in explaining what Spring Valley had to offer.Things went very wrong once I had agreed to take the apartment. The apartment I leased was no where near the model I’d seen or the YouTube presentation of those models.. Everything about this apartment is old and outdated, the painting and decor was a total mess. Windows have plastic tape and shows signs of moisture. Interior paint is slapped all over from walls to woodwork. The exterior has no curb appeal, probably the worst looking building in the entire complex. Cement curbs have big chunks missing and are accident prone, I get the feeling they we’re looking for someone to pass this unit on to and I arrived just in time. I have been assured the issues I made known will be addressed, however this was on September 18th. Things still look the same to me. I have doubts I will be at this apartment more than one lease term unless I see some improvements. My advise don’t lease until you see the actual unit, not a model or video of said apartment.
Very disappointed from this place …We pay much more than any surrounding apartments with a bad service and ignorance for your complains..You pay much but take lessNo Services here compared to the other compounds , no summer pool , heaters got shutdown 3 times in the last winter for no reason , the worest dishwashers ever , when you have a damaged electrical appliance they replace them with an old used one not new one like others do ….
Bummer for first appartment experience. Not lived in pebble creek more than 2 weeks and people are letting themselves in without notice while Im at work. The walls are paper thin. Paying 100 more a month for enhanced lighting but I gotta supply my own for most of the apartment. Big move in specials sign out front but the apartment i found up for sale wasnt available, but of course this enhanced one was (feels like a car dealership). They took the washer and dryer out and tried to rent me one that plugs into the sink for 40/mo more and Im already 100 over expected.. Bedroom carpet full of pet urine and I do blacklight art - now I just feel gross sleeping in my room. The roofing to the patio looks like someone shot a cannonball through it and i got a phone call saying someone was to come on x day - they never came, and now people are leaving notes on my couch telling me to schedule an appointment.
Lived there for a year. Apartments were average, nothing to argue about it even though the rent was very high. Once you live there for a year, they will try find a reason where they will increase prices drastically as it happen before I left. Price for the same apartment had a $400 increase and utilities not included (previously utilities were included and rent was $400 lower). If you refer somebody for those apartments, they will find to avoid paying you for that referral like it happened to me. They brought a poster in our apartments where it was listed that you will get $500 as a bonus if you refer somebody but then considering that I was leaving they told me that the bonus only goes towards your rent and we dont offer it in cash or bank. The only way of their promotion was that poster, there was no link or anything like this where they would list all the details of the campaign and when I told them that this is not fair, they told me that they cant include all the information in the poster.Oh, one more thing, be careful with the showers, after a few minutes in a shower you might get burnt because water always comes way too hot (not sure if this one is done intentionally to make you get out of shower and not use the water). I got burnt twice because of that.Oh, another one. A $10 gift card wont really change the reviews so stop that practice and focus more on understanding your tenants.I moved to a different place which probably is worse than Greystone apartments in terms of quality but at least I am paying half of the price for it.
This is a fairly mediocre apartment rental and the move in process was typical. They get you in the unit fast (to get that first month’s payment of course) but don’t expect anything else to move that quickly. I moved in a week and a half ago and have yet to receive my mailbox keys! Nor has any of the previous tenant damages in the unit been fixed/addressed as I was promised it would. I’m not completely surprised by this given how outdated and rundown most of the apartment is, but it’s still a bit annoying as some of the damage is a nuisance to daily life.Overall, seems like a nice community of folks and the office staff does the best they can with what they got. It seems safe enough as well and good for families. I appreciate the location as well as it’s close to everything! Three stars for safety, location, and friendly community/staff.
My family and I had just moved into the Rochester area in January 2018 and had to find an apartment just as winter begun! The guys in the front office were great, Sara showed us the apartment on Friday and we moved in on the following Monday, it was a really easy, hassle free experience especially with an 18 month year old baby. I cannot fault them, every time I have called, theyve been helpful. The snow is removed during winter and the grass and the landscaping is kept really nicely during summer. The apartment is really comfortable through winter or summer in terms of temperature. Really great environment to live in and watch my son grow.
