Richard did superb, professional and time efficient work. He installed an A/C unit (carted away the old), replaced track light bulbs, installed a faucet and wired/replaced an old outlet. I couldn’t have asked for better!! Thank you Richard!
Richard is amazing! He is attentive and precise in everything he does. His response time is great and he works with our office schedule. There have been times when we’ve asked him to come in for just a couple of fixes and if we ever needed to add on any new problems he handled them immediately!He’s so dedicated to his work and will do anything the office needs. If we could give Richard 6 stars we would!!! Put up our TV and several other things in our new apartment and was efficient, competent, creative, extremely pleasant and an overall pleasure to have in our space. Couldn’t recommend him more!
By far the best handyman service I’ve come across, Handy man Richard was professional as well as punctual and also very efficient in the work he did. Not only did he do an amazing job he was adamant about it being done the way I wanted it to be done, You can tell that client satisfaction is his number 1 priority.
I had to replace an igniter in my oven and came across a stripped screw that was hard to remove. I tried other websites that wanted to over charge just to remove the screw. I googled handyman in my area and came across handyman can Richard. He was able to come the next day and not only removed the screw but also replaced the igniter. He’s very professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I’m definitely keeping his contact in case I need anything else done around my house.
Contacted Mr. Richard to change 5 outlets (one was causing smoke and wire was burning), install a ceiling fan and new lighting fixture. He did the job nice and easy. Will definetly be 1st choice in the future.

I have used Richard’s services on three separate occasions. He has painted multiple rooms in my home, assembled furniture, fixed various things throughout the house, installed lights and permanently affixed the cabinetry in my walk-in closet. He is professional, on time and overall great guy. He’s coming back to paint and help me change lighting & shelving in my master bath. He’s more than a handyman and I highly recommend his services. !
OMG! MR. Richard is heaven sent!. He came did the job was very polite and respectful for him to be a total stranger I felt so comfortable. It isnt always easy to find reliable and honest help in Brooklyn. I was happy to be led to Richard. Richard did an amazing job building a new room for my daughters in my one bedroom apartment. He also put the bunk bed together for them and mount the TV on the wall. Richard quality of work is exceptional. I have called Richard for multiple move ins- for mounting large screen TVs, hanging paintings and shelving, assembling exercise equipment (treadmill and elliptical) as well as complicated furniture. He is very respectful and polite- meticulous, accurate in hanging things perfectly, and cleans up everything once he is done. He also follows all COVID Protocols. He brings all his supplies and even is willing to purchase items needed and bring to the job. I requested putting up blinds in a difficult metal framed window/door and he offered to help me measure these virtually as well as go to Home Depot and get the blinds cut to the exact size! They came out beautifully and perfectly mounted. He also gives professional recommendations for safety and improvements for our homes. He is definitely trustworthy and our go to handyman in New York City!

Handyman can Richard provided great service! My closet rod broke. Had my building maintenance fix it, and didn’t last up to 2 hours. Thankfully, Richard came to the rescue and my closet rod is still sturdy. Great with assisting with curtains and other needs in my home. I highly recommend using their services!

2022-04-07Go grateful to have found Richard on Yelp! Richard responded to my request to fix my screen door and hang a very large painting on the wall. His measurements were accurate, clean job, fast and efficient. In addition, Richard is very professional and friendly. I was very comfortable around him. Like a long time friend of the family or brother. I would refer him to everyone in need of help. Great for single ladies who are nervous about letting strangers into their home!!

2022-06-21Richard was super professional. Onetime and in a uniform. He wore a mask just to be careful. Asked about shoes on or off. And he fixed everything! Fixed the outside hose that had frozen. A door that wouldnt close. Assembled some tricky baby items. His rate was very reasonable and he was personally polite and capable. We are having Richard back to build a door for under our steps and to fix some drywall/tile. Thanks!

2022-01-11I got word of Richard through a good friend of mine, and I must say he was the absolute best. He came on time, extremely prepared, and executed to the absolute best of his ability. He installed the curtain rods and secured them, then he even assisted with putting up the curtains(I definitely didn’t expect this). His price was also fair!! I will certainly be calling him for future projects.

2022-05-12Richard was prompt, professional, and very friendly to work with. I contracted him out to re-grout my bathtub area because there was persistent mold and in general the area was in bad shape. The job was a days worth of work and the completed maintenance was very well done. The grout was even and most importantly the mold was gone. Richard is very knowledgeable, I will definitely be hiring him again for other household projects.

2022-07-21Richard is amazing- it feels like there is nothing he can’t do. There is not one request that I’ve asked for that he could not fulfill. In addition to that he is very professional, communicative and his prices are reasonable. He’s installed multiple floating shelves, a tv wall mount, and a shower filter for me amongst a bunch of other things. He is my go to for anything I need done around the house

2022-03-08Richard was super responsive. I’d asked him to come by just to look over a couple of small projects I had in mind, and was happy to find he also did electrical and plumbing. He actually took care of two electrical issues, and will be back next week to install a couple of interior doors, bathroom exhaust fans and a vanity. Glad to have found him!

2022-08-07I usually would like to put a review after some time has past because time will always tell if something was done good, just ok or bad. The work on my tub faucet was done good thus far. The issue was resolved. Richard seems nice we only spoke over the phone and his worker was very knowledgeable and got the job done.

2022-07-15We had two handymen come from PC Richard’s who could not fix our dishwasher and then Richard came in and fixed it! I was so impressed with how he figured out the issue, brought his own tools and ensured he would not leave until it was fixed. I appreciate his work and will hire him again!
