Fairly well stocked, good service when needed. Somewhat pleasant staff.
Chavaniey and Michele are just outstanding employees.
I come here to pick up staple items such as milk, bread and bananas. The location itself is in need of a massive update. There is no deli or bakery here that I noticed. They do not carry gluten free specific foods. The checkout stands are really small and if there is bad weather or a holiday coming up, I suggest you get there early or shop elsewhere. The staff however is consistently the same and quite welcoming. Ive not had bad service from them yet in 4 years of being a patron.
Good prices & good service
Dismissive manager, cashiers not trained to smile or be pleasant to customers, several items without sticker price or shelf price( illegal). Because of its cramped space several advertised items are unavailable but never crossed off weekly shelf tag. I only patronize this establishment because I can only walk that far.
I love to shop here because the prices are much lower than the supermarkets near my area. They have a lot of variety products that wont break the bank. Overall, Ill recommend this place to anyone looking for reasonable prices
I got all the items on sale.
Management invested money into the propery to make the store look appealing from the outside. The inside is dirty & run-down. I do not like to shop here for those reasons as well as: poor selection of organic produce as well as the non-organic, funky odors inside the store, aisles very tight & shopping carts will not fit between the cashier rows. I will shop here only as a last resort.
I mean, this supermarket is ok, but the only problem there is that, the cashiers there talk wayyy to much, and thats what keeps the long lines long. If they would stop talking to each other so much, things can move way faster. And I know this because I go there and shop Every single Week.
Its a clean and easy to find everything store. The staff is friendly and patient with you. I go there weekly for my family. Awesome store they really step up there game.

Cashiers are extra sweet, helpful & friendly! Otherwise prices are inflated, produce is poor, expired frozen & bottled goods etc.. Great for absolute must haves on last minute meals!
Ok this keyfood needs a serious renovation. Please either bring self checkout machine or hire more employees.i only had to get 3 items and the line was crazy and had to wait 34 mins...its ridiculous. Please avoid shopping at this store if u are in hurry esp. in the evening.
The cashiers are only polite to specific customers and the store is arranged completely different from any other food store. Why would sugar be with the fruit? Just strange.

Good prices, many varieties of products, everything well organized and easy to find, the attention of the staff is good. Whenever I need to buy necessary things I visit this place. For a purchase of 50 they give you a hand sanitizer.

2021-02-13Aisles are too small to navigate. Not to mention all the boxes they put in the aisles to make it more difficult. Also they have sign s up for products that were on sale last week.

2017-05-11I like this supermarket even though it is not the most modern store. Its clean, the prices are average and the produce is fresh. The lines arent usually very long and most of the registers are usually open. The aisles are small and it could probably be organized a bit better, but overall not a bad place to shop.

2020-03-11I’m a US army specialist.. Yesterday While I was purchasing some items (wearing ordinary clothes) I approached a store worker and asked about one of their products.. He wasn’t polite.. and gave me a whole story as to how I should of known about that.. He also made assumptions and expected me to know as if I amLiving there.. I’m going to have some of these people removed soon.. I expect to see better customer service next time I enter there.. Key foods is not as it used to be..but soon, Order will be restored.

2020-05-30Ive been coming here for years and recently noticed that the cashiers tend to scan items more then once. This has happened on a few occasions with them willfully knowing what they are doing. This needs to stop before it gets reported. Reasons I shop elsewhere.

2020-05-12Thank you to the workers for their service during this pandemic. The Cashiers are friendly. Its my local keyfood and its alright. The meat section has a rancid smell to it and a majority of the packaged meat has a greyish and greenish shade to it. Otherwise it has most of what I need. My preference is the keyfood on crossbay in howard beach 😶
