We have traveled alot and have tasted BBQ all over the country. This was by far the best we have ever had. The collard greens were incredible. We even got extra orders of them to go. I do not know how they make the corn bread but it is moist and has amazing flavor.
If youre looking for awesome local BBQ- Handsome Devil is the place!! Wether youre dining in or taking it to go, the ribs, brisket, chicken and sides like mac & cheese and collard greens are awesome! Youre still thinking about the flavors days later. Friendly staff and great bar selections featuring locally distilled liquors. You must try it!
So we pulled to the Handsome Devil to pick up our yet again, most fabulous dinner and what do we see? The owner, Ed Randolph washing the windows! Thats just plain cool!P.S. Got to try the desserts this time. The sticky cake and banana pudding are just as amazing as everything else.Forever patron,Susan
Mothers Day menu can feed the whole family!!!Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, Mac&Cheese and baked beans were insane delicious!!! Also ordered cole slaw and corn bread. Our eyes are bigger then stomach!!! Service and bar staff were informative and super friendly!!! Thank you for a wonderful meal, beautiful atmosphere and BBQ experience!!!
The best brisket Ive ever had. I need to know what wood they use. Wasnt impressed by the ribs. Didnt have chicken but it looked amazing and those that had it said it was amazing. Great drinks and staff was very cool.
Man.... I havent had bbq this good in a long time. Their home made sauces were on point. It was a great location and atmosphere and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I went with my family and 10 month old daughter and they put together to 2 person tables so we woulnt have to sit on a long bench with other people. Im definitely going back.
Instead of taking our order, we were rudely ignored by this guy who wanted to give the customer in front of us a long, personal, chit-chatty taste testing. The customer even offered to wait so we could place our order, but the cook/chef/order-taker/taste testing coordinator in the photo insisted on continuing the conversational taste testing. We waited a bit more. We asked someone else behind the counter to take our order but were told that we had to place it with him. We left after that. The overpriced conventional food is not worth the wait or disrespect.
I like this place. I like the cafeteria style it was very quick to get my food. Staff was very friendly. My son had the chicken he devoured it. The pulled pork was okay and so was the mac and cheese. The star of the show was definitely the brisket. I also got the apple pie baked beans I liked it a lot. It has a sweet flavor but a little heat on the back end. Cornbread was a huge piece and had some decent flavor to it. I will be back
Ribs did fall off the bone and tasted ok. The sauce was very sweet. My wife had to take her brisket back since the cover with sauce. They did replace it. Call me a texas snub but the meat should have no sauce. The greens I had was good and the potatoes salad Average. It will do if you are hungry but not if you want great BBQ.
My 3rd trip here and this has become my favorite barbecue in the Hudson Valley. The smoked, dry rubbed wings are insane. Why is their sliced turkey so good? Im not sure, but I will keep ordering it. Dont miss the corn bread and banana pudding too. Great spot
I have been looking for decent ribs for a while. Today I found GREAT ribs, and they were delivered. I will be returning regularly. Thank you, my craving is satisfied, at least for now 😋

Full in a good way - Went here today for dinner with my family and had the best BBQ.We were greeted by the friendly manager Alyse who informed us of the cafeteria style dining. We got the ribs, brisket, pulled pork and chicken - the food was so tender and juicy. ALSO the coleslaw , mac and cheese & apple pie baked beans were the perfect sides also bursting with flavor. S/o to the pit master who was not only and amazing chef but awesome person.Overall 5/5 must try - hope this place stays this good forever!!

