Awesome place to spend a week fishing. Home is nice big clean with all the amenitiesOwners are very nice and accommodating stayed at many places to fish and this was best highly recommend will be back for sure

Viola was very nice. She made sure everything was good. The room was clean. Its a nice place to stay for fishing. They have a launch but Im not sure I could get a 21ft bass boat in there. Guys with smaller boats had no problem. Theres multiple places to launch close by. You can fish the lake or the Saint Lawrence. Ill definitely stay there again. I had no problems parking my truck and trailer. Easy access to an outlet to charge my batteries. I was comfortable leaving my boat uncovered. I wasnt worried about anyone messing with or stealing from my boat. Most places at a minimum I take the graphs off. I was very comfortable leaving it out overnight.

Rented the house two winters now. It was Nicely upgraded this past winter. Good price plenty of room and fishing right out the door.

Went in the late fall off-season for the 2nd year in a row. Rooms are nice & economically priced. Met the the owner 1 day & talked fishin, hes a nice guy.

This was a great place to stay, its very quite, right next to the lake Ontario. You reasonably close to a couple restaurants located in Chaumont, NY, a couple fully equipped gas stations and a food Mart. Its a very friendly and dedicated staff that ensures your stay is enjoyable. While they are somewhat limited to RVs spots, they also have a small motel, located on property. Youll be pleasantly surprised with a stay here.

Nice people, clean rooms, with everything you need, fridge microwave and stove. Dog friendly, boat launch and big yard. Overall good experience.

Love this place super relaxing lots of friendly people.. great fishing.👍👍 miss this boat and camper had to sell it after 10 years in site, when I relocated 1300 miles away I wasnt gonna have the time to spend there, but boy I miss this place not over populated, lots of elder folks keeping such peace and tranquility in the are..👍👍best fishing spot I ever fish out of 17 states no one like this one..💪🇵🇷

Stopped by for some ice fishing. Great and friendly service. Quick access to the ice! They even plow paths out on the ice so you dont have to walk through 2 feet of snow!

Nice motel rooms overlooking the water. There are also cabins available. A concrete boat launch is present with docks and fuel.
