Hassett is the ONLY place I will every purchase a car. Every single member of the team was absolutely amazing. John was a fantastic salesperson and he was able to put me in my car within two days. He went above and beyond to make sure that I completed and submitted all documentation and upon delivery, explained every detail of my new car. The sales manager was equally as amazing. And Ricardo, in the insurance department was able to save me a ton of money on car insurance as well as homeowners insurance. I have been a loyal customer of the Hassett family for years. Their customer service is the best as is their service. Theres no reason to go anywhere else!

I had a need to buy a second car and decided on a pickup as it served the purpose of both a second car and weekend vehicle for those Home Depot trips. I did extensive research on the various manufacturers and selected the Ford F150. Next was to identify an equally good dealer. In the end, Hassett had the combination of good people, good reputation and a great partner in Jerry Kwartler. It would be easy to call Jerry a salesperson but he won my business because he was anything but a salesperson. He took the time to understand my needs and answer all my questions. In the end he worked hard to locate the exact model I wanted and then aggressively price it. On top of Jerrys great work, the dealer has some great customer loyalty incentives making the dealership stand out. I recommend Hassett Ford and would encourage you to ask for Jerry when you go.Nice job team!Barry Manno
I’ve been to two other Ford dealerships on the south shore. Hassett was the only place I didn’t feel lied to. Rich in the sales department was great.Then I had a minor but annoying problem with my truck. The service team was patient and thorough. Ron in the truck service is very professional. I had a couple DMV problems too - Dan in finance didn’t have to help but he went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
I recently purchased a Ford Edge from James at Hassett Ford in Wantagh.My experience there was wonderful. He listened to my needs and concerns and we came to an agreeable price for my new vehicle. He explained all the warranty options and what he recommended from his own experience. When I went to pick up the vehicle, he sat in the truck with me and patiently showed me how all the features worked. I have never had such a better service in buying a car! James DiGiovanna was quick, efficient, and very informative. He made the buying/leasing process so easy. He is definitely someone who loves his job and loves helping people! Jennifer Guzman, who helped me buy my insurance made it so quick, easy and painless! She made sure to throughly explain everything and even called to let me know that the dealership received all my paperwork before I picked up my new 2021 Ford Bronco. We recently had a good experience at Hasset Ford from the time we first walked in until we drove out with a new Explorer. We first met Tom who then introduced us to John D our salesman. From the point we entered the dealership to meeting Dan from financing the whole experience was pretty much stress free. I would definitely recommend Hasset Ford if you’re looking for your next vehicle.
Brought my car in for service and warranty repair. During the process my car was damaged. Service technicians never reported it to management and tried to hide it. Took over 3 month for it to be fix after numerous phone calls, emails and filing with the Better Business Bureau. I will never use them again.
Excellent service experience. I needed a State Inspection and oil change. with customer coupon Hassett also provided complete inspection of car, top off of fluids and tire rotation. Cost $25 plus tax. They even provided a coupon for a full service car wash at a facility near Hassettt and a choice of a facility near my house. I waiting and they were finished within about an hour. Service representatives are knowledgeable and courteous.
This was my third vehicle from Hassett Ford. Mr. John Fanuzzi (our salesman) navigated me through the most painless car buying experience I ever had. He is knowledgeable, empathetic and passionate about his craft and the products he sells. Scott (the finance manager) offered me great options for warranties and also provided me with the same talents that John exhibits. With their help, I have just came back to purchase another car for my son who was equally impressed with John over his certified preowned 2019 Escape. My son says John, you the MAN!
I went for Hassett yesterday for a routine Oil change. They told me I needed to change my front brakes, engine belt and all four tires. I told them they just changed my belt two years ago. They told me oh, but it is breaking again. So I took my car to my local mechanic. He told me my brakes were only consumed 40%, my belt was brand new and my tires were absolutely fine. I was lucky that I didnt fall for Hassetts evaluation again. I did two years but no more.
I have been bringing my Lincoln mikx to this dealer to be serviced for the past 6 years and never had a problem. Unfortunately, my last service appointment was horrible! I dropped my truck off Tuesday morning at 8am for an inspection and to address a recall issue. While it was there I told them to do a tune up and check the rear tire because of low pressure. Btw- they couldnt give me a loaner. The call I got later in the afternoon was that my car needed, wipers, a battery, universal belt, oil filter, a carbon filterLong story short? They had my car until Friday afternoon! With no loaner car! I told the service manager I had a 20% coupon and she only took off 10% and told me I couldnt use the $20 oil change coupon. I will not be using this location again! They should have reimbursed me for my 4 days of ubering or acknowledged the 20%Horrible treatment of a loyal customer that used to leave great reviews.
Just picked up my Lincoln corsair last nite and Im absolutely in love with it already. Hassett and their team of knowledgeable courteous and friendly people made my leasing experience a breeze especially thru this time we are all going thru. A special ty to my salesman Steven kotler who went above and beyond to make my experience that much better. I was in and with finance dept ,returned my previous leased vehicle and a full thorough explanation on my new vehicle from Steve all in an hour and a half. A pleasure doing business with this dealership and will be back in the future. I highly recommend Steven kotler as ur next salesman if in the market. He truly knows his onions. Ty all again
I had gone to another dealer on the island who was giving me extremely high numbers for our lease before my sister recommended that I see Howard Strauss at Hassett Ford. Within 20 minutes of meeting the incredibly kind Howard, we had a deal that worked for our budget and picked up our beautiful new Ford Explorer a few days later. Everyone at Hassett was helpful & kind - exactly what you want when buying a new car.
