I own property in NYC but live overseas. As such, Jeff at Guardian Property has been my property manager for several years now. He’s very professional, communicative, and responsible. Every year we discuss whether or not I’ll be renewing my contract with Guardian Property; total waste of time because I always do!Whether it’s a renovation, flood, change of tenants, or anything else, I know I’m in good hands with Guardian Property.

Working with Jeff and the Guardian team has been incredible for us. They are very responsive and make sure you know you are heard and important. Jeff comes ready with solutions so as not to have a ton of back and forth and waiting. He has helped us get things resolved quickly and done right. We are sorry to be leaving New York because we loved working with Guardian (specifically Jeff) and will miss our amazing apartment that has been our home for the past several years. Having lived in NYC for nearly a decade, I can confidently say that Guardian has been our best mgmt company yet and is such a relief considering problems that have occurred with other landlords. Theyre a gem!

Jeff was a great manager of the building we lived in for 7 years. He was always professional and prompt in responding to any issues that came up and they would be resolved quickly. Paying rent online was super easy and I would recommend finding an apartment through Guardian and Jeffs team to anyone.

I can say without a doubt that Guardian Property Management are of the finest landlords/ realty companies I have worked with in the 5 boroughs. Jeff and his team make the annoying task of finding a new place a stress-free and easy experience. As landlords, they are very responsive to all maintenance requests, and consistently had addressed the problem in less than a few days.I highly recommend using GPM.

After living in 6 different properties in 7 years in Brooklyn, working with Jeff and Guardian was by far the easiest and best relationship Ive had. Management was always responsive and helpful, and I was grateful to have an honest and upfront landlord. When looking for an apartment in NYC again, I will definitely start with these folks.

Guardian property always made me feel well taken care of as a tenant. Any issue that came up with our space was always taken care of right away. The team at guardian are always a text or call away and so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend their services.

Ive been with Guardian for the past 6 years and have no complaints! Sunday afternoon my water heater went out and Jeff immediately texted me back and had somewhere there to fix it at my first availability. This is one of many examples. First time in 20 years of NYC Ive felt that my landlord is on my side.
