I did a phone order for some slides that were otherwise back-ordered on the Gucci website, and thanks to Angelo, the experience was smooth and seamless. He was able to process my purchase and have my item shipped within 1 business day. My only issue was he wasn’t able to provide a tracking number and we all know a signature is required for delivery. So I had to sign up for a FedEx account and planned accordingly to be home for delivery. Thanks Angelo for your courtesy and professionalism.Regards, Nastashia Russ
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. 1 star is WAY too much for the horrible service I receive from Gucci Manhasset. I received a belt as a Christmas gift I went to exchange it on 12/26 and they did not have my size in the store. I was assured it would be in their shipment 3 days later and they will ship it to my house. I had to have it shipped to my house due to me working 2 jobs and not having a day off, also I live more than an hour away. Well 5 weeks later I still have no belt, my money is still missing and no one is giving me answers. Even my sales representative won’t answer my texts. I have called client services so many times and they have no answers for the way this store is acting. Client services is embarrassed from the service I am receiving and said they have never seen such horrible service from a store. They put multiple emails out to this store, the manager and even the regional manager!!! Still no one has called me about my money or the belt!! This behavior is SO unacceptable from a luxury, high fashion store. My money has been stolen at this point. Its a simple belt thats in stock everywhere else, not a custom car. I will never return to this location or even shop at Gucci again period. Disgusting and unacceptable.
Gucci Americana is the worst. Bought a cross body bag as a gift. Said they had two in stock. After paying could not find either bag. Told us they could order from Boston and will have in 2 days(Friday). No call or call back to my inquires. Finally 5 working days later I get a call back from the store manager Bobbi Krieger. The bag shows up at the store a week later after no one has the ability to track it. Go to pick up the bag and the manager didn’t even know it was there. An associate brings us the bag as the manager is apologizing. She then insults me. Worst experience ever. Ended up going to Louis next door and being treated like royalty. Never Again will we buy Gucci due to the treatment from the Manhasset location.
I really like this location. It gets busy on the weekends but the line to get in moves pretty quickly. The store is beautiful. Went in recently to purchase a new handbag but wasn’t sure which one I wanted. Marissa was really nice, patient and helpful. In general I find the SAs in Gucci to be much nicer than some other labels, LV is the first to come to mind, just saying.... And I find this to be true at this location on the miracle mile as well. Overall I enjoy the shopping experience very much at this Gucci.
ASK FOR MAURICE ❤️ ! Only person i will ask for when going to Gucci . He’s super nice & has a great personality , my family and I felt really comfortable having him take care of us . I wasn’t sure what I wanted exactly but told him what styles i liked and didn’t like and he was so understanding the entire time . We never once felt pressured and it was a great experience . Love you Maurice !! will be back soon !!
I can honestly say that my shopping experience has ALWAYS been hassle free. Catalina is the best sales woman that I have ever dealt with. She makes shopping so easy without the headache. Ive been shopping there for a couple of years now and with her helping me and keeping me updated with all the new drops and arrivals is more than what I can ask for. Especially with this pandemic going on she definitely knows how to make my shopping much easier and I appreciate it. She can make me visualize the store without me even being there. But the main thing is she has a lot of patience cause she knows how much I be changing my mind on items at the last minute...lol. So if anyone reads this the store is extremely professional with alot of knowledgeable salespeople but if you want a true Gucci experience make sure you check Catalina and trust me you will not be disappointed!
I’ve never had a better experience at any other Gucci store!! I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Elisa who was extremely kind and assisted me personally with her genuine care and service instead of looking at me as if i’m just another sale. She went above and beyond to exceed all of my needs, wants, and expectations in every way possible. Elisa really provided the best customer service I have ever experienced and I can’t thank her enough!! Thank you Manhasset Gucci for having an outstanding employee such as Elisa!!! Thank you again Elisa!!!!!!
Terrible service my fiancé and I had Suzy she was texting on her phone the whole time packaged our items like pure trash her own associates had to tell her to help us out she was rude very pushy and for that we won’t be back. It almost makes you never want to purchase a Gucci item ever again. A couple doors down go to Burberry nothing but smiles and excellent service every single time! Dior has terrible attitudes too pure trash of employees over there in this shopping center !!!Updating to 5 stars , only because of MAURICE. His service is soooo amazing! I send all my family and friends and tell them to only ask for him. He’s patient, kind explains everything all of the associates need to follow his lead! So glad I gave another try and was blessed to experience him in this store !!!
Had a great experience at this Gucci boutique in manhasset L.I. purchased a belt online and went to this store to exchange for a larger belt. The sales rep was amazing!! She was really helpful and friendly. She exchange my belt with no hesitations and I also purchase my husband a pair of Gucci sneakers. Great customer service!!
