Both myself and my daughter have used United Rehab in the past 2 years. My daughter is a gymnast and unfortunately has injured herself a few times now. We have returned to United Rehab all three times that she has needed Physical Therapy. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and up to date... and the best part is the wonderful and knowledgeable KK. He is an awesome physical therapist. What I especially like is that he takes the time to explain exactly what the injury is, what needs to be done to fix it, and most importantly things to do at home to progress healing. I never feel rushed when I have a question , he has always given my daughter and myself his undivided attention when explaining things to us. Most recently, when we returned to KK we kind of put him under the gun. We only gave him a few short weeks until my daughter had gymnastics tryouts for her school team. We explained that it was important to her and if there was any way to progress her healing more quickly we would really appreciate it. He was really helpful and within just a few days of starting PT she was already seeing a huge Improvement. She made the team! When she was finished with her last visit, we didnt say goodbye. Its see you later because we know we will be back at some point LOL thanks again KK and staff!
The doctors, staff and atmosphere at United Rehab are fantastic. Theyve helped me in my recovery from my accident and theyve continued to stick by me even when the insurance company has cut me off. I would recommend them to everyone in need of physical therapy.
I cant say enough good things about this place. KK and his staff are wonderful! Not only are they competent and knowledgeable at what they do but also very friendly and personable. It was a pleasure going there! The medical assistant Jessenia was also great! I hope I am never in pain again but if I am I know where to go! My Mom Lillian Rohrbaugh took a bad fall early this summer. She was in a lot of pain the medical Dr. gave her pain meds and muscle relaxers. That was only masking her problem. She was not getting better. Finally she got to the chiropractor and was getting straightened out but still needed more help. Luckily she found United Rehab. After the 1st visit she really started to come around. She was feeling better and better after her visits. The staff was making her so happy with the kindness shown. Her therapist instructed her how to move and exercise and rebuilt her confidence. They helped her to loose the walking cane and get up and walk. I am so glad she found you because she has gotten her life back. She is in her high 80s and could have given up. Thank you for all you do. I will definitely recommend you and your services!
I have myofascial pain syndrome and have been seeing Debbie for myofascial massage for the few months. She had healed most of my neurological pain and I’m slowly regaining my full range of motion. Everyone is very friendly and concerned about their patients and the atmosphere is wonderful and friendly.
This is the place to go for the ultimate rehab experience. I give it 5 stars! K.K. is a P.T. in this facility who is second to none. He is knowledgeable, proficient, compassionate, and and uses hands on protocol to expedite healing. There is a terrific massage therapist, Debbie, who is extremely knowledgeable, caring and offers great suggestions in pain management. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional and always willing to help and encourage you. Updated equipment and state of the art ice compression machines, ultra sound, etc. just like the pro athletes use.
Great staff i had my shoulder surgery in 2019 n cervical in 2021 recovery is going great hands on great place they take there time and educate you with things we can do at home to help you stay on top of your recovery thank you Kishna and Anu you guys are the best.
I started going to United Rehab & I couldnt be anymore happy with my choice. The staff there are extremely helpful & friendly. All questions or concerns I have had with my treatment have been address and explained. I would recommend United Rehab for you Physical Therapy needs.
I was referred to this office by a friend. The physical therapist, KK, is amazing! He is knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. The staff is also very friendly. I had a great experience and would recommend this physical therapy office to anyone and everyone!
I had a total knee replacement surgery and wanted to get back on the golf course as well as recover well enough to get my old life back. I tried several PT establishments at a few so called rehab facilities and they fell way below my expectations. Several locations handed out a routine of exercises and a rubber band and walked off...too many clients and too few physical therapist. United rehab and physical therapy was a light at the end of a tunnel for my recovery. Each visit was hands on by the PT then full explanations of what to do and why. There is never a feeling of next on line at some factory ....each patient is handled with compassion and a full plan to recover and get you back to your old self. I cant recommend this any higher or I would give them 10 stars for everyone from the office staff, the PT assistants and the PTs themselves.
The services provided here of the highest quality, and the staff are very friendly. KK is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I also saw Debbie for massage therapy, and she is excellent as well! I would definitely return here in the future.
Excellent care, very professional. They are extremely accommodating. They make sure I make all of my appointments and that I look forward to coming back. The facilities are always clean and they are always improving their services, technology and staff. I have the use of my shoulder again, thanks to this place. Had I gone somewhere else, I wouldnt have continued. Thank you guys.
Decided on this physical therapist 2 weeks after having rotator cuff surgery and at first I was a bit apprehensive. Gotta tell you though, I couldnt be more pleased with picking this place, only because the Physical Therapist whom is known as KK, is awesome, along with the most pleasant staff ever. He is very detailed, helps to motivate me in my recovery process, takes a lot of time explaining in detail the whys, whats and reasonings, as well as him having an excellent sense of humor and professional patient to therapist relationship. Therapy is by no means rushed, and he is obviously extremely educated and knows his stuff. Though the distance is a bit far for me to travel a few times a week, its well worth it. He just told me in the beginning to trust him and I have begun to as my range of motion is already improving unremarkably. in conclusion, I could not be more satisfied that I decided to select this place
I love United Rehab. Ive been going for about the past two months and cannot say enough good things about my physical therapist kk as well as kaylee and kristen. kk is incredibly knowledgeable and will take the time to explain everything thoroughly so even someone with no knowledge on injuries and how to treat them(me) can understand the causes of my ailment and how to treat it. After doing the exercises at home prescribed by kk religiously for two weeks the pain in my knee is totally gone and, like their slogan, i am living my life pain free. kaylee and kristen. i cannot say enough about these two. i dont know if they should be referred to as aides, assistants, or all of the above, but either way they are great. These ladies are so friendly and helpful, no matter if it is helping me with the therapy equipment, or doing tests on my knee, i can always count on them to bring tons of energy, a friendly attitude, and the passion and desire to help everyone to their utmost ability! Ive been going to United Rehab to help my Carpel Tunnel, they are great!! I no longer have a constant tingle in my hands and have gotten the strenght in my hands back. Great office, great staff. Highly recommended!!
I went to United Rehab after injuring my finger. KK took the time to answer my questions and explain in detail what he is doing and why. Kayle & Katherine are Aides who work for KK and are friendly and courteous. Jeannie, at reception desk, always has a smile. With three other locations, I would recommend KK and his team to anyone and everyone!!.

