I wish I could put zero but I can’t!! The manager and the lady name Rosa is the most unhelpful person I have ever met and also because I’m not a caucasian customer. I’m spending my hard work money and I won’t never go there again and I’ll so sad by the people who works there and they are representing Gucci and they are not doing a good job!!!
I’m in the midst of a disgusting, 2 month long ordeal with this store, and it’s still not over. I dropped my shoes off for repair on April 25th. The in-store experience was nice enough. The rep took photos of the shoes and I received a text the following day with the cost for repairs. I submitted payment and was told the repairs would take 3-4 weeks. That’s where the expected experience ends. Fast forward to May 31: I receive an email saying the repair center has JUST received my shoes. Where had they been for the past month? I called the store countless times and no one picks up. Instead, I was consistently routed to a call center that apparently could do nothing more than email the store for updates. After sending multiple emails myself, with everyone and their mother CC’d, I finally got an apologetic phone call stating that the rep who took my shoes no longer worked at the store, so sending them to the repair center got overlooked in the shuffle. Unprofessional, but the rep assured me she had asked the repair center to expedite everything so I could have my shoes in 3 weeks. Tomorrow is July 1. I’ve gotten no updates whatsoever, the same song and dance when I call the store, and I STILL DON’T HAVE MY SHOES. I have no clue how or when I’ll get them, but needless to say: avoid this store and their incompetent staff at all costs.
Terrible customer service. You would expect high end service. Brand new bag with a zipper defect. Never worn once. Receipt in hand. Only a couple weeks old, for Xmas. Should have given me a new bag. Instead have to wait 6 weeks for a repair on a brand new defective $1,500 bag.Also was given an attitude in the store.
This staff at this store are very unprofessional. It clearly states hours of operation as 11am- 7pm, yet they close the store religiously 20mins before. What is the point of posting hours of operation if you open and close at your own discretion. For being a high end brand who distinguished itself for personalized, boutique style service, they truly come up short. Store like Louis Vuitton remain open until closing and offer a much more pleasant experience. I have been a loyal Gucci customer for years and have become accustomed to their fantastic service ( the city flagships are much better) but I guess the flagship store at the Westchester did not get the message.
Unbelievable poor service from the Gucci Store Westchester Mall tonight. My daughter called ahead of time to check store closing hours. She had purchased an item for her vacation and needed to switch out the size. They decided to close 50 minutes early since the store was quiet and they were moving to the upstairs location the following day. The store was still open but the manager refused to assist and to switch out the size as the register was closed. She pleaded with them as she was leaving for vacation the next day and needed the shoes for a wedding. Even after contacting Corporate no one was willing to help with the exchange. The best they could offer her after spending over $1000 in the store was to extend the 14 day return policy since she was on vacation. Gucci you are a joke!!! How can you treat customers who spend so much hard earned money with you in this way!! Ive had better customer service in Target!!! #boycottgucci
My wife and I went to Gucci today to exchange a few gifts I bought her for V-day. I was a little sceptical as I read the reviews on how customer service was. Stephanie, Chantay, Joshua and Junior(yes I got all their names) were absolutely 💯 percent the most accommodating staff I have ever worked with. No hassle at all. We will definitely be back instead ordering online. Thank you again guys! Oh... Thanks for the water Stephanie
Will never buy anything from that Gucci location, I love my 5av store. No costumer service whatsoever, I truly believe that if your buying luxury brands you should be treated luxury all the way.. will never go to that store again. They need new employees that are willing to help and give it best to its clients, specially when you spending so much money.
I was there a few days ago. First of all, while I was waiting on line to get in I saw two customers, also waiting, slapping each other in the head. Once in and while shopping, a fight almost broke out because one customer was offended that they were called out for wearing a mask improperly. I should also point out that this unruly customer (who was hurling misogynistic and racial insults around) was called out by another customer, not any of the sales people. Incredibly classy all around.I guess Gucci is more interested in getting their money rather than providing a safe environment for customers.
Im so appalled with the level of unprofessionalism and racist behavior that was displayed by Guccis staff. I was there a few days ago and I overheard the pregnant lady saying some really awful things about a particular group of people. I wish not to say, because I was so heartbroken. With the current atmosphere of our society, this is just beyond repair. I kindly asked her the name she told me it was Chantay. Well, I think thats what she said. I was honestly disappointed by this behavior, unethical much. Horrible experience!!💔
I went to use my store credit since they don’t give you a refund after 14 days. I wanted A specific wallet and the associate looked up what locations had it. She then handed me the phone and told me I could call myself to verify if they had it.I was on hold for almost 15 minutes with the Soho location and they didn’t have it. The associate heard the response because I was next to her , with my phone on speaker , and she heard the conversation.After that, no further efforts were made to see if other locations had the wallet or at least a different color.The lack of asking personalized questions to uncover my needs was very prominent. Needless to say, I will not visit this location again.
Am not the Gucci type and was apprehensive about making the purchase for my significant other . From the initial phone call too go into the store and making the purchase I was treated with respect and a very helpful staff. Stephanie helped me over the phone and I can’t remember who helped with the purchase but al A plus
It felt good to get my first pair of Gucci shoes along with my wife she got herself a pair of sandals of course the price is going to be expensive but you know that walking into the store so far a few people have noticed my new shoes and made comments which makes me feel good and I hope they last a very long time
Came to the store to exchange my slippers my husband got me for mother’s day and the lady was very rude like it bothered her we were there...my husband told me that he went there and they ignored him and he had to get the girls attention and seemed annoyed when he was talking to them...like he couldn’t afford to buy something from the store....I felt like returning the product and buying it elsewhere so she could lose her commission...they should hire people with customer service experience....

