A nice, quaint playground near the Western edge of Prospect Park. Right by the bandshell, and also close to the public grill area. Across the road is Long Meadow which has a few baseball fields and wide open grass. The playground isnt very big but it doesnt get super crowded either and there is no reason for teens to be here.

2021-04-06Nice playground. There are slides, swings for both infants and older children, a sandbox, and enough benches for the adults to sit. There are restrooms there, but its pretty dirty; the walls are black, especially next to the hand dryers. Overall, I would definitely take my kids again. They had fun.

2021-08-24Been coming here for years since, I was a kid myself now, I enjoy watching my kids play the only things Ive never been crazy about is that sand box its pretty gross.. But nothing beats the bathroom that is also not so clean but besides that were all good thats Brooklyn for you 👍

2021-05-03Strong playground if you have more than one kid, as there is equipment for little ones and their older siblings. Lots of swings so less waiting than other nearby playgrounds. Good WiFi for parents needing to work.

2021-06-05Wonderful big playground with many different areas. There were sand pits, swings and the sprinkler area had running water.

2016-12-04A big playground with lots of climbing frame equipment, plenty of baby and older kids swings, toilet facilities but...its just not secure! The fencing and does not go all the way around. With three small children I feel I have to keep eagle eyes at all times and it gets really busy after school. I gave it four stars though as my children love it.

2016-04-16Great destination park. Not your average, worth a special day trip with the kids. Good separation between toddler and big kid equipment and a decent sand box too. Only six toddler swings that fill up quickly on a weekend. Parking is tricky, but there are free spots after driving around a bit. After the playground you can take a walk over to 6 or 7th Ave in search of coffee. (Or walk the park of course.)

2018-09-23Everything is great but when its hot there are few places to hide in shade. Sandbox is really big, restrooms are pretty close, swings both for toddlers and grown-ups