Been here for a year now and have experienced great service from maintenance and the office. Megan initially toured us when we were looking. Her communication is what made us go with Greystone. I referred a coworker to Megan and she was efficient in following up with him that day - got him in his apartment the following week! Very pleased with leasing office and their eagerness to assist where they can. I will continue to recommend & look forward to renewing.
The people who work here are great, really nice and super attentive. Any minor issues we have had were immediately addressed the same or next day. The complex is quiet and clean, which I really appreciate, and our apartment is in great condition. First apartment as newlyweds and we are extremely happy to be here.
We had several issues during our move in. The mailbox key did not work, screens were missing, a lock didn’t work to the patio, there is crayon and chalk on the walls but the main issue was the washing machine where the glass door was completely shattered. I cut myself on the glass as it went everywhere when the door was opened. Thankfully they did come replace the door but they left the inside of the machine still coated in broken glass...
I have been here three years and it is a really nice complex. The 2-bed apartment I have has updated appliances and hardwood floors and it is spacious. It is a quiet complex with access to the Freeway and Erie Canal. Location is just great! The maintenance is very prompt if you need so and in winters, snow is removed regularly. You can pay extra to get a carport as well. Sometimes parking can be a problem if you dont have a carport, but nothing major and the apartment has taken steps to give cars tags so that other vehicles are not parked here. Overall a wonderful experience.
Apartment was rushed, still needed Maintenance done to closet doors. Kitchen sink looks horrible, as well as cabinets under the sink. Very Disappointed. Wrote a letter to the front office explaining the issue stating “ is this why I’m paying $901, seriously. I could stayed were I was originally. Seriously thinking about breaking my lease ASAP. I wouldn’t suggest this apartment to anyone.
Some minor bumps in the road but office staff and maintenance have been much more pleasant than probably I might have been (thank you for that btw) coupl concerns 1 there is a tile or two missing in master bath making the others pop up and shift, 2. I need a bidet for medical reasons what can I do in this situation? Thank you for doing your best.
The apartments here are very nice! I got plenty of space in a 1-bedroom apartment, with solid appliances and hardwood floors. I also loved the location of the area: close to a bus stop and exit ramp for a freeway, while still quiet and out of the way. I also appreciated the closeness to a canal walking trail. Finally, the staff here is helpful, and a joy to interact with!
These apartments are great and the ladies that work in the front office are super nice and easy to work with. I have lived in an updated 2BD/2BR w/ den for a year and a half, currently moving into a smaller one bedroom. The apartments are a little pricey but you get a good amount of room, updated appliances, new engineered hardwood flooring, new cabinets, etc. My favorite is having a washer and dryer located directly in the unit. Between that and the location, that is amazing. People complaining on here about the apartments not being updated, you can see on the website and when comparing pricing, which units have been completely revamped. This is most likely consumer error by getting the cheapest apartment available without any renovations. The only thing I have an issue with is parking. Thats a little insane for how many apartments they have in here and having staff check the lots to tag/tow cars that are taking up spots that should be reserved for tenants is lacking. This would be about my only and greatest concern, because it can be avoided to a certain extent. I see a few people on here also complaining about other tenants stomping or yelling. This is something that you deal with in apartment buildings. Unless you are in a $2,500+ a month loft, these are people complaining with ridiculous expectations. I, myself, work at night and sleep during the day. Am I supposed to complain? Perhaps, in a world where its all about me..which isnt this one.
We have lived at greystone for a few months now and absolutely love it! The staff is so kind and helpful. We have had to edit our lease three times(I was added to the lease, a car was added and our dog) and every time was a breeze! The apartments are spacious and comfortable and its quiet. We never have issues with neighbors or anyone elses pets. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
I just want to thank Brandi from the Lofts at Strickland Glen. Brandi was very helpful and answered all of questions while searching for a place to live. Even while we are going through the this pandemic. She was a pleasure to work with and stayed on top of everything. Brandi really made this an easy decision for me to move in. She is the BEST!!!! Brandi, you ROCK!!!
The apartment units are outdated. The carpets havent been cleaned in years. The moldings are cracked and black. The drains clog 24/7. Maintenance is useless and they enter your apartment whether youre there or not, without saying anything. Its beyond over priced for what it is. Theres always the aroma of drugs in the air and other tenants having a screaming match. They try to fit as many people as possible into these apartments so come night time there is ZERO Parking. You either park three units down from your building or you park along the grass and risk getting towed... Which you have to pay out of your own pocket for! If I could rate this a negative 5 stars I would and than some. If your some broke college student I still wouldnt recommend this overly expensive and run down complex.