Terrible experience here. I ordered a belt and wanted to change the size so I was told I could do an exchange and the belt would be ordered to the store. I was supposed to be helped out by Erica and she either completely forgot or disregarded me after I sent texts, made calls, and even emailed about the status of my order. Turns out after 2 weeks, Erica never ordered the belt to the store and the ONE person who helped me when I had to personally go into the store to see what was going on with my order was Elisa. She went above and beyond for me and did what Erica was supposed to do and saw no commission on this. She is the only good thing about that store! Apart from that, terrible customer service.
Very unpleasant experience. As soon as I entered the store, I was approached by a sales associate asking if I was looking for anything particular, I informed her I was not, and continued to browse. I was looking to purchase a purse for myself and wanted to see what the store had to offer, or any other items that caught my eye. As I looked around, the same sales associate continued to ask if I needed help, and again, I informed her I was browsing. She followed my cousin and I as we looked around, and continued to give us dirty looks, and ask the same question. I’m not sure if it was due to the fact that I was not dressed to their standards. I proceeded to look at the wallets, and my cousin noticed the purses with letters, and asked me if I think they decorate the purse with your initials, and the same lady appeared out of nowhere and said “it ends today at 5:30, so 20 minutes.” At this point I was fed up with the terrible service Gucci provided and returned to Louis Vuitton where I was treated MUCH better.
I came in for a simple exchange. I purchased a belt in Italy and wanted to exchange it, brand new, with a smaller size. After spending about 30 min with a sales associate (she kept running to the back to check with her manager about the validity of my receipt...this took 30 min!!). In the end, she comes back saying that I have to pay the price difference and the additional tax...even though I had declared the purchase at US customs. Wasted my time with the most incompetent sales associates Ive ever seen at a luxury brand store...they couldnt even get the manager to come up and deal with the situation...
Salesman. As soon as I told him I was there for an exchange he immediately directed me to Wendy (I guess the commission wasn’t going to him so he didn’t want to waste his time helping me). He connected me to Wendy because she helped my mom purchase my gift. I have to say Wendy was so aggressive and annoying we couldn’t get rid of her. She was pushing merchandise on us thatA) I didn’t likeB) it was way over my budget.Dealing with her was so stressful and really made me look at Gucci in a different way. She lied to us and told us that we were not able to exchange the purse and she was “accommodating us” which was not true at all. The purse was purchased one week ago. She should not be representing Gucci. Part of the reason retail stores are going out of business is because people like her make customers like me want to shop online.
This review is for the associate Jiyoung only. She is the first terrible experience that I’ve had at this Gucci location. She seems very helpful but it’s all fake and up to a certain point, whereas every other sales associate I’ve had the pleasure shopping with has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I (or whoever they’re working with) leaves the store satisfied with their purchase. She kept trying to push a product on to my friend that she was not satisfied with, saying that there were the last two left when she informed us 10 minutes before that the store had a lot of new inventory in? She did not even try to help, like offer to assist in ordering another one online or something, anything that previous associates have done in the past. Her response was just “okay.” Whack.
Terrible service and attitude - you can hear the employees making remarks about you because you are not dressed up their standards (oh the irony). Left the store and bought a beautiful bag next door with impeccable service - I guess they didn’t mind my ripped jeans. Never coming back.
Wendy at Gucci is my go to lady! She helped me last holiday and this one as well! My boyfriend seen a bracelet online that he loved i contacted Wendy and she ordered two sizes to the store so he may try it on AND CALLED ME WHEN IT ARRIVED! He happily left the store with the bracelet on! NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKS AGAIN WENDY!-yolanda
First of all they close way too early and shut the doors on my face while Im talking to them. We were going to buy a belt too but obviously the people with sporty clothes on arent allowed in after closing time while people with nice clothes on are allowed. They shouldnt judge. The Gucci in Roosevelt field is better
Of all the high end stores I’ve shopped at, I have never seen such poor customer service than recently at Gucci Americana. Gave some some flakey excuse as to why the $300 phone case Ive had for a mere couple months is coming apart at the seams from poor quality and offered zero advice or assistance. As someone who’s spent thousands at Gucci this must have been the worst customer service I’ve experienced by far. I had to go to Louis to be treated with some respect.
I had the most amazing experience with this store. Not only was I helped making a return, Marisssa (the most amazing salesperson) helped find and secure a bag that I have been wanting for weeks. Gucci at Americana are miracle workers and I cannot wait to shop here again!
If I could I would have given this store and brand no stars. A bag that I barely used broke. I have been waiting weeks to find out if they will fix it. They do not return calls. Considering the cost of the merchandise one would hope decent customer service would come standard. I will NEVER purchase anything from Gucci in the future.
Easy to see right off of Northern Boulevard servicing Manhasset and the adjoining areas Nassau county. This store is located at the Americana Shopping Center/ Miracle Mile. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Plenty of parking. Very accommodating Staff. Very expensive so bring your credit cards. We will definitely be going back.

