The hotel was fine. Good location. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. The only issue is that I thought that all the Hampton Inns had a microwave in the room but my room didnt have one. I was told that only some rooms have microwaves. I need a microwave when Im traveling. I like to bring my own meals.
I have been staying here on and off for about the last six months for work. This is the last time. The place is a joke. The owner/ manager are still using COVID in order to not provide services such as house keeping and an adequate breakfast. These are amenities that are still being billed into your stay. No discount is given. Rooms are not being cleaned. Stay elsewhere! Trust me!
Worst staff Ive ever encountered......when I, travel I stick with Hilton brands exclusively but will never stay at this one again. At check in the person at the counter seemed high, took almost 5 min to get out of her where to find a vending machine. In the morning at breakfast, the attendant told my wife that the waffle mix dispenser was empty and she didnt feel like mixing more up. My wife is allergic to eggs...so basically the main option she had, she couldnt have due to a rude & lazy staff member
For $250 this absolutely did NOT live up to the Hampton/Hilton name. Maybe the price was inflated due to the concert this weekend but geeze! I was deeply disappointed 😞. Still doing Grab-N-Go breakfasts (they were implementing full the following Monday), the room was nothing special. I even had to ask for a microwave to be placed in the room!! Was told that all the microwaves had to be replaced because of COVID. SERIOUSLY!!??? To be fair, the room was very clean...windows do not open...and the beds were firm but soft. It was quiet despite being located right by the elevator; didnt hear a sound while sleeping or the next morning either. Not bad, not great, but very, very overpriced. Think twice.
My wife and I stayed here while visiting our Granddaughter. We took advantage of the mobile check in and digital key. That allowed us to park on the side of the building, come in, go right up to our room and not have to stop off for paperwork or really any other interactions whatsoever. Not that, that would be bad. It was just way for efficient this way.It would be nice if bothy wife and I could utilize a digital key in the app vs just one of us; however that may be on the works. The room was clean and and there were plenty of towels. The only issue was that my wife ran out of coffee. We didnt request more so not really a complaint. We are looking forward to our next stay.
The staff on the Evening of the 21st, and the day of the 22cd were wonderful. This was a special little trip, celebrating my Daughters 15th bday. (Just a little Mother, Daughter get a way) it meant a lot as well because My Son, who is away.(and in the Navy, used his Hotel Points for us!!! Xoxo) The room was fantastic. Clean, and very cool.(Thank God for AC!!)I wanted to check in early about 1:30, 1:45pm(at least ask if I could) I must have waited for 5 to ten minutes before someone came to the desk.(I knew someone was there, because I could hear them talking...)Finally, the Hospitality clerk came out.No smile, no hello.(but I could sense and see the frustration; -I asked if I could check in early, they looked but said no, I said I would come back, no problem. I was informed, Hotel times everywhere were 3 pm. Another 2 guests came in, and out of frustration the Hospitality clerk says, Why is everyone coming in, its not 3pm.That bothered me and made me sad. Two guests are tired from traveling, maybe a bit weary. They just want to rest. Guests really dont need to hear complaints.CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS EXACTLY THAT. Being in the hotel business requires HOSPITALITY. If that can not be mustered, then please work elsewhere.Covid is not an excuse NOT TO DO ONES JOB. There was life and customer service before COVID, there is life during, and there is certainly life after Covid. The pool is something I look forward too. (I want to use it.)The pool is part of the HOTEL EXPERIENCE. (Enough now.)Guests do not want to hear its out of order, or be given excuses as to why it is. (We just want to use it.) Hotel rooms are expensive.(pool is one of the perks)Maybe in off times have it cleaned with chemicals so guests can utilize it while they are staying there.Beyond grateful I got to swim this morning. Refreshing, therapy for the soul!!! Xo...But, just food for thought. Great it was cleaned with chemicals/pool cleaner..But, please vacuum the dirt off the bottom of it, and please scoop out the stuff floating in the pool. Im sure I am not the only one who does not want to feel debri on the bottom of their feet. Or see and swim through(gag)a bunch of clumped and knotted brown hair.ITS A HOTEL WITH MANY GUESTS. WHY IS THERE ONLY ONE CART CARRIER FOR GUESTS LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS? MAKES NO SENSE.With all that being said. There was good, and not so good. The room and breakfast was wonderful. Eve staff on the 21st was nice enough. Day staff on the 22cd was lovely...Everything is a learning experience...Another day is another chance to do better, be better. God bless xo
Disappointed with our stay. This location is not up to par with Hampton Inn standards. Staff was friendly. Room was dirty at check-in. Mud on floor of shower used tea bag in room coffee pot. No morning coffee available in lobby in the mornings. Lobby was hot and no chairs to allow for our group to sit together. Would not stay here again.
