My experience at Hair Club has exciting and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and makes me feel welcome. My hair stylist Joanna is wonderful and from the moment I start the session I am feeling comfortable and relaxed. I strongly would recommend any to go Hair Club .Is worth it.
I have been a client of Hair Club for over 15 years! Arelis Duran has been my stylist since day one. She is the best stylist I could ask for, she has become my family. I am so thankful for the Hair Club staff and look forward to many more years as a client! I am so satisfied with my experience thus far and would recommend Hair Club to anyone.
Today Im 3 months in with my treatment. In the beginning I was a little hesitant. I felt it wasnt worth it, sure enough i was wrong! Even tho its only my 3rd month, I have seen progress. Not much but definitely working. Im sure by the time i finish my treatments, I wont regret it at all. Its only a matter of time.Also like to say the staff here are very friendly and kind. Especially my stylist Maritza Vargas. She has been nothing but awesome! Knows exactly what shes doing and does it well in a professional manner! If i have questions or concers on how to use the products, shes only an email or phone call away. Very helpful! I look forward to seeing her every month for my treatments.
I started losing my hair it was not easy i tried so many products that i saw on TVor internet but it didnt work.... One day I heard about HAIRCLUB and decided to give them a call , I spoke with a specialist that gave me different options on how to treat my hair loss .... I decided to try out RestorInk (called SMP or scalp micropigmentation). This is a perfect solution.It woked really great for me after few sessions. I feel more confident . Farzana is a professional artist she did a great job. I love it , i feel so good..I recommend this solution and HAIRCLUB.
I have been coming to the hair club for over 10 years. Arelis D. my stylist is my go to person for advice, always has a smile on her face, and always makes me look good and feel good. She advises me on the perfect products to use on my hair type and knows perfectly how to deal with my texture.The staff at the front desk are always great with reminding me about my appointments, and are always courteous. When Im scheduling appointments i never have a problem getting the days I want. Since my beginning with hair club I have had the pleasure of working with Brittnee Hughes, she has gone above and beyond to even call me at home the following day after a concern or problem and is pleasure to work with all around. I have enjoyed my time with HC and would recommend to my own friends and family.
My experience at hair club has been exceptionally pleasant! My stylist, Farzana is very professional in her work and I have been very pleased with her services. The front desk receptionist has been very helpful in scheduling appointments especially by Brianna.
People very oriented and friendly. Hairclub provided me more confident. Im getting RestorInk solution for more hair coverage. Farzana is very nice and very good in what She does. I will highly recommend this solution for everyone that is looking to cover their thinning areas.
I have been working with Hair Club for 18 years!! It never gets old to see the amazing transformations and to help realize someones dream to have beautiful hair. When I first started in 1997 we worked mainly with men and now we see as many women come to us with thinning hair concerns. I had an awesome experience with Joanna. She is very knowledge and knows the products she recommends me to use. She takes time to explain how to use the products. She monitors your progress well. In my experience the staff is very helpful. The facilities are always clean. They do their best to accommodate you. I have been going for the past year and even though I have not grown a lot of hair. The hair I have is healthier and I havent loss much.It is hard enough to deal with hair loss but the staff always look for ways to make you feel better. I have been a member of HCM for more than 13 years and have had several stylists during that time. Although they all were good and the HCM quality has always been perfect, I am the most satisfied with my current stylist, FARZANA IMAM. I fully understand why she won a major award and went to Paris for the event. HCM has virtually changed my life. My hair looks so natural that I sometimes forget that it’s not all me and I receive many compliments on my appearance. My meetings with FARZANA are always looked forward to and I love walking out of her room looking and feeling so much better. Thank you HCM and especially, thank you FARZANA. I recommend HCM to anyone who wants to look younger and better.
After using Hair Club for over 30 years my business travels made maintaining a system difficult so I decided to have Microdermal Pigmentation. I used Hair Club because I trust them and my decision was an excellent choice. My sessions were with Farana and she is an artist. I look great and natural and everyone has complimented me on my new , shaved head style. The hairline is natural and I feel good about my choice.
The quality of their products are extremely poor. They staff doesn’t care about the clients, they will say whatever the customer wants to hear to sell them the product. After the sale is done they could careless about the customer. I highly suggest not to work with Hairclub. You could easily find the hair system that they so highly speak of online for fraction of the price and you easily find a salon that usually works with weaves and fix your hair systems and do the maintaining for you.

The staff is outstanding, especially my stylist Farzana. She is extremely talented and professional. The center’s manager Susan is always available to resolve any issues that arise. I have been a HCM member for more than twenty years. Their service outstanding and my self imagine is greatly enhanced. The staff, especially my stylist Farzana are outstanding. The wall to her room is covered with awards she has won. She is by far the best stylist I have ever had at the HCM. Her skills are phenomenal, matched only by her pleasant personality. My appointments are like visiting an “old” friend. There are insufficient words to adequately describe her. I live on Staten Island, Farzana is worthy the drive to Manhattan.