The apartments are very nice, even though our floor was warped and broken when we moved in. The laundry machines are very nice and continent. The office staff was very helpful when we moved in and they are all very friendly. We have had to put in one mainetence request and it was resolved very quickly. I think it overpriced, but not too bad. Overall, I am pleased with the apartments.
I lived here for 18 months and I can say without any hesitation that this is one of the worst apartments in Rochester areas in every aspect.1. It is hugely overpriced-do not trust the online numbers- they overcharge for everything; there is a move out fee and when you lease is up, they add up to 50-60 dollars without any reason. They have a fee for everything. They will invent fees for things you would never imagine.2. The office staff are nice, but only at the beginning. As soon as you sign the contract, they will treat you like garbage.3. They intentionally put errors in the contract to their advantage-BE CAREFUL, if you make the mistake of choosing to live here, be sure that you read every paragraph.4. Some tenants are awful; we have two neighbors who make extreme noises and do not clean their dog feces in the hallway.5. The washers and cleaners in the basement are garbage, full of mold and eat your money almost every time.
Just moved into this very beautiful complex and as of right now Im am very pleased. Managment is very courteous and keeps you alert as of to what is happening in the community. Erica has especially made my moving experiences go very smoothly. She was very helpful with all of my paperwork.
Friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way to take care of things .... when you can get hold of them. My only quibble is that the emails invite residents to get in touch, but offer no email address. Youre invited to give them your cellphone number so you can text them .. texts that go unanswered. Youre invited to call the office - a call that inevitably goes to voicemail and more often than not is not returned. My sense is that the office staff may be short-handed...
I don’t recommend. The management is fine but every detail in the apartment seem hostile.Layout is awkward. The dishwasher door blocks the space in front of the sink. If you flush the plates before putting them In the dishwasher (the dishwasher is too outdated to handle food debris), you have to stand on the left of the sink, reach over to the sink, then reach further over to the dishwasher. The dishwasher door also blocks the cabinet under the sink where the dishwashing detergent logically belongs. The washing machine and dryer are in a closet next to the entrance. Because the apartment door and the closet door block each other, you have to close the closet door before opening the apartment door. However, the closet door must be open when the dryer is in use because the ventless dryer exhausts heat inside. So you have to carefully balance the openness of the two doors when you leave the apartment while doing laundry. The cabinets are razor sharp. Every time I brush my hands on the inside edge of the cabinets I get some abrasion. The bathtub filler faucet also drew blood.Electrical outlets don’t grip the plug well.
My husband and I moved to Greystone Apartments from a not-so-great apartment closer to downtown Rochester, and we couldnt be happier. Greystone is very friendly to University of Rochester students - when we signed our lease, we were given a discounted fee because my husband is a grad student at UofR. Besides that perk, theres helpful and efficient management, prompt maintenance assistance, clean grounds, spacious units, and a quiet neighborhood. Best apartment complex Ive lived in, for sure.
Don’t do it. This place is way too expensive for what you get. I lived there for a year, 700sqft apartment for $984 a month.. kitchen and bathroom were outdated. Rent for the next year went up to $1,008 but they gave us a $5 off coupon for our upcoming rent a month.. all I could do was laugh. Our neighbors dogs would bark constantly until around midnight sometimes, the neighbor below us played music so loud it rattled our floor. Parking was scarce, we would constantly have to park in visitor parking far away from our building. If I’m paying that much I want to park in front of my own building. People without parking permits would constantly park in resident parking. Office staff said they do parking audits.. yet it was an every day occurrence. Our apartment did not have a washer and dryer so we had to use the tiny ones in the basement that cost way too much.. it was $2 for the washer and $1.75 for the dryer. 100% NOT worth it, but maintenance was great.