Was quoted the same price for each night. Got charged one night with the correct quote and second night got charged over $75 from what we were quoted. Called the hotel to see if they could fix it- they could not. Worker there spoke with general manager and I was told it’s a new thing Hilton does now- they only guarantee the quote for the first night and not the following nights. Even though we were quoted the same pice for both nights over the phone? Also would like to add the manager didn’t even get on the phone- she had the worker relay her message to me. Never staying at this hotel again.
First, the bed linens/blanket had been straightened, not replaced. Someone had slept in the bed. This was completely unacceptable and asked to change rooms however the hotel was sold out. In addition, there were no housekeeping people available to change the bed.My wife refused to sleep in the bed. She slept, (poorly) in the chair. I slept, (poorly) on top of the coversSecond, there was a sweaty, grass-stained sock laying on the bedroom carpet. Not under the bed. Right out in the open.Third, I went to the front desk to explain my displeasure and requested that the General Manager call me. The front desk person called the GM. I overheard the conversation. The GM explained that she was too busy and to get my phone number and that she would call me on Monday---48 hours after the issue.
Manager on duty was not inclined to deliver any satisfaction. Tried to tell me on check in that bottled water was not complimentary to silver status guests. She was blatantly wrong on this policy. Especially perturbing as she offered the gentleman checking in prior to me his waters and I happened to know he is also silver status. She denied me late checkout. She denied me access to the pool. She had lots of excuses and zero solutions. Finally, the deadbolt lock on the door was not functioning properly. Overall, this was a disappointing Hampton experience.
The bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived. Our call to the front desk was unanswered. When I complained directly to the front desk person, she had no solution for getting it cleaned or moving us to another room. She seemed very overwhelmed. The next morning she was still alone at the front desk and only offered that she was sorry that they didn’t clean the rooms well. I would not recommend this hotel.
Hampton Inn has cut back significantly due to Covid and seems to be using it as an avenue to save money - overly limited breakfast and reduced housekeeping. The Batavia HI has decided to set the bar even lower - room cleaning when we arrived wasnt up to HI standards and nothing hot (including coffee) for breakfast. Staff was great; but, theres no reason to stay here if theyre arent going to provide anything even close to breakfast. To be fair, I have no idea what level of service the Holiday Inn next door was providing; but, it might be better.I do want to reiterate that all the staff was great. Unfortunately, it seems theyre trying to manage a bad situation driven by the hotel mgmt/ownership.
Rooms were standard rooms for the lower price point. My room was directly above where everyone would smoke at and thus the air would suck all the smoke in which I got to smell all night long. The need to move the smoking area to the side of the building. Also the signatures required are a bit extreme considering they don’t validate anything.
This hotel has gone downhill. We checked in and there was no staff to be found. Thankfully we had a digital key. Room was run down and there was dust all over which made us feel uncomfortable they were not cleaning to the Hilton standard especially with COVID. No breakfast other than some old muffins. Convenient location off the thruway but with so many other properties to choose from in town dont waste your money on this Hilton brand because it doesnt feel like it at all!
The person at the front desk was great! We had a large group with kids. She was patient, kind and attentive. The hotel did have issues with cleanliness. We had a hair on our bed and friends had hairs under their pillows and mold in the bathrooms. Again, the front desk person handled them well and made the best accommodations she could for a sold out weekend. For that I am giving a 4 star review but a 3 is more appropriate based on the expected room standards.
Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. But the room was a disaster. Apparently someone signed off on this room before having it “sealed”, which is appalling. Broken fake nail on the floor, dirt, smears on the mirrors, an absolutely disgusting chair, smarmy light switches, I could go on... You need an overhaul of your cleaning protocol.
Horrible from start to end. Had a frozen tray of pasta in fridge when we first opened it. Keys did not work.. Received a big gash on my leg when I bumped a bed support that was sticking out of the bed frame. I know there are covid restrictions but the breakfast was not worth going to especially when restaurants are open if you are vaccinated which of course we are. Probably the worst Hampton Inn we have stayed in.
Very clean, comfortable, modern hotel. No problems with check in or check out. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices and all was hot and fresh. There was one man fixing all of breakfast for a busy Sunday morning crowd. He did a fantastic job. A couple things to note - no restroom in the pool area, its down the hall, and towels are small and scarce. I would bring one from room next time. Rooms had lots of storage and have refrigerators. Microwave on request no charge. Would stay again.
Fantastic experience! Customer service is top notch! The evening desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, it was very clear the employee in charge of breakfast takes a lot of pride in his work and really cares that hotel guests have a great experience. Rooms were great and the beds are comfy too!
Work sent me to this hotel. I figured it was posh for the area. Breakfast seemed good but was barely any left at only 8 am. Went to a local restaurant. The smell of marijuana from a bunch of cleaners was ridiculous. The cleaning staff must do their job, rooms were clean, but they are pot smoking, trash talking, rude individuals. Including gang members on the cleaning staff I think by the looks. Clean this place up. COuld be lovely.
Called and asked about pool and breakfast prior to booking was told yes on both. After getting to room stuff was missing soap. Wife went n asked for it staff was rude. Asked about pool that said temporary close and found out been closed for over week. Breakfast was all fruit stuff n soy milk stuff that I dont eat.
I booked 2 rooms for a family stay and was very disappointed. My room air conditioning didnt work. Shower head only sprayed out of half of it and I changed settings but none were any better. My daughters room the bath tub was dirty ceiling was falling in. Breakfast was dismal. I realize its covid but at least give it a try.. no vending machines in the entire motel were working but the clerk told me I could go across the parking lot to holiday inn and use theres. I really would like compensation I stay at hampton for hampton hospitality and so didnt get that . Please contact me [email protected]
The rooms were clean, but thats it. No pool access, no coffee, if you like brown bananas and expired yogurt for breakfast. I spend a lot of time in hotels. This place lost my business. They are blaming this all on covid but other hampton inn hotels in New york state have alot more for your money. This management is using covid to nickel and dime the guests. I will go to a hampton further away next time.
Customer service rocks here!!! Rarely if ever have I come across an entire group of employees who all embody a customer centric culture! I’m so impressed with the people in this hotel. The front desk clerk Denise was super helpful when we extended our stay on a holiday weekend and she was able to keep us in the same room even though they were full. The little touches of the local candy shop’s treat as you check in are further examples of this hotel’s thoughtfulnesss. The breakfast was hot, plentiful, greasing and clean and Jesse the kitchen manager went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. I felt like I mattered here. What a wonderful change from most hotel experiences. Keep up the great work!!
We arrived late and had a great experience checking in. Hotel was easy to find, and had easy parking by the side door. Room was clean, and so was the bathroom. Towels were soft. Breakfast was the standard for a Hampton which is the standard eggs and turkey sausage with other continental offerings. Pretty okay.
Nothing on their website stated the pool and gym were closed. Only chose here because of those features. The tub and sink on 3rd floor backs up. Carpet is ripped . Just not worth what Im being charged. No microwave. Only good thing is the bed is comfortable (kingsize).
