Disappointed, Rented this banquet hall for wedding reception. Asked owner Perry if he supplied linen and covers for tables and chairs and if he would make sure the Hall was cleaned before set up. This was asked of him months in advance and before payment. Perry agreed that the Hall would be clean and that he indeed supplied white linen and covers. The day of my reception the hall was dirty from a prior event. The floors were sticky, refrigerator behind the bar was disgustingly molded inside. Foul odor was coming out of it. My family had to mop and clean the bathrooms, floors, windows and dirty glass doors. Also the handled on the front door came off from a light touch. We cleaned the Hall after my reception and left behind hand soaps and air fresheners for the bathrooms. This place could have potential with a better owner. Rent at your own risk.

The guy who owns the hall doesnt allow you to decorate the hall how you want and he doesnt allow you to bring the photographer you hire and the DJ you hire. Is it his party? No. Do not recommend.
