Ventured out to Harold Finkle Your Jeweler for an engagement ring on the same day I planned to propose. Not only did they get a beautiful ring ready in my budget, they were ready to deliver it to the restaurant where our dinner reservations were, since it overlapped the pick-up time for the ring. Great company, great service and professional atmosphere. Go here, they will go above and beyond for you.
I went here based off of other reviewers because i needed a sentimental watch fixed, and i was tired of dealing with bigger chain stores... The store is *beautiful*, and the staff was super friendly! Justin took exceptional care of helping me and coordinating to get the watch fixed BEFORE my husband and mys anniversary... which was AMAZING and so appreciated! I would go here again in a heartbeat, and i will always recommend then to anyone who is looking for a quality jeweler!
Love Harold Finkle! Have purchased two birthstone necklaces for grandmothers this past year, and both are absolutely beautiful! The customer service is amazing. They spent a lot of time showing me options and helping me get exactly what I wanted. Prices are reasonable and quality is superb. I plan on making another purchase soon. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
I called about watch repair/service as a new customer, they said I could come right over with my watch. I pulled in parking lot for curb side drop off, Justin took a look at my watch and told me it was still under factory warranty. I was very happy to meet some honest people and will definitely be back. Thank you!
I came here to have my engagement ring sized and to have the epoxy re-done on the gem, and I couldnt be happier. Not only was the work done extremely quickly, but it was also of a very high quality. These guys have been My Jeweler for over 25 years. I dont spend much time in the area any longer but they are still my first phone call before ANY jewelry purchase, and that first phone call does become my last phone call. They have never failed to satisfy my jewelry needs. Good family, good values... just good people!
Allison at Harold Finkle helped us design and make our rings for our engagement and wedding. In the beginning, Allison was just an acquaintence, but at the end of everything I came out with gorgeous rings and best friend! The people that work at Harold Finkle are always around to help and are very friendly. They even have a shop dog that is always around to cheer you up.
Had my watch serviced here and let me tell you, I dont normally do these google review things but Justin was sooooooooo great that I just had to say something. The customer service here is outstanding to say the least. This place is an asset to the community. If I ever go anywhere for my jewelry needs in the future, it will be here. I took in a beautiful stainless Rolex in mint condition with all the original paperwork and original green seal with both original boxes. He robbed me. He only offered me $2300.00 for the watch it had the original sapphire crystal.

2019-06-15Not only do they have beautiful jewelry, they also have wonderful service. Justin is very friendly and down to earth. He was patient with allowing us to try on as many rings as we needed in order to make a decision we were confident with. We never felt pressured. We bought an engagement ring and wedding bands here and could not be happier with our purchases. Every time we go back to get our rings cleaned, they warmly welcome us like family. 2020-04-03My search for the perfect engagement ring took me in and out of stores all over the Capital Region, the Hudson Valley, and even online. I found that when buying something as important as an engagement ring a store that would spend the time to educate me and work with me was important. Justin took his time to show me my options and never pushed me to buy or rushed my decision, it was obvious within 5 minutes this was the jeweler for me (Plus the price was very competitive!).Do yourself a favor, go talk to Justin Finkle. 2020-05-15I had gotten a beautiful engagement ring from my fiancé over the past weekend it was perfect but too big! He had not originally purchased the ring here but they were more then happy to resize it down for me! The guy who helped me was so nice and polite they did a AMAZING job on my ring you wouldn’t even Have know it was ever resized! I HIGHLY recommend going here for any jewelry needs! I know I’ll be back to purchase my wedding bands and for all my cleanings and repairs. Thanks again guys you made my day!

2018-10-22Justin helped me find the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. I went in without an idea about what I was looking for. There prices are reasonable and they dont pressure you into overbuying as many chain jewelers will do.
