Very unprofessional at the beginning they tell you one price when they start the price change,they don’t listen costumer requests when they did blow dry they burnt my scalp.will never come again to this salon 💇‍♀️ and will not recommend any one to visit this business.

Horrible experience. I went there for haircut no doubt the guy gave me a good cut and I also tipped him but i when I was leaving the lady on counter Harass me to tip the girl who washed my hair and start talking to her coworkers in Chinese and also gave me a very weird look. Very mean staff I’m never going back again I wish I can give 0 stars

The girl was efficient and good. Only problem is the language problem since they are Asian. I gave her instructions for the back of my hair and she didnt follow it.

My 82 year old grandmother went there for a haircut. They kept having to be told to cut it shorter, even though she has went there for years for her hair, finally halfway thru the stylist told her this is taking to long, o cant finish I have another customer. When my mother interjected he told her to leave and get out , but only after my poor grandmother paid them for an unfinished haircut. Talk about taking advantage of the elderly! Awful stay away.

Waited about 10 min without an appointment. Came in with long wet hair and had about 6 or so inches cut off! Cut and beautifully dried in about an hour or so. Was extremely pleased with the quickness since I was on a tight time schedule. Would definitely recommend!

Love love live this place. Hairdressers are so nice and very inexpensive. Your hair will never be do straight..

I always used to come here to get a blowout until I was harassed to tip the hairdresser by the whole entire staff not only once but TWO TIMES when I came to get my weekly blow out. The first time it happened I let it slide and tipped them but the second time I told them how i really felt. The hairstylist failed to meet my vision for a full voluminous, lively blowout and instead left me with straight, dull hair. The prices are great but in the end you get what you pay for. Very disappointed with not only the service but how the staff treats their costumers.

Called ahead towards closing time & asked if a blowout was still doable. He asked me how long it would take to get there and I told him. He said ok hurry up & we can do it. I NASCAR myself over there and jump out onto the middle of the street on amboy road as my passenger jumps in the drivers seat to go park for me and I get to door only to see them all packed up and locking there doors at about 6:45 after specifically telling me to come there! I was excited to try but the way they were rushing to get out before I got there was unlike any bad business Ive ever seen before. I was even going to ask for just a shampoo at that point! Terrible waste of time and energy. 👎🏻