It was by far one of the smoothest and fastest car buying experience ever! I have purchased many SUVs and went through hell working with the dealerships, trade ins, credit issues, arrogance of salesperson, etc. I have never been so happy working with Al Valoroso and the staff at the dealership!. Al was like a personal friend and worked with me in a professional way getting everything I needed to make this buy so easy. The one stop shopping, car insurance, trade in staff and warranty division was exceptional. I highly recommend this dealership and will send all my friends and family there from now on!
I had a very good experience with Hassett Ford. My new Lincoln had a minor issue which required a computer reset. They provided a loaner car without difficulty. When my repair was complete, they dropped my car off at the house and drove the loaner back to the shop. Easy!Update: 5/1/2021: Hassett continues to deliver on service and convenience.

This is also a Subaru and Lincoln dealership. Was very clean. I cant say its 5 star due to the service department. Still waiting over a month for a second key. The car I purchased was labeled as certified but would have failed nys inspection upon delivery. The price was fair for the vehicle and the salesman was good. Not great but good. I would not take my car for service here I do not trust their mechanics. I have owned over 35 cars in my life and worked in new and used car dealerships so I know what Im talking about. Sales gets 4 stats service gets maybe a 2 so the average is 3 stars.
The electrical panel on my car has stopped working and when I called Hassett Ford to get me in as an emergency to fix it it became a whole issue. The manager was very rude and disrespectful and stressed that there were other cars there that were more important than mine. Eventually, with a lot of push back I brought it over for hours and they did absolutely nothing for me. Told me to come back for my appointment in two weeks so they can troubleshoot it. I’m not quite sure what they did on that day. I’m very disappointed because I have leased twice and just signed another lease for a car they need to “order for me” since they don’t have enough vehicles available. I’m quite sure the issue is a loose wire and I have been driving around my car for weeks with a backup camera, temp settings, car charger, etc. I have paid so much money over the years to stay with Ford their customer service it terrible.
This was my first time purchasing a car and when everyone else was trying to take advantage of a young buyer, thats when Steve stepped in and made all my worries disappear. Everyone insisted that X price for a certain vehicle was impossible to beat, but not only did Steve beat the price, but he even upgraded the vehicle. I feel confident knowing that I got the best price at such a busy time of the car buying season! Probably the Easiest automobile purchase I have ever made…I put over 1600 miles on it in one month and the truck is running great…With not a problem…The F150 is bulletproof…This truck is like a mustang GT with a pick up truck body. Handles And performs outstandingly… this is the fifth Ford truck in my career and they just keep getting better. An Excellent work horse vehicle. Yesterday I leased my first Ford, a 2020 Ford Edge and I cannot say enough about the whole experience. I only leased Nissans but because of my experience looking at Fords I was more than happy to make the switch. Being that this is a family owned dealership, they made me feel so comfortable, were not pushy, they listened to what my requirements were, including my budget and exceeded everything. I originally went there looking at an Escape but they offered me a better deal on a better model (the Edge) and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or rushed into a decision. John Fanuzzi helped me get my lease squared away and spent the time to explain all the features of my car, all of my paperwork, and set up my iPhone app for me. He was wonderful to work with! I wish I could give more stars!! Thank you Hassett Ford!!
A well oiled machine!No I’m not referring to the terrific Lincoln I leased, rather the whole experience at Hassett from start to finish. Steve was great, offered a negotiated great deal, kept me informed along the way, and took time to properly explain the car at time of delivery. Team is top notch.
Like most people, I never look forward to purchasing a new car. But I have to say, the sales consultant, John Descul was awesome. During the test drive he explained all the features of the Ford Edge. Then when it came down to talking price, he told us all the available rebates that Ford was having. He even came up with a good price on our trade in. It was an overall pleasant experience I have already told people I work with about what a good experience it was working with John.
The sales person al was excellent! Very nice & courteous. The gentleman that showed me the car & all the features was very knowledgeable & super nice & helpful. However the finance person that tries to sell you an extended warranty was very condescending & rude! He got very upset when I turned down the warranty & didn’t even give me an envelope when I asked him for one. They would have gotten 5 stars if it weren’t for him.

I worked with Jordan Shein to lease my 2020 Lincoln Corsair and had a wonderful experience. Everything from looking at the car to picking it up to drive it home was seamless. I never felt pressured by Jordan or anyone else to purchase something that did not meet my needs. Best experience Ive had in a long time with a car dealer. I went to several Ford dealers for my new 2020 Ford Expedition. Other dealers were owned by large corporations that own many dealerships. I found the customer service at family owned Hassett far superior. Hassett also had a good selection of vehicles. I highly recommend Hassett. I only wish I had gone there first!
My salesperson was Alex Klein and from start to finish it was a great experience. I have bought many cars in the past and always felt I got a good deal, however the process was never enjoyable. This time was different Alex did everything a salesperson should do. He asked what i was looking for in the vehicle and then located a truck that was in my price range and made the deal quick. When I picked up the vehicle all my paperwork and insurance information was already completed. I signed and then went out to the parking so he could explain the features of the truck. Probably one of the most low key and unpressured purchases Ive ever made. Ive Ive Ive been car shopping for a few months and have had some amusing experiences with several used car salesmen. After seeing a Ford Escape advertised by Hassett Ford, I decided to check out the car. I worked with a salesman named Marty. He was very low key and and didnt ask all those pre qualifying questions that one expects to be bombarded with. Instead, Marty answered all my questions and offered a test drive. Never once asking about my financing, my trade, am I buying today, ect. I called him back a few days later and we negotiated the price over the phone. I asked if I could take the car to my mechanic for a pre purchase inspection before finalizing the deal. He had the car waiting for me and had topped off the fuel. After my mechanic gave a thumbs up, I then worked a deal for my trade. I had my own financing lined up but Hassett actually got me a better rate. Marty also told me they put 4 new tires, front and rear brakes, oil change and wipers on the car which I wasnt expecting. Even after the sale, Marty took the time to answer questions I had about the car. All in all I had a great experiance with Marty and Hassett Ford and wouldnt hesitate to shop there again or reccomend them family or friends.
