I really wanted to get doors here! I went in and picked out options and then tried for a couple of weeks to make the order over text, email and phone. I even approved the order email in March and simply never heard back from Elizabeth Michaels. It was the oddest experience. Where do people buy doors around here with good customer service?

Recently purchased black awning windows. The whole process was the easiest window purchase Ive ever made. All of my options were explained to me using their insightful showroom. The windows arrived when promised and fit the openings perfectly.

We recently needed a sliding glass door for a kitchen remodel - Tom and his staff were always attentive and responsive to my (many) questions, but never tried to upsell me. In fact, without prompting, they even suggested a few ways to save some money by taking the time to explain why what I thought I wanted wasn’t really the best solution for my situation - How often does that happen?Harbrook will be my first call for future projects - We’re beyond thrilled with how everything turned out!

I wish I could offer something positive about my experience with Harbrook but they have been anything but impossible to deal with. I went to them seeking a custom wood entry door, sidelight and transom for our 1870s Victorian. They took the information and said they would have a proposal for me in a week. That was three months ago. Multiple emails and calls (even to the Owner) went unanswered until finally last week the Owner sent me an email saying how they couldnt help me as they were too busy. Very disappointed and upset as they had exactly what I was looking for and just ended up wasting three months with nothing to show for it.
