I stayed in this hotel for my first nursing travel assignment at rochester general hospital on 1/09/22 since it was conveniently located 4 minutes away from the hospital. The very monotone and not-so-friendly front desk associate placed me in room 208 and the stay was pretty mediocre (at first). The room looked nice with 2 queen beds, a small tv and a microwave which i thought was convenient. It is January in upstate NY and therefore, very cold. I noticed that the heating system in my room didn’t work, which was kind of a bummer, but i didn’t want to complain. Instead, i thought i’d just snuggle under the covers- bad choice. I woke up in the morning with bites on my arms, peculiar. I thought to myself, “why do i have mosquito bites in the middle of the winter?” Then it dawned on me. These were bed bug bites, ew! The signs and symptoms that i had all aligned with those of bed bug bites, and I also read other reviews to this hotel after the fact that said similar things. This is my first time staying in a hotel in almost a year, and at home i do not have any bed bugs considering that i have never had any of these bites in my life before. I am so upset because i thought that this would be the hotel that i would stay at every time i stay for travel nursing, but now i think i’ll go elsewhere… I mean who wants bed bugs! Gross. I called and asked if i could be refunded for my inconvenience, to which the same monotoned associate answered and said “probably not”. He said that his supervisor, Michael, should be getting in touch with me. Hopefully talk to you soon Michael so i can receive some sort of compensation for these very itchy and irritated bites. Smh
Normally not ones to complain but this was bad. We had a reservation at this establishment and when we got there the first room they gave us was not cleaned. Beds were not made towels all over the bathroom floor, garbage including used covid masks laying around. Go to front desk and explained the situation took almost 15 minutes for us to get another room. We went to that room and when we entered again the room was dirty. Beds werent made and towels all over the place. Went back down to the front desk and they got the general manager Tom. He came out and apologized and offered to check another room before we went to it. I told him no well go together. Guess third times a charm because that room was cleaned. This was after 5 pm and check in was at 3pm. This made us late for our dinner reservations. I must say though, through all this time GM Tom was very understanding apologetic and kept his cool. Made sure the rest of our stay was good. He comped our stay and is sending us a voucher for a future stay at another Hampton inn. If it werent for Tom this review would of been a 1 star rating.
The young man that runs the front desk is rude. Dressed unprofessionally, appeared to be visibly angry to check us in.There seems to be no real management running the hotel. In the morning there was another yourg man dressed in jeans, baseball hat and a hoodie at the front desk. He was very nice but who would know he was staff? Does Hilton even own this property anymore? This property definitely needs a good manager to oversee operations. Next time Im in the area, I will not be staying there.
The one star rating revolves around the cleanliness of the room. There was a spilled beverage in the refrigerator, what looked like soda. If the cleaning crew isnt checking the fridge, what else are they missing? The bathroom was not clean at all and was beyond shoddy cleaning. There was mold on the ceiling and in the shower. There was a black hair on one of the shower shelves that did NOT belong to us. The automatic light worked when it felt compelled to do so.The breakfast was ok. The one star comes from the condition of the room, but the breakfast wasnt great either. Oatmeal was available but there were no bowls to prepare it. It just wasnt a good experience from start to finish.
DO NOT stay at this hotel. We booked over a month in advance to stay here. I called two days before check in and the day before check in to make sure our rooms were good. Then as we were driving to the hotel - late the night of - I get an email that they cancelled our reservation. Two babies under two in the car and two hours later they still wont help us get a hotel since THEY cancelled our reservation. The staff is impossible and the manager is a dead beat who refused to speak to us over the phone. We didnt find a hotel until 3am, babies crying and a hotel staff who said they didnt care.
Upon check in we were given a room not cleaned. The second room was already occupied by 2 gentleman. The third room was clean and empty. No manager on site at time of arrival. The girl at the desk was extremely polite and as helpful as she could be.At 3am there were kids running around screaming in the halls. Other than the girl at the front desk, this place was a ++++show!
Perfectly standard hotel. Beds were a little firm, but not horrible. As is standard, pillows were terrible, but we pack our own. Breakfast was lacking, but we were warned that breakfast would be modified. Cereal and milk, pre packaged bagels (with no toaster or butter) and waffles with only sugar free syrup, no butter or knives.Bring a breakfast if its important to you.Room AC was... Aggressive. Pack a sweater.