I just leased the new ford bronco sport at ford Hasset, I had first went to Levittown Ford to look at them and speak to someone about leasing and received no help what so ever.I went over to ford Hasset and was greeted and helped immediately by steven. Im very happy with my lease.
Got service and after I left I noticed my NYS inspection was expiring and shortly after that my tire rotation service warning came up. I would expect the service department to notice something like that. In addition my car has hit numerous service recommended milestones (15K and 30K miles) without the service department offering or recommending these services be done. My tires are on their last thread and you guessed it, they haven’t recommended that I change them. If I was the owner or manager I’d be pretty upset. Not only is it bad service but also a huge loss of potential revenue for the dealer.
Our initial experience at this dealership was a positive one. We worked with the salesman Al who was patient and took his time answering all of our questions. We decided on a car and scheduled a day to sign all the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. When that day came, the experience we had was completely different. In previous conversations, we let Al know that we did not have any interest in an additional warranty for the vehicle, since my father owns a local Auto Shop.Then we spoke to Scott Rosenfeld, the Finance Manager and told him the same. He went on to tell us we needed this warranty in case the engine went out, this was strange because the vehicle came with a warranty that already covered engine repair/replacement. Then he came up with a second scenario that involved one of the computers on the vehicle malfunctioning causing us to spend a couple thousand dollars to replace it. We thanked him for the information and said that we weren’t interested since both of those scenarios were unlikely and didn’t change our mind. We also pay for roadside assistance with our insurance company, so we felt we were covered.Scott also seemed to be pretty secretive about the total cost of this additional warranty. For example, only showing the figures in our monthly payment and ignoring direct questions about the price. Once we declined this warranty, his body language completely changed and he was instantly rude. Saying “Well when your car breaks down on a road trip to Florida make sure to tell your dad to come to Florida and come get you”. His demeanor and comments were just completely unnecessary and childish and really turned us off to the dealership. I would not recommend this dealership because of this negative experience with the Finance team.
My experience with Hasset Ford Truck service department was fantastic.I own a 2017 F250 that needed servicing.Stacy and Kyle scheduled a convenient appointment. I recently did business here and really cant say enough about the team there. Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door! My salesman, Kevin Hughes was great, very knowledgeable about the Explorer, he answered all my husbands questions and we were pleased that he knew his product, was not pushy and took his time with us. We went home and came back a week later and put our order in for a 2020 Explorer. When we came to finalize everything and pick up our vehicle a few days later we had the pleasure of meeting with James DiGiovanna and he completed our sale smoothly, professionally and with a great down to earth demeanor. A couple of days later I reached out to him regarding a rebate Ford was offering and he took care of it right away. I even received the check weeks ahead of schedule. I am very happy with my new Explorer but most of all with the team and their service. I have been a die hard Dodge customer for over 15 years and I finally came over to Ford and look forward to doing business with Hassett Ford again in the future. I will preface this by saying I am not a fan of dealership service departments, that being said, this dealership has done nothing to disprove my feelings.I was going to write a whole long explanation of the issue, only to realize, they are a typical Long Island car dealership service department. While the work performed was fine, I will only bring my vehicle here for any warranty work or recall.
Hassett Ford has been excellent in taking care of my car. They assisted me in obtaining a rental car while my own car was having repairs, and my Service Specialist, Alex Balsamo, kept me posted as to my own cars progress. He was very courteous and professional. I have nothing but praise for Hassett Ford.
Recently leased a new vehicle from Hassett and can say it was one of the most pleasant and stress free transactions weve ever had. Our salesman Jordan was fantastic. No high pressure sales tactics, or strong arming. He worked to help me find the perfect vehicle for my family and delivered as promised. Helped to get us a good price and helped us through the process. Scott in finance was equally helpful , organized and no pressure. He reviewed everything with us and made that part painless. Jordan also spent quite a bit of time with us patiently reviewing and going over all the vehicles features after the sale was completed. All in all a fantastic experience. Recently had my 2020 Corsair serviced at Hassett. Auto stop/start was not working and half of the rear hazard lights were out. Valet service delivered loaner car to my home and picked up my car. Service advisor called to discuss all issues and document problems. Car was at dealership for a week because new rear taillight had to be ordered. Problem was identified as battery not holding charge even though car was only 2 months old. New battery was installed and taillight was replaced and complimentary car wash was provided. All staff from valet service, to receptionist and service advisor were pleasant and professional and addressed all of my concerns.
Wonderful salesman, Alex Klein. Health screening in place. Great hospitality. I wanted a specific vehicle with certain features. Alex put a lot of effort into finding me the perfect van. Drives beautifully. Love all the doors and plenty of room for hauling cages for my parrot sanctuary.
Made an appointment with Hassett Ford/Lincoln for a minor recall notice on my Ford Edge dropped it off at 7:30 am they requested I leave the car. I received a call at 9:30 am the car was ready. The great thing is that all my needs were met with no hassle. Can’t say enough good things about Hassett Ford/Lincoln wonderful customer service. Hassett Ford/Lincoln has impeccable service department. Never have I had an issue with their professionalism. Keep up the good work!!!
I was completely happy with the service and the vehicle however, when i received my invoice I was shocked to see the $425 interest charge. I have fantastic credit and I was never informed that my rate would be so high. I tried to refinance but could not due to the pandemic we are in. I had to delete my savings account in order to pay off this vehicle. I emailed the dealer and received no response.
This place is first class from the moment you arrive. The amazing service received from the Valet and then the Service Advisor was top notch. I personally dealt with Rich and he was great throughout the process. If anyone needs work done on your car then please goto Hassett service and you will not be disappointed.
