GRIT is a reliable solutions based company with a personal touch that lets you know they care about your clients experience just as much as you do. With 19 Branches across 7 states, pest pressures are different and each branch is a bit different. GRIT has done a phenomenal job understanding the nuance in each branch and helping come up with ways to ensure our customers receive what they need when they need it. 2022-06-10We were introduced to Grit by a colleague, and thank God we were. Our growth has increased our call volume significantly as well as prime season for termites. Having Grit on board has been a game changer. Our customers always talk to a person. Margaret and Sarah have been so easy to work with. 2022-06-13We have been using GRIT for a year now! It was a great upgrade from the service we previously used. GRIT has been more than an answering service- they are more of an extension of our company. The agents are well versed- in not only customer service but Pest Control!Sarah is always responsive and on top of communication in regards to our needs here at Cowleys. Stepping into the Pest Control field, they were able to provide me with training to become an effective CSR. Working hand in hand with such passionate people like Liz, Yessenia, and Shavon; it really makes a difference to have such a positive attitude like theirs in someones life who has been thrown everything but the kitchen sink at them!
