Great stay! & continental breakfast is from 4am-10am giving everyone plenty of chance to eat. The pool area & gym both stays busy yet always clean. The short handed staff is amazing at running this place under the circumstances. House keeping by requests works great too. All thumbs up....
I had a nice experience at this hotel. For the price it was very clean and the staff were very attentive to the guests. The only issues I had were that night shift was kinda disinterested in anything. For example, I came down at 2am attempting to get the complimentary coffee in the lobby and was told there wasnt any until morning. Then one day around 630a I was able to get coffee but the vanilla cream was empty. I told the same person and she said the breakfast person would handle it. These were minor issues. All in all for an affordable, clean hotel in a great location this was very good.
I have cancer and Im immunal compromised . I checked in on 12/11/2021 and the young ladies at the front dest were excellent. I got to my room and put my bags in then left the hotel to get some dinner. Upon my return to my room I went to use the bathroom and on the toilet was a hair and a dry urine spot on the toilet ! Apparently the house keeper didnt clean the bathroom because upon further investigation the tub was dirty there were hairs from the previous guest in the tub and and the sink below the mirror. I then called for house keeping but iwas informed that they had gone for the day so I asked for cleaning products to be sent to my room. Needless to say after waiting for an hour I had to go down to the lobby get cleaning products and clean my bathroom !
Fantastic stay that we had, mostly quiet, the associates were pleasant. Room was clean for most part and the bathroom. Wifi and the TV worked. My only complaints are the bed was too stiff for myself and the TV auto brightness that self adjusted really hurt the eyes a bit. But other then that it was a great stay.
The customer service at this hotel is awesome. They take pride in and deserve recognition for the cleanliness of the hotel. I mean this hotel is clean and the complementary breakfast is a special touch. Coffee and tea are provided in the hotel lobby throughout the day. I just have a few suggestions for the owners. The towels are too hard and stiff and the bathroom could use a dimmer switch because the light is so very bright. Also, the ironing board in my room did not have a padding beneath the cover so when I ironed something the holes from the board showed up on my clothes. Other than that I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn very much.
One of the best Hampton Inn’s I have stayed at! It’s 100% because of how fantastic and hospitable the staff is! I have been here twice in the last two weeks, and everyone is genuinely happy to have us there. Colleen the van driver as well as another gentleman (I am sorry I never got his name- but he works in Maintenance and he was out van driver Sunday night and Monday evening). Everyone here just goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable! The rooms are nice, the bathrooms fresh and clean, and the breakfast is a surprising treat fromSo many other boring grab and go bags (thanks to covid). Thank you so much!
I am now going to rank down 1 star for any hotel/motel that may deserve a 5 . Reason being is that i am tied of breakfast food that we pay for in the cost of our room NEVER comes with a none dairy option or it is a boiled egg. We have to either try to scrape cheese off or we have to go to a restaurant . WHAT is so hard for a chain to offer a dairy free sausage biscuit or a sausage & egg. If egg is patty like, i can give to my husband & eat the sausage.Until i see a change, ever chain that offers breakfast will get the same complaint.Thanks for juice & fruitOtherwise this Hampton was fine.
We checked in here after leaving a nearby hotel due to a very bad experience. Despite the late hour the woman at the front desk was very patient and helpful. She placed us in a room that promised to be in a quiet spot if the hotel. Unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t work and the room was over 80 degrees. She personally checked two more rooms and then hand delivered our new keys so we could move to another room. The new breakfast system worked great as well. We were well fed and on our way the next morning.
The room was great and so was the service. I had traveled from Maine in no sleep and ended up needing an extra night. They accommodated me early in the morning so I could get settled and get some sleep. The overnight and morning staff were very accommodating. It was nice to have fresh coffee and tea all the time.
Stayed here last wknd.for a bowling tournament...while concerned about our room being first floor right outside the lobby, it was pretty calm by evening. The room was clean and we loved our room housekeeper Rose! She was such a delight! Great breakfast! I could have used more bathroom counter space but I made it work.
On Day 3 here asking for house keeping and not done yet. Trash can is full, room smells like garbage, no towels. Gotta remind them every 6 hours to provide housekeeping but they say Well send someone over, and end up never doing so. Im sure the Holliday Inn across the street does housekeeping without even asking, save the money and enjoy thr cleanliness there.Edit: Heidi was able to send someone right away when asked. The only person to actually help and ensure it happens
The entry way was clear of any clutter and the coffee table was full of everything. Its common at other hotels that this area would be out of stock. Coffee was really hot. Front desk personal was friendly and easy to talk to. My room was nice and clean warm, especially for being a cold night like it was.Thanks for a good experience!
We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Our stay was lengthy and we had to call housekeeping on multiple occasions to tend to our room. The staff were exceptionally polite and courteous with the exception of the front desk staff, Jennifer. She was rude and spoke very condescending to us. She attempted to provoke an argument. She should definitely be trained a bit more in customer service skills.
Rooms were large and comfortable. Location was convenient for traveling and right next to a Chick Fil A. Unfortunately the room we chose (a deluxe King with whirlpool tub on the quiet top floor) smelled strongly of smoke although it was a non-smoking room. The front desk worker offered to spray Febreze in the room or move us to a different room. We chose the new room option and were given a non-deluxe room on the bottom floor directly next to the outside door and parking lot. It was very noisy all night and in the morning due to breakfast. Breakfast was minimal and sticky everywhere. Overall, the hotel seemed nice - large clean rooms, typical Hampton Inn breakfast, and good location.