Disaster from booking to exit! Got charged twice on credit card. Eventually got that corrected. Upon arrival around 6 p.m. the young woman seemed friendly, but confused about our check in. We booked a King room, which we were told was not ready, so given a room with 2 double beds. They issued 2 key cards, one didnt work, had to get a new card reissued twice. The shower was exceptionally slow draining. Carpets very soiled. First night received call asking us for our last name which I thought strange.. the night clerk claimed technical issues. When I asked what kind, he said too many to detail. The next day when I again stopped to get our room key reissued, was asked when we were checking out, as it seemed she thought we should have already left. We always choose Hampton Inns when possible for their cleanliness and hospitable facilities and are rarely dissatisfied. This one did not compare to the high standards weve become accustomed to. We will not return to that location next visit, nor recommend to others.
I stayed here two night ago. I forgot my jewelry in the restroom (a silver, a Dimond ring, a silver pair of earrings and 2 fashion rings). I went back 5 hours later to pick it up and in the bag they gave me, there was everything except the Dimond ring. The first responses I got was the hotel is not reliable for anything missing continued by an attack of a third person who I had not even noticed in the room saying I was the one who received the bag and I did not see a ring which was frustrating because the 2 fashion rings were in the bag. At that moment I knew they had no sympathy or interest on helping. The ring had been passed down 2 generations of my family and I undertand it was my fault for forgetting it, but I have worked in customer service before and I would have done anything in my power to...1. demonstrate this person I will do anything to find it2. find out how in the hotel I supervise, a piece of jewelry disappears. An officer was called to see video footage and turns our my room was out of the cameras view and so is the area in the front desk where the jewelry was placed.
The lady behind the desk was unhelpful and completely unprofessional. When the rooms were overbooked and they had nothing available even though I had a confirmation. she replied it happens all the time. I said, I realize its not your personal fault but it should be addressed by the company if it happens all the time. She shrugged her shoulders and said it wasnt their fault. I said, It is your fault. She then got loud and said, No, it isnt. I turned to leave and she made some comment to another guest and laughed. This was my first time dealing with Hampton Inns, getting a deal isnt worth dealing with having no place to stay and treated poorly. No apology. Dont bother, spend the money on a proper hotel.
Our room was huge and we had great service from the lady at the front desk! The carpet in the room showed some wear and tear but everything else was great!! Pool was great (had to make an appointment) location was great! So close to Sea Breeze which is why we came to the area.
We were in NY for a Funeral. This Hotel is very conveniently located and we were pleased with the room we stayed in. The digital check in was such a Wonderful convenience. The only reason for the 4 stars is the bathroom door wouldnt lock and the mini fridge was needing to be stabilized. We tried to call the front desk but got no answer. We would still recommend this Hotel to friends and family
Horrible customer service. Confirmed a room booking. Came here and made my family wait two hours until midnight to tell us that we have NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. Same thing happened with another group. No concern or regard for customers time. Unconcerned staff. Where are we supposed to find a room at midnight? Why confirm a booking if you DONT HAVE A ROOM.
When I relocated to Rochester we needed a place to stay while we were in process of unloading our moving truck. It was late and we were exhausted from the 1600 mile drive. We arrived at the H.I. at 2am and hD a quick check-in process, great service and a clean room. It was during the height of the pandemic. Would highly recommend 👌
Did not clean my room apprently you need to tell this hotel if your want new towels and roomed cleaned AT CHECK IN if your booked for more then 1 day. Hosekeeping did not remove the 2 over flowing garbages. Did not make repaires when notified. NO BREAKFAST unless you like oat bars and kid cereal.
I have booked and prepaid for a night of stay through HotelTonight ($128). However upon check in, front desk charged my credit card for a night of stay ($104.78) again. I immediately told them I’ve paid through third party. They said they were going to fix it. Upon check out, I double checked with the front desk about this matter again and was told AGAIN I’d be taken care of. Two days later, the charge was posted to my credit card. Not only did they not fix it, they charged another $98.86 to my credit card. So I called the hotel about it, and was once again told both charges would be reversed. And asked me to wait a few business days for the refund to reflect. I waited for a week, the $98.86 was immediately refunded but the $104.78 has not yet. So I called again. This time front desk did not acknowledge the charges and was constantly trying to direct me away to HotelTonight. I have the receipt for the $128 that I paid through HotelTonight. I have a credit card statement showing clearly both charges from Hampton inn and a charge from HotelTonight. I have filed a dispute with my bank about the $104.78, and elevated to Hilton. Throughout the years I’ve been a member with Hilton I have never encountered such a problem especially when I have specifically asked multiple times about the same problem and did not get resolved. This was supposed to be an easy fix. The management team of this specific hotel should do better. I hope no one else gets ignored like this anymore.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We showed up and police were there , turns out all staff had walked out and there was no one managing this hotel, we traveled 8 hours just for them to cancel our reservation, and could not accommodate us with no good reason even when someone was brought in, he didn’t give any customer service to help rectify the problem, very disappointing.