Really a 3 star hotel but the staff made me bump up to 4Rooms: a bit dated but overall clean. My key card kept malfunctioning and the tub was clogged but fixed by the next day. I also noticed that my window was leaking whenever it rained, see pictures. The mini fridge in the room was pretty loud and clicked on and off at night, Im also positive that the little freezer area didnt work properly, my ice cream bar remained slightly melted the entire time. The highway is located right next to the hotel and sometimes during the week all the cargo trucks zoom past and you can hear it from the hotel room, I would suggest better noise insulating materials when you guys renovate.Service: the front desk was extremely friendly, especially the woman named Samantha. The gentleman keeping the breakfast area tidy and stocked was very accommodating. He noticed that my coworker didnt touch the meats and offered to make him something he preferred.Amenities: Breakfast options were decent and they actually had hard boiled eggs in their shells! . They also offer a to-go bag with a bottled water, fruit, pastry and granola bar - a nice touch :) The gym is tiny, two treadmills, a bike and a small area for weights/stretching. I would say it fits 3 people maximum before it gets uncomfortable lol The pool was still under renovation when I was there but I didnt see any work being done.
The service was very good and appreciated, the room had a big bug in it running around and. The room however was clean and nice. The only issue was that to reserve a room, I was asked to give my credit card information over the phone which is always something you should never do. I understand the need to save a reservation, but please dont require a card number on the phone, ask for a birthday instead.
We usually have a great experience when we stay at a Hampton Inn. This location is currently under construction, which is not disclosed on the website or when booking via telephone. I booked conjoining rooms and they both had ants. The door between the rooms did not open from my side and their maintenance staff had to remove the guts of the handle in order to open it. The pool and hot tub were operational and and the breakfast was great. The hotel is minutes driving distance from the local shopping centers and an hour from Niagara Falls. Its also approximately forty minutes from Strong Museum.
Looks like a new property and it was very warm and cozy as you walk in. Very easy to get through from the Thruway exit.Me just say that afternoon manager Alex did a fantastic job. This is how customer service should be done, I bet you he might have wrote a few chapters of the customer service book!! he was totally patient with our requests, and kind-hearted, and addressed each of our requests like a true customer service professional. I could go on and on and on, because I have stayed in several hotels through the years in several different chains including Hampton inn, and I have never ever had customer service at this level!!One of the issues was when I got into our room I unwrapped the hand soap but my spouse did not know that I did that. She called downstairs to Alex and complained that the soap was not changed out from housekeeping prior to us checking in. He quickly brought us new soap which was our fault to begin with, and did not make my wife feel like it was a botheration to him. Then apologized profusely for the apparent mistake. (I wrote him a note upon check out to make sure he knew it wasnt the fault of the hotel and that he did a fantastic job)The room with spacious enough with two queen beds. Didnt like the shower too much as the different settings in the shower head were not all working and there was not enough force coming out of the shower head, and the hottest setting was not as hot as I would have personally liked. Also, the hot tub was inoperable for the heat but I guess its all about the timing. Theres a small and somewhat adequate workout room with two treadmills and a bike and some free weights. didnt use the pool but I saw that it was definitely being enjoyed by all the kids there. The breakfast area is pretty limited as far as seating goes, and seemed to be lacking in choices of food. There were French toast sticks, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, three different cereal, oatmeal, various juices and milk teas and coffee, and make your own waffle station. There were also various pastries and breads. It seems like something was missing with the available items as Ive had more items with a different variety at other chains and other Hampton inn hotels.Long and short, we would stay here again if we had to come to Batavia for an overnight. Whatever you do dont lose Alex, he is such an important and amazing member of your team!!!
Chose this hotel from Reviews. Breakfast was very disappointing. They ran out of food and the hotel employees hid. When one returned, she stated that it would take to long to cook so they would not be making more. The muffins and Danish had dwindled, fruit was not promising. Garbage cans were overflowing. My room was a nonsmoking room but had been used by a smoker. It was not sufficiently cleaned or refreshed to eliminate the smoke.Hampton Inns are usually such consistently high quality that I stay at them whenever I am on the road. This has been my worst experience at one. Stop at the next one if youre driving west and stop earlier if youre driving east, avoid this one
Overall I rate this 2 stars. Lets start with the blinds in our room, it took over 20 minutes to get the electric blinds to close in our room. The breakfast options were very empty, and was slow to replenish them. The potatoes were also dry and the area was quite small and messy. The premium wifi that is offered for diamond members was very slow and inconsistent. At the time of this review the wifi cut out 3 times. Although the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
Nice room size and has the updated furniture with charging ports. Clean, friendly and easy access. Works with app enabled key. Breakfast was typical items, kept it full. Coffee area was in a spot that makes it pretty tight for more than one so plan an extra moment for that.