Great location for our group. We had a weekend sports tournament and it was nice and close to this hotel. Tons of restaurants and shopping within a 5 min drive. Clean rooms, comfy beds, courteous staff fantastic breakfast. The kids and families had a great time in the pool and hot tub too.
Clean. Nice staff. Very helpful services including shuttle availability. Gym is open all night. I questioned the ear plugs near the phone until the morning flights began to run (not that bad really). Drop the black out shade if you end up with a room on the higher floor and near the trucking company. Security light is very bright
I liked this hotel. The front desk staff was very nice. Heidi was there with a smile most every time we passed through. It was easy to find and very centrally located in that little shopping district. Easy on/off from the Interstate. Parking was easy and there was plenty. Getting into the hotel lot from the side street where the Chick fil a was located proved to be problematic because of the constant backup of vehicles waiting for the drive through, however there was a second entrance to the parking lot that was easily accessible and we used that instead. The continental breakfast was good. The first morning we were there it was slim pickings and because there was only about 30 minutes until breakfast was over, they did not refresh anything. We made sure to hit it earlier the next day and we didnt have any problems. They had board games that we took up to our room to play with the kids, which gave us something nice to do during a little of the downtime. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Everything was clean and well kept. Price was great. So youre probably wondering why I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star? Well, its because the first night we got there we had to change rooms because ours had a lot of unwanted flying bugs in the bathroom. Small little black bugs, similar to fruit flies only a little larger. We went downstairs and immediately we were given another room (thankfully the hotel wasnt completely booked). They apologized and there wasnt any issues with switching, just the inconvenience of packing up and moving down the hall. Overall though, I would stay again and I would recommend the hotel.
Positive: great location, pool and hot tub fantastic, staff fantastic, room clean and well maintained and very comfortable.Negative: no hot coffee 3 separate times, no microwave, you look the heavy curtain does not cover the window...had a spot light, light up our room all night.
Great hotel! Staff is kind, accommodating and very helpful! We have stayed here many times throughout the year on business trips & family trips and have had great customer service. Even during renovations, the hotel was clean, staff was very thoughtful and because of this we will continue going back. Anthony is great as Manager! When the pool was under renovation, his staff asked us if we wanted to try Home2Suites which is also amazing, especially with small kids!!!
Nice rooms and all but I was disturbed that staff Heidi kicked us out because we had too many people and when we got rid of majority people she still decided to kick us out of the hotel. We were being nice and trying to reason with her, but she blocked us out completely. We weren’t being rude at all we talked nice. She was a lil snotty about things to me, I also felt like she was being a little racist towards us. I just want my refund back.
There is construction going on by the driveway entrance. Lobby was clean. Room was clean although the phone didnt work. Entry into the room was narrow so be careful with big suitcases. Room temperature was good and able to be adjusted. Checkout was fast and friendly. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great hotel right in the thick of the strip! Surrounded by so many restaurants and places to shop the location couldnt have been any better. This is their 22nd year in business and it certainly doesnt show. The rooms are clean and spacious. Microwaves are provided upon request and the complementary breakfast is delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler or overnight guest.
Staff did not care about adhering to the rules they have made to insure guests don’t encounter horrible situations like these. I suggest you check to see who is also staying at the hotel so you don’t have the same problems as I did. Kids are playing hockey in the halls, running around screaming unattended on all floors of the hotel, knocking on doors and running away, screaming and yelling in the pool area while their parents drink in the corner (there is apparently no food or drink in the pool area) and jumping from the hot tub in to the pool (which I’m also pretty sure isn’t allowed). I tried to speak to the front desk staff (should put her name but she didn’t give it) and she said “oh I guess we should check on that’. Nothing was rectified nothing changed and no rules were I forced. If I were you I would stay somewhere else because this was the furthest thing from a relaxing weekend away my as humanly possible. So disappointing considering I paid the same amount (probably more) then they did. Also couldn’t use the business centre because parents were also drinking in there while their kids run wild. All in all I would say stay somewhere else, there is so many beautiful hotels around this area that if you don’t have to stay here I would seriously recommend against it
This used to be my go to hotel for Black Friday shopping. Since the recent renovations the rooms feel smaller. The hot tub is unbearable to sit in as it is way to HOT, its the same every year, which is disappointing after hours of shopping it would be nice to soak in the hot tub. The pool is salt water which is really nice. They removed the exercise room and added a games room with arcade games.The staff are pleasant.
Very clean, centrally located (especially if in town for bills game), nice staff, updated room, close to Niagara area/falls.Only reason I did not give it a 5 stars is because the beds are hard as a rock... like sore back all day the next day hard. Other than that its a nice place to stay
The check was easy. The ladies at the counter were sweet and let us know about breakfast on the morning (which we did attend ). They explained to us how the mart works. My fiance de-magnetized her room key. They were wonderful and quick about the issue. Swam in the pool also and that was a fun time. Spend some time on the whirlpool as well. All and all great stay.