Called them to see if they accept my insurance and they said they accept my secondary not my primary insurance, i explained to them the process on how to do it and someone who barely spoke english kept telling me no, when i asked to speak to the billing supervisor i was put on hold for eternity and never got to speak to anyone else, Called again i get the answering machine and no returned calls.
This place is awesome! Everyone who works there are so down to earth and nice. The equipment are all clean and up to date, and the staff are very patient and knowledgeable.
Because the owner is nice and very knowledgeable and has all the state of the arts equipment for rehabilitation.

2016-04-01I have been going to United Rehab for Physical Therapy for a workers compensation injury and subsequent surgery on my shoulder, All i can say is that they are caring, compassionate, hands on all the time, the Physical Therapist Krishna and Muhammad are very professional and knowledgeable, the facility has all the equipment needed for my rehab, the staff is caring and have helped me tremendously during my recovery and rehab. I recommend them to all my friends and family, this is my first physical therapy experience and it has been a very positive experience. I thank them for my recovery

2019-01-04I chose United Rehab in Ronkonkoma because they have a doctor on site. Im very happy with the result. The facility is clean, organized and well run. The staff is courteous, professional and accommodating. I was fortunate to be treated initially by KK, the owner. He is friendly, caring and VERY knowledgeable. He told me that I had a frozen shoulder and explained in great detail what that meant and how it could be corrected. From the very first visit, he answered all my questions and gave me specific exercises that I could do at home every day. He listened very carefully at the beginning of each visit to assess the degree of my progress. As the PT progressed, the exercises became more intense and I felt ongoing gradual improvements. I worked with Marie and she also did an excellent job. I had 9AM appointments and the tech, Jessenia, was always on-time and very helpful and cooperative as well. It is very apparent that the staff works as a team and truly enjoys helping with the healing process. I would most definitely recommend this facility.

2016-10-27I cant say enough great things about United Rehab Physical Therapy in Ronkonkoma. I had Carpal Tunnel surgery in June and began my physical therapy in July. I found this practice by driving by and liking the sign that is on the outside of the building Live Life Pain Free. I was in a lot of pain when I first got there but KK (physical therapist) helped me live a life that is now truly pain free. I dont think I could have ever recovered as well as I have without him and his care. He is so knowledgeable and straight-forward while being so understanding and caring. I loved the way he explained in such great detail my situation (much better than my own surgeon did). He took the time to make sure I understood what my treatment would consist of and I am so appreciative of the time and effort he always put into my treatment. The facility itself is very clean and very well maintained. Theres many different equipment machines and even a massage therapist on site. Their ease of scheduling a convenient appointment is better than ANY other practice Ive EVER visited. They work weekends and even some evenings until later than your usual business hours. Jeanine (front desk manager) is so friendly and great to speak to. She shows you how much she values and cares about you and she always called me by name which made me feel extra special. She fought for me when I needed fighting for and I will always be so grateful to her. Catherin and Kailey (PT assistants) were absolutely amazing. They were always so attentive and caring. They handled me with the utmost care and respect. Mo, physical therapist, handled my care on several occasions when KK was away and was wonderful. He also is very knowledgeable and took such great care of me. The atmosphere is very friendly at all times and what I liked the most, besides the great service, was having convenient appointments and not having to wait, I have a very busy schedule and this was very important to me. Today was my last therapy session and although I am very happy that I am healed, I will miss seeing KK and his staff on a weekly basis. I wish them well and if I ever have a PT need in the future I know where I will be going, United Rehab Physical Therapy in Ronkonkoma.

2016-05-20I have had physical therapy at many places thru-out my life. United Rehab has a great understanding of neuromuscular problems. Having 2 spinal surgeries, it is important to me to find a professional rehab center that can handle spinal injuries. The center is clean and you are given private individual attention in your own room. I am impressed with the staff as their main concern is my well being. A benefit is they have a certified physical therapist that does your personal massage. If you are currently in physical therapy I highly recommend you try United Rehab. So glad I did.

2017-10-10Im on 89 and I fell which is normal for an older person but I hurt my back severely . I went to the doctors they wanted to give me medications muscle relaxants and I said no so they sent me to rehab for pain management. I went to United rehab and KK took very good care of me. They made me feel like part of the family. I didnt realize how important it is to exercise they pushed me and its with thats the only way youre going to make it you have to push yourself. When I started I was walking with a cane and I had a lot of pain. After quite a few visits I was able to leave with no cane and Ive had no pain and I am very thankful to the people who have changed my life a little. I would highly recommend them to do any kind of rehab. thank you