I got room 3 days a go and today I asked them I’m coming from New Jersey any problem? they told me that no problem your room is ready drive safely and 11:40 arrived receptionist saying that there is no room only one room is available it’s selling and leakingStrongly not recommended
We stayed here when my daughter had surgery to be close to the hospital. Everyone was very friendly. When we left in the early morning for the hospital the woman preparing the breakfast packed bags for us to go. It was so thoughtful and so appreciated because the hospital cafeteria was only open for employees that day. The next morning we were able to get breakfast and the eggs were delicious! Oatmeal was cooked perfectly, fresh pressed juices, fresh fruit, so many choices. This was the best included breakfast we have ever had. Kudos to the whole staff!
Well run Hotel, very nice people who work here, like to do their job and treat you right. Its a secure environment, where you can kick back and relax. They have a breakfast in the morning thats well-run very clean rooms and nice Maids. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Plus from here everything is 20 minutes.
Amazing place friendly and welcoming staff and wonderful people. The breakfast wasnt the best but a coffee lover like myself loved the availability of free coffee round the clock. Went to a party both rooms had mini-fridge and microwave which is nice for saving food and eating it the next day. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. Overall a well deserved 5 out of 5.
Nice place but some repairs were needed in our bathroom. Do offer breakfast and takeout for those in a hurry in the morning. Thi location has a lovely indoor pool. I liked that the pool was open at 6:30 am for early morning swimming. There was a slight hydrocarbon smell in the pool and the water was a little cloudy. Handicapped lift availability was a really nice feature at the pool. We had the handicapped room that was very spacious with a huge bathroom. Wished there was a shower instead of the tub.
Hote rooml was very clean. Bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep. We hung out in the lounge/common area to watch the baseball game. Complimentary breakfast was good and we enjoyed our meal. The service was very friendly and helpful. Great price for all we got. I would definitely stay here again.
The stay was nice. Very clean room and breakfast was good and fresh. Only thing was got a call from the desk and a room visit about noise that was not being made from my room. The noise was being made from another room but I guess because I had my 3 children with me I was assumed to be the occupant with noise. I didnt like the feeling I felt it made me and my kids feel like prisoners in our room.
It was clean and nice. Even though we didnt bring our 15 month old with us there were children around at breakfast, but on our floor we never heard or saw any. They offered good options for breakfast. Had a pool & gym. The staff was friendly. Plus our hotel was close to lots of places (shops, food, gas stations, ect.)
We checked in around 8pm, and checked out around 3am. The beds are uncomfortable and I kept waking up to bites on my sides and hands. The fridge in our room was also very loud, so if your a light sleeper, you wont be getting much sleep. Luckily the staff were nice to us about the whole situation.
This rating is strictly about the poor quality of the beds. Everything else about this place is great, clean, friendly, breakfast is great, even the layout of the rooms is amazing. The beds, however, the one reason you stay at a hotel are terrible. My 12 year old mattress at home is more comfortable than this was. It makes noise every time you move on or off it and reminds of staying at an inn that has 50 year old beds. I have never been so disappointed before, and once you check in there is nothing you can do but endure. It will be a long weekend.
Stayed one night the last weekend of May. Awesome place! #1 best thing was definitely the free breakfast blew every other hotel breakfast out of the water. Huge variety of choices and everything seemed fresh and hot etc. I do regret not making myself a waffle haha. (Also free popcorn and cookies in the lobby when I checked in. So awesome) My room was clean and bug-free, and HUGE. Only negative was a few hidden corners were dusty and cobwebby. Overall an amazing stay!!
Stayed while family member has surgery. Stat 3 nights. What a wonderful experience. The staff was very pleasant and super accommodating . Would recommend this motel to anyone. Had full breakfast and wach morning they gave us a snack bag to take to the hospital with us. I cant believe how well we were treated. Have never been treated that well at any other place I have stayed. What a wonderful time.