Make sure to ask for Paul whenever you visit, hes an amazing sales person who will be very honest with you and will even recommend better items that you didnt know were there. Hes always been helpful checking out items for me before coming to the store so that I dont waste my time and will even order the item for me from other stores and let me know when it arrives. 5 stars for Gucci, 10 stars for Paul!

2022-01-17Not understanding why I was approached by the security guard multiple times to lift my mask up when it dropped below my nostrils for at maximum 10 seconds while multiple other persons in the store had their masks dropped. Probably because I didn’t fit the rich stereotype that usually come inside! Not fair and felt I didn’t belong. Besides this, the staff member who assisted me was extremely friendly and funny.

2021-08-29Great Gucci store!!! My sister got a watch from here for her birthday from me!!! The staff here is friendly and helpful!!! They sale of the watch went very smoothly with them showing all of the watches we pointed out!!!

2022-04-25One day my husband and I decided to go to the store. Google said that it was open till 7pm, we went around 6pm. We’re standing in front of see-through glass door and were trying to open it. It was closed. All staff was staring at us standing outside. We’re confused don’t know what’re happening, still we’re trying to open closed door. Staff still just stared at us with no action to help. My husband started to knock on the door, stuff just stared at us like we’re idiots!!! Finally after 5 minutes of our misery one of the security man decided to bring his “honor” to us and open the door. We were explained that store is closing at 6pm today and Google was not showing time properly. Well, first, be responsible for Google info and second, we’re not asking for some unique service, just be HUMAN! Just open the door when you see confused people and explain politely!!! It’s not a Big Deal! We’ll understand and go!It was horrible experience, very embarrassing…So luxury store should hire the crew more careful…don’t think that we’re ever gonna come back

2022-01-16Didn’t buy anything, but had to leave a review because my experience at Louis Vuitton was so uncomfortable, and then I walk into Gucci and immediately I’m greeted by friendly inviting staff, and didn’t feel like I had to be tied to a sales person to shop on my own. Met with a very upbeat blonde sales woman who was so sweet and helped me shop for a wallet even though they were closing any minute. Kudos to your staff! Will 100% be back when I have more time to shop!

