More then once I have had a very unpleasant experience shopping here. Recently I was looking for a handbag to buy my sister and decided to check out Gucci. I found the “personal shopper” to be rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. While browsing and feeling the leather of a bag she was on top of me like a hawk, and said if I wanted to see something I would have to let her know. She made me feel as if she was anticipating me to shoplift. I decided I was not going to give them my business. I went to Louis Vuitton and YSL where I found the employees to be courteous and helpful. I ended up purchasing a LV clutch and have decided if I want to shop at Gucci again it will not be at this location. I truly hope their employees are more polite elsewhere.

Went in for a gift for my girlfriend. I felt lost and confused. Rosanna was unbelievably patient, helped me pick the perfect belt. All the staff was amazing and friendly, I wish I could give them more stars

The worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give less then one star- I would! Staff is nasty and have attitude to everyone until they see that a customer actually wants to purchase something. I came there for a repair, once I received a phone call to pick up my item ( that couldn’t be fixed) I drove for an hour and a half the next day. Upon my arrival the item was nowhere to be found, few minutes later two men came in to purchase a beg and I was forgotten about. I asked to call me once they will find it. Half an hour later, still no phone call, I came back to see that stuff is still working on two men, even though I was there much earlier. At the end I had to demand for my item to be shipped to me, which they did. I have waisted over 3 hours for nothing, and felt like I don’t even deserve good service in Gucci.

Don’t waste your time going here. Went to buy a belt and they didn’t even give me the right size, didn’t give me a Gucci box for it “because they had none” so I went back the next day to return it and go to Manhasset. The next day they told me they “had a new box” but I just returned it and went to the other store because this one is a joke. Ended up getting a different belt and was a complete size smaller than they said!

Bought a purse and went home to find a defect in it went to the store the same day showed them it and they would allow for a return or exchange and said I most likely swapped it with a fake or damaged it, won’t be returning here

Every visit to Gucci at Saks Walt Whitman is exactly what a high end Fashion shopping trip should be..fun, inspiring and educational. This salon has all the bags and belts right off the runway and whatever they don’t have in stock they will find for you. The employees are not just sales representatives, they are educated in Fashion and in Gucci and I find that refreshing. Terence is my favorite! He is especially knowledgeable and takes the time to explain each piece without being pushy (which I love.) Michelle, Nina,Rosanna, all work very hard to make sure you are happy when you leave. The manager, Chris could not be more helpful or kind and this store is by far my favorite Gucci experience to date!

Located inside the Walt Whitman Shopping Center located off of Route 110 servicing Huntington and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Clean facilities. No public Restroom. Staff is hit or miss. Bring your credit cards. We will most likely be going back.

Worst customer service experience they need to be trained better on how to provide outstanding service to a customer specially one that spends lots of money with the company. I will tell all my friends and family about this horrific place. Not even the supervisors attempted to solve the issue. I am not done with this will continue to speak for the ppl that can’t speak for themselves

I attempted to make a call then a women rudely answered telling me to stop calling and to stop wasting her time. Mind you, it was the first time I was calling. My mother tried to call for the same information and was completely ignored(on a different number)