2022-03-14Worst customer service. We had an issue and we worked with Stephanie. She was super rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to help. It was a bother to her. After she was done helping us she walked away and didn’t say a word. We just stood there waiting until she came back out and said your done. SMH.. I will never buy anything from this store. Don’t spend your money here! Go where the employees deserve the commission. They need to get better employees.

2022-04-03Terrible customer service. Went in there with the intention of buying birthday gifts for my sister and my daughter and just ended up ordering online. Such rude staff. There was one friendly gentleman but he was trying to help everybody. The chubby girl that “helped” us was just very angry and rude. If I need a Gucci product I will go to the flagship store in Manhattan or order online.

2022-05-18Worst customer service experience with this store. The store manager Brandon was not helpful nor Stephanie who was very rude. I was attempting to do a refund and they did not want to refund me my money. Brandon had me call client services, which I explained the situation and per client services the store was not trying to assist me and advise to call corporate.

2021-12-17If I could have selected less than 1 star I would. I expected premium service from a Gucci Store at the Westchester Mall but that certainly did not happen. The staff was rude and anything but helpful. I assure you customer service and client satisfaction is NOT alive at Gucci.

2021-11-01I went into the store and waited patiently my turn by the jewelry counter. The store was busy and all the sales people were busy. Usually eye contact is made with a customer so they know that they were acknowledged. I kept looking at all the sales people, as to try to get them to acknowledge me. Anyway after waiting over 20 minutes a woman walked into the store from outside and was served immediately. I guess I was invisible! Needless to say I walked out and took my money elsewhere. Terrible customer service!

2021-09-22I purchased a duffle bag here in early august didnt love the bag so returned it the next day. Paid with cash so they needed to issue a refund check, it is now September, 22 has been nearly 2 months and I have not received my money back. Further more I have called Gucci customer service everyday this month and they assure me that they would call back that there back office was working on it but everyday I have not received a call back they lie and have possibly the worst customer service in the entire planet. Not sure how they are still in business, seems like a very poorly run company will not be purchasing anything here again, very saddened by the hours spent and the time spent trying to fix this issue. Regret ever purchasing anything here, would avoid buying something at the boutique and if you are trying to receive a refund just be aware that it may take 2 month or more to receive your money back.

2021-09-08Extremely helpful staff willing to answer all of my questions and let me try on a dozen bags for size. Couldnt have asked for better white glove treatment. I felt like a completely welcomed guest! Shout out to Chantay for her unbelievable personal touch!

2021-08-19Store definitely closes earlier than stated hours. I think that is a managerial decision. An annoying decision nonetheless.The upside is that the store itself is convenient and nice, kept well for the most part. They do generally have stock of what you want. The problem is stock is elsewhere in the mall, so you will be waiting 10-20 minutes to try something on. At least that was my and my wife’s experience.If I’m to be blunt, the staff is a little ghetto. Management needs to stop sourcing talent from the Bronx. Takes away the class of what Gucci wants to be, in my opinion. Though, Gucci is typically and inherently marketed to that type of clientele these days. I rather go to Manhattan.