3 strikes youre out. Handsome Devil had been our office favorite but lately theyve been falling off. The last three visits the Brisket has been as dry as the wood they have stacked up near the front door. For a moment I had wondered if they mistakenly put a piece on my tray. Today the same and to add insult, the mac-n-cheese was extremely watery and not worth finishing after 2 bites! Im sad to say goodbye. It was beyond great when I first tried it. I figure every great place has an off day but these experiences have been spread out over the past 2 months and they arent inexpensive. I wont take another chance they might be good the next time I go.
Handsome Devil is a streamlined barbecue restaurant. As a vegetarian barbecue restaurants aren’t my restaurant of choice. I had the macaroni and cheese, and honey butter corn bread. Both were delicious. Andrew had the brisket. He liked the flavor, but thought it was too dry. For dessert we had banana pudding. Delicious. Sweet tea was also good.
Looove this BBQ place in Newburgh. A hidden gem indeed! Weve been here 3 times and its always a hit with us. We dont mind coming back again. Their brisket (our go to) is just right - tender and the right amount of flavor. They have your typical all American BBQ also, ribs, pulled pork, homemade sausages (cheddar or cheddar jalapeños) they also have smoked chicken and smoked turkey. Their sides are super yummy too! Cant go wrong with their honey butter cornbread, collard greens, mac-n-cheese, cole slaw, bean, and potatoes. They also have a bar inside the restaurant. Super yummy!
Food was good, enjoyed the turkey and chicken wings more then the brisket, only because i am not a fan of brisket. The corn bread was good, as well as all the sides!
Out of all the local bbq places in Cornwall,Newburgh and surrounding areas this place is the most affordable and delicious hands down. The brisket is the best I ever had and comes with pickled onions. Sides are on point
The barbecue place we really needed in Newburgh. Eat in or take-out, order meat by weight, go ahead and get the cauliflower, you wont regret it. Plus, lets be honest, you should eat a vegetable. The beans are delightful. Service is fast and friendly!

I always wanted to eat here drive by it all the time so a friend surprised me by sending me a delivery from GrubHub of their food I had the brisket mac & cheese and collard greens and banana pudding the food is amazing the brisket fell right apart the mac & cheese cheesy the collar greens cooked to perfection I loved that the brisket came with pickled onions and a side of a little bit of pickles that was my favorite part of my delivery the barbecue sauce it’s finger licking good I can’t wait to come and eat here in person where the delivery worth to Dine in And I don’t do reviews so if I took the time to do it you know it was worth it😋
Very good. Ribs need work. Maybe just got it a bad day but brisket and sausage were great! Wish the mac and cheese had a little smoke on them but the place us great. Great beer, Texas style bbq

Food was delicious, you could tell it was fresh! Everything is made in the restaurant by the staff. You could tell they cared. Full bar inside with a huge selection for anyone to be happy. Staff is very nice and attentive! Will be recommending to everyone and be back shortly!
Limited menu and a la carte and overly priced. They put sugar in their collard greens and too much salt, smh. Brisket was good, pulled pork and ribs were bland. Big write up online on their awards and it was a big disappointment.
The food I got here was really good. From the honey butter to the wood fried chicken. The brisket did mostly have fat on it, but good flavor. Apple pie baked beans very good. Max n cheese was okay but can’t complain too much.
So this spot is about 25 minutes from Pure Terror Scream Park and I got to say there brisket is on point as well as there banana pudding. Ive been to many bbq from St Louis to Texas and this place is running with the big boys. Definitely try to check this place out when your in the Newburgh area so r in September and October when you visit Pure Terror. I almost forgot the Mac and cheese is where its at. Go get some killer bbq.
The food is delicious and they slice it fresh in front of you. We got the brisket, ribs and a few sides and it was all great. The cornbread was my favorite side. The cocktails are unique and the bartender seemed to take pride in his job. Well be back very soon!
This place is is FANTASTIC. Great BBQ, great cocktails, great atmosphere. You can smell the hickory smoke coming down the road and when you walk through the front door, youre instantly transported to an authentic down south BBQ joint, nestled in the mountains of NY. Its just as good as any place Ive visited in the Carolinas, Louisiana, or Georgia. The Armadillo eggs are huge and full of goodness, the brisket is tender and moist, the pulled pork should come in buckets, as theres no way to get enough of it. Make sure you pick up some sauce to bring home as well. And DO NOT overlook the cocktails! Honestly, just make it a weekly staple till youve tried it all.Thank you Ed and Thank you Handsome Devil!

OMG! I HAD THE BEST TIME AT HANDSOME DEVIL IN NEWBURGH. I HAD THE RIBS AND THEY WERE TO DIE FOR. RONNIE WAS OUR BARTENDER AND THE DRINKS WERE DELICIOUS. THE OWNER ED STOPPED BY TO SAY HI. OVERALL BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Great BBQ, my favorite is the pulled pork, mac and cheese and the ribs. The staff is all very nice and welcoming.

We have eaten here a few times before and loved it. The ribs were falling off the bone and delicious. We cant say the same about the food we got last night. The ribs were off! They were almost not edible. I dont know much about how to prepare smoked ribs but my guess is they were not cooked long enough. The meat was rubbery and very hard to bite off the bone. This place is not cheap so this was a waste of a lot of money. We were so disappointed and it will be a while before we try it again.

