I cannot speak to the quality of the imaging. The wait is appalling. Promised by reception desk to be seen promptly, I am waiting as of the time of this writing for 1 & 3/4 hours. I am alone in the waiting room and the staff are at lunch. Do not go here if you have any other demands on your time.
Waited for 20+ minutes before going up to the desk to ask how how much longer the wait would be. They told me the tech was not in yet. I had an appointment! How long were going to have me sit there? On top of that- the Billing department is an embarrassment. Sent in payment multiple times and they kept telling me they did not get it. Blamed it on the mail. Probably in a pile on someone’s desk. When I went in for an appointment they make a big deal that there was a balance that was not paid. Try not processed! They had my info. Horrible experience. Rude lady. Will look for new place for future.
The receptionists were very short when it came to flexibility scheduling my appointment; they were so difficult that I had to have my doctor call directly to schedule my MRI so that I could be seen in a timely manner. Not the best scheduling my service, but when I actually arrived to my appointment I did not wait too long at all. All-in-all, 5 out of 10.
Beware of this place. They tried to force me to get a head x-ray when I went there for an ankle MRI, because I once had a minute piece of metal removed from my eye over 10 years ago. I provided written proof at their request from Westchester Advanced Imaging (WAI) that it was safe to scan me. WAI had done countless MRIs over the past 7 years, since having open heart surgery. Even with all the proof they refused, saying it was for my own safety fore which it was not. It clearly was so they could create extra billable codes to the insurance. Personally I believe their actions may be illegal and also manipulative towards patients when they need to get a scan asap.Thats 2 1/2 hours of my live waiting there Ill never get back.
Ive had a terrible experience with them last year and dont know why I went back. I had a cervical MRI which was basically boilerplate from the previous years images prior to surgery. I recently had a fusion surgery on c5-c6 and they incorrectly listed prosthesis at c6-c7. They were rude and refused to correct the error. I was told to contact my neurosurgeon to correct it. The Dr/owner refuses to speak with me. The reason I went to them was post surgical complications; and fusion nor anything relevant was addressed as it was imperative too. Imagine if I took this report that they insist is correct and got another surgery on the wrong level? How do I know this year or last years was accurate after the obvious error? Not good.
Got a surprise bill for $300 in December. Had I known it wouldnt be 100% covered by UHC, I would have delayed on scan until January when I could have paid with flex-spend (pre-tax dollars). Called Harsdale Imaging billing department to complain and they said We no way of knowing about the deductible and were too busy to look into that.

2022-05-06Five stars!! I had a mammogram and an Ultrasound today and the techs were very professional and friendly. The office is super clean and you dont have to wait to long for the services. I saw negative reviews but my experience was totally different. Great Job!

2022-04-04AVOID THIS PLACE!Not a good experience, didnt even make it past the scheduling phase before giving up and going somewhere else.1. First red flag: this imaging office requires to see your previous imaging exams reports and CDs BEFORE scheduling you. This is not common and no other office does this PRIOR to scheduling, usually you just bring it on the day of your exam.2. Second red flag: front desk employees are rude and condescending, like they are doing you a favor and you are just another inconvenience on their day.Note to management:May I remind you that there are several imaging places out there!3. Third and big red flag: My specific Imaging test has to be scheduled during a 7 day timeframe of the month for better results - the person who called me to schedule my test seemed to be clueless about this test requirement.Go somewhere else!

2021-12-09I just got back from an appointment at Hartsdale Imaging and now I know better to trust the reviews from others.After waiting for 24 minutes in their waiting room I was finally called and told to change into a gown. Having waited for such a long time I needed to use the restroom which required another 2 minutes, in addition to the time I needed for putting the gown on.The technician, named Jackie, snapped at me when I told her I needed a few more seconds and authoritatively said that if I am not ready will go and take the next patient.Beyond disturbing behavior, and I can only imagine how someone might feel if they actually had a health problem, vs. going for a preventative appointment.I will surely be NOT going back to this place.

2022-01-11I have had Mammograms for 30+ years. I was told they are read immediately. False!Only waited 15 minutes. Tech was pleasant but hurt me! Why?Wlll start to look for another place.

2021-06-18I came to pick up medical records. They had about 10 years of my records. They did not give them to me in a folder or envelope. When I was more assertive they gave me an envelope which was open on the bottom. Surely the people who work at the desk could be a little more professional. It is not all of them. Two of the women were nice, but the third who gave the record needs to go back to kindergarten to learn socialization skills. If it were possible to give zero stars to this establishment I would.

2021-11-01Very busy location. It appears there is Not enough front office staff to manage walk-in patients and telephone calls. WAY too much redundant paper work required. If you are a returning patient you should be asked that and very quickly asked if any of your information including your health insurance has changed thus eliminating all the paper which is an antiquated process.

2021-12-02Shady business practice, they cancelled my wifes MRI stating no authorization. We called the insurance to find out that there is an active authorization and they cancelled the appointment and given the slot to someone else. When we called them about active insurance authorization they were very rude and not accepting their mistake. Please stay away from unprofessional shady business.

2021-12-16The front desk staff is incredibly rude. This was not just one visit where I witnessed and experienced their unprofessionalism. I only went back because of how wonderful the tech is. However I will never go back there again.

2022-02-15Rude and unprofessional accounting department manager. Will try to bill the patient first instead of resolving billing problems with insurance. Avoid this place.
