This was such a fun experience! Literally no scares but tons of fun. I’d recommend this to anyone that likes Halloween but is not into haunted houses. The decorations were over the top. Thanks for an awesome time HHLI!

100/100 is my rating. So much fun and everyone on the staff was as nice as humanly possible, even when a grumpy Karen got mad because she had to wait ‘6 minutes!’ LMAO. Some people are nuts. But the staff here was courteous and graceful and the experience was well worth the Money..... 🤞🤞

I’m a professional photographer and I went here with a client to do a spooky shoot. We got some amazing shots and had a ton of fun doing it!

The place was very busy when I went, but we just skipped past the busy rooms and went back when they were cleared out. They let you go around as many times as you want, so we weren’t even worried about it.

Went today. Thought it was okay. It was clear they put a lot of effort into some of the scenes but it was over very quickly (20 min) for what we paid (~$100 after taxes and fees for me, my wife and my 6 yo).I had thought the main exhibit took up most of the top floor of the empty mall, but it was just all within a medium sized unoccupied store.Though I think some will find it’s well worth the price of admission, I personally did not, though my family did enjoy our 20 min while there.

Please save your money and time. We spent $106 to walk around and look at cheap decorations. You walk through different “rooms” separated by curtains. I don’t think I’d be as frustrated if it weren’t $30 a person. That was easily a $10 a person experience. Also, I notice that the owner keeps responding to comments on here saying that people only walked through the waiting area. Based on their comments, they walked through the actual attraction. It actually IS that bad. I’ve never written a review before, but felt like I should for this one.

Surprised by some of the negative reviews - this was really, really fun for everyone in our group, including 7 year olds, teenagers, adults. The attention to detail was incredible, especially in the Stranger Things and Nightmare Before Christmas rooms. The staff was wonderful. It had all the fun of Halloween without the people jumping out and scaring you (although theres enough horror to give you your fix, if youre into that). Cute and, most importantly, fun! Strong recommend.

Went on halloween. The owner gave out free cookies to all the kids that were dressed up. So nice

Just stick to the waiting area... if you want to pay for something, pay for the arts and crafts by lets craft outside the attraction. As you see the owner claimed I did not attend the attraction. So now I will go in detail in my updated review.I did, On October 31st at 6pm, I went through all 10 rooms. The second room was really well done, a great photo op as you check in to the hotel. All the other rooms were pretty disappointing except maybe the stranger things room. Here is what would make it 4 or 5 stars for me. Lower the cost to something a bit reasonable as its really only a 20 minute experience... ORRRR throw a lot of candy in each room to the kids.At the end... no adult is coming here for themselves, its for the kids... look at the exit, are kids faces ecstatic, or disappointed? Give them candy in each room and no one will give you the 1 star.

We went here over the weekend, from the pictures it looks great, but in real life not so great. This would be great for kids under 10, but for adults and teens not so much. There was some effort put into everything, but to ask $30 a ticket is just ridiculous. This would have been good at $10 a person and if you live close by, but for $30 a person there are so many better options out there and this is just not worth the price of addmission. The whole experience was done in 10 minutes and you were left feeling like you wasted your time.
