Ive been to this place a few times and was happy with their product and service. Today I unfortunately found a bug floating in my coffee. I wont be returning here!
Bagels would be a 4 star review but no worker in the store was wearing a mask, and many customers were also mask-less -- not a good look during covid-19. Staff friendly enough.
I went to this bagel store a couple of weeks ago for the first time. So disappointed. About 3 of the staff members were talking to 1 customer and another was sitting as everyone else waited on line. Waited on line a long time to find out they didnt have rolls.
Best bagels I’ve had in the area so far. Moved to the area in February of 2020 and haven’t found better.
I have to say this place definitely redeemed themselves for me.. so much better in every way
So great having a bagel shop back and their bagels and flagels are excellent. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

2022-02-15Great food and amazing staff that remembers its customers and what they normally order. Even in heavy storms this place has been open and able to refuel me at the end of a long shift. Greeting me with a smile and helping lift up the end of a long overnight shift. The best of your essential heroes besides Emergency Staff.

2022-05-02The worst bagel business in all of LONG ISLAND! Dont bother!!! Save your time, energy and money. Go somewhere GOOD and CLEAN and AVOID this terrible spot that ALWAYS disappoints... I swear i get stuck trying this place and every time it is terrible. I wont fall into the trap again, I AM DONE WITH HARRYS BAGELS, and let me tell you, YOU SHOULD BE TOO!

2021-12-15Yummy bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. I didnt appreciate getting charged $3.49 for a 14.oz Nesquik chocolate milk!!!! Completely over-priced. I had to use my card because $10 cash was enough for my breakfast. They made it seem like it was a big deal to refund after purchase so I ended up just leaving with it. Not cool.

2021-09-27I was here this morning for bagels for my son and I. I asked for an egg bagel lightly buttered with 2 scrambled eggs (for my young son) and an onion bagel toasted lightly buttered for myself. I saw the young lady grab an egg everything bagel and i asked if that was the one for my son (as it was wrong and I knew he’d never eat a bagel with seeds on it). She responded to me with an attitude and said no it’s not his, clearly very bothered that I questioned her. She came back from out of the back asking me to clarify my order for her again. I did, despite her seeming annoyed when I questioned her. Even with me clarifying, the order was wrong. I came home and there was and egg everything bagel for my son and a salt bagel for me. Unhappy with the attitude I got and the wrong order that both my son and I did not eat.

2021-03-08Just tried this spot, as the newest bagel shop in area. We have eaten bagels from all over long island and these are in the top we have had, period. Very delicious feel and taste. The store is very minimalist, basically setup to get in and out. Staff was very friendly as well. Highly recommended

2021-03-10This is the newish bagels shop in town and what a fantastic place to get the most delicious bagels. Bagels are very flavorful and cooked perfectly!!! The people who work there are so friendly! If you haven’t visited Harry’s yet, GO, you won’t be sorry!

2021-09-15I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, I walkedin to pick them up and watched the grillperson handling food with no gloves onabsolutely disgusting. There is no excusethat can be responded for this, stay away.I wanted to give them a chance instead I walked out.