2020-08-02My recent visit from this store was excellent! I like designer brands but as a college student with financial needs, I would by my stuff on sale, 97% of the time. I had my eyes on the iconic Gucci belt with the Marmont logo for 2 years but was hesitant to purchase because the price of a Gucci belt is not small change, at least for me. For the pre-fall 2020 collection, Gucci just released the belt with the signature logo supreme canvas with leather trim (w/brass marmont logo) and it is just so elegant & beautiful. It was cheaper than the leather version and I liked it better. I decided to splurge because I know Im not going to find a good sale on this item and like all luxury brands, Gucci prices will increase over time. I went to the store right after I left my workplace dressed in a polo, a belt, khaki pants (all non-designer) and Cole Haan knit sneakers. I had not been to this store in a while and had not visited frequently because I felt as if it would be common for luxury stores to have snobby salespeople or pushy salespeople that just dont care about you unless they make a sale. Since this belt is very close to the most Ive spent on a single item and it is one of those very rare occasions I would pay full price, I was hoping for a pleasant in-store experience and not one I would regret afterwards. Once I entered the store, I was greeted by Paul. He asked me how he could assist me and I told him about the belt and asked if they had it in store (website did not specify). Since this would be my first Gucci belt, another reason I made my visit was to inquire for sizing advice. He made sure that I was satisfied with the sizing and came out with the belt in 3 different sizes, snipping off the tags (its impossible to try on with attached tags) and letting me try it on without going into a dressing room. Paul was very kind, did not judge in appearance, and since he did not rush me or pressure me, I did not feel as if he was only there to make a sale. I tried on 2 sizes and as he went to get the third, I put my current belt back on, nervous that judgement from others was impending, as I would look sloppy out in the open in a luxury store. Yet when he was back with the third, he nonchalantly said Cmon, why did you put your belt back on? As he looked up the Gucci database asking if I shopped here before, he did not judge that my first & last visit to the store was 5 years ago and that the other Gucci store visit that was noted was at the outlet. He was engaged with my conversation of me recently losing weight, which began as an explanation of why I was looking for size 36 but my belt I had on was a 38. I purchased the belt (in size 95) and although I am not familiar with the other salespeople, Im glad that Paul helped me that day. Oh, and I love love luvvvvvv my belt. :)

2021-10-24This was my first Gucci purchase and I went to the store to buy it for the first time because Ive always heard that the Gucci customer service was really good. As soon as I came into the store I was approached by this salesperson named Wendy. She had a very terrible demeanor to her and was very aggressive. as someone whos been to the Gucci store for the first time I wanted to look around and see what else there was even though I was coming specifically to purchase the belt. So when she greeted me she asked me did I want to buy anything I told her I wanted to buy the belt. she took me to the belt section and started to show me the belt in a very rude way like I didnt know what a Gucci belt looked like. and then I told her how I previously purchased a Gucci belt online but it was too small so I returned it. after that she started to talk about the different sizes and then she brought two separate sizes out from the back. when she brought the two sizes out and told me to try it on, I tried it on and I wanted the bigger size but she started to judge me because I wear my pants lower and I wanted the belt to fit lower. She was just super disrespectful and made my experience a terrible one. I purchased the belt afterwards but she took me directly to the checkout line and didnt even give me a chance to look at anything else even when I said I wanted to see the other stuff. I understand these personal shoppers are there to help you but should let the customers see what else Gucci has to offer even if we arent purchasing anything else. After I made the purchase she started directing me to the to the exit. And overall the entire purchase lasted about 10 mins . Honestly I dont think Ill be going back to Gucci store and I hope Wendy reads this and understands that she ruined my experience at Gucci.