To get my moneys worth, I go every 2 weeks for a blow dry and cut, a frontal, or full service. My hairdresser, Lucy, is a sweetheart and is very meticulous when it comes to taking care of you. She is very professional and wants to do the best for her clients.

Ive been a hair club client for the past decade since my early 20s. While not for everyone, going to Hair Club improved my confidence and self-image. The stylists and people who work there are all very friendly and really work with you to make sure your hair goals are met.
UPDATE:After being deceived into resigning a new contract with HairClub, I had to leave them again.I was told I could resign with new pricing in April of 2021 and get skin systems every 6 weeks.Upon signing, I was then told by the stylist that hair was on 3-12 month back order and that skin systems were not going to happen.I was then told that my recollection of events was inaccurate.Life will go on. Proceed with caution.

Hair Club in the Finanical District 55 Broadway, NYC is wonderful...it is quiet and mostly everyone is friendly. The receptionist is very nice. My favorite stylist is Yolette. When you leave HC Yolette makes you feel like a QUEEN/KING. She will always ask you if you need some products and explain what they will do for your hair. She is caring and takes her time with you, NOT LIKE some of them at another location. Anyone that know Yolette will say that she is the best. She definitely deserve a raise and the company need to her this.

At first glance Hair Club looks promising with their free consultation, hair and scalp analysis. But of course what’s a company without a hook. I recently went in for a consultation, hair and scalp analysis and to my surprised was blown away by how similar their process is to a car dealership. The sells person, “Hair Specialist”, throws a couple of pictures here and there, shows you your affected area and smacks you with regimen that would cost you an arm and a leg. Way to reel them in Hair Club. I specially found it ironic that the person who helped me was also having hair problems. Personally, I would not recommend Hair Club to any one I know since profit is their main priority.

A huge waste of money!!!! I got the xtrands plus package deal back in November, 2016 with confidence it will actually work. At first it looked pretty good after they placed the new hair on my head. They use this glue and sticky tape to keep it firm on the head. Two days later the xtrands hair started to peel off my scalp. I tend to sweat often and also have oily skin. A probable factor. This kept happening every time I tried to maintain it on my own or after going to the salon for reapplying. It simply does not work for me. The glue and tape are extremely messy and very hard to get off the scalp and the new hair despite their removal solution. Way too much high maintenance!!!! Dont waste your money!!!!!!!!!! And the staff is extremely fake and exaggerate on how nice you look in your new hair 🙄🙄🙄.
I think Yolette is an excellent hairstylists.... I like the way she does my hair... I have been with her for 4 years now and today she made me become a platinum man.
Joanna is a great stylist! I have been with her for little over a year now and has never disappointed me.

After 13 years of always being on time with my payment, I had a financial problem and they held my hair hostage and would not put it on, even though it was partially covered and would be completely paid 5 days later! To say the least, I was NOT pleased and severed my ties. They do only care for the money...I will never recommend this company to anyone again!

At first I wanted a transplant but I didnt have enough hair. It was not possible because of the type of loss that I have. Hair Club gave me a Micropigmentation solution with Farzana. My experience has been very good and I feel good after my procedure. I recommend that you come and take it into account.
I have been here in hairclub for a long time, more than 20 years. They do a good job especially my stylist Arelis. I recommend it to someone who wants to regain their confidence.

The staff are exceptional and work hard to insure a friendly and relaxedatmosphere. John the manager is wonderful as well as Amanda whotakes exceptional care of the clients. Overall, great customer service andyou are made to feel very special, but most importantly you leave looking quite good every time.

2020-11-17I saw the advertisement and came for a consultation because they seemed professional. Hair Club has exceeded my expectations. So much so that I am a client for two years now and I hope to be for many years so come. All staff are amazing and cooperative especially my stylist Farzana. The customer relations staff is very attentive to me especially Briana and Amanda. I cant thank hair club enough for giving me my confidence back.

I have been unhappy with my hair thinning for a while and now that I am undergoing the restore ink process I feel much more confident. Farzana (my stylist) she does a great job with my hair and makes me feel comfortable, also she values my opinion when I tell her what I like to be done with my hair. The atmosphere is always inviting and I love the ability my stylist Arelis has to always make me look and FEEL good. Amenda checks on me and makes sure i am satisfied. I am almost 80 years old and it is a joy to know that Hair Club is still here for me. I will continue to be here as long as I can because i am happy and enjoy the energy every time that I am here.