I got to say 3 years ago I had a pretty bad experience with the service department. Owner found out about it and said call him right away and he willMake it up to me. Owner immediately apologized offered no excuses. Well Three years later I took the owner up on his offer went back yesterday to get a new lease. Even In today’s low inventory market with prices through the roof - within 20 min of walking into the dealership I got the exact car I wanted and owner reduced the lease price for me significantly. All I can say is thank you. They really do live up to their word.
Wednesday April 7th, I brought my 2011 Ford Fusion for the yearly inspection and an oil change. When the tech tried to insert the device to read the inspecton he was not able to do so as he dislodged the pins in the sprocket and it had to be repaired, I was charged $30 to repair. The problem being going forward is this going to be a yearly repair. I have been made aware if this part must be replaced it can cost up to $1000. This must be noted that Hassett is the only source of repair. This is not the first incident, the glove box was damaged and to be replaced due to tech negligence and serpentine belt was to be checked during a oil change and I had to be towed to dealership after it broke. At this point I am very disappointed in the workmanship and hopefully things will improve.Please contact me at your earliest convenience. At one time I had all the confidence in this dealership and I would like it to be restored.William D Corrado Jr
Looking for a new car Is a drag every 3 years because I lease. Being a neighborhood dealer I go in every 3 years ahead of deciding on Brand and make of new car. While there I checked out the Lincoln side of the showroom. Not a salesman asked if I needed help, a question, an acknowledgement. Same on their Ford side. Even what seemed like the ft. desk greeter was asleep at the wheel. If this is their sales help I can only imagine their service.
This car dealership embodies why I truly despise having to purchase a new or used vehicle from a dealership. My sales person did not listen to one thing I said nor respected any of my requests. Kept me there an absurd amount of time. I gave them a deposit to hold a car that I declined on purchasing less than 24 hours later. Almost a month later and two requests for reimbursement, I still have not received my credit back. I went there to purchase a car and due to ignorance, arrogance, disrespect and stupidity I took my business elsewhere.
I had very good experiences with my previous salesman Fred Silverman from Hassel Ford I want to warn people about the manager Timothy Coppola. Basically I received a email from Timothy basically asking us what we wanted to do with the lease. The reason we had to deal with Timothy now is because Fred is no longer with dealership. The lease was due on Tuesday so i returned it on Tuesday morning at 10am as per instuctions on the email. When we came back for return we were instructed that we had to make appointment for the return and needless to say I was very annoyed the way we were treated.
We recently purchased a Lincoln Aviator at Hassett Ford Lincoln. It was the best experience EVER buying a car. Dennis our salesman was beyond professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He was not pushy which always turns us off when purchasing a vehicle. They now have a loyal customer and I highly recommend this dealership!!

It all started with a phone call to Jordan Shein with a million questions. I was frustrated with the whole car buying experience until I spoke to Jordan. He took his time listened to my rant, called me back with all the info I asked for and this made me want to do business with him. I went to Hassett Ford on Friday 12/20 and was not disappointed. Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and didnt play the games that I had been dealing with. On Monday 12/23 I went home with my brand new Black on black Ford Expedition with everything I asked for and more. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will 100% use him again and highly recommend him to anyone buying or leasing a car. I hope you get a chance to buy a car from him. I would also like Hassett Ford to know what a huge help he was during this process and his follow up call 2 days later made me love him more.
I went in to the dealership prepared knowing the VIN # of the exact vehicle I wanted and what I was willing to pay out of pocket and per month. John Descul was very personable and made it a pleasant, low pressure experience. I just popped in the evening when he was ready to leave but he was willing to stay and work with me. He seemed to work hard to get the numbers where I wanted them. They came in a little light on my late model non-Ford/Lincoln trade in, but I was willing to take the hit to move the transaction forward. I would recommend Hassett Ford for anyone that is ready to purchase and has fair and reasonable expectations.
2016 ford-150 Ruby RedMy personal experience was a pleasant 1 Even thou I came into the dealership for a particular vehicle i saw online . I was greeted and given a tour of others vehicles that was not online i still settled with my first choice but the information given was nice. My host Mr. Al Valoroso showed me the in and out of the vehicle and the sale paperwork. he made sure i knew everything he was very transparent . He recommend a great diner down the block while i wait for the final vehicle inspection . Gave me full tank new tires and nice red bow . i could keep going on on all about the details but why should I !! Just go and see for yourself .Thanks AL we love the truck .FYI COVID RELATED If this matters to you they respect boundaries and had hand sanitizer at the doors , they had Plexi-dividers and Wore masks.
I went to Hassett Ford after an awful experience with another Dealership. Alex Klein assisted me with the vehicles and did not pressure me at all. He has a vibrant fun understanding personality which helped me with the whole car buying experience. Afterwards I spoke with the finance department James DiGiovanna was so kind and understanding too. Just leased a Ford Edge through Hassett. The salesman, Alexander Klein was a pleasure to work it! Very knowledgeable about the various cars, package options, and all the techy aspects that make the cars fun to drive. Alex helped me choose the model and package that best suited my needs, without trying to sell me something I didnt need nor want. He was patient, easy to reach via phone/email and made the signing process move swiftly and easily. I would highly recommend both the dealership and salesperson.

