No complaints. Everything was stocked
This is the only grocery store I like to shop in. It is very rarely ever crowded. Its always clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Hannaford is small enough to avoid a crowd but big enough for me to find everything I need. All the employees are friendly. I never wait at checkout for a long time. The prices of the items sold are competitive with other major supermarkets. The store is clean.
I enjoyed all the choice in the cold beer aisle. Helpful manager took me right over to pick up cheesecake. Yum! Very clean, spacious store.
I had to buy a special blend of coffee only made for them so I bought them all and I get some food shopping done.
Chain store in New York has a good selection of most items. Clean store, decent prices, friendly service.

Love shopping here. Always can find what I need. Store is clean and the staff is helpful and nice. I like how they have their line setup for covid regulations. Staff is always wearing their masks or shields. Plus I like that they dont carry much junk food. Makes shopping with my littleone somuch easier.
Theres always a price mix up. For example I buy the beyond burgers and sausages you would have 3.99 in one area. Then go to another area its 5.49. So when I get up to the register she has to run to the back to investigate. Time consuming not good.
Generally a good place . Curbside is very good when stuff is in stock. Today the store was very busy. All registers were open...never seen that before, and the lines were all the way to the back of store. (So much for following health guidelines.) If you go ...check the parking lot to see how busy they are first.
Hannaford is a great supermarket. It is very clean and neat. They have self service check out. There us Clynk, a bottle and can return service that very confident.
Last minute card. Glad they were open til midnight.
Its never crowded when I go and the cashiers all seem friendly. The to-go option has been great.
Nice supermarket, courteous employees and efficient pharmacy with helpful pharmacists. Lots of food selections, prepared food is yummy, and I also love that they acknowledge Pride Month!

My favorite store to go grocery shopping. Not too big but big enough to carry most of the things I need. Never super crowded and even if its busy, it doesnt feel overwhelming and the cashiers and managers always step in to speed it up. I like the store even better now since theyve introduced their rewards program. The app is great, you clip your coupons ahead, you get some things for free if you get enough points and you also get some cash reward every earning period and thats deducted from your total bill.
Oooh very CLEAN you can eat straight out of this floors. The store is impeccably merchandized and organized. Walk in through the fresh produce and you get a new definition of fresh. The best in selection, variety, pricing and truly fresh produce.
I am happy that they are organized for social distancing. It is a clean, well-lit store with a large section of drugstore items. I had to look in 3 different spice sections to find what I wanted and shelled pistachios are in the produce section, not in the nut section where the unshelled pistachios are! Makes shopping take too long!
Hannaford is my favorite supermarket, always super clean and the staff is very polite and helpful.I especially like the butcher shop & meats, I have never had a steak that wasnt really good.

Been here a few times since I moved up this way. Oil changes, brakes, tire changes. Theyre not here to rip you off. Theyre here to help you.Excellent service, kind staff, good, professional advice. Ill always come here because of that.
Honestly, the cleanest and nicest grocery store in the area. With other top competitors like price chopper and shop-rite, I will choose this store over them all. The parking lot is easy to navigate, park, and leave. It has the freshest produce. The store set up is easy on the eyes. I love their 1/2 loaf breads they bake and sell for those with small families like my own. Staff is really friendly! Although other stores may have good/better discounts, Hannafords atmosphere sells me over those big chain coupons.
Used to be my favorite local grocery. But since Shop Rite renovated this seems old fashioned and limited. I do still appreciate the lack of a savings card gimmick. Staff is always friendly. And its oddly easy to enter and exit considering its at five corners.
Clean and staff is helpful. Prices are a bit higher compared to your shop rites and price choppers but the store is around the corner from where I live and it is convenient.
Good produce, fair prices for food, speedy checkout, close parking. The only complaint I have is I wish their shopping carts were larger. I do most of my food shopping here so obviously Im a satisfied customer. Also they just got these adorable Melissa and Doug shopping carts that kids can push around to help out. Would definitely recommend!
Good grocery store with plenty of products
Im not going to lie, grocery stores that dont have a deli counter is in reality a big, fancy bodega thats not as good as a regular bodega.
Great prices...rewards...helpful butcher shop ...socially conscious. Friendly, courteous employees. Easy to donate food boxes at Thanksgiving, Christmas. Nice folks at deli. My favorite grocery store.
Great supermarket! Fresh selection of fruits and veggies. Meat section has a butcher so you can order meat freshly cut! A little pricey but great customer service!
My cat sat on a customized birthday cake 5 hours before the party. I called the bakery panicking to see what I could get on such short notice. They recreated an even better version of the original cake and I had it within two hours. Amazing place, amazing staff.

A great store overall; I dig the new app. The associates are mostly pleasant and helpful. But tonite, there was a guy wearing black who seemed to be a manager, standing around chatting with the cashiers. He kept glaring at me, and when I had a question about the new app, I peeped up asking if he worked there. He stared at me in silence, and I felt it was belligerent. Mercifully a cashier deigned to come over and assist me. I usually like that store, but was disappointed this time.
For such a large store, I keep feeling like the selection is small (for produce, rice, etc). But the prices are fine, the store is clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful.
The store is clean and well stocked. Prices are the best Ive seen in relation to DeCiccos and Stop and Shop. Staff are helpful and markings on the floor and signs ensure social distancing.