Nice place with remodeled rooms and good breakfast. Good coffee 24 hours a day too. I stayed here for work for a week. Nice hotel that has been recently remodeled and Joseph at the front desk took good care of including dropping off my FedEx envelope at FedEx Office. Would definitely stay here again.
My girlfriend and I stayed overnight for my birthday. We live locally but wanted to get away for a night and this hotel was the perfect answer. The room was fantastic, as was the pool. We went swimming twice in our stay and we were all alone both times. The complimentary breakfast they had was superb. It had eggs, hash browns, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, and more. Overall, this was one of my best birthdays ever and Hampton was a big part of it.
Manager Refused our stay on the day of the stay and we already booked and reserved it. She told me my room wouldn’t be ready for the time that I paid it should be ready for and then also proceeded to tell me I couldn’t bring my things early because the room wouldn’t even be ready by the time that it was supposed to be ready when I was paying for those hours so someone else was supposed to be out and she couldn’t guarantee they would be out so they basically be using up my stay & when I calmly asked if there was any other rooms available or if we’d get an extra longer stay then she refused my stay ( Alice I Think Her Name Was ) right on the day that we are all ready we’re supposed to be checking in and hung up on us.
Except for the paper thin door to my room, this was a great hotel. The location was ideal for commuting to downtown Buffalo, and it was near a couple of major highways. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, the free internet worked better than most Hampton Inns. Overall, it was a great stay.
Stay the weekend for my birthday (January 11th) and the rooms were super clean.. manager was very nice and super helpful the whole time I stayed at the hotel... I will recommend for my family out of town to stay here when they come to visit... thanks again and looking forward to my stay again...
Everything was really Nice from the rooms to the atmosphere and the people who work there.The only thing I didnt like was the fact that they charged me $30 for rechecking in at 10p.I decided to stay another night and notified the manager the night before and The reservation was made. I reminded the front clerk when I went to go site seeing that morning. I informed her that I would be coming in late and I was never notified that I would be charged an additional fee for a late check in. Even though, I liked the hotel this really disappointed me
Hampton Inn did an excellent job with Covid-19 precautions. From masks required in public areas, 2 per elevator (unless family), contactless checkin/checkout, rooms “sealed” after disinfected (remotes plastic wrapped) and every attempt to allow 72 hrs between guests. Top it with your “free “Hot to go” Breakfast you order the night before and pick up brown boxed in the am. Doesn’t get any better than this during scary times ...KUDOS to the staff and employees !!!!
Great service. We arrived in Buffalo for Black Friday the night before, and were out shopping all night and morning. They found us a room for early check in right away and the process couldnt have been smoother. Great amentities provided from the front desk, and the continental breakfast had a variety of options. Close to all shopping and big Dept stores. Would definitely come back again for shopping.
I wish I did not have to give them stars. ROSE head of housekeeping was spying on me through a camera in the pool area. That was really creepy. And when your a Gold member of Hilton your expectations are higher when it comes to customer service. Lastly do not stay here for the free breakfast because it is horrible. However the pool is beautiful but Rose made that experience not so pleasurable.
This is by far one of the best Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. The room is very clean, comfortable and modern. The whirlpool tub was a great way to unwind after a long day of driving. The location is very convenient and prices are very affordable. We checked in thru the Hilton app and used the digital key so as always check in is simple and easy. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay again while traveling thru.
I booked the hotel using Expedia and all went pretty smoothly. They had said the room I paid for was supposed to sleep 4 and it only slept 2 but they brought up a cot for us and also gave us some hotel cash for the snack bar for the confusion. We would definitely stay there again!!!
Stayed at the hotel last night. The heat wasnt working in our room. Called down to the front desk to let them know and someone was at our door to try and fix it within 3 minutes. They were unable to fix it and we were in a new room 5 minutes later. All of the hotel staff was very friendly and quick to help out in any way.
Everything was nice. The only thing that was weird was the washroom door. Nice idea, but did not work for me. Also, change lights the washroom to LED. With all the light making it nice and bright....but it alsk makes it very hot. LED lights would be as bright and much cooler. Last thing, stronger fan in the washroom.
Wed spend the night there so we can catch an early morning flight to Orlando, Florida. The staff is fantastic, the place is clean, comfortable and they went all out on making sure we had a shuttle to the airport the next morning. The heated salt water pool was the best part, very relaxing and perfect if you are travelling with a 6 month old baby. Love it, and will be back on our next trip.
The thermostat has a built in sensor that shuts off the air conditioner when theres no movement in the room. Therefore, the AC shuts off while you sleep and whenever you leave the room. You wake up in an oven. If you leave the hotel for just a few hours, the room is warm when you return. The longer youre gone, the hotter it gets? The staff was kind and brought me fans, because even the HVAC people cant shut off the sensors. The fans just blow hot air around the room. I wouldnt stay there again. Should I consider staying in another Hilton property, Ill call to see if their thermostats are the same.
I selected this hotel mainly because of its location, very convenient for who will travel. It is less than 5 minutes far from the airport... But what make my experience really enjoyable was the staff: friendly, polite, well trained, ready to serve. I definitely recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Walden Galleria mall. There are lots of restaurants close by to choose from. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had with the room was the A/C unit and fan were not working.