I liked the Texas style seat and serve yourself. Loved loved the brisket and the sauce that came with it. The apple pie baked beans were different but really good. Loved the sweetness and it was balanced out with a spicy note at the end. The wings were good but could have been cooked a little longer. The sauce on them was great. Cornbread potions were huge but it was a little on the dry side. Overall great food.
We went for the first time tonight and tried 3 meats. Brisket, pulled pork and the ribs.. The ribs were delicious as was the sauce it came with. Pulled pork was moist and really good. The brisket on the other hand was dry.. We could barely eat it and I actually didnt finish it. Maybe it was just that one. (?) The guy serving the meat asked me how I liked it all and I told him about the brisket but I also mentioned how the rest was really good... We were getting ready to leave when he brought us a few pieces of a different brisket he had. That was so nice of him and those pieces were much better. I would recommend the sauces on the side or you might get to much. The beans we didnt care for.. sweet but bitter at the same time. We still liked it enough to go back! The staff was really friendly from the time we walked in but the meat guy was my favorite for listening and being nice enough to replace what was dry. The inside was spacious and the patio area was nice as well.

First timer but have been wanting to try for a while and I was not disappointed; although the cauliflower left me wanting more. From the sides to the perfectly smoked meats to that insanely delicious banana pudding..all which were on point but I must say, the apple pie baked beans were my favorite! I ate it all before I could take pictures which means I have to go back for more so I can add some photos later :)

