I went there last week for a lymphatic drainage massage with Marla. From the moment I stepped into the space I felt wonderful and attended to. Marla is wonderful and has a great and caring energy. The massage itself was very relaxing and helped with some swelling I was dealing with. Looking forward to my next massage! Would highly recommend.

The staff tries their best to accommodate my schedule. Jolie, my favorite masseuse understands my needs and works with me to relieve the tension areas and is able to reduce my stress. I always leave feeling great!
This was my first experience at a massage place and I couldnt have asked for anything better. From the moment I booked an appointment there was never any issues or unprofessionalism. This place is the definition of professional. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and understanding. I told all my coworkers and family. One of my coworkers is going to be setting an appointment with her husband and I will be making one for my mom. This has truly been the best experience.
I found this place haphazardly a few years back as a gift for my mother, and Im glad I did. Since then it has ritually been my mothers gift request (while I treat myself also) Elaine & Jolie have been phenomenal in our spa dates and have not faltered in the amount of care/ comfort they give. Staff is always pleasant and understanding (had mix ups in the past due to my mother & I having the same exact name) but have never experienced anything but professionalism. Lastly its easily the most competitively priced spas, with routine sales, gift certificate incentives, etc.
My wife and I just had a massage this past Sunday and it was amazing! We did a 90 minute couples massage with Carol and Cheryl and they were both incredible. I had Cheryl, in all my years Ive had many massages! However, she was the first to make me fall sleep! She could tell if she was pressing to hard and didnt even have to ask me, by judging my body language. I have to admit, on the outside the place looks a bit sketchy but once your inside its extremely nice and comforting. Favorite new massage place in our area!
Today I had a massage with Rasheem and I could not be happier. He did a fantastic job working out all the knots in my upper and lower back. Rasheem was able to locate my problem areas the minute the message began and I walked out feeling great! I cannot recommend Rasheem enough and will definitely be seeing him again!!
I didnt know what to expect,I was so uncomfortable ,I felt so much better before I left.I would recommend Hands on Health Care to all.I was so thankful.
Maria is such a great therapist, she worked with me, as I did go in for a medical massage. I have never experienced a massage setting before and was very excited to schedule my next visit. I cant wait
I have been coming here for several years and it is one of my favorite massage places. I appreciate that they offer medical & myofascial release massages as they are the only type that have helped me. I would have never discovered those types if it wasnt for the friendly staff going out of their way to help me.You should definitely check them out. And the infrared sauna is amazing.
I have chronic back pain and nothing works for me. I had an appointment with Monica yesterday for a medical massage and I could immediately feel pressure being released from my tense areas. She was very informative about the way a medical massage is different than a regular massage. The receptionist at the front desk was also very helpful and she went over the cbd products they offer (which worked great!). My only complaint (if you could even call it that) is that medical massages are only 45 minutes. I know because the massage therapist is going deeper into thr pain it is probably best not to over do it but it just felt so good I wanted more time. I slept the best I had in months after my massage, pain free. Will definitely be going back.
My full time job is very physically demanding as an aerialist and instructor. I had work done by an angel who I believed was named Jennifer (forgive me if I’m incorrect) around my birthday in September. Let me tell you , sis worked me out. My lower back pain was released and she was so kind and knowledgeable. She seemed to really care about me when working with me. I appreciated it so much. Massage is an energy exchange and she really helped me. Whenever I have extra money I always come here. I’m locked up in the neck right now so I think I’ll be visiting my girl soon ! ❤️
My fiancée and I booked a couples massage here for valentines day. We are new to having professional massages and were a little nervous about the experience. However, Lorelle and Carol made us feel comfortable and relaxed. They each gave us a fantastic massage, and we left feeling energized and renewed! I highly recommend booking a massage with them.
Such a great time! Facial/massage couple session was amazing with my girl! We had a fireplace in room it was so nice and the massage therapist and woman who did my facial were both amazing! I’ll be back hopefully sooner than later —TIL next time! ❤️

I have been getting massages from Heather the last few massages and I still feel noodly after three days. She is a caring and a wonderful massage therapist and she really knows exactly how much pressure is comfortable and relaxing. I love coming to 210 Commack Road as often as I can come. Thank you for having such a great place for me to relax so close to home.
I had a great experience at this Spa. My masseuse Heather was outstanding! Having recently tore my hip labrum I was in a great deal of discomfort. I explained my injuries past and present to Heather and she proceeded to expertly work on my problem areas. Her attention to detail and ability to work out the knots and sore muscle areas was executed with true professionalism and care. I left the Spa feeling some much better, with a combination of pain relief and increased range of motion. I look forward to future visits and highly recommend this facility and its staff.
I rarely leave reviews for anything, but felt this one was well deserved. Ive been getting massages from Hands On Healthcare in Commack for several months now to relieve severe muscular and nerve pain in my neck, shoulders and back. Im not a small guy and had little faith in the fact that they would be able to help me see any relief considering the level of pain and discomfort I usually experience. Not only do I get relief of pain during and immediately after each massage, but I have definitely noticed an overall reduction in the severity of the pain that I usually experience. I would definitely recommend trying a massage for either pain relief or just for relaxation. I have had several massages from Heather, Andrea and Claudia and would highly recommend any of them. Their supporting staff led by Jeremy are also top notch. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you!!
First time ever going to a spa for my girlfriend and I. My girlfriend and I went there earlier today for a relaxing massage to ease the tension between us and in our lives (I graduated with my BA in the Spring and am a Masters student and she is finishing her Associates). We both were really stressed out and she has scoliosis. We agreed immediately after that we felt ten times better and we were both able to relax after only a short amount of time into it.Everything was perfect from the lights, to pressure on spots, the scent, music and their attention to how I was breathing. They definitely worked for the $80/person and my girlfriend deffinitely did us both a favor by paying for this time. They were professional and took care of me without me having to say a word! I loved it and were considering going once every other month now!! Im keeping their card (I hardly ever do that) and adding all of their info to my phone (RARELY AND HARDLY EVER DO THAT!!!). I am starting this to help my playing as a pianist and student.Hope the review helps!!
An amazing medical massage! I had the pleasure of getting a massage from Jolie today. I could barely turn my head when I walked in there, and now feel human again! It was not your typical massage, Jolie concentrated on the cause and location of pain, and was able to alleviate most of my discomfort without causing more! There have been times I have walked out of the spa with my muscles aching from the vigorous masseuse working my back. I would be relaxed, but sore. Not Jolie! Jolie worked the muscles and nerves so I feel nothing but great! Thank you for such a great experience. I cant wait to go back (and neither can my back!) Four stars is not enough!
I have had a couples massage and also a prenatal massage here. I loved both. The staff is friendly and the massage therapists are professional and make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. I look forward to future visits.
I have a herniated disc in my lower back. I can walk around and bend, but too much activity or a lot of bending will aggravate it, and I end up in a lot of pain. Im much less active then I used to be. I went here for a medical massage last week. Its very different from a regular massage. The therapist works specifically on the problem areas. She warned me that I would be sore for a few days Two days afterwards, my neck hurt like nobodys business. Use salon pas patches!! They saved me during that time. And then I felt great. Im going to do a session once a month. The manager was friendly and kind.