Good service and staff. Parking is nice and food selection is above average for this class of hotel. Nice lounge area with nice tv. Rooms could be a bit more cleaner feeling along with the showers feeling a bit rundown. Location is good if youre in town close for a specific purpose
It was horrible. Dirty with food on the floor in the elevator for 2 days! They advertise continental breakfast at 5 am, thats not true. The give a bag breakfast and it starts at 7 am. They ran out of coffee by 8 am. Their website advertises a pool and it was closed. When we approached the mgr she used covid as the excuse. Pool has been open since March and just closed 7/22/20. So it was ok before and now its not and they blame covid? Would NOT recommend to anyone!
This property is an embarrassment to the chain! The first room they gave us had a sink with a crack from front to back. Leaked profusely. The substitute room had water leaking from the bathroom all over the carpet; certain to lead to mold! They offered no apologies, no discount for the disappointing conditions. For shame.
This hotel waa very convienient to all the business I had in the area. However the hotel itself was rather shabby when you got to the rooms. The fridge in my room nade so much noise I think it is about to completely stop working. The alarm clock in my room was broken and when I asked for a replacement I was told they had none and couldnt take it from another room because they were sold out. Which is only perpetuating the problem if you move the broken one to another room. Also it seemed as if the front desk was really never staffed. Only at check in did I actually see someone there. All in all not the best experience.
Not a bad hotel! Our room was clean (the hotel itself feels pretty new, which is always nice), the atmosphere was quiet (even with construction going on next door - I was worried that wed be woken up early by noise, but nope!), and the complimentary breakfast was actually one of the best free hotel breakfasts Ive come across. There are little witty phrases throughout the hotel, which was a nice little touch. My 95 year old grandmother thought the cookies at the front desk were amazing, and there was a cute popcorn machine with fresh, salty goodness waiting when we checked in. Honestly, the *only* semi-negative thing I can say is that the hall outside of our room was really warm. Like stuffy, comfortable kind of warm. But we were only in the hall for a minute or two in passing, so whatever. It was what we needed for our one night stay. Everyone was pleased!
I arrived at about 6am from NC. I had made reservations online for 5 days. I was told that my card wasnt charged and had to pay cash. The night staff was great!! But the old lady who took over in the morning was a bit to deal with. The heater didnt work in my room. It was warmer outside than it was inside..and this was March in Rochester. I had to wait until the maintenance guy came in after 12pm..he looked at it literally and it started working. The next evening it went out again. The staff came up..took the cover off.. wiggled some wires and it started working again. This tells me that it was an ongoing situation. it only worked for a few hours. By day 3 I was offered another room. I asked for an adjustment for the first two days and was denied. I left and went to the Raddison where I should have stayed in the first place. I will never stay here again! Highly over rated!!
Mattress very uncomfortable, room 415. Tub faucet was loose. Reported it, was told could not be fixed because would require removing portion of wall.Apparently it is okay for water to seep behind the wall and let mold develop.Breakfast was excellent. Neighborhood fairly quiet. There is a shopping mall very close by. House keeping failed to leave enough wash cloths. 1 for two people. Really. By time we discovered it, was to late to ask. Front Desk Staff was a bit standoffish. Guess that is just New York. Not so in the south and midwest.
The room was everything I expected it to be for the price I paid! However a room like that should already come ready with everything a traveling person may need on a rushing moment, such as toothpaste, toothbrush and shower caps most people think of stuff like this in the morning no one likes get up to ask the front desk for stuff like this! Other than that I loved my stay.💯%
I enjoyed the microwave, fridge, small but very clean room, accommodating staff, comfy bed, and nice sized bathroom. The property is new and the area was quiet. The free breakfast room is very close to the check in area and its a small hotel. However, its modern, clean, and in a shopping area, with a drive thru Panera nearby! I would definitely stay again!
The staff was nice however the hotel was not in the best part of town and the room was not in great shape. The carpet was stained in many places, the comforter was ripped and the fridge smelled horrible. If you are just looking for a bed at a decent price this place is for you. However if youre looking for a nice hotel you might want to keep looking.
