Recommend by my sister. They have the best spare rib, and sesame. Try on their new item honey chicken. It is also tasty. By the way the girl is super nice and friendly. The place is clean. Will come back :)

The usual Chinese take-out place with good variety of lunch specials that are very tasty. I would return for another taste the next time Im in the neighborhood
There was a black bug on my chicken wing. I ordered fried chicken with plain fried rice. It’s definitely a bug 🐜 I bet they wouldn’t cared if I called and complained
Their food is sometimes delicious, sometimes not worth the prices they charge. Their delivery guys are mostly rude demanding a tip; even holding on to your change until you say something. Rarely giving you a chance to give them the tip. Today, one of their delivery guys text my phone; after my daughter had gone down to him to receive the food, Saying next time go pick up your own food, I earn tip. I found that to be rude and disrespectful being that Ive been ordering from them for 19yrs, (mostly big orders) and I do tip most of the time. I called Happy Fortune to let them know and the woman basically took up for him saying wouldnt you want a tip? I was very appalled and told her that I couldnt believe that she is condoning his behavior. The driver gets paid whether I tip or not and if its one of his requirements then he should talk to his employer about making a tip mandatory. Even bartenders have to serve drinks (do their job) tip or not; and Im pretty sure Im not the only person who doesnt tip ALL the time. Is he going to text all the othe non tippers too. Smh. I WILL NEVER ORDER/EAT FROM THERE AGAIN and I will make sure no one I know eats there either.
The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Off the bat the girl taking my order was EXTREMELY rude. I placed an order anyway, specifying No Vegtable, which she repeated back to me. About 50 minutes later, I received my order, clearly with Vegtable and called them back to let them know. Same girl (Francesca might be her name) continued with her attitude, even more nasty than before. Twice she told me that she KNEW I didnt tell her no veg, then she told me to look at the receipt (where it actually said no veg!) and then somehow told me that there was veg in what I received. I asked if she would like me to send her a picture, at which point she started yelling to the chef who confirmed what I was saying and told me they would send me another one. Never actually preferred to eat the wrong order, but wouldnt put it past this girl to do something to my food so here I am. Second time I ordered from them, second time received an attitude and an hour wait for subpar Chinese food. Never ordering again!
Disgusting, gloopy,flavorless food with the veins still in the shrimp. They are unfriendly and make you feel like you shouldn’t sit at their establishment and I guess it is because they don’t ever clean.
I like the food its great delicious for me but the employee who is on the register asking me do you want a fork i said yeah man how can i eat .then he gave me a fork i ask him hot oil and hot sauce that cheap guy he just gave me a i hot oil these people are very very very cheap on hot sauce and hot oil. but i like the food thats why 5 stars on the top
This is my first time eating in happy fortune. The girl is soooooo nice and the place is clean. Love the orange chicken with white meat and mild spicy :) . Definitely be back.
Its not the greatest Chinese food in the world nor is it the worst Chinese food in the world. I would only come back here if all the other restaurants were closed and I really needed to have general Tsos chicken
The food was terrible. I ordered the Pu Pu platter with chicken fried rice. The shrimp toast was burnt, the beef was not fresh, the ribs were old, etc... I never go back there again.
If youre ordering chinese, you already know what youre in for, and what to expect. Happy Fortune II is standard Americanized Chinese, delivered in a timely manner. The dishes are all large and satisfying.My own personal favorite would be the Dragon & Phoenix combo. Give it a shot!
Dont bother. The driver got lost crossing the street. The person taking the orders is rude. He seems to forget people are paying for this food .. its not food stamps and its not free.
Great food and Francesca is so nice to the patrons who come in to order!, my grandkids LOVE Happy Fortune and so do I. The BarBQue spare ribs are so delicious all their food is so fresh! Yummy😊

Dirty place i got food posioning over there and when i called them to tell them they were rude and hung up on me and it was deff them cause there food is the only thing i ate everyday this week . not any more tho !!!! eat at your own risk.
Do not eat there. The food was very undercoat and gave me food poisoning. Their grade level stays below a B or C Will not eat here ever again

I drove past a very good takeaway store, and the things were good and clean. The boss was very patient (in fact, I asked for directions and ate something by the way). I hope I can come to this store next time. Love their fish-flavored eggplant beef and big dumplings,

2022-05-03I ordered a simple fried chicken wings with pork fried rice. I knew something was off when the woman at the counter was screaming at a customer who just wanted to purchase a small white rice.she was yelling at him that they only sell medium and large. The customer said,”but you gave me a small with my order? Screaming at this man that “we don’t sell small” only medium and large. Then she told him it was $2.50 for white rice? When I got home they chopped up 3 wings to make it look like 6 (which is how many is stated on the menu) bad business acumen! Totally unprofessional.NEVER GOING BACK

2022-01-27The food quality has definitely gone down. My recent two orders were really a disaster. In the half chicken fried rice case, the chickens seemed to be old, and then it was burnt and black. The vegetable egg roll was pretty tasteless. In addition, they charge more than other places. When I complained to them about the food, the owner did not apologize or anything. He said it is supposed to come burnt. Pretty pathetic.

2021-09-15This is the worst Chinese takeout Ive ever ordered from. The peppered beef was disgusting. It doesnt taste like peppered beef. The hot & soup had no flavor but a hint of dirty dish rag smell. The chicken wings were over-fried and dry like a rock. The fried rice was not fried, its just yellow rice. The roast pork tastes like boiled pork. It had no signs of roast but a lot of red dye. Lazy people. Some of my items were not packed and we waited an hour for it to be redelivered. No apologies or anything from them.

2019-11-22Honestly not that great. I ordered a chicken combo with a couple friends, sat down, and found a live bug on the window. The food was greasy, and the first thing you taste is oil. There were three pieces of broccoli that were raw and the rice was not sticky and felt undercooked. The ceiling is especially dirty, almost as if there is mold. At least the sauce had some taste and the servers were friendly.

2019-08-21It is shameful that I asked for five paper plates with my food and they said that they could only give me three. The guys reasoning was that $24 worth of food was not enough for five plates. Little does he know that I have kids and they don’t eat as much so five plates in this case was justified. I said to him that he would lose my business and he shrugged his shoulders as if he didn’t care. He wanted to charge me for two additional plates. This was the last time that I order from this place. Too bad because it’s close to home and I ordered from them 2-3 times a month. I recommend EPIRE EAST. It’s a little more expensive, but they treat you with class. I don’t think that anyone should be treated the way that I was in this situation. On principle and customer service I must give this place 1 star.

2018-10-07The food is decent for the price. Some times its good, some times the chicken wings are undersized and over fried. Through it all I stood a loyal customer until the attitude from the people that take orders over the phone became too much. Rude and disrespectful, they hung up the phone when I asked to pay with a card. When I called back they argued about hanging up the phone. This was not the first incident of rude behavior but it is the last time I will deal with them. What a shame that they get mad at me because they cant understand what is being said. I was not expecting an apology but I was definitely not expecting to get yelled at. The owners are great people but their employees are horrible.