I picked up my new lease last night in the dark and couldnt see it very well. I noticed a scuff and wanted to make sure I would not be charged for this on returning the Explorer. They took care of it as soon as I got there today. I had a new sales person to Hassett Ford, Shannon, who is lovely, I am going to be honest, a little more experience and shell be great. More knowledge of the vehicles and therell be no stopping her. She needed help syncing my navigation to the display screen. Scott handled that efficiently. I have to say I would have most likely taken a more expensive vehicle with more options if offered a choice. As I was way below my lease price of my previous vehicle. If you want a very caring and energetic sales person, ask for Shannon. Shes great. Im increasing my stars to 4.⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the second time I visited this dealer and my experience is equally as terrible as before. Walked into showroom approximately 2pm on a Tuesday after spying several pickup trucks out front. I saw about five salesmen in total. One was sitting in an office, two were busy at their desks, and two others were on their cell phones. Not a single person had noticed me, or did not care to get themselves involved. This type of service may be okay for some people but when I come to a dealership to buy a 2020-2021 f150 platinum pickup ranging 65-70 thousand I at least expect to be acknowledged by at least one of the sales staff. I promise I will never return here and if you want to waste your time give it a shot. There are quite a few Ford dealers out there...GOOD LUCK!

I purchased a used 2015 Ford Expedition from Hassett Ford and had a very pleasant experience with Ralph, my salesperson. He was very straight-up with me about Hassetts no hidden fees and the vehicle I purchased was exactly as advertised. Ralph negotiated a fair price with me and the car is now mine. Everything considered, it was a very good car salesperson experience and I WOULD recommend Hassett to folks looking to purchase a used vehicle (sorry, no experience with new cars, there).All things considered Id like to make a couple of suggestions to the Hassett ownership that might be helpful for future customers:1. MORE DEDICATED CUSTOMER PARKING, PLEASE: The dealership is located on Sunrise Highway which can be a nightmare depending on the traffic. Finding available parking is difficult (and dangerous on my 2 visits to the dealership) on Sunrise. The dealership has MANY new and used cars on the premises (maybe too many) but they should really make SAFE customer parking more of a priority. My drivers door was almost clipped by a truck going too fast on Sunrise right in front of the dealership!2. USED CAR PREP FOR DELIVERY: My salesman was great in spending time with me at pick-up to go over all of the major operating systems of my newly purchased used Ford Expedition. That said, it wasnt until I drove off the lot that I noticed a few things that told me that the dealership didnt really put much effort into prepping the car for delivery. It is immediately obvious that the dealership wants to move their inventory quickly off of the lot to make room for more new and used vehicles. My car was washed (or, at least I think that it was) but it was definitely not cleaned very well inside vehicle (despite several paper floor mats advertising the fact). NO ONE vacuumed UNDER any of the floor mats (pretty disgusting) and there was litter still in the door pockets. The promised full tank of gas with my purchase DEFINITELY wasnt the case at all... my cars gas tank was not even 1/2 full but of course this was not evident until I was well on my way home. The car also smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Considering that this vehicle was a Ford Certified Used Car I feel that the dealership should have / could have made the attempt to go a little further in prepping the car for pick-up. The little details DO matter in the end.On a positive note: I am otherwise very happy with my purchase and look forward to the years ahead with my Expedition. Again, high points for my salesman (Ralph) but the Hassett ownership really needs to focus more on the overall customer experience by fixing the customer parking situation AND with their used car vehicle prep for delivery. Its all in the little details ...
I have to say that Hasset Ford is the best place to buy a car. That was all made possible by the salesman Steve Kotler. Steve was very easy to work with and accommodating when it came your needs along with Lou Evans the sales manager. They worked extensively on getting me the best deal possible on the vehicle I wanted and this isnt the first time they did this I had purchased a 2020 f150 from them in February and had the same outcome which made me want to come back. Before Hasset, I sat at VIP ford in Levittown NY for roughly 8hrs trying to purchase a car and got nowhere but aggravated I will be a Hasset ford customer for life. Ford should model Hasset’s business ethics for the rest of their businesses.
Great experience! Dennis was very helpful in getting me the best deal for a lease on a 2019 Ecosport. They didnt push me into upgrades that I cant afford like other dealers. I was able to fill out paperwork in a timely manner and drove the car home the next day. Very efficient and friendly!
Had a wonderful experience with Hassett Service. Suzanne DeMartino was my service consultant and she was personable, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Her approach was reassuring and confident allowing me to feel satisfied with the experience. I brought my car to the shop for routine services as well as checking out something - happy to find out it was a minor adjustment that was needed and Hassett corrected easily.
Kyle and Eric at the Hassett truck service center are awesome. They have repeatedly given me great service and good prices with a quick turnaround. i went in for an oil change (free with used vehicle) and got a voucher for a car wash (also free!) and they even removed an unnecessary bracket from the bed of my truck (you guessed it, also free!). Not everything will be free but its nice to have your vehicle put into better shape with no bill. The guys are also conversational and educated about the trucks. They were busy and working hard bit took time to explain and answer questions.
Leasing my Ford Fusion at Hassett Ford was a smooth, enjoyable experience. Jerry, our salesman, was very transparent and informative throughout the entire process, and he was able to get the exact price I was looking for. When I picked up my car, I felt very prepared. The service manager is great and caring but can’t get over Ford not replacing swollen lug nuts on my f150 when it’s a known defect from poor quality 2 part material... they could easily resolve the issue with a recall. it’s irresponsible and cheap on the company’s part
Dropped off my car on a Sunday using a drop box not expecting it to get seen any time soon. To my surprise I received a call from the office the following morning letting me know when my car would be scheduled to be fixed. The service was done within a few days. ALL recalls were fixed and parts were ordered that werent in stock for other recalls. The original problem with the transmission was fixed replacing the entire module. The car is now running great and it all didnt cost me anything. I had a great experience at Hassett service department!
I have never met such a uninterested sales person at a dealership. Made me feel less than a customer. When you refuse to take my information, refuse to have a conversation in the purpose of making a deal ,refuse to negotiate and to tell me this is my only number and if its less than that Im not taking it back to the manager. I sent a email to manager and left a message for another to voice my concern with the treatment I received and no response. I hope this was just a isolated time but with the lack of concern of returning a phone call or email I dont think so.