Will never stay there again due to horrible customer service! I called a couple days before my reserved day to see about getting an early check in due to traveling with a 4 year old and 10 month old. The man on the phone was so rude, he hung up on me twice and kept telling me he didnt care where I stayed it didnt affect him. He finally gave me an early Check in for 11am, showed up at 11:30am the day of reservation for them to tell me they didnt have a room ready and we would have to wait another hour! I dealt with the manager who was rude also. In the end she gave us 2 free tickets to Seabreeze to make up for the terrible service. The hotel itself was very nice and clean and comfortable, but the staff was terrible!
The deposit was $100, They gave it to a friend of mine for $50. Some sort of discrimination idk!Ordered a suite and it had bed bugsThomas was very rude on the phone; he basically blamed the bed bugs on us even though they have more reviews stating they have bed bugs and he admitted the steamed it two days before; meaning they knew they had the bed bugs and still chose to insult me instead of reimbursing me.
The hotel is a fairly new Hilton property. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was free from the typical body hair I see in most hotels. I disliked the area as it seemed a bit depressed. Just on the outskirts of downtown Rochester, so if doing business there, it is good. I would not stay here if I had other options closer to our soccer tournament fields. Otherwise, I would if necessary.
Rooms and premises were clean and quiet. Microwave,tv, and fridge working great. Only minus was my shower head pipe (and relatives room next door) wasnt affixed to wall completly. This meant the angle wasnt adjustable. Plus, the spray adjustment didnt work so you were stuck with a needle like water jet or, next door, a donut like water halo that left the center of your head soapy. Also, I wanted a cool, no step shower stall like in the photo. Not a regular old badly draining tub. Bah!
This hotel is close to a very bad area. Must be older and it is a little run down. Desk chair would not adjust and had stains all over the cloth that was reupholstered. TV remote must have needed new batteries and the TV was maybe 28 inches. Felt like a cut rate hotel not a hampton inn.
Check in was a disaster. My room keys didnt work and when I went back down for recoding of my keys, there was a guy being arrested in front of the desk, I had to wait for the receptionist to stop gawking / and she was unapologetic, unaccomodating to my request for a new room (it smelled like pizza)..The bed is comfy, room quiet. The bathroom was a little dirty and worn.
We stayed here for four nights, friendly staff, good clean and comfortable rooms, but there was outside wind noise thru the A/C and some water pipe noises woke us up at night, free breakfast was good and varied, parking is pretty spacious, I was always able to park my car. Great location with shopping malls, restaurants, bars and entertainment.
From them missing up a reservation that cost me $150 to rude clerk at the front desk who couldnt find my reservation (It was right there in front of his face only to discover it as I was walking out), to dirty dinning area for breakfast....Im surprised that they are still in business. But then again...they dont believe in sending out Customers Satisfaction Survey...so they dont get feedback. And when you dont get feedback...it cant fix the problems.
Clean rooms, complementary breakfast, complementary WiFi, complementary coffee of different varieties, popcorn and cookies in evening are attractions. Staffs are friendly, always wear a smile on their faces and always ready to help you. I stayed there for 15 days. Microwave oven and fridge are provided in the rooms.
I had a great experience very clean large rooms. Comes with a Refrigerator,Microwave.Big bathroom, two types of Shower heads. Great for anyone with Disabilities. I had a young man named Malcom who was very pleasant and helpful.☺☺ Would have given a 5 star but! I questioned why a simple breakfast was not served (eggs, bacon, sausage)but I guess the Cook desides what is on the menu. SMH 😕😕
This is our 2nd time staying here in one week. First time I was nice enough to let the front desk about how dirty the air conditioner filter was. Coming back and see this scenario make me think this is the only way I’ll get someone attention to keep this simple task check
The room was clean and nice but the front desk service sucked. No shuttle to train station. Desk put me on hold twice while standing in the cold. When I got there, no one was at the desk. Had to wait several minutes before someone showed up. Then was told to wait... again.
This place claims to have Big truck parking but they dont. If you try to take a tractor trailer into that parking lot you may have some serious trouble on your hands because you cant tell if there is parking for it until you commit. Hampton Inn has a great breakfast and 24/7- coffee. Wifi is terrible unless you pay for the upgraded wifi.
Terrible customer service from Misty!I telephoned this hotel on 3/6/15 and left Misty a message to speak with her about booking a block of rooms at this hotel. It is now 3/11/15 and she doesnt even have the decency to call back. I live in Florida and I am doing the event planning long distance. I need to have rooms for my out of town people to stay. have found out that the weekend of my event is also the Rochester Lilac Festival and many local college graduations. With that said, it is NO excuse to not respond to someone. I will never use or recommend this chain of hotels to anyone due to this experience.