My stay was excelent right up last night. a bunch of kids, hockey players, came in yesterday and ran up and down the halls, banged on walls and floors, broke tiles at the pool and ran around all night. Neither parents nor management controlled them. i will definately stay again but not if there is a hockey tournement anywhere near the hotel.
Their key card machine doesnt work so after 3 attempts I had to be let in with a master key which means I cant get out unless I want to lock myself out. Add that to the fact that the air conditioner was cut off and it felt like the desert when I came in here, and Ill never stay at this hotel again
Back in October 2017 we took 35 of our Seniors on a college tour and the Hampton Inn events coordinator and manager were very kind, accommodating and placed all our rooms on the same floor. The hotel is conveniently across from TGIFs,Target, Aldi, McDonalds all walking distance. Thus making it easy for us to take our students to a sitdown restaurant and grab snacks. I recommend this location if you are looking to visit Buffalo State and neighboring universities
I stay at this hotel every time I am on business in Buffalo. Its convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping (Target is right across the street) and all of the major highways. It has also been recently renovated and is extremely comfortable -- stay here if you can!

2022-07-02We chose the Hampton Inn because unlike most hotels that offer two double beds, the Hampton offers two queen size beds - which makes for a much more comfortable sleep with 4 people in the room. Additionally, they offer a 12pm checkout which is later than most hotels. When traveling with kids, the later checkout time is most appreciated. Beds and bedding was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was fine, although a little crowded. Staff were very friendly and helpful which was refreshing. A few items did need some attention: our bathtub drained slowly so by the time I was done showering the tub was almost full. The bathroom fan didnt work which made the room a little humid. There was a ball of someone elses dirty socks under the AC unit. The pool was murky and greenish and really needs a proper shock treatment. Nothing major. All in all a good stay. Would stay again.