Service center personnel are the nicest, most efficient, professional people you will find. The reflect what the Lincoln product is all about and honest when it comes to the servicing and repair of your Lincoln. A major reflection in where I and others buy for your vehicle.

I came into Hassett basically attempting the impossible. I was 6 thousand plus miles over my previous lease and had 11 months left on the payment. I work far from home and have to drive so it is impossible to keep mileage down. I went to a ton of Jeep dealerships (I had a 2017 Grand Cherokee) and was basically laughed out of every one of them. Most wouldnt even take the time to run the numbers for me. My dad and sister had worked with Hassett and Jordan Shein in the past and told me I had to try speaking with them before I pull the vehicle off the road and just buy a cheap junk car to use for the remainder of the lease. Not only did Jordan stay late to run multiple scenarios for me he made sure we exhausted every avenue available. To my complete surprise, we were able to get me into something within what I was looking to spend and even get me the miles I need to travel to and from work without putting myself in this same situation in the future. Jordan and the entire staff at Hassett are incredible. There arent enough positive adjectives to describe this experience. Thank you so much to the entire location.
A waste of time and money with the service department.I brought my car in early October because the engine coolant light was on, the check engine light was on, and my car was having trouble starting when I got gas. I knew that you typically pay more for service at the dealership but this was an ongoing issue that I wanted corrected by people who are familiar with the brand.I made an appointment far in advance online for a Saturday. My car sat there and was not looked at until Monday. I do not understand why they make appointments if they cannot get to the car the day you schedule. They said it was an issue with the vapor management system and all was fixed. It cost $692 after a 10% off coupon I had.About a month and a half later my engine coolant light came back on. I looked under the hood and the engine coolant was almost completely empty. This was on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I called them and explained the situation and they said they could look at it on Monday. On Monday we dropped it off in the morning. They never got back to me so I called them in the early evening. They wanted to keep it over night to check for a leak. On Tuesday they advised to change the water pump and heater hoses for $1350. I explained that I did not want them to do the work as I brought the car in a month earlier for the same issue so it was either improperly diagnosed or fixed. They decided to be kind and bring their repair price to $900.I asked the service representative that I was dealing with to please have the manager call me so I could explain the terrible experience I had getting my car serviced there. The manager never called. This was even after I asked a second time when they called to let me know my car was ready to pick up. This seems to be something the managers do regularly based on other reviews I have seen.On separate notes my inspection was up so when I brought it to another place they said it would fail due to my front brakes. So much for that multi point inspection that they did in October and did not mention anything with the brakes. I have been to other Ford service stations where they give you an extensive printed report with their multi-point inspection. This station did not provide that.What a waste of the original $692 spent that I was hoping would fix this problem. All of that and not even a phone call from the manager.
I recently traded in my 2015 Ford Explorer Sport for a fully loaded Explorer ST. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my sales rep Howard and Dan in finance. Didn’t feel the least bit pressured and they were honest people to do business with. Would definitely patronize Hassett again for future purchases.

If you need to buy or lease a car, Steven Kolter is the guy to go to. Before meeting with him I could not tell you how stressful it was going from dealership to dealership trying to find a car during this pandemic and getting outrageous quotes from other car companies. Steven got right down to business, asked what car I wanted and found it in his inventory. No BS! He broke down the specs of the car and the options that I wanted, color/make/model, you name it he was on top of it. He even found me a rebate that I would not get at other dealerships! He handled all of the dmv/ insurance steps with such ease I didn’t really have to do a thing accept show up with my plates, sign the lease agreement and I was off and running. I may have spend 45 minutes total in the dealership. He was very resourceful and knew the ins and outs of exactly what the vehicle was going to cost me. In short he was a real pro and the whole experience with him was fun, not stesssful at all and I can’t wait to come back and see him again for another vehicle in the future. .... ford is the way to go! And Steven is a real class act! Not a complaint in the world with him and I am stoked to drive my explorer every day
Had to bring my Ford Fusion in for a recall service and repair on my drivers side door, Alessandro Balsamo was super helpful. Arranged for a loaner so I could still get everything done I needed to do during the day. Called me as soon as my car was ready and finished the paperwork quickly and I was back on the road.
Car rides great, when the tech is working is fabulous, but it only syncs with my phone 50% of the time. The volume of the audio gets stuck on mute rather often as well. When all the tech is working this is a great vehicle otherwise when it is not it Is quite disappointing.
Basically got lied to. Was told they had my car to lure me into a deposit. Than tried to locate. Over a week and still no car. When I came back for deposit the manager didn’t even have the decency to apologize for the situation. This dealership will never get a reccomendation or my business ever. Shame bc I know tons of families that lease every 3 years including myself. I’m actually due for a new truck and was considering an f150. Will find one somewhere else if I even decide to trust ford again.
I had previously bought a Ford Fusion at Hassett about 9 years ago and when I went back recently to upgrade to the Ford Escape 4WD, I was a little nervous.I knew that there were many technical, safety and guidance changes as well as internet connected possibilities and I had no experience with any of these. To my joy, I was treated warmly and had all my questions answered and all my needs met with professional and caring service and I was taught about the innovations and learned how easy they were to use.The time spent with me, with no pressure and no hurry, made me truly enjoy the experience and I went away happy and satisfied. Id recommend Hassett to anyone who wants a great experience.
Very nice service rep. Service was done quickly, HOWEVER, they were unaware of how to repair my blue tooth sync and basically told me too bad, there was no way to fix it. I came home, called Lincoln directly, and they helped me download the new software my navigation needed. So Im quite disappointed with the lack of knowledge that the service department has of their own products. Or the simply didnt care and figured I wasnt going to look into the matter further. Disappointing. I fixed it myself.