I just wanted to take the time to say how pleased and impressed I am with the services we received from Hands On Healthcare. We booked a party here for a relaxing start to my sister in laws bachelorette party. We had a private room for our party with a hostess who supplied us with anything we needed. Everyone got robes and slippers to wear and the room was stocked with food and drinks for the party. Everything was well organized and very relaxing. I would definitely have another party here and recommend it to anyone looking to have a nice relaxing day with a group of people. I had a wonderful full-body, deep tissue massage by therapist Claudia. She was professional, friendly, and a great massage therapist. She incorporated hot stones into the massage which made me relax even deeper. I will always go to Hands On HealthCare and always request Claudia.
Although, my appointment was set for 2:45pm and I was not seen til 3:00pm, the atmosphere and the staff were pleasent. My massage therapist, Brenda, expressed numerous times her deep apologis for running late. The space was cleaned and relaxation was in the air. Brenda worked her magic and was able to put me to sleep. I will definitely refer others to go and enjoy a day at Hands on Healthcare!!!
This is the best spa! I’ve been to plenty. Hand and stone, elements, massage envy, etc. This place is so professional, cozy, and relaxing. The prices are actually reasonable and they do an AMAZING job. All staff members do such a great job and I will never go anywhere else.

I had a very relaxing couples massage for a belated mothers day with my daughter in a very unexpected beautiful environment. Our therapists Kate and Jollie both were very professional and made me feel very relaxed. Jollie addressed my cough I had left over from after bronchitis from 2 weeks ago with a wedge to take the pressure off my lungs and I did not cough during the massage. She was very gentle with her strokes. My daughter fell asleep from Kates massage. Jeremy at the front also suggested a room with an air purifier to relieve my breathing. He also greeted and ended the massage and made me feel very welcome and special. Brianna also came in very quiet after the massages to fill our foot baths while Kyra filled our glasses with bubbly and gave us golf ball sized gourmet chocolates, that were to die for! They do more than just a feel-good massage. I have seen Lorelle a number of times for my lower back and, most recently, plantar fasciitis. She really helped me get some relief.
I had Myofascial Release Therapy performed on my legs I had an injury to. My legs were never the same even though I had physical therapy done and chiropractic treatment. The Myofascial Release Therapy gave me movement back and allowed them to be pain free once again. Absolutely amazing!!
My lower back hurt going in but not going out. The massage therapist knew exactly what she was doing. Very skilled.
Every time I enter the Center I see something new and exciting. Marla and her staff are always reinventing themselves to bring the clients the best care around! Ive been coming to them for years and will continue to-- LOVE the place!

I have been going here for years, due to a muscle disorder. They are great. All therapists are great there.
I never leave reviews, but had to call their bluff on the 5 star reviews. I called 3 times in the past 48 hours to make an appointment and both times was told they would call back but never did. Also, answering machine says all calls during business hours will be returned within 15 mins, but guess what Im still waiting. They must be so busy that they dont care for new clients.

I made a second appointment a week in advance. When I showed up for the massage, my appointment was not listed in their computer. This is unacceptable to waste my time for a service that I didnt receive. If it had been the other way around, the center would have charged me a cancellation fee.

2021-11-04We did the couples massage. We had Jody and Michael. Oh my goodness, I would book Michael 1000 times over again! My boyfriend said Jody was amazing and he would absolutely go back to her! We both felt like we were just melting away. Completely relaxed. So comfortable. Making the appointment initially was super easy too. Even the receptionist was extremely friendly and inviting. We will 100% be back again!

2021-06-08This was one of the best massages I ever had. The therapist, Michael was so caring and didn’t miss a beat when I informed him of my issues. The owner, Marla, was so kind when I arrived. Knowing it was my birthday, she proceeded to give me a beaded bracelet of my choice. This facility is clean, professional and if Covid is a concern, let it not be. They took every measure to make you feel safe. I highly recommend!

2020-10-07I have been going here for medical massage 2x a week for the last 3 weeks. Ive seen 5 different massage therapists, and all of them have been truly excellent. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and everything is very clean and well organized. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top quality service and excellent massage treatment.
