They contine to replace the older mobile homes with new ones. Many improvements.

My best friend and i had found a wonderful home for sale in the Avon park with a great lot. Things were all set with the seller. Things fell apart applying to the park. I spoke with the office to explain our credit was poor (credit card debt under 2000). No evictions, bankruptcies etc. However we were willing to pay a years worth of lot rent up front. The park took 4 days to deny our application and they didnt even have the decency to give either of us a call to inform us they just sent a letter we only found out before the letter arrived by constantly calling the office ourselves.Furthermore its very apparent we were discriminated against because we were young & i have a nose piercing because i was questioned/Harassed about it by the staff while applying in person at the park office.Personally i think turning down a years worth of lot rent at 450$/Month is a very poor business decision and speaks volumes as to how the park is run. our red flag/sign to run away should of been the over dozen other homes for sale in the park at the same time while driving around the park.Do yourself a favor avoid a headache and go to AGL homes where the staff are professional & treat you like a person. The best word i can use to describe our experience is NIGHTMARE.

I wouldnt give a star if I had that option. Rude, judgmental & overall bad attitude. Bought a trailer from them & it ended up being uninhabitable. Yea, & i have 6 yr old. So that was AWESOME. Neighbors were CRAZY. But, Kristin, in the office.... was CRAZIER. RUDE, CHILDISH, NOSEY & FEELS SHE HAS THE RIGHT TO GIVE RELATIONSHIP ADVICE THAT WAS NEVER ASKED FOR! Oh, & she lives there. Likes to drive by your house & harass you. The owner NEVER speaks to the people renting from him. EVER! He hides behind the crazy office staff. They make the rules up as they go.Do yourself a favor..... dont even bother! I would NOT recommend these people!

Most of the park was clean and well maintained. I have not lived here before but it seems friendly enough

The folks who run this park are top notch. They keep the place looking nice and really care about their tenants.