Initially everyone was very friendly and helpful.First I went to Subaru to see a vehicle and came back the next day to test drive it. As Im sitting in the seat with the car started and ready to go, the salesman who stepped away and came back told me there is a deposit on the car. How did he not know that before?Ok....I go over to their Ford dealership and their lease manager Tom brings me to his desk and we go over pricing on a lease. He asked me twice about if I had any leases in the house so i would quality for additional rebates. I told him twice NO. He still built out an amazing lease offer for me which I jumped atThe next day I come for a test drive and he shows me the one level up of the vehicle. Both myself and my fiance test drive the truck and were now excited for the lease.At the desk in the middle of our lease paper work, after asking me if we had a lease in the house for a third time and me saying NO once again, he comes back and says for us to stop filling out the paper work and now cannot do anything for us.How did something lkke this happen twice at the same dealership? How did mid excitement and mid deal all of a sudden the carpet was pulled from under us?Tom offered ZERO remorse for all the time he wasted of ours. He offered no additional options. Just I cant do anything and have a good day.Disappointing and confusing. I will not take a third chance.
Customer Service was not that great and somewhat condescending.I took me over an hour to get the loaner car which. Very inconvenient and slow.waited 25 min for hertz to show up,5 min drive hertz store,the wait in line for 20 min (1 person in front of me),10 min to do paper workthe car had no gas so 10 min for them to get gas for the car.The overall experience convinced me to look elsewhere for my next car, which I am looking for now.
What a wonderful car buying experience with Hassett Ford as it should be. Salesman was very knowledgable of the car, they give you price quotes without any pressure so you can go home and think about it, do the math etc. They make you feel right at home from the moment you step in and meet receptionist, to working with salesman and closing with Finance Manager. A shout out to Jordan Shein the salesman who helped me with my car purchase, went over all the cars gadgets before I drove off and even sent me videos/tutorial so that I can learn the cars technology feature. They also have a work shop to learn the tech of the car which salesman also gave me an open invitation to. Now that is customer service above and beyond!
Back in 2015 bought my Subaru Outback from them, no hidden fees sales person was knowledgeable and helpful.Now March 2021 went back to them, but this time looking for a pickup truck, talked to john and after looking thru his computer and showing me a few trucks he helped find one that suited my needs and had the features I requested and I settle for a 2021 F150 4x4 sport, john was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features this truck has cuss believe me they make this things like space ships now days!All in all I’m very happy with Hasset Ford and I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicleThanks Hasset and john!!

“If you have enough money to buy this car I will let you test drive it but that will depend because these cars are expensive” was just one the the derogatory comments made to me at this dealership. The sales agent (John) was not knowledgable in the product and made comments about my financial ability to buy the car, he was overall nasty to us. It was a rude and unpleasant experience. I have also sent an email directly to ford corporate with more detail since this is such bad practice.
I was looking for a luxury SUV and I had 2 major criteria: heated/cooled seats and optional 3rd row.Driving down sunrise Highway in Nassau County, I hit all the dealer lots starting in Rockville center at the Mercedes dealer. I went all the way out to the infinity dealer in Massapequa. I stopped at Hassett and took pictures of the beautiful black Nautilus Black Label they had parked in front. I stopped in and was greeted by Jordan Shein. He had a nice manner and easy going personality. He actually LISTENED to what I was looking for! We spoke about everything so easily and pressure free! All this even after he gave me the bad news about no third row in the Nautilus, I was crushed. But I enjoyed our conversation, and he even wrote up a quote. There was zero pressure! Professional, courteous, just honest vibe and great personality. No stereotypical car salesman in Jordan Shein, I got real, honest, Queens guy that I grew up with and felt comfortable around. I had kind of settled on an RX350 with the Darth Vader face and was going to take a second look at the Infiniti QX60, but that Nautilus kept calling my name. I even called Jordan to tell him that the lack of third row was a deal breaker, he took it all in stride and thanked me for the call.By the end of the week I was back with my son-in-law then back with my wife for a test drive. That beautiful Nautilus stayed in my head but Jordan’s demeanor is what brought me back to Hassett and got me into my beautiful white Reserve Nautilus with everything I want! The buying experience with this young man outweighed the lack of optional 3rd row and I couldn’t be happier! He made buying this Nautilus an Awesome Experience! Thank you Jordan Shein and Scott Rosenfeld who also displayed an amazing level of patience and professionalism. Scott talked about the pros and cons of leasing and answered every single question I came up with, till we found what worked for me. Until I was comfortable and ready. And I had LOTS of questions.The shopping experience at Hassett was easy and hassle free! Being greeted and offered a drink upon entering, every single time, whether window shopping or buying was outstanding. Having a killer product with beautiful lines, elegance, comfort and style, mixed with the expertise and experience of these 2 gentlemen couldn’t be duplicated and I am the big winner. First time in many years of me being a customer here that I was extremely disappointed. Not only have I gotten my trucks serviced there, I purchased them there as well. Three months ago I purchased 4 new tires for my truck (spent approx $850). Three months later, one of tires got damaged. I assumed Hassette would replace my tire using the warranty it came with.They asked me to bring the car in for inspection. About thirty min after I dropped it off they called to tell me that they don’t provide any warranty and that I need to go to a tire shop such as Mavis. They didn’t want to deal with the tire or calling Pirelli to get me a new tire (keep in mind I paid for tires and their labor).I picked up my car and headed over to Mavis. The manager of Mavis looked at me like I was crazy when I told them Hassette sent me. He said “what does that have to do with us”. It wasn’t their problem and that made total sense to me.I then returned to Hassette.. manager said he can’t do anything for me. Hassette made me run around for three hrs aimlessly. They could have at least told me that they couldn’t help me over the phone that morning when I called.As a result, they lost a very loyal customer for $200 tire replacement.
