I have CCC hairless and they promised that they can regrow my hair overtime. I racked up a heafty bill by purchasing the restorlink service ( hair tatooing) This procedure was supposed fill in the spots where there is no hair. The procedure was extremely painful and it made the dark spots look darker instead of blending with what I have left. Nothing that was promised worked. I00% regret going to this place. Also, they have to realize that the same products does not work for all nationality and hair types. This place is misleading. You will find yourself buying more products from them after already spending thousands of dollars on a payment plan that is impossible to pay off on time without being charged extremely high interest.
11/15/18I been going to hair club since 10/2016. I have had excellent services. The stylist’s Kendra, Adline and Jackie are excellent. I have had excellent customer services from Stephanie, Pascale and Rosemarie. Great services!NS
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Stephanie is always so helpful and will make sue you are happy and satisfied. Kendra does such a great job with my hair that I feel and look so beautiful when I leave.
I have been coming to hair club for a year now. I have been very pleased to have a great experience and service is excellent .I see a noticable difference in my hair. I would highly recommend Hair Club.the front desk is great and the staff Stephanie Kendra and Jackie are highly experienced.
I have been with hair club for 20 years . After carefully looking for a professional and astheticaly pleasing company to work with as I do public speaking and am primarily concerned w Asthetics and manageability as well as being affordable with my expectations of cost . I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED....all guys of corse have insecurities initially of what to expect , however HC was very carefull Iin making sure thorough consultation and fully understanding what my specific needs were that they make me happy . Stephanie and Pascal At the new Hyde park location have gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me TIME and TIME agian in meeting my expectations even when I’ve been not the most easiest person do deal with as they have always been OVERWHELMINGLY ACCOMMODATING to make sure that I always achieved the desired look that of corse is so important to me . I ve been employed with HairClub for most of my adult life. Its a wonderful company to work for. Hairclub takes excellent care of both clients and employees. Hair Clubs motto is to have fun, work smart, and be considerate to others. As an employee, you are part of a team. There is an incredible support system, trainings, refresher courses, seminars, motivational talks: all the tools necessary to ensure employee success. Compensation, benefits, paid time off, tuition reimbursement...but the best is the knowledge that your carreer is about improving someone else life. One of the most wonderful facet of HairClub is Hairclub for Kids. All of our clients are important, but children hold a special part in everyones heart, and to see them get their childhood back is priceless. HairClub rocks!!!!
I came from HC in Hauppauge where I was lied to and horrifically traumatized. Here at Lake Success I was handled with kid gloves extreme compassion and respect. Love ALL the staff! Best hairdresser ever ; Kendra!!
I love this place. I look like a new me since I started here in Feb 2018. Adline is my hair dresser and she has fun styling my hair. I always look picture perfect when I leave here.
I give the hair club an excellent rating every one here treats me really nice. They are professionals in what they do if you are having problems with your hair this is the place to come to.

I made an appointment for 12/26/12 for 1 pm, when I called I spoke with Chaelene, who told me since it was for a new customer consultation that I had to speak tp Rosemary who was out when I called, Charlene told me that Rosemary would call me back to set an appointment, she did. When we arrived for our appointment 15 minutes ahead w were given forms to complete, completely expected. Then, I was asked when I made the appointment? who remebers when they called for an appointment, the essential information is the date time and location for an appointment. Then we were told that the manager/director didnt have the appointment in the computer. I told Charlene, who never identified herself, btw, that Rosemary personally made the appointment, she told me that Rosemary scheduled the appointment in her book, but never entered into the system! We asked how much longer it would be, we were told a few more minutes, after 30 minutes of waiting and all the subsequent nonsense. Then the director/manager Pascale and Rosemary come into the waiting room and told us that we couldnt be seen today unless we wanted to wait another half an hour because they didnt log our appointment properly, and that Rosemary was still workoing with her noon appointment. I dont understand any of this. Completely unprofessional, and inept conduct. We were first time customers, if this is the way they treat new customers, I think Rosemary and the manager PascaleRiviere Guillod should be fired.

