Never going back , the shape of my eyebrows they made looks horrible.
Totally cannot follow simple instructions.I usually go to flushing to get my haircut for 7 bucks(without tip) but didnt feel like driving out there and tried this place by me. First and last time coming here.I told the lady, I want the sides and back totally shaved. Skin Skin! She nodded and proceeded to cut it to like half an inch and I said again this time in Chinese which she spoke, tu gwong tu gwong skin skin! which means in Chinese to completely shave.In the end my sides and back are about a cm thick when I wanted them to be completely gone.Could not follow instruction in two different languages. So terrible..
Very nice wash and blow out but i legit got robbed. 55$ ??? Extremely expensive i have never been charged that much for a blow out. Completely disappointed and heart broken.
Salon was very clean and punctual. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and didn’t turn out as expected but it wasn’t bad, just not what I wanted.
I started coming here after Salon Z closed. They do a great job with coloring dark hair, and I always love the haircut!

They used to be good, now they have attitude, raised prices and acting like losers. Boycott him and go to other friendly places. He does not need our money, he tells he is already a millionaire. B.S.
The put no effort into haircuts, I went once and what should have been a 20 min cut, took around 5 min. They are very inconsiderate...

2021-11-01This place used to be good ….the owner I guess for greedy. When I used to go the prices of the services they provide were listed like they ARE in any other business. Not this one tho. You go for a manicure it’s 30 one day and 50 the other literally!!! I went for a manicure they charged me 30 dollars when I can go to another place and get a manicure and pedicure for the 35 dollars 😑 a manicure and a hair straightening cost me 60 dollars !! Another day I went for a cut it was 75 dollars. Anyway …my point they charge what they want or feel like. It is not right. Prices should be displayed. The services are not that great. Better places within a driving distance if them. I have been going here for years but not anymore. They just lost a loyal customer.

2021-11-07I had a haircut in Happy Salon in Williston Park and that was a big mistake! The person who cut my hair was Jimmy. His poor skill made the layers of my left & right side of hair differently—right side was very high and left side was low! The worst, he cut the back very thin to my make my head looked flat! It was so bad! If you plan to go to this salon, think before you go!!

2021-06-27Love Happy Salon. Its in the middle price range. My moms hair is $42 for wash, cut, blow. Always clean, always friendly, always a great cut. Love Celine. She is so kind to my mom. Very friendly group of people.

2019-04-17Happy Salon is a fantastic salon. The staff are professional, friendly and attentive. I like that they take their time when washing and conditioning your hair with a wonderful head massage. Nancy is my stylist, I followed her from another salon last year. She is very skilled on color, cutting, and styling. Nancy is constantly learning new techniques and interested in her professional development. I highly recommend Happy Salon and Nancy!

2019-03-31I have been going to this salon since it opened they know exactly how to layer and cut my hair I traveled and on/off tried other salons and realize this is the best especially for the price. I colored my hair months ago in this place They use good hair products so don’t feel the hair damaged or dry at all. I’ll go back to this place for sure

2020-07-17They do a great job with hair cuts, blowouts, and nails! But dont go here if you want to try a new hair color. They usually give you a color thats way off from what you wanted even if you show a picture.

2017-06-16I went there when my hairdresser used to work there. She left and I tried Lynn for a haircut twice, the first time I used Lynn she was pleasant. So I made an appointment for my next haircut and touch up. I got there on for my appointment and she was running late, the manage:owner came To me and said she wont be able to cut, someone else will. I left with out the cut very disappointed. Today I made the mistake to book an appointment for color touch up. I got to the salon at 3PM (appointment time) as soon as I walked in the owner/manager came and said Lynn is running 15 minutes late, which I was ok with. He said Ill have someone else apply the color if you want. I said no Ill wait (after all wants the point of making an appointment if somebody else is going dont be job) long story short, 45 minutes later I was still waiting for Lynn. I left the salon and I would NEVER GO BACK! They have no respect for other peoples time. Totally ridiculous. They were not apologetic at all and didnt care that I wasted 45 minutes of my time. Stay away!! Customer service is not their best quality!

2017-08-04Very bad attitude and customer service at the front desk.I called in advance and was told that the price is $12 for male, and then I went there in the afternoon. While waiting I saw the price also says $12. The haircut was ok, but after finishing it the front desk charged me $15 arguing that the price of $12 is only for very short hair. What a joke! I have haircuts every 3-4 weeks and every time I had a short haircut, how can I have long hair? I think the guy overheard my conversation and thought that I am not living close by, so he decided that it is a good idea to overcharge me. What a cheater! My suggestion is, dont go there!

2019-01-16Quite possibly the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten was from this place. The lady cutting my hair took her own route and decided to do whatever she wanted with my hair, even after I asked her what to do. It’s an amazement how some of the staff got their license.

2014-11-21This was my go-to place for mani and pedi in the summer. They had this great deal that gets you both manicure and pedicure for only $20 on certain days! The place is clean and sanitary and the staff is nice and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a pleasant salon experience and pay a reasonable price. :)
