The hot stone massage was so lovely, BUT... it was supposed to be 60 minutes — we started at 6:05, and ended at 6:55. Thats a pretty expensive 10 minutes to shave off! It was my first time there too, so not a great first impression. Bummed as I live local and desperately need a good spot.
Boyfriend decided to book me a las minute massage here, we walked-in and the front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful to us!I got an appointment for the very next day, my experience was great from start to end, loved my massage (Frazer was my masseur), loved the place (super clean and tranquil).Ill definitely come back when I return to the city!
I have been seeing Vernessa for the past 3 months and she is AWESOME! Shes helped me workout some major tightnesss in my back and its only gotten better since Ive started visiting her.
Deep tissue with Kim is INCREDIBLE. She is a phenomenal massage therapist and is helping me relieve back and shoulder pain -- I am so thankful I found her and I would recommend her and H&S to anyone looking for a Brooklyn massage!In addition the staff is wonderful, caring and such a warm community :)
Had the most AMAZING couples massage. Davida & LaShawna were incredible. So calming and relaxing and gave such great massages. I felt like my whole body was rejuvenated after walking out. Hit all the spots ! Will be back
As a resident of a building above this new location, I was SUPER excited. l love massages and having this convenience is great. I took advantate of their grand opening offer and I loved it. The massage was great, the atmosphere was perfect and best of all, the staff was excellent. I will be going back probably sooner than I usually get massages. Welcome to the neighborhood!
I had my first facial ever with danielle and I must say she was very welcoming made me feel comfortable she was very informative & i loved how she explained what she doing and her suggestions as far for new skin care regimen definitely will be returning 🥰

It was my first time going to this SPA in Williamsburg Brooklyn,my experience was the best,the girls are wonderful ,I got a Facial and a scalp massage,waoooo stunning .I highly recommend this place

2022-01-30I received a facial from Grace and it was the most amazing experience. From start to finish, Grace made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and well taken care of. She really went the extra mile and even gave me aftercare advice. This was my first facial so I was scared about irritation and discomfort but Grace was extremely knowledgeable especially when it came to sensitive skin. I left feeling not only refreshed, but my skin is GLOWING and SOFT. I think I fell asleep half way because of how relaxing it was. Definitely recommend. 10/10 would go again! Thank you!!!

2022-02-12This review is long overdue. Danielle is by far the most amazing esthetician I’ve been to, & I’ve been to a few. Not only is her service super relaxing every single time, it is effective also! I’ve been struggling with hormonal acne for months and she is the only person who has gotten my skin to a state I haven’t seen it in since high school. She’s super sweet and you can tell how passionate she is about her work with her attention to detail and superb product recommendations. She has created a loyal client in me for life. If you have problematic skin do yourself a favor and book her!

2022-07-15My daughter booked my facial as a gift!Grace was very sweet but the whole facial was done in less than 50 minutes, that is counting the skin analysis!Usually a deep cleanse facial takes 60 to 70 minutes or longer.Steam before the exfoliation was only a few minutes, Lactic acid application very short.I have had better facials before. A little disappointed!

2022-04-07Timer starts when you walk in the door not when your massage begins and no one mentioned this until I was in the room. I would have been fine with this if I would have known prior. Also it would have been nice if they would have offered to email the paperwork before as they have this policy. The massage itself was middle of the road, my masseuse had nails and they dug into me some :/

2021-11-13I went to Hand and Stone for a facial. Danielle was the lady that did my facial and my experience was spectacular. The facility is very clean and relaxing the staff are very nice. Danielle is amazing and she is such a sweetheart. She is very knowledgeable about skin and what your skin needs to thrive! If you are thinking of visiting Hand and Stone to get a facial please see Danielle you will not regret it! :)

2021-12-03Natasha was fantastic. She was attentive, kind and really listened to my body. She spent extra time with me (15-20 mins!!!!) and she really customized my massage based on my physical challenges with scoliosis.My spine has an S curve and she knew the anatomy and could tell exactly where I was misaligned and put bolsters and props in places to make me extraordinarily comfortable.When I’m rich I’ll book Natasha 1x week but for now I will daydream until I can return.What a great way to spend a birthday. Thanks for making my day Natasha!

2021-11-03Today I had a facial with Mariamma and it was incredible. I want to sign up for their monthly membership considering the incredible value and service you get for such a great price. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I learned so much about my own skin and she asked me about my routine and suggested products that were reasonably priced and she wasn’t trying to sell me in store. She used a wide variety of products, massaged my face and shoulders and left me feeling refreshed with dewy soft skin. The extractions were also painless. Highly recommend to anyone.

2022-01-06Just left with worst massage experience ever. No skills, no target toward pressure points, no approach towards knots. Entire session felt like a baby tickling my back. Have had better $60 massages than this. Feel exactly the same before and after. Not relaxed even one bit.