2022-02-26Really nice, clean facility. Easy on/off from major highways, anything you could want or need nearby. Nice buffet breakfast was included and honestly it was so nice to see thst small return to normal even though we only grabbed coffee. Front desk attendant was so nice. Overall a good stay.Downsides.....youre near the airport so it is noisy; bathroom is small and has no place for your stuff; pool was small so if youre traveling with a team (we were) be aware.

2022-04-05I just want to share that unfortunately the walls are very thin. We were kept up by a neighboring rooms conversation and then by snoring! No joke - at one point I replied bless you to a sneeze from next door. Able to hear every footstep above and near our room. The front desk was very courteous. Supplied us with a great breakfast to go when our flight was cancelled and our plans changed to driving. But we were all tired from the lack of quiet.

2022-02-17Had to use the laundry here because the laundry at Home2 Suites is broken, indefinitely. This place is way better in every aspect. Next time I will be booking here. Staff was extremely helpful even though I was not a customer of theirs. Highly recommend!

2022-05-31This is not related to any staff working there. Staff service was good and breakfast was good. I booked standard two queen beds for 4 guest + additional guest. The hotel site didnt provide any details that it cannot accommodate more than 4 guests. The rooms are so cramped, even two people cannot have good time. Not even a good chair to sit and chat , there is literally no much space than two beds. Feels like walking inside flight while walking inside room. I did check the photos but the picturs were not helpful, I didnt see complete picture of the room. Its better to have a VirtuaI tour on the room so that future guests can plan better . I did request for better spacious room but was informed that there was none. Coudnt cancel and go to better place as it was too late after 6+ hour travel.

2022-06-18I enjoyed my time there. I was in a wedding and all of the bridesmaids came and got ready at the room. The continental breakfast was amazing in the morning. The service was wonderful. I would stay there again.

2022-03-06We were here recently for a hockey tournament. It was our kids first time away as a team and we had an incredibly rude staff member who had no visible identification and said he worked at the hotel (also concerning) who followed our kids around warning them to not play knee hockey in the hallways. Its as if he saw us coming as a team and then harassed us the entire stay. Never have I had an encounter or experience traveling like this. For any team/sport organization traveling DO NOT book here. We certainly will never again.

2022-03-03I selected this hotel because while on a trip I got ill, I have Multiple Sclerosis and needed a night to rest before heading home, well, after not being able to fall asleep due to my condition until 6 am, at exactly 9:00 am after only three hours of sleep, the house keeper unexpectedly knocks on the door, not only did she knock, she literally pounded on the door at least six times, really loud and rude. I answered the door half awake with a throbbing migraine. She doesnt even say hello, just shouted when are you checking out? I told her I did not know yet and she stormed off. I am a silver member, never have I experienced such rude behavior. I did not know I had to tell the cleaners ahead of time when we were leaving. I was really shocked at this behavior. I called the front desk and informed them at what had happened and asked why it happened because I thought checkout was at noon, not at 9am.