2021-04-17The Lake Success hair salon is very clean and professional. I always enjoy my visits and Jason is an absolute artist with hair; he is one of the best stylists in all of HairClub and I have been to many locations nationwide. I would absolutely recommend to anyone considering HairClub to go, it will change your life!

2021-12-05After I got out of the hospital with Covid I started to lose most of my hair. Latisha was my hair technician. She is extremely talented. She created a style that was natural looking and easy to care for. Losing your hair is traumatic but Leticia made it easier to deal with. She is a true artist.

2021-05-13First I had the good fortune to work with Rosemary and LaTesha....then another wonderful experience with Stephanie. The staff at this salon is so incredibly helpful and go way out of their way to accommodate you. Cannot say enough about the quality of people the manager/owner hires. If you decide to work with them, be prepared to work in a very comfortable, clean environment, with caring individuals.

In addition to being such a great stylist, he is extremely professional, knowledgeable about all of the systems and products and is extremely patient. He always does a meticulous and thorough job. I have been a HCM for over 5 years and give the highest recommendation to Jason and the Lake Success Center.

2018-06-16I’ve been a member since 1989. The staff at the New Hyde Park location is great. I have always received great service from all of the stylists that I have seen. Special shout out to Miriam, Beverly and Maria for being great at their jobs and always making me feel very comfortable and part of the HCM family. Charlene at the front desk is terrific, friendly and will always do her best to fit you in to the schedule if you need a last minute appointment. Pascale, Rosemary and Stephanie are fantastic - always professional and quick to resolve any issues that may come up.I would recommend this office to anyone who asks. Keep up the great work.

2018-06-16Ive been a client with hair club for over 10 years and I absolutely love it. Kendra is my stylist she is everything , she is the best. She knows what shes doing and shes an excellent stylist. Charlene works at the front desk. Shes an absolute gem. She knows all her clients by name she is the epitome of a beautiful soul who is great at customer service and smiles all the time Pasquale is the manager she is always helpful when needed. Stephanie, Rosemary, Beverly, Sandra, Jackie, Jason. Just to name a few are all wonderful people. Its a great team they have there. I love them all. I would absolutely recommend my friends and I have recommended a couple of my friends. I feel like we are a big happy family when I visit. I enjoy my visits, they all are so welcoming and courteous every day with every one at all times. Thanks guys for taking care of my hair all these years. I love it.

2021-01-23I was diagnosed with alopecia areata, which means lose of hair. I dealt with this for several years during a stressful time in my life. I felt like there was no solution for me. One day watching TV I saw a commercial for Hairclub and I went for a free assessment of my scalp and hair. I met a lovely woman, Rosemary and she was so comforting and warm as I sat there crying my eyes out about my hair. She explained how they would fix my hair and I would never have to worry about my bald spots showing again. Well Rosemary was 100% right. I met with Maria C who was the person who measured my hair, and she was so kind as well, and came back and received my hair piece. You would never know that I had bald spots. I couldn’t believe it. I then met Kendra, who does my hair now weekly and she is the best! She is kind, caring, and so talented. This place is a place where I found my confidence again. It is clean, neat, and professional. I will never forget Rosemary or Maria C or Kendra. It’s like coming hone every week!!!

The service provided is by far outstanding, professional and without a doubt totally client orientated with a can do attitude for the clents wants and needs, there is always a great solution. Lastly under the guidance of the best crew in the Hair Club Organization under the guidance of Pascal, Stephanie, Jason and First Captain Charleen who gracefull guides the clients to the great hair technicians like Maria, Sara, Miriam to name a few are the cream of Hair Clubs professional back bone. In short 10 stars out of 5 and if you want Rolls Royce treatment get yourself to the Lake Success facility and you’ll be in great hands.
