I brought my Samsung Galaxy here to fix a broken screen. They couldnt have been nicer. The phone was fixed right away at a reasonable price and looks brand new. I will definitely come back here for any future repairs. Highly recommended .
Got my iPhone SE repaired for a great price. Check out Mike’s website. He is definitely honest and knowledgeable as the previous customers have said. Replaced my missing screw for free, I will definitely go back in the future or recommend friends to go there. It took less than 30 mins!
Absolutely the best experience ever! A few weeks ago i had my screen repaired by someone near me and he messed up the installation. I came in to Guru repairs and being the true pro he is he spotted the problem and fixed it immediately. He even gave me quarters out of his own pocket so I wont get ticket! I have been having a rough week and Michael not only fixed my phone but restored my humanity that good people exist. Thank you for the amazing service!! I felt truly taken care of!!
Mike was excellent. He fixed my cracked iphone and iPad within an hours time. Went to Apple store and they told me both devices needed to be replaced at over $700. Was able to do it at Guru Repairs for a very reasonable price. This store is my new go to place for any of my electronic repair needs. Would highly recommend.

I was referred to Mike at Guru Repairs. My sons tablet had a broken charger port and my cell phone (Samsung galaxy s7) had a cracked camera lense. I called first to check if I needed an appointment and Mike informed me that I could just come In. After looking over both items he said to come back in 2 hours. I was surprised that he would be able to fix both with no problem. When I picked up my items, Mike explained how he fixed them and they work was clean. The pricing was very competitive as well. ( I do my research).I absolutely recommend Mike and Guru Repairs for your electronic repair needs.
He is very knowledgeable and Honest guy. I don’t go anywhere else if I have problem with my electronic .I went there to fix my son’s iPad LCD which was broken ( the iPad screen was not broken though) I had called many many places and all had told me They have to change LCD and screen both together even though my screen was perfectly ok . They all told me when they try to take off the screen ( in order to change the LCD), the screen will break, so they have to put a new screen anyway.The charge was 50$ more for screen.He was the only guy who told me he can try to change it without breaking the screen! He told me there is a chance the screen will break but 99% of the time he has done it without breaking the screen !And YES , he did it! He charged me 50$ LESS because of that :)I told ALL my friends about him
Had a good experience getting an iPhone five repaired in 30 minutes. Tech was very knowledgeable so I even had him put in a new battery. I thought hundred bucks for both along with a screen protector was fair
Left my MacBook there for a diagnosis. Said he would call me back and never did, took six days for him to finally tell me he can’t fix it. Said multiple times I’m going to Europe so I need it by Sunday, came Saturday to pick it up (once he finally said he can’t fix it) 20 minutes before closing time and it was locked up. Not open on sundays either. Thank for nothing!

Great and efficient service ...they really are knowledgable and skilled at what they do! After being told by a different store that my computer could not be fixed, I brought it to Guru. Michael fixed my computer very quickly and called me with updates to explain what he found.

Fake Screens, Dis-Colored. All after market work. Oh and prices are super high the guys down the block are cheaper by far. Work is Horrible.

2022-05-28Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra with cracked screen. Went to 3 different stores. All said itll take at least 4 days to get the parts in. Michael at Guru store was the only one who said he can get it in 1 day.While his price was higher than the other stores, it was fine since Im going to get most of it reimbursed by my cellphone insurance.As promised, the parts arrived in 1 day and it took less than 1 hr to get it fully replaced. Im typing on the new screen right now. So glad I was able to find this place!He was knowledgeable, friendly, kept his words AND also is cool with communicates via texts. 10 stars out of 5!! Will return!(side note: he seems more knowledgeable with Apple than Samsung, but he was still good with what I needed done.)

2022-07-23Today I brought in 2 Sony Vaio laptops that needed an upgrade so they would be compatible for a Windows software update. Michael was able to reset, restore, & provide me with not only the O/S I needed, but also with the hardware upgrades so that it would all be possible - on the very same day too - for a very reasonable cost.In the past, Ive also gone to his repair shop to get a cracked phone screen replaced. He has always done an excellent job & with his thorough knowledge, has always brought my devices back to life.Michael has always exceeded my expectations, and just as important, he is HONEST with you about what the issue is & what it will entail to fix.If he doesnt have the part you need, he can order it & have it for you the next day.He does NOT charge you a fee to diagnose the issue (if thats needed), & theres a reason why his stellar reputation proceeds him. He stands behind a 3 month warranty for the work he does (of course, unless youve broken the item again or took it apart yourself to fix it after hes repaired it)Cant say enough good things about GURU REPAIRS & Michael.BOTTOM LINE : Guru Repairs is THE place to go for ALL tech repairs - from cracked phone screens to complex data retrieval, disk formating & lost files due to hardware failure, firmware corruption...the possibilities are seemingly endless, yet, he KNOWS what hes doing & he just saved me a lot of $ by resurrecting my 2 laptops back to life & making them even better.

2021-04-28The guy who fixed my iPhone 11 Pro screen is very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to thoroughly explain things to me. He let me know in advance the things that might go wrong during the process of fixing my broken screen, so I am aware. His services comes with 3 months warranty which he was totally understanding and cool about. He said he doesnt even ask questions he will just fix the screen within the 3 months of any issues.( NO DAMAGES) Super cool guy! He fixed my screen in 15 minutes and my screen looks great!

2021-08-20I broke the tip of my iPhone charger and it got stuck in the port. Texted Guru Repairs who told me to bring it by. He fixed my phone in 2 minutes and would not charge me because it was such a simple fix. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about my phone. I highly recommend Guru Repairs for all of your device needs. Great business! Nice people!

2021-01-18I noticed this place a couple of weeks before I actually went in. Im very glad I did. The man that repaired my iPad was attentive, respectful, and accommodating.The screen was shattered and I didnt think it could be fixed. He fixed it and it looks brand new! Not only that, the store closes at 6pm, so I called him to tell him I was running a few minutes late and he without hesitation said not to worry, that he would wait.I was very pleased with the overall experience.

2020-07-23I really do not like exposing people but I feel as though people should know this before coming here. If you are going to come here, be warned he charges people way more than what it should be priced at. many other places give more cheaper alternatives. If there were negative stars I would give him that. I went to another phone shop after multiple attempts of getting my phone fixed here. The other shop opened my phone and realized he stole multiple screws from my phone. It blew my mind. How could someone steal screws from a phone they are claiming to fix? Not just one too, if it were just one I would have thought maybe he misplaced it, but alas it wasnt. He took multiple screws from my phone. He also claims that there is warranty but gives excuses after excuses of not returning your money. Im telling you there are plenty of other places that charges cheaper and for better quality repairs, dont go for convenience like I did.

2021-03-15I wanted to share our very positive experience with Micheal. Whenever there is a problem with technology, our first instinct is anxiety and panic. Micheal took the time to walk us through the repair process of our Macbook Pro and alleviate our stress and concerns. Even when there was a major glitch, he assured us that the problem would be resolved. It unfortunately took a little longer than expected, but it all worked out in the end. He is honest and reliable. 2021-08-18I have to say the service was great here. Originally, came here because my phone screen was cracked and the price was better than most places. A month later, the screen had an issue and I brought it back in. No questions asked, just took care of the issue for me. It’s hard to find good service these days, and they have it.
