2018-03-12I own a 93 Mercedes Benz 300E that I needed to have serviced due to a rough running condition. I called in advance and the morning of and was greeted with a pleasant demeanor and a very welcoming atmosphere when I got there. I had a pleasant conversation with Steve and Louis about the establishment and our love of the brand. I felt at ease that my car was in good hands. 3 Hours later I get a phone call from Louis about the issue plaguing my Benz, he offers the quote to repair, it was reasonable and most likely the best quote I would get to perform the repair. I informed Louis that I could not financially take on the repair at this very moment, and after a brief conversation he offered to try and install a temporary fix until I could bring it in for the full repair. This simple act of kindness has really driven home the feelings I had when I first walked into the shop. I truly appreciate the gesture and will be sure to always bring them my car in the future.

2021-11-04Their slogan should be “It was already broken when you gave it to us” since they break parts then claim it was already like that. Instead of making it right they either leave it in disrepair or bill you then messily “fix” it. The Better Business Bureau can’t do much so bring your car elsewhere.

2022-02-13Excellent service. Honest, reliable and the best service Ive experienced in many years. Update 2/13/2022, nothing has changed. Still the best service one can find within mineola and a 50 mile radius. Recently had a fender bender, took my car in, and they took care of everything without me dealing with the way insurance companies want you to do things today. You cant do everything online! To many screw ups and more time wasted. They dealt with them, saved me from the stress and incompetence from Geico. They took care of my rental and call me when the car was ready in a timely fashion. I love Lou, Steve and Susan. They are running an outstanding auto shop.

2020-04-21I brought my sons 2010 Nissan Altima in as the car was burning oil. I had done 2 oil changes in the 2-3 weeks prior to bringing it to Gullwing. They were the only ones to figure out the real problem. Very reasonably priced and extremely efficient. Before giving the car back, the owner wanted to make sure that the problem was resolved. I could not be happier with the overall service and experience with Gullwing and would highly recommend.

2017-11-01Trustworthy mechanics. Can fix just about anything. Specialize in older foreign imports, especially Mercedes. Quick turn-around and fair prices. My go-to for all auto service. Highly recommended!

2019-07-09Horribly dishonest people. Your car will go in a gem and come out a piece of junkyard trash. This “business” breaks countless parts and ruins vehicles beyond repair then claims “it was already like that.” Basically, I was charged a great deal of money to have them destroy my beautiful automobile.

2019-06-04Terrible service. Brought my convertible in to get it checked out and get an estimate, waited for about 2 hours and and the mechanics damaged the convertible switch. The switch was manhandled and broke into many pieces. Pieces were lost and then they refused to put it back together. The owner refuses to take responsibility for his workers mistakes. Bad service, bad coustomer service. Untrustworthy

2016-09-17These guys are the real deal, real mechanics who know what theyre doing. Audi and three other garages all recommended a huge expensive job for my Audi but they were able to use their experience to find a better solution. cant thank them enough.