I and my family dined at this restaurant on 09/23/2021. When we first arrived the bartender spoke quick and low about how diners are served and then quickly dismissed himself. My wife said she heard what he said but I did not. Then we went to order our food and the people doing the serving were not friendly and would not make eye contact at all. We ordered our food and were not served our meal all at once. Food came out and the brisket was somewhat soggy, the same seasoning that was on the wings was on the crispy cauliflower (???) As well as the pulled pork. I could understand if it were one or two things but all of the food was luke warm. By the way, there is no metal cutlery so if you need to cut lets say roasted chicken youll just have to use your fingers. Last, but not the least of this experience was the fact that 2 adults and a 6 year old and a 9 year old had meals that totalled $120 dollars. I dont care about the cost but I do care about the value and from the staff to the quantity and quality of the food served in our visit its just not a justifiable price. There are other retaurants in the area that will serve better quality barbecue with good customer service at an overall lower price. Mabe we went on an off night for the restaurant but I cant justify that price tag for quality and quantity of food, even given the doubt thats still 1 out of 3 negatives. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone when there are better alternatives just a few minutes drive in either direction. We didnt even finish our meals. We sat for15 minutes and then packed up the leftovers. Theyre currently sitting on my counter (didnt bother refrigerating).
I got some ribs but I wasn’t impressed; I love when ribs fall off the bone and it was not the case. Mac and cheese was good but a little dry. Cornbread was pretty good but I wish it taste more like corn and not like butter. Restaurant design is beautiful, I love the industrial look of it.
They must catch their ribs as they fall from heaven. I ordered several other menu items but all five stars belong to the ribs.
Some of the worst food I’ve eaten. Mushy, over cooked brisket. Bland Mac and Cheese. Corn bread was dry. For the price I was expecting much better. Very disappointed. Should be no star at all.
Best BBQ I’ve ever had hands down. Turkey was so moist and flavorful and the honey butter corn bread was glorious. The “meats guy” behind the counter was so friendly and really explained everything to us. He even sampled some meat for us. Prices are great too. Everything about this place is the bees knees.
Texas has always been my favorite area for true smoked BBQ, and the BBQ we have gotten at areas around NY/NJ is hit or miss, but we were out running errands for our new place here in town when we passed Handsome Devil & decided to stop in. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Zach, who typically tends the bar greeted us and explained the concept. You go through a line process picking out the meats that are hand carved in front of you by the big man from Augusta, GA (I highly suggest the melt in your mouth brisket). You then move down to the next spot where you get your home made sides, desserts, and non alcoholic drinks. The Apple Pie Beans & Banana Pudding hit the spot! We took our food and decided to sit at the bar where Roni who was covering the bar gave us the run down of the place. She was fantastic. Her drinks were just what the doctor ordered! Very happy we stopped in on this rainy Sunday. Great service, food, and atmosphere. Thank you Roni and staff! Weve been back since this visit to have some drinks, the brisket, and smoked wings....sooooo good! Our new watering hole and BBQ place close to home.
Date of visit: 06/06/2021To begin with, the food was EXTREMELY overpriced for the portions that we individually ordered.Second, the food had absolutely zero flavor. The wood smoked chicken (that I ordered) wasnt seasoned whatsoever - all it had was some unknown sauce and black pepper slathered all over it. The pulled pork sandwich (that my fiancée ordered) wasnt as juicy as she had hoped for - it lacked any sauce and tasted like it was precooked meat instead of freshly made. The smoked turkey cuts (that my colleague ordered) tasted almost identically like Spam and was so dry it was difficult for him to separate with a fork and knife. Additionally, the mac and cheese tasted artificial and overcooked, the collard greens looked days old and were oversalted, and the cornbread was too sweet and wasnt ratiod correctly in terms of flavor.And third, there seemed to be a significant imbalance of enthusiasm, attitude and friendliness between the staff - as if they were pretending to be excited to work there. Its these kinds of details that offset the customer and make them think differently of the environment within the restaurant.I DO NOT recommend that anyone eat here, unless you want to go home hungry and your wallet empty. Not a great experience at all.
Lets talk BBQ. Normally I recommend a brisket or pulled pork, but Handsome Devil blew my mind today! Get the chicken! Yes, chicken. When I tell you Ive never had a juicier piece of chicken, I mean it. Excellent work chef! Great, friendly staff. No high chairs or changing table in the bathroom. Mom of two under two over here. But, dude, I figured it out and Im still giving them five stars. Looking forward to another lunch here and a cocktail outside as the weather improves!
08/01/21Called in our $65 order at 5:15, told it would be ready in 30 mins. Showed up at 5:45 and didnt leave with our food until 6:45The brisket was good, just too fatty. Pulled pork had absolutely no flavor, not not stitch of seasoning. The sides were overpriced for the size and very basic tasting. Cornbread was super dry. Only thing that didnt need work was the coleslaw. Wanted to give this place a try for the first time but sadly it will be the last.
Food was fine...drinks are EXPENSIVE..15.00 for a tiny 2 sip old fashing..overall good vibes and nice staff
Like someone else said, youre greeted at the door. The staff is friendly, the space is beautiful and clean. This household has been a.fan of handsome devil since they had that small store in newburgh. I couldnt take pictures of the food, was too excited to eat 🤪My favorite dish was the brisket, it was perfect. The mac and cheese was nice and creamy but i was not a fan of the flavor. It was not bad, just not my style of Mac. I was not a fan of the cornbread but my husband liked it. He also loved the baked beans. I was not a fan of the flavor of the ribs either. The BBQ sauce was nice though. All in all, I would go back and recommend. That brisket is everything.
Youre greeted at the door by a very friendly (youd think smiling but who knows with the mask) employee to explain the difference in their service vs a regular restaurant. Wait you turn in line, cut the meat right in front of you as you want it to the weight you want (those sandwiches looked massive). All the counter staff were extremely nice! Staff checked in with us several times during our meal, again very friendly and make small conversation with us too.FOOD- Texas style ordering- the only way to run a BBQ place in my opinion. Best BBQ Ive had since I was in Texas. All meats were smoked, delicious, & juicy!
Stopped in with the family. Great food and friendly people. The place has a cool look as well. Brisket was smoked perfectly. Smoked turkey was delicious. Worth the trip, we will be back.

Saw this place on top of a hill and popped in. Everything is made onsite and was very tasty. Smoked turkey was amazing. I have to go back to try everything else. Mac and cheese was also correctly named, even though it may offend some people it was true for me (my grandfather did the Mac).
Meat was very tender! Staff very warm and welcoming! Mac and cheese and Ribs were disappointing. (No seasoning, extremely bland) Bbq sauce very watery. I spent money on dinner for my husband, myself, and our 3 college students; it was a waste ,no one ate.Went to Brothers BBQ in order to redeem myself to my family. I am hoping the day I went the person who normally prepares the food was not in, otherwise I dont see them around for very long.

