Once again, I rarely give a 5 star review but Hardwired PC earns the gold here. I have dealt with the owner personally for many of my needs. If he says he can do it he will get it done. If others say they can’t they aren’t Anthony. He provides quality work in a timely and affordable manner and can help prevent some situations from happening again by telling you how to avoid a problem causing action. I don’t care where you are located in the capital region, if you want high quality work I recommend no other than Hardwired PC R&R

Was in need of a special screwdriver to finish my phone repair and Anthony was able to not only help me with finding the right screwdriver but also his expertise in how to take the phone apart for the most efficient and easy reassembly. Anthony is very professional and personable. Awesome place and awesome management! Highly recommend for anyone to go here, will be bringing anything else I need fixed back to here!

I can not recommend Hardwired enough. He not only fixed my phone (its gold now & its beautiful), diagnosed impending issues with my Lenovo before it self imploded, & retrieved & backed up my images from all of my failing technology. Most importantly though, he was able to retrieve 10 years worth of photographs I had long since accepted as lost forever from my ancient HP. I am beyond grateful. My gaming PC is my hobby and my addiction when I’m not working. A issue occurred where it wouldn’t load past the BIO’s screen one day and I freaked out beyond belief and spent hours researching a trusted PC repair guy who I can trust and is honest... Long story short, Anthony (the owner of Hardwire PC) fixed my computer and it runs like it’s brand new. He’s my go to guy for my permanent PC repairs and future upgrades. He’s professional and knows his stuff like Wikipedia. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the region!

Great experience and extremely reasonable pricing. Amazing family business. I couldnt make it to the shop during business hours because of work but the owner just had me meet him at his apartment for anything I needed during the repair process. I could go on and on about the great experience but take my word on it and stop in yourself for anything electronic that needs repair. 5 stars isnt enough to describe the amazing service. $100 cheaper than the Apple Store and $80 cheaper than phone wizard who wouldnt even look at my phone unless I paid $25. Hardwired gave me a free diagnostic.

I called this business during this pandemic because my son broke his computer which he needs to complete his online school work. The man who answered told me I should buy a new one as it would cost too much to repair, more than a new Chromebook would cost. I ordered my new computer, however, in my searches found the LCD screen to repair the other. Today I put in a new screen for a total of 46 dollars. Disappointed in the advice I got because now I have a new computer on its way when the fix was easy and cheap!
