I was looking around for a new grill and this store had just opened within the last month. I went in to see if they had what I was looking for - they did - and they were super friendly and helpful. Free setup and free delivery on the grill and the staff couldnt have been more pleasant to deal with. I would buy from this store again in a heartbeat.
Fantastic customer service! Picking up was a breeze and I stayed to browse the store for a bit. The employees were extremely helpful and gave me some great advice! It is remarkably large based on what you see from the outside. A very large selection of products!
Clean and well stocked with such a good variety of hardware, tool, garden, paint and cleaning items. You dont need to go miles to a big box store any longer. Helpful friendly staff.
Ordered a Weber Gas grill online. We were directed to this Ace Store as it was the closest. We had the best customer service. Communication was great. Delivery on time as promised. Happy customer. Great team at this Ace. : )
It’s was refreshing to walk into Hadlock’s Ace Hardware with my 2 little girls and not feel like I was being run over by rushed and angry Big Box shoppers. Staff was friendly and talkative. We weren’t an “ Inconvenience” for being there.I would recommend this store to everyone.
Since Chase Pitkin left, Pittsford has not had a local hardware store. Great staff and a very good selection. Location is tucked back in a plaza but Im sure that once word is out they will do great!
Not helpful, was willing to support local but oh well. Not one person approached to offer help with a whopping 2 people in the store. Back to Lowe’s or the home depot

2021-06-22I was looking for a new Weber Grill and found the color I wanted in stock at this new store. When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The salesperson was friendly helpful and informative! He offered suggestions and information that helped me make my decision. He brought the grill to the register in a box and then offered free assembly and delivery!!! FREE!!! Purchased on Fathers Day had it delivered 2 days later! The delivery guys were very nice and put the grill on my deck!!! Can’t wait to use it. What a great buying experience from a new store will try to go to this store more often!!!

2021-06-16Nice new store with good displays of merchandise. Went to purchase a tool the website said was in stock. Not having been in before I was not sure where to look for the item but pretty quickly a sales person asked if I wanted help. I explained what I came for and he showed me to the display. What a surprise (sarcasm) they did NOT have it in stock.Salesman says go home, order it online and have it shipped here. I ask if I can just order it now at the store and he says yes but they are busy. I look around and there are staff not doing anything. He explains only the owner can place the order. The owner is at the front counter talking to a friend. I guess he cant be disturbed for a $200 purchase.So I order the tool online at home and a different Ace Hardware store is the first choice for delivery. Guess which store got the sale. Not Hadlock. If your sales staff are going to offer to help then be helpful.