The star rating is not entirely the hotels fault - Batavia, NY is not a hot-spot destination and it would be unreasonable to expect them to do a full renovation. Its an older property thats starting to show its age, but theres nothing really terribly wrong with it. The rooms are clean and well maintained; however, theres a very faint scent of smoke from the days before indoor smoking was banned outright which, in concert with the outdated decor, makes the room seem dingy. Thats a pretty picky critique, though, and certainly not one that should keep you from staying there. The fitness center is adequate (with only one working treadmill) and the common areas are kept up well. On the all its acceptable and I would stay again.
We live locally but take the kids in the winter to swim and have a fun night away. My friend and I took our children there last weekend. Staff was helpful and nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The extra cot we needed was big and my son was comfortable in it. The jacuzzi was broken and this was a disappointment for the moms who needed it! We counted on this when we decided to go and we were excited to be able to relax in the hot tub but no such luck. The kids loved the pool but it was so hot in the room that we started getting sick. We were lightheaded, sweating, and nauceous. I dont know if it had to do with the chlorine in the air but we had to start taking turns and then began watching them from the windows right outside. The kids were not affected by it but they were swimming. Breakfast was great but staff the staff wasnt around to take care of problems with the waffle mix being too thick to go through the spout and wasnt cooking right. Food also wasnt getting refilled that needed to be. We checked out at 11 but kids were finishing up in the pool and they made us get them out and leave. I thought they could have let them swim for a bit. No one else was there and its not like they were going to swim long.
They staff was great and very friendly. Overall I was extremely unsatisfied with this Hampton. As a diamond member we stay in lots of hotels and unfortunately this one was very disappointing. We are fromOut of state and were in town visiting a sick relative. The hotel had only one pack and play for the whole hotel. The front desk staff felt horrible after she was already frustrated about her computers and card machines not working. We checked into our rooms which had super sticky floors (our feet were literally sticking to them as we walked) our electric shades were broken and we could not open our window shades during our 3 day stay. Our first day at breakfast we sat downstairs for 45 min with my two young children and in that whole time they had no hot items available (eggs/sausage/potatoes were not refilled at all) no cups with lids, out of napkins. I only saw one random staff member maybe one time in this whole time downstairs for breakfast. This was at 8am- prime breakfast time. Friday night we went and swam in the pool. We were the only ones swimming and there were no pool towels available. Our premier WiFi we get as diamond members was horribly slow and would not stay connected on any of our devices. We attempted to wash some clothes at the washer/dryer that was available right outside our room but the machine selling laundry soap took all of our change and was broken so we couldn’t get any soap and then the $2.00 it cost to dry clothes and all our clothes were still wet at the end of the dry cycle. As we were attempting to do our laundry another customer lost all his money in the soda machine.Unfortunately this Hilton did not live up to the Hilton standards. Again staff was wonderful and friendly and helpful but that is the only reason it is getting a 2 star rating.
Great hotel with a convenient location. We saw Niagara, Lake Ontario, the Finger Lakes, Watkins Glen, Taughannock Falls, and more all in one weekend! The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending good places to eat, etc. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, convenient, and fresh. Our room was clean and easy to access. Check in/out was so fast and easy that we could have blinked and missed it! The free WiFi was a nice bonus. We liked being off the beaten path while still having quick access to 90. The place was quiet, modern, and comfortable. Highly recommend for the price!
Moved here from the Holiday Inn that was disappointing. Much more space in the room with a bigger desk to work from. Internet speed is better, but still slow, measuring 4mbps. Got the whirlpool room with the separate whirlpool tub which is working great for my sore back. Breakfast is standard fare with a waffle maker. Coffee has been available all day and into the evening.