The only Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in that doesn’t have a laundry room... Kind of inconvenient at 10 PM at night to learn that after getting to hotel at 9 PM and you have a 9 AM meeting with no clean clothes for the next day... The only reason they’re getting a 2 is other amenities are decent and Pasta Villa next door is a world class Italian Restaurant...
My only encounter with Hampton Inn on East Ridge Rd in Rochester was to attend an Insurance Information Event but I found the establishment very clean and the front desk waiting area had refreshments available for quests of the hotel or anyone entering the hotel. Its close to many restaurants and/or fast food eateries as well as shopping, vanjs and a couple of local bars. Its close to the expressway and also the Seneca Park Zoo and Park.
Me and my wife went there for our wedding night at the last min and the people at the front desk showed us so much more than good service by holding our room for us while we went to walmart and got a credit card to pay for our room when we came back. We will be back there real soon for our get away night
Rude front desk clerk- we didnt have keys that worked and she threatened to call the police on us twice! Dont stay here!!! Terrible customer service and obviously they do not have trained desk clerks who know how to issue keys- it took twice before we had working keys.
Somewhat dated Hampton Inn with a view of the back of a strip mall. Usually one of the least expensive Hilton branded properties in the Rochester area. Near the abandoned Irondequoit Mall. There are several good ethnic restaurants near the hotel, including Pasta Villa (Italian), Monte Alban (Mexican), Polska Chata (Polish), Caoba (Dominican), As Evi (Turkish), and Jamaican Dutch Pot,.

2022-02-25This hotel is incredibly well staffed with people that go above and beyond. Bianca made sure all of my needs were meet while making me feel right at home with her radiating warmth. Mike the manager was also amazing in ensuring my stay here went super smoothly. I will definitely be returning for the staff alone, but the wonderful breakfast sealed the deal! Great job

2022-02-13The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I was placed in a quiet room so I could get quality sleep (traveling nurse). The breakfast is so good and the woman that prepares it makes you feel like you’re at home. This will be my 3rd week staying there.

2022-05-17Staff is amazing, professional, kind. Great breakfast. The room, however? I’ll just attach pictures and you will see for yourself.I gave Michael Lynch ample opportunity to respond to my email and phone call, but he did not. I had hoped he would make things right for us, but apparently he’s very busy.*Update 5/17: Despite a public request for me to contact them, no one has returned my call.

2022-02-24This hotel is so convenient for getting anywhere in Rochester, but the best part is the wonderful staff. Bianca and Mike did everything to make my family and I feel super welcome and well taken care of during our stay. Absolutely will be returning

2022-03-23No maid service, tub filled up to over 6 inches of water during a shower and then took over an hour to drain. Cold coffee one morning. Limited parking for guest. Desk staff were very friendly. The pool was nice.Nice dinning area.

2022-06-24Room and bedding smells like bug spray, bed and pillows not comfortable, bathroom shower doors not clean enough especially in rail areas, mini fridge was not cooling off enough, carpet in room and hallway areas had stains. Only plus was the handicap parking spots were close to entrance, front desk guy was super helpful. Wished we were allowed to switch location which had a jacuzzi.

2022-03-01So, overall this was a decent experience for sleeping only. But I just wanted to share this feedback to assist management in priorities. Initially, I was placed in a room with the dusty TVs. And the TV didn’t work. When I asked the front desk to assist with that, they insisted on moving me to a new room with a working tv. When I got to that room, yes the TV worked, but then I noticed no toiletries. I called for those and was told I would be moved back to the original room. I just suggested bringing me the toiletries. Finally, that was arranged and later I noticed there was no ice bucket nor a holder for the toilet paper. I just gave up on asking because I was worried they’d attempt to move me again instead of just addressing the issue. Overall, breakfast was good, it was quiet, and mostly clean.

2022-06-13Rooms were outdated, bathroom had mould, faucet was hanging from the shower tile wall. Room smelt like air freshener was covering up another smell. Overall would not recommend.

2022-03-29Positive: Location was cool. Was just visiting family in Rochester. We was only 4 min away from family and friends. Negative: I like everything about it. Just that the refrigerator was not working properly. But they definitely got on it and got it to work properly.
