My husband just started working here a few months ago and loves it! They are treated great and really take care of their employees.
I want to give 0 stars. I came here 10:45am to deliver a load and now is 07:10 and am stil waiting for dock. DISCASTING Worst fasility ever. Stay away from it
Have overnight parking for drivers, unload was fast and customer service was great. Easy in and out with a lot of space to park.

Slow.slow.slow. dry vans... make sure you have a crowbar.. there will be a lot of nails on the floor... on the DO NOT GO list.... ABSOLUTELY

Truck Drivers Beware. Refuse all loads coming here unless you are willing to waste a whole day waiting to be unloaded. No detention pay!
Driver had a 12:00 appointment, checked in at 10:30, empty at 12:00.
They will make you wait doesnt matter of your appointment because they are taking local deliveries before taking you in, for me 4 hours CHARGE THEM as much as possible, worst of the worst
Never taking this load again. Truckers who are dropping trailers are waiting hours to hook different trailer.SAD
Very slow , shipping and receiving, dry van have to be ready to spend hours to pull nails out.
With 9am delivery appointment it is 1pm and driver still there and they do not move.
They dont even deserve 1 star. It is now 11 pm, I have been here since 10:30 am.

2020-08-17I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. Had an awesome experience compared to a lot of places. Got there at 11:50 for a noon appointment. Got a door immediately. Unloaded and left at 1300.And yes, the load was secured to the floor by a ton of nails. But, they pulled off all the boards and all the nails and the trailer had some dust in it, but overall it was pretty much entirely clean. I had to pick up one tiny piece of Styrofoam and it was in perfect condition.

2019-05-28I’ve read all the bad reviews and have to say that my experience was way different! Arrived night before, pleasant place to sleep! My appointment was 10 am, but checked in @7:15 and was immediately in the door. They were DONE by 945am!! Yes they used lots nails, but u don’t want to do this without them!! Thanks GAURDIAN for a great experience, hope to work with you again!!!

2018-11-05Team drivers had delivery appt. for 7AM (were on time) now is 3PM and we still dont have a dock. Joe in receiving is extremely rude. They unload their local trucks right away and ignore other trucks. Stay away from them, time killers.

2018-01-25Appointments are given wrong based on the receiving guy. Appt was given to me at noon. They r saying my appt isnt till 4. They have 3 or 4 people working on loading and unloading trucks n trains. Make sure your appointment time is right.Update, the trailer i have is a brand new trailer. The load was secured with 2x4s n nails. The pulled the 2x4s n left over 70 nails sticking out that took 2 hrs to get out.

2020-02-24Two stars because they didnt take too long to unload, but they did trash my trailer. The other reviewers were right, plan on spending about two hours getting the trash out and pulling more nails then you can imagine

2018-10-26I got loaded in Kingsburg California then had to make a delivery at Geneva New York thats 2775 miles, I miss calculated my hours had to do a reset, I showed up a day later, Instantly the receiver will cut me off and told me we all have personal problems without one bit of feelings. The results I got Stuck there for over 13 hrs and got released around 5am with very little sleep. This place is really something... Avoid if possible!!!

2018-08-04Owner operators do not take a load to this place for any money. You will lost a day and a next load. Company drivers be prepared to wait for hours

2018-01-2301/23/18 very slow pace drivers Avoid this glass company or if you are coming ask for a $1000 extra for the waiting day e log is not helping you either. I am at a door for 3 hours trey havent started loading me yet.

2018-06-143 hrs still waiting for door.Update: Loaded after over 6 hrs!Loading regulars and drop trailers 3-5x while I sat. This is why people go postal.