Greystone is a lovely and safe place to live at for a long time. I lived there for 5 years with my family. The people at the management office are wonderful helpful and very easy to work with. They always listen and pay attention to my questions and concerns.I had really good experiences with the stuff and maintenance workers who are always ready to help. Any maintenance issue will be efficiently done at the most the next business day if not the same day. So impressive!!They are working hard to update and upgrade (renovate) units for your comfort. Like new flooring, carpets, cabinets, etc. All will be done before the move in date. And outside work is done neatly such as crass and pestecide application. No ants, No mice, no mosquitoI highly recommend this place for everyone. Lovely and quite place for students like myself, families, couples, single, etc. Greysrine is PET friendly. The location is great. At the conected point between brighton, henrietta, and pitsford. Very close to MCC, St. John Fisher. And RIT. Also, About 10 minutes away from the canal walk trail.
Spent 1 year at Greystone, and everything went very well. The management is excellent and the maintenance staff are unbelievable. They come very quickly, and everything is done right the first time.Everyone goes out of their way to satisfy you.And they are very dog friendly.Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREYSTONE TO EVERYONE.
I have lived at Greystone for almost 3 years now and love it. It is safe, the maintainance staff does an AMAZING job with plowing and keeping up with everything, and everyone in the office is easy to work with. I would highly recommend living in this great area in Greystone apartments!
I normally don’t post reviews, but I have to certainly say that the environment, management and services; here at Greystone is Awesome.I have been living here for some time now, and I can say that the Managment (Brittany, Tina & Sara) from the leasing office and (David) from the Maintenance are very helpful and always accomadating. They all go out of there way to do the best for there tenants.
The Staff at Greystone were helpful when looking for a new apartment. Sara H. in particular, from the leasing office was extremely helpful and considerate of what we were looking for in an apartment/townhome and our needs for moving in regards to move in dates. Sara took us on multiple tours in the complex, both apartments and townhomes, finding what best fit our needs and wants for our new home. Anything we had questions on, she was quick to answer by phone or email. We look forward to living at Greystone and extremely pleased with the service the Greystone staff has given us.
I have the prettiest, clean, sunny and cheerful little apartment. I just love it! I downsized from a home in the countryside and feel so free and close to everything! Best, when something breaks, I just pick up the phone and someone comes to fix it—usually on that same day! Life is easy. I feel free!
This is the worst place I ever lived!!!!! For paying $1300 per month. Poor up keep. ALOT OF MATINANCE ISSUES. Live in upstairs apartment and heard people downstairs stomping and yelling at all hours of day and night. COMPLAINED TO OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! Their way of taking care of issues is a joke. They have the nerve to call them self a great apartment community. HUGE RIP OFF!!!!!
I am happy with the place I living at and enjoy talk to new people are very nice and kind and respectful .but at night it’s getting to noisy for me and I can’t get a lots of sleeping I have light in my room and cars drive all night to and from and I just need asking people be move quicker for me
I love my place so far I just feel even with everything that is going that things I requested on the first day should have been completed by now I got the keys on the 9th and that day I informed of no knob on the closet door to the washer and it still has not been replaced I also informed them my mail box key do not work and I still dont have one therefore I have not been able to transfer my mail I am trying to be patient is the reason I have not said any thing else and lastly it shows I have a balance of $145 when infact I should have a credit of $5 I was told it would be taking care of but once I log on it is still there I do feel once everything is taking care of I will e joy my home
Not a very good experience so far. They pushed my move in date back by 9 days due to renovations and my apartment has some faults that were over looked. I have reached out to the office on three separate occasions and turned in my evaluation of everything that is wrong with the apartment, and I have yet to had anyone come to fix/replace anything! Lets hope the rest of my year with the apartment complex is not this same experience.

2022-04-05Per pictures the establishment is very nice. Theyre just ok actuallyFor what were paying to live here, you would expect to have upgrades. The hallway in my building stinks 90% of the time. Our laundry room is disgusting. Maintenance didnt clean it. I dont recall anywhere lease that states thats our job. Our basement leaks. The bathroom in my apartment is very small. I also want allowed to see my apartment until my move in date. The walls are thin. Maintenance smells like weed, I turned one guy around because of the smell. Reported to the office. They have a bedbug dog. Never heard or seen anything like that in my life.Im currently looking for another place. Thanks but no thanks

2022-06-05I am very disappointed that building 141 still smells very strongly of smoke. Several tenants have asked that the one fan be rotated and it hasn’t. I have to think that your Maintenance department has more than one fan.It would be very beneficial to put out an email or some form of communication to advise what is going on.