The hotel looked modern & appealing but inside was dirty. There was a bandage wrapper several inches from our door in the hallway, what appeared to be a half of a dog biscuit & a piece of trash in the closet, a piece of pasta & a small piece of paper in the elevator & a fruit fly on our yogurt lid at breakfast. Staff was friendly but it could not overcome our disappointment at the housekeeping shortfalls.
For a Hilton property, I would say cleanliness is the only thing this location could improve on. To clarify they were probably 7/10 clean (tidy, neat, but lacking really deep cleaning feel). For example, we found a fingernail next to the bedside. Not a big deal like say the sheets or towels being dirty but still sort of odd. There were also long different colored hairs around the sink. Now after that small gripe let me say that we would absolutely stay at this Hampton Inn again. Their service and friendliness were top notch. Its because of the people here that Im giving 5 stars.
Great hotel. What everyone said. Breakfast has robust selection. Small gym w weights, plus pool & whirlpool.Rooms nice, big, clean, nothing too fancy (Ive seen one H.Inn in smaller town w more mod looking furniture). Has 1 wired internet in room and WiFi good too. Plenty outlets for chargers. Shower/bath fine.Washer/dryer is whopping $2 not $1 but dryer must be very long cycle: it had over 15 free minutes remaining that I used to unwrinkle clean clothes.Reviews mentioned traffic. Im on 3rd floor. I heard traffic but only *noticed* sounds just now while writing this review. Its not B&B quiet serenity in deep woods, this is a business hotel with all the other hotels next door or across the freeway. Convenient location means traffic is inevitable.
Only stayed overnight after seeing a concert in town and it was just what we needed. A clean and quiet place to sleep, the Hampton fulfilled both of those requirements. Breakfast in the morning was good too. A typical continental breakfast with all the fixings. Couldnt really ask for more.
I always stay with Hilton properties when I can because Im a member of HHonors, so I have stayed in countless Hampton Inns, HGIs etc. I was traveling from another city in NY a few hours away when bad freezing rain and snow hit. I politely called the hotel to see if they could bend their cancellation policy for me because of the weather. I was transferred to a manager and told they could cancel it, but I would be charged the cancellation fee (which was the whole nights stay). I told her I would obviously keep the reservation then. She was very short and unfriendly. After driving through the bad weather we arrived at the hotel. I have a standing request through HHonors that I prefer a high floor away from elevators to reduce noise, etc. I was put in a room on the first floor between the elevator and the maids closet!!!! The hotel wasnt even close to full. They were obviously punishing me for politely asking to cancel my reservation due to bad weather. We spent the night listening to the guests upstairs thump around, then we spent the early morning listening to the maids bang around. The guy behind the front desk that checked us in was somewhat pleasant. The room was partially clean - there was a good layer of dust on the headboard.Avoid this hotel - there are plenty of other options close by, even in the Hilton family. The staff does not know how to serve guests - I will not be back!
This place is a joke. Very disorganized and supremely poor customer service. Issues with billing and trying to get Hilton Honors points. Stayed for a wedding and we had it easy with a room that smelled like smoke and having poor device other family members did not have rooms ready when they checked in amongst other issues. Avoid this place. Go to the Holiday Inn.
Stayed here after a concert at Darien Lake, which is about 25 minutes away from the hotel. Currently undergoing renovations, not sure how far along they are on the project, but the rooms on the 3rd floor seem to be finished. Easily accessible from the Thruway. Probably would pick something on the Buffalo side if we did another concert or event at Darien Lake though- more hotel choices, more things to do etc. Also, they had the prices jacked up pretty high because of the concert. If we had gone to Buffalo we would have saved $80 or more for an equal similar Hilton level property.
Beautiful hotel in an amazing town. Clean, spacious and the friendliest staff. I have to mention the front desk receptionist Samantha and the most amazing manager Justin that went above and beyound to make us feel at home. Im coming here once a year for states gymnastic competition at University of Brockport; even thought I have to drive another 30 minutes to get to the venue from Batavia to Brockport I rather stay at this hotel where I fell like at home. Thank you again Justin! Well be back every time were around.