Use them for pharmacy only. The pharmacists there are great. Always take their time to speak with you if needed. I highly respect the whole pharmacy staff. Keep up the good work.
Quick stop for seafood, picked up a few swordfish fillets and salmon. Knowledgeable department personnel, always helpful and professional, in and out in less then 15. A bit pricey, but worth the convenience at times.
Clean spacious store, variety of items. On this shopping experience I was not able to get sale items. Were in the midst of something so thats excusable. I will go back again.
Great everyday prices for some items and produce, the store brand is always a great buy with suprising quality but watch out, some contain GMOs. Smaller feel store but my go to for a quick shopping trip!
Second best store in five-corners (sorry, Price Chopper takes the prize). This is a clean, well-managed store with lots of varieties. Even though my credit card was hacked here, I have forgiven them since it also was hacked by Target and USAA, so nobody is perfect. Good selection of produce and open open all night, which is great.
I had 2 carts and cashier got me out quick and managed to get some one to take the second cart to my car, great service

Great products and the dude in seafood department was very nice and helpful. I miss Texas grocery stores where there us a whole isle of wines in store not forcing me to go to another store to complete my shopping list.

There are plenty of options for super markets near 5 corners in New Windsor. However I find Hannafords to be the cleanest and best quality meats, seafood, and baked goods. I dont think they are that much more expensive then the other options which keeps me coming back.
Courteous staff, fast moving lines and the baggers have been very conscientious about delicate items.

This place is great the food is fantastic and fresh I will always come here to get my groceries. I love that you could also eat inside with fresh food. And the bathrooms are fantastic I love this place

They used to have an excellent selection of vegetarian meats but it has decreased drastically over the years. They also recently added self-check outs and got rid of the customer service counter.
I must have gone to the supermarket at the wrong time. Most of the items I need Hannaford did not have anything. The shelves were empty. Very disappointed ☹️

We went in for a few items and all of the sale items on our list were out of stock. The butcher gave us a lame excuse why they didnt have the sale items, but they had all of the regular priced items. No plans of returning.

Came here on Easter Sunday to get cold cuts for the crew working on our new house, prices are a little expensive, but the quality of the cold cuts was worth it, the roast beef was perfect, the turkey was great, the lady at the deli was very friendly& recommended their pepper jack cheese, it was very good, our crew was very happy to have the sandwiches I made w/the cold cuts, guess Ill be going to get the cold cuts for sandwiches for the crew from now on

Its a supermarket. Different layout but the sell everything. Prices a tad higher than other stores in area. Store is clean but associates not very friendly. They basically ignored me as I walked past even when I said hello
My shopping experience was incredible there I went there to use the pharmacy which I was extremely satisfied with the care and information I received and they were very helpful and kind I was so happy I ended up doing some food shopping as well and that was great too
There is always a Hannaford employee saying hi and making sure you can find what you came in for. I needed help and the person didnt tell me where it is located, he said Ill show you where it is. He stopped what he was doing and walked me to the item I was looking for. A +++ customer service!
Hannaford is a lot like other supermarkets but slightly more expensive, a little better customer service and great parking!
Looks bigger outside than it seems inside. Decent but not exceptional selection and prices. Larger than average health food and Adkins sections.
I usually love your store, but you just closed early toniggt and wouldnt let me in the store, i needed 1 thing would have taken 2 minutes but 10 minutes before 12 the doors were locked, with 3 employees right in the front window, one casually checking his watch then looking at me as if to say oh well.

Pricey but i had quite an experience here when i was younger. i watched a hillbilly steal a case of beer and a huge bag of clams lmao the dude ran out of the store and zig-zagged through the parking lot to evade the law.

2022-05-30The store is pretty ok. Descent selection between snacks and real food. If you want to walk around and flirt with women, this store isnt it. Try Lowes or home Depot. The selection is dry when it comes to good looking women.

They remember you by name, take time to answer any questions or concerns, are always willing to help, and are very pleasant and welcoming. 2022-01-16Everything is fresh. The fruit and vegetables are bright in color. Inviting. They have different things here than other super markets. For example I purchased salmon pinwheels from the seafood department

2022-01-21Nice clean accessable store with good variety. However, the deli doesnt seem like a real deli to me as a New Yorker. Cold cuts always too thick and poor quality. Cheap tasting like Oscar Mayer. Constantly putting stickers on the zip lock. I quit the deli shopping there.

2022-01-11I like Hannfords in general. I know it can be a bit pricey but the items they carry in the produce, meat bakery depts are of good quality. Its never very crowded which right now Im completely ok with. Also, they introduced me to Harvarti cheese. Its delicious. They kinda sell it there like its American cheese so you can find it the cold cut case. But can someone let me know what is going on with cream cheese lately? It seems to be out of stock at all the supermarkets.

2022-04-121st time in Hannaford in a year. Pharmacy is super efficient but because of the Pandemic the stock on the shelves was low and choices were limited. Hannaford is not even close to being 100% but who is? Will try again soon as I like Hannafords commitment to local Maine foods.

2022-02-14Very clean, the staff is always very helpful. Always a great experience. Some things have not been in stock with the supply shortages, but they have most essentials and work hard to get things as quickly as possible.