Customer service is good , the alcoholic drinks are great . When I went unfortunately the brisket had little flavor . The Mac and cheese was soggy basically over cooked and processed cheese placed on top EXTREMELY dissatisfied with that . The wings I ordered were undercooked and the corn bread had no flavor and did not taste like cornbread . Overall not the best experience however with some modifications they can certainly become a good food joint . Such as baking fresh Mac and cheese 🧀
Ive had better bbq..but killer atmosphere and nice staff. Lady behind register could use an attitude adjustment, but the man preparing the sandwiches and meat was overwhelmignly kind and accomodating.Cake is absolutely delicious, carrot and chocolate and clearly homeade.
I have eaten at the Handsome Devil when it was restaurant upstairs over Ice Time Ice Skating Rink. The food and service was excellent there. They left from there was very disappointed. Then I found out where they relocated at 3 Corwin Court. I have not been there yet am looking to go with a friend sometime. All the best to the Owners8/7/21
Awesome food. The brisket is mouth watering and the cornbread is delicious. Really nice place to grab a bite on the go or just to hang out. The staff is friendly and the vibe is really relaxed.
Food was cold and stale. Had my order wrong twice. Then the 3rd time I took one bite and spit it out. Confronted the owner and he didn’t care. He was rude and lucky I didn’t throw the food in his face. If you like disgusting BBQ then come here. I will never again neither will my friends and family.
AMAZING FOOD & SERVICE!!!!!! We had a 50th birthday event for my husband and it was fantastic!!! From the time I reached out Alise and Noelle were so helpful and accommodating. My guests could not stop raving about the food and drinks. All the staff was so attentive to our needs. My father in law even said after eating here he wanted to move closer.
Authentic Texas BBQ in Newburgh! 18 hour roasted brisket melts in your mouth. A must try. Served with pickled onions and bbq sauce. The ribs were yummy and above expectations. The pulled pork sandwich was served on a brioche bun with pickles on the side and a light sauce (tomato and vinegar?) next to the bun. Most importantly the coleslaw has never met mayo! Crunchy and tangy with a sweet finish. Perfect between bites. The GM Elise bounded toward us in entry and enthusiastically explained the traditional Texas cafeteria style service. She checked on us mid meal and again at the end. My husband remarked “People seem happy to work here!” From the carver to the checkout this was a five star experience. We’ll be back and we’ll bring friends!
Absolutely delicious.. Get the ribs. Fall off the bone tender. And my grandma didnt make Mac and Cheese, but if she did, theirs would definitely be better!

Hard to believe theres a bbq restaurant of this high caliber in Newburgh, no insult to Newburgh intended. Its just Newburgh is mighty far from.....Texas, North Carolina, etc. Would give SIX stars if possible! I got the ribs and they are the best ever just like the brisket, which I got again. This time the brisket sandwich came with two sides of homemade ridiculously delicious bbq sauce. When they say award winning bbq they really mean it! I also got the homemade Texas sausage again as it is irresistible. The portions are gigantic and the meat is delectable. If you like bbq you must go to Handsome Devil BBQ. I do take out but its a nice, airy place with plenty of parking. I wonder if they let you shoot baskets at their basketball hoop? No matter: its the bbq you go for and that is more than enough.
The place is clean,they give you alot of food, i had the pulled pork, it wasnt good it was hardly pulled apart i asked for extra sauce on it and it was very dry,the coleslaw was dry&had no flavor, the collard greens were good &my husbands brisket was good. the cornbread wasnt that good eather!were not going back. 👎🏿

Their ribs are very tender and have just the right amount of smoke flavor. The apple pie baked beans were very tasty. The one negative comment is, the music was to loud.
The food is good. Its themed like a typical Texas BBQ place, cafeteria style. No waitstaff, you have to get your own stuff. Its a fun concept. It is is very casual night out.

The bbq beef ribs were fall off the bone tender and had a nice rub. Those were five stars. Didnt care for the collard greens, not very vinegary taste which is what I was looking for.
We ordered a small of everything on the menu. ( Only the dry rub ribs there are other flavors) and we did not have one bad thing to say. This is a definite routine stop in.

Everything is overpriced and ala carte. It was somewhat tasty but not genuine barbeque. ( though they will try to dis prove it) They also troll personal facebook pages. It is also cafeteria style which is another mark against it. Not worth it. Want good barbeque, go to Brothers or Barnstormer.
AMAZING TIME, me and my friends (10 ppl) enjoyed a few hours at this place and we enjoyed this place so very much!!!!!!!! The manager, bartender, and other staff were so courtesy and helpful!!!!!!! The head chef is a friend and the food and desserts were AMAZING!!!!!!! Me and my friends will definitely be back!!!!!!! Good times and good vibes!!!!!!!