2022-01-28Honestly one of the worst places I’ve lived in.Neighbors are constantly loud, theres been a domestic violence situation in one of the apartments nearby and they scream at each other and the police have arrived for it in the past. I can hear my upstairs neighbors constantly walking around 24/7 without exaggerating whatsoever I had to start taking sleeping meds because it keeps me up all night. My other neighbors have constantly left their garbage in the hallways overnight into the next day causing the building to smell terribly. It took me contacting the leasing office multiple times for something to be done about it.Whoever lived in my apartment before was a smoker and the hallways still smells 6 months later and there’s yellow residue dripping down the walls. Upon asking the leasing office for an air purifier since I have asthma and then saying it was probably from the last tenant, they denied my request for the air purifier.Windows have so many drafts but heat is expensive so there’s not much that can be done for that.I’ve had packages opened and items stolen from me in the mailroom and upon calling the leasing office they told me there’s nothing that they can do about it and people make mistakes. The apartments are so dark there’s only two windows in total in the one bedrooms and it’s constantly dark and feels like you’re in a basement. They look nothing like the show rooms, which is to be expected but the floors buckle and warp, there were paint spots all over the place.I will definitely be looking for a new place as soon as I can, the amount of rent that I’m paying versus what is provided to tenants is a rip off in my opinion.I wouldn’t trust a lot of the positive reviews bc the office was offering free gift cards in exchange for positive reviews. Wouldn’t wish it upon anyone to live here.

2022-05-01This is not the place we live. My complex is Mission Matthews in Charlotte, NC. They sent me an email with this link. 🤷♀️ I give them a 2 stars so far because my water is still brown and they haven’t responded to a single repair request I’ve made.

2022-06-23My only concern to date is that there are abandon homes with garbage and unattended property that could lead do you infestation have rodents and insects. I am concerned that to date nothing has been done to take care of the situations.

2022-01-03Unfortunately they have an outstanding problem with mice and large black ants ! the exterminator only can step up for a pesticide job on Wednesdays which is too late and it does not seem to work so far ! Nice office staff and maintenance workers! If you are in the market to rent a townhouse from them just make sure that the basement is finished properly if you are looking to use the basement for any family`s activities .The only positive thing about Greystone is it`s good school district which makes them ask for the max renting prices to their old units.

2021-08-23My boyfriend and I moved in October 2019 and thought these apartments were great. We live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom on the first floor and while they are very spacious the walls are paper thin. Originally we thought we were getting a great deal for what the apartment comes with..walk in closet, large master bedroom, washer and dryer...however in the last few years this complex as a whole has severely declined. All of the appliances are so cheap that they break continuously and maintenance only does super cheap repairs...leading to the appliances breaking all over again. Its a continuous cycle which could be fixed if they just invested money into actually fixing things, but they dont. Weve recently had a whole family move into the apartment above us and they are super noisy at all hours of the day. They stomp around and wake us up at 3am quite frequently which is not ideal when you work a full time job and have to be there at 9am. We have spoken to the leasing office and they did absolutely nothing for us. The only question we got was well are they partying up there? and while the answer was no, noise is still noise. The girls working in the leasing office seemed to totally disregard all of our complaints because the family above us isnt partying. They also do not have any other apartments for us to move into here so our only other option is to break our lease and move to a different complex. They told us it would cost the equivalent of 2 months rent ($2400) to break our lease which contradicts everything stated in our lease. Our apartment has essentially become unlivable due to the noise levels and the fact that our entire apartment literally shakes as they stomp around upstairs, and management has done nothing to assist which is disgusting. Aside from all of this, the leasing office has also sent emails to current residents urging them to write positive reviews on multiple renting websites in exchange for Dunkin Donuts gift cards. So my advice to anyone reading these positive reviews thinking this is a good place to live - THINK AGAIN.

2021-06-16Everything was smooth from searching for the apartment, signing the lease, and moving in. I moved from NYC so everything was online and virtual and it was easy. Great experience as a new resident and the welcome large cheese pizza when we moved in was a very nice touch. Beautiful apartment with dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit all clean and rare to find. Very clean upon move in. Very quiet community and very nice neighbours. Me and my family love it so far!