We stayed for 1 night. The pool area had hair on the deck . Then we went up to are room. The rug was never vacuumed and there was macaroni and cheese in the corner. Girl came and vacuumed. Then later I was sitting in chair and noticed an old spoiled milk children cup next to bed skirt. Plus the bed skirt was filthy. I told the girl at front desk. She did say she was sorry. They said they are remolding.I guess it won’t help house cleaning.

2022-06-11It is well placed near I 90. However, do not stay in room 215. The elevator is right next to it and slightly noisy. Our room was musty smelling. Toilet has a slight leak so water is slightly dripping through the tank into bowl. Not noisy… but water wasting for sure. Sheets clean. Bath clean. Good beds. We paid WAAAAY TOO MUCH FOR THIS HOTEL. Not worth much more than $125 a night. Don’t pay more

2022-05-23The first room they gave us had not been made up. Walked in to other peoples mess. Very discouraging seeing on how we didnt get to the hotel until 9pm after a busy day and lots of driving. The next mornings breakfast choices were very limited and the facility area was messy. No one there to clean or restock food items. Our second room didnt have the setup we asked for originally and it was just across the hall from the laundry room. Workers were noisy in the early morning hours.

2022-05-17Staff were amazing and very helpful but the place itself seemed like it was falling about from the front doors, to the elevator, to the chips, scuffs, and stains. The opening lobby is comfy and the rooms had lots of counter space which is nice.

2022-05-24Positive: Very clean and a lot space Negative: I reserved and paid --- for a king bed side for me and my wife, when I get there don¿t have a king bed only double because the hotel was over booked and they give priority to the Hampton members, I got a receipt for ---, I paid 30.00 more online.

2022-05-22The breakfast was so poorly run , I am not sure if I would ever reccomed anyone going to this location . Very poor selection , and very limited amounts of food available . I want it 9am , they were out of eggs - I asked the young man will u be bringinging out more eggs he said , not for 15 or 20 min, they take a while . Are you joking me ? Also not boiled eggs , potatos almost gone . Only one waffle maker .Rooms were clean , beds were great , pool was clean - but this shows a business owner how one some thing that should not happen can cause your too loose a guest.

2021-10-10Im highly disappointed with my stay here. The check in process was smooth and without a hitch and my room was not an issue either. However the breakfast and lobby area was a disaster. I dont ever write bad reviews but I felt I had to voice my displeasure. They had people running the breakfast area both mornings of my stay and it was plain nasty. First they didnt fill any of the basics like utensils, cups( both coffee and juice cups empty)napkins, or condiments. People had to ask for things. Next they had no offerings of anything to place on the stale bread like jelly or jam. Next the food was cold so Im not sure if the heating system was completely working properly or not. Next the toaster was broken so I was unable to toast my stale bread. Furthermore I thought I would try and save my breakfast by making a Belgian waffle. I overlooked the batter spills and food debris from the day before and possibly longer to find out that to my surprise that was broken also. The only thing that was right was the hot water and coffee. Not even the free juice machine was working as the orange juice looked to be water. I had to leave the hotel to find breakfast elsewhere. I just think at the prices I have paid for a suite in other places that I would have had better experience.

2022-02-23The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel itself is well maintained but showing its age. The chair in room was clean but very worn.

2021-08-08The overnight girls were amazing the nights we stayed. A couple of the day staff were great. The manager is awful. There was an issue with one of our friends with the afternoon desk clerk messing up the rooms for those who were also staying in our party. The manager refused to speak to us and told the young desk girl on the phone she was too busy doing dishes and would handle this on Monday. Way to be a leader and not help out the guests or those on staff. She should not have that job. Otherwise we had a decent stay for the most part. Some of the staff was awesome and others no so much. If they get a new manager we would stay again!!!

2022-05-21This place was bad. Manager said he would hold rooms and didn’t. After we sat there for 2 hours and didn’t tell us we had to reserve before 6:30.