Ive never ordered food at a restaurant by the pound before. No one would describe how much food you get per lb, half lb etc. I know a pound of deli would be too much but then, it wasnt deli. It was frustrating. Left.
One bad thing ... Drinks. They have a bar which is no big deal if you open a tab but u pay for food where you order. They also only have cans of soda so you have to keep going up for drinks if you need more than one. Its a bit of a pain. So can I sugest a fountain or other drink arrangement. Bottles perhaps. Lol more drink per serving. Food was good tho so as much as ots a bit of a pain it worth going again. Over all pretty good minus that lil annoyance with drinks.

This place is the real deal....just as good as any Texas barbecue...when I go to Texas I eat at the hard eight and this is just as good....I ate light.. had the ribs, pulled pork, brisket and sausage....ha ha....was truly amazing....the corn bread was really really good too...You must try it.....I need to get the jalapeño sausage next....
The food was good. Strangely, there were no high chairs in the restaurant. Maybe they dont want families with young children.

Meats.were good. Id like them to get much better buns and also to toast them. Might have given them a 5, for what they do, except for the buns.

2022-05-19There’s great restaurants all around us, but every now and again you have the sincere pleasure of stumbling onto the one that changes you. Handsome Devil is one of those rare gems. The owner and his staff have poured their pride and love into everything here. The brisket is perfection with a sauce that rides the carefully crafted line of not too sweet and not too spicy. The Smoked Turkey with Alabama BBQ sauce was downright killer. The cornbread was moist in the center with a crisp crust and was packed with flavor. Potato salad that gets better with every bite. And don’t forget the sweets! Hand pies, carrot cake with buttermilk icing, banana pudding and more! I’m a chef but these folks are true artists. Make this restaurant your new fav as I know it’s now mine!

2021-12-30Wow is all I can say after eating this amazing BBQ. From the moment we got our bourbon till the banana pudding we were blown away. The staff, the food, and the beverages were all way above what we expected. This place is a must go! It has outdoor and indoor dining, great space for two top or 30 top. I cant say enough good about this place. If you like real deal BBQ just go. You will love it as much as I have. I just left and want to go right back again. Hands down the best BBQ in NY. It just doesnt get any better than what they are doing there.

2022-05-06Have both dined in and gotten taken from here - their brisket and pulled pork sandwich were delicious! Haven’t tried their ribs just yet but they look yummy! Service is friendly, there is a bar area and a good amount of seating both indoors and outdoors. We also tried the Mac and cheese which was very saucy (just the way we like it), but felt the flavor was a little bland. Honey butter cornbread was *chef’s kiss*.

2022-04-18Finally made it out to try this great bbq place. I got a relatively small meal, for my first time. Had half a rack of ribs, corn bread and Mac & cheese. All of it was great. Ribs were tender and sauce was perfect. Cornbread had a little honey sweetness and very crumbly. You can taste the multiple cheeses in the Mac & cheese. Would recommend all of them. Guests I was with, said the brisket was amazing too

2022-01-12I had a very nice lunch here. Its a very large space. When you walk in you order at the counter towards the back & pay for your food there. They heat and slice everything right in front of you which was awesome! They staff was very friendly. I got the brisket, Mac & cheese and a slice of corn bread. Everything was delicious. I definitely recommend trying this place out!

Our latest was John Grishams The Judges List, which takes place in the south. So we all decided BBQ. One of the girls saw your win at the BBQ competition in Florida and we thought, lets give it a try.Mind you, my husband and I are from Rochester, NY. But lived in Atlanta, Georgia for 17 of our 29 years together. We were never too much impressed with any BBQ we had in the south.However, yesterday we ordered a sampling of your JCS Sausage, St. Louis Ribs, Buffalo Wings (not the yucky sauce kind), Mac & Cheese, Collards, Slaw and Cauliflower.EVERYTHING was outstanding. Sauces werent thick and gross. And best of all, we didnt feel awful after eating it. No Tums were needed.Thank you for providing a place where you can feel good about all of it, inside and out! 2022-06-11Me and a couple of buddies visited this place on a whim after a long early hike and we were not disappointed!I cant speak on their behalf, but my food was great. I got a pulled pork sandwich, mac n cheese, a banana pudding, and washed it all down with a sweet tea. The meat was smoked nicely and the sandwich had a good taste with no added sauce. The Mac n Cheese might have been the star of the show though (although I do consider myself a big fan of most mac n cheese). The Banana Pudding was spot on with a nice rich flavor and great texture. The sweet tea was sweet but not overwhelming. I liked it all and after a long tiring day this food hit the spot!I liked it so much I ordered some pulled pork and mac n cheese to go for my girlfriend at home. I would definitely recommend this place.
