Another perfect job by Hansen Carpet. Rick is always professional and friendly with a great crew.From the date of order to the final install only took 9 days. The actual install only took them 3 hours.This is the 3rd carpet install they did in my house. They work fast and clean. Highly recommended.

We are blown away with the job Rick and his crew did for us. They took a floor that was many decades old and made it look brand new. They were also able to match the color of that floor to a newer floor which was installed directly next to it. It looks absolutely beautiful and completely transformed our home. We couldnt be happier. On top of that, they were always punctual, clean, diligent, professional and honest... and they took care of our home as if it was their own. Not only will we be using them again for everything else we plan to do in the future, but we will be recommending them to all of our clients as well. Its no wonder theyve been in business for so long. 5 stars isnt enough. Thank you!!

Hansen is open an hour longer than the other carpet store...after searching the despot stores.. u KNOW we would rather support local businesses...theyll install & u know itll be a great mechanic else theyd have closed 40 years ago ..haha..Ill follow up after its done.Rick was Very personable & helpful& competitive.Im already planning my next project idea.

I just had a new linoleum kitchen floor installed. Rick and his staff were so nice and helpful and they did a beautiful job on my floor! I’ll definitely go back in the future.

After Ric failed to order enough carpet, his men left the job unfinished. When I called to complain he had an attitude that it was somehow my fault. The job was fully explained and discussed before any deposit was given. Ric personally measured for the carpet. He expected me to pay additional shipping and minimum cut fees of $200 to fix his mistake. When I told him I was disappointed in his customer service he hung up on me.Hansen carpet was a huge disappointment! I would not recommend them to anyone

I have been dealing with these people for over 25 years; they know it all and can do it all,..... and their prices and services are top notch. i just read that single neg review the other guy left here,...... i suspect he works for the up the street competitor , or there is some other glitch there..... one never knows on the internet, right ? Forget the big box stores also,; u NEED a small family based biz / vendor to help u take care of your home or other real estate; these guys are the ppl. to select, ... i have had experiences with others, and its not even close in terms of possible other choices.
