THis is one of my first yoga classes. I came here with a woman I work with because she had heard such good things about this place. We had Liam and I can say it was a wonderful experience. I felt we were in great hands. The class wasnt very intense, but Im generally very flexible and strong for my size. I know there are more difficult classes available. I also heard they offer a $10 class on Saturdays!The studio is so convenient on West 30th Street in Chelsea. The studio is small and very homey and cozy. Its like a big apartment. I think my friend will be coming back for more classes and I may join her. Very good experience!

I started practicing with Hari almost 10 years ago and this practice has helped me get through many ups and downs during my time living and working in NY. Hari brings Kundalini to those that need to reset, recharge and thrive through this jungle. You will notice the difference after one class. I began taking 3 classes a week and my friends started asking me what I was doing and noticing a difference. After 4 years, I took teacher training with Hari and expanded my knowledge of the practice and how it works changing the emotional and physical balance. So much research is now going into these Kriyas and Meditations true effects on the brain and physical body which is proving these yogis sitting in the caves 5,000 years ago were right!

This is the real deal. Most incredible, powerful, altering experiences Ive had practicing Yoga. Hari is a special woman, and a wonderful teacher. What a blessing to find this place.
