Dishonest people who don’t follow through with promises. STAY AWAY!I bought a 2020 BMW Z4 a month and half ago and I am fatigued chasing them to deliver what they promised.They told me it is almost like brand new with no scratches, no issues, and they were reassuring me that I don’t have to fly out to check myself. They were saying how reputable they are and nobody ever had an issue getting a car shipped. They also told me I will receive two keys and one key card. I ended up receiving a car with bunch of scratches on the bumper (pictures attached) and one key.After chasing them for weeks they have sent me the second key that doesn’t work (key card never arrived) also the manager promised to compensate for the scratches with a free brake package and didn’t honor his promise (I have email exchanges to prove this and the trucking company documented the scratches also had the dealership sign off on it).I have kindly emailed the manager few times about the free brake package he promised and notified that the key card didn’t arrive and the second key isn’t working but he is ghosting me instead.Every interaction was a red flag from the beginning. They were dismissive on the phone when I inquired first thinking a young lady wouldn’t buy this car. The inclination in the salespersons voice was just disrespectful but I ignored this because I really wanted this car. He gave me one price over the phone then sent me an invoice closer to $10k over of what we have discussed. I called him out on it he finally changed to the price he promised back pedaling that this was human error, he had multiple mistakes in the applications I had to chase him down to fix these, when I notified about the scratches he insulted me with an offer to send me $100 and advised me to do touch ups. I spoke with a reputable & credible body shop locally they said that will cost at least $1000 to fix and that was just judging by the pictures. It may cost more but definitely not less. Later, the sales manager promises to call me back with a proposal to make this right. He never calls then I persistently call few times a week and he doesn’t call back. I finally get in touch via emails he promises the key and to give the brake package and as mentioned previously fails to deliver. These last few weeks he started ghosting me and leaving me no choice but to seek legal action. I have a strong case because everything I say I can back with metadata and documentation. What a shame that this day and age this is the service a woman can get at a “reputable” dealership. I am fatigued over a month and half chasing these folks to honor their word.~Ani

It took me a while to make a decision if to go with Benz or BMW, so I decided to give them both a try and see who would of have made me more comfortable and welcomed. I have to say, Habberstad sales rep (Joseph Jacino) made me feel like he cared and I wasnt just a sale number. He did a lot even after hours he try to help me understand the process and what I should expect. He treated me like if I was already approved for the vehicle, he was amazing. I really appreciate what he did and going beyond to do whatever it took to make me happy. After him I met with Justin his finance manager, another person that welcomed me with a great personality, he kept the contract process as quick as possible. I think between the 2 visits, I spent about 3 hours max... I have to say my experience with this dealership gets 5+ stars. #BMW 2022 #X3 series. Thank you!

After BMW had my car for 2 weeks for issues including washer fluid not coming out of a wiper, I get my car back and notice the fluid still isn’t working properly. (It’s been 4 days since I picked it up at the dealership). After testing the wipers again in my driveway, I notice the fluid is draining directly out of my car onto the driveway…on BOTH sides of the car! There are currently 2 puddles under the car and you can watch the fluid heavily leak out after attempting to use it on the windshield.Frustrated, I call the dealership and when I attempt to leave my name for a message to call back, the salesman (Paul) decides to end the call as I am giving him time to copy my first name and waiting to say my last. When I call back, Paul claims he never spoke to me and again is rude, talks over me, and again tried to end the call without giving me a chance to give my name.To back track to only my most recent experience, as there are many, I arrived to pick up my car after 2 weeks, to see stains on the trunk and hood of the car, that the young man that drove it up the the front for me, was unable to get off - even though they claim to wash the car before returning it to you. Vincent the service managed, suggested I come back AGAIN to have it detailed by them. He was unbothered and unapologetic about the state of the car, in addition to someone’s water bottle being left in my cup holder which is absolutely disgusting. His nonchalant attitude carried over to my showing him the state of the loaner car I was giving, which was extremely gross. Smudges, food crumbs, hair ties, lay throughout the car, in addition to the broken passenger side lock. Once, a bag of what seemed to be fertilizer, laid strewn across the trunk of a loaner I was given.This is one of many examples of the complete lack of quality and professionalism exhibited by this dealership.Go somewhere else.

Thank you to most amazing, professional service department at Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore. From the minute you make your appointment to the final pick up you are treated with respect. The men who welcome you to the service department are friendly & willing to assist. Rudy Alanis, service advisor, is very professional, competent & reliable. He always answers texts immediately whether it is to make an appointment, access a loaner car, ensure your vehicle is taken care of as well as makes sure your service is completed in a timely manner. The inspection videos from the minute you pull in along with the videos from the service provider make you feel confident that your car is in good hands. We had such a pleasant experience with Carlos! We went back to the dealer because of Carlos to start with as he helped us getting our previous car; we were not happy with our years long dealership as they had some turn over with their people. Carlos made everything very easy for us, he ensured we spent the minimum time at the dealership by sending the paperwork upfront and getting all the information we need. We will be going back to the dealership to replace the first car he got for us 😊 Hard to find such a great advisor as Carlos out there, very lucky to have found him.

This could not have been a better car buying experience!! I have had horrible experiences in the past, and they were so nice and not pushy and found me the perfect car. Troy was great, and Justin in the finance department was so great! He gave me the best options for me and my budget, and we were able to get me in my dream car for my dream price! 10/10 recommend

Made an appointment for an oil change and my car threw me a code the morning of. How convenient! I could not have had a better experience than at Bay Shore. I felt welcomed the minute I pulled in. Everybody was great! Giovannni was amazing. He listened to and addressed ALL of my concerns. I normally do my own oil changes and light maintenance work because I dislike the idea of dealerships but I’m sold on the service I received and will definitely be back.

Greg has been my advisor for many years and 3 bmws later. This purchase was quick and easy. Greg worked with me to get the best possible trade-in price with my 2017 3 series which allowed for my new purchase. I absolutely love my new car and I feel great doing my part to help the planet with lower emissions and less gasoline. Carlos was outstanding! We had been to a different dealer that told us we could not get a touch screen in a new X5 due to the chip shortage. When we met Carlos he explained the process for getting the touch screen and it took a few weeks, but we got exactly what we wanted. Straight talk, no nonsense, great service.