The experience at Hassett Ford-Lincoln is top of the line met with Tim Coppola Lease Manager he gave me the option to pick the color and the kind of car I wanted. Right next door is Subaru I ask if could get Crosstrek he said no problem really down to earth guy. I already knew that this was going to be a no hassle trip at the dealer. But eventually after going a couple times to Hassett since Tim works at Ford-Lincoln I ended up going with a 2019 Ford EcoSport SE he gave me the best honest deal. Even when signing with Daniel R. Cellamare Business Manager I felt the experience was amazing and friendly. This is the best dealership ever. Come here they will help you get in any car at Hassett Ford-Lincoln or right next door to Subaru trust me you will not regret it. Thanks Tim Coppola and Daniel R. Cellamare hope to see you guys again.
Just want to let everyone know that Im returning a lease to Hassett a 2016 Ford Explorer. I must say I paid preimum for the lease when compared to others that leased the same car from other dealerships and some from Hassett ford. I needed the car and held them to their word that it was a good deal. It was my first lease. I paid $449 a month for a 6 Cylinder Explorer that was in the shop due to warrantee probs more than I enjoyed it. Peeling paint, doors shifted, steering wheel was comming apart, Power Transfer Unit failed , moulding comming loose and flying off the car, and an odor in the car that smelled like exshaust but was never verified. I have to say that their service dept is excellent. When you go to buy or lease a car you will do better get a better deal with Levittown Ford or another dealership. Hassett could be insulting, thinking everyone is nieve and that u dont have choices. Mark The sales manager is a great guy but schrewed. He will change the numbers, but I guarrantee you could get a better deal from from other dealerships. He is a good guy, and I know the dealership needs to make money but after he gives you a quote, just go 2 or 3 towns over to Levittown Ford or another dealership and they will smoke his offer easily. I will be leasing a new Ford Explorer from Levittown Ford. It came in 100 lower than marks monthly quote of his lowest offer with 900 less as a down payment. The Ford also has better equipment and free oil changes at levittown for the time you lease the vehicle which Hassett doesnt do. Be careful. Buy smart! Hasset Service is excellent their sales dept is insulting. U could lease a Luxury car, Caddy, BMW, Volvo, for the quote they give you instead of a 6 cylinder Ford. They think they are offering you gold when infact its just a 6 cyinder Ford.
I had the pleasure and good fortune to buy my new Ford car from Jordan Shein at Hassett Ford-Lincoln in Wantagh NY. Jordan made the car buying experience extremely easy and problem free. The day that I picked up my new car Jordan took several hours to explain everything to me. He went over every detail from how the seats fold down to the advanced tech that comes with the new Fords. The thing I appreciated the most was that Jordan put all of the incentives, trade in options, leasing verses buying etc. on the table right from the get go.My wife and I were able to consider our opptions clearly, knowing what our best avenue was with confidence. I recently purchased my Black label Lincoln Navigator from Hassrtt Lincoln and couldnt be happier with both the car and the dealership. Seamless purchasing experience and my sales associate, John Fanuzzi, was a total gentleman and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Everything they promised was delivered and loved the low finance rates!
The staff at the truck shop is always pleasant and friendly. My truck is always serviced promptly! The only complaint I have is the extreme lack of accomodations for customers waiting for their vehicles. The main dealership building has a very comfortable waiting area, however there is nothing in the truck shop.
Made an appointment, specifically asked for a loaner. Manager was very unfriendly and short with answers. Dont take your bad attitude out on the customer!! This is why I will never go back to that dealership or purchase another Ford. Its like they are put off if you ask any questions about anything. Definitely do not need to be treated like that in life, and can take my business elsewhere. Shame you dont care about the customer!!
Jordan Shein has delivered twice on a great deal, Excellent customer service, doing anything I needed or asked and truly caring about my concerns and what I was looking for. Jordan is a professional and should be compensated accordingly, is a highly competitive low margin business it is tough. Though, Jordan and Hassett have a excellent system and process they supports a client through. Excellent leasing experience. The Ford Fusion Energi 2019 is immaculate with unbelievable MPG. and my new 2020 Fusion Hybrid Plug in is even better now!!!!

I leased a 2017 Lincoln Continental. It is perhaps the most under appreciated luxury car in the market. If the car media used the price paid as the basis of comparative models, they would recognize there is no competition.Instead they compare it to the near top of the Mercedes, BMW and other luxury auto manufacturers who charge $20,000 to $30,000 more for the same or smaller car.That said, the service at Hassett Ford far exceeds that of the other luxury brand. My guess as to sales of the brand which is lower than expectations (Media accounts indicate Ford may discontinue the continental) is due solely to the absence of comparative surroundings and experience.
The salesman howie was great. He found us the vehicle we need and the price range we want to spend $$$. He took the time to listen to us. My wife loves the explorer xlt. And that’s what counts. We try hassett Ford first and by the time we left we made our decision up and got the Ford Explorer xlt. Great job!!!!
Went to this location. The receptionist was kind enough to introduce herself and tell me that it was busy and that I was going to have to wait maybe 5 minutes. I told her that I was looking to purchase one possibly two commercial vans. She told me that a Salesman was going to help me soon. I stood there by the front door and waited 20 minutes watching all the salesmen walking by. Not a single person came to me and asked me if I needed help so I walked out. If they are that busy, then they should hire more salesmen. No excuses!!! If I could have left zero stars then I would have.
Hasset Ford Service Dept is by far the best around. They take care of your every need and provide fast service. My service advisor Alessandro Balsamo has always made my service experience simplified, pleasant and honest. He makes the 20 min drive there worth it. And to be honest the entire staff is very courteous and helpful. Also 2 salesman at Hasset Ford stand out, one is John Fanuzzi and the other is Lou Evans. 5 STARS across the board
After today’s experience If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not type to leave reviews but after being mistreated today by every member of your team in which I spoke to today, I decided to let everyone know what they can expect from your service department. The lift gate on my vehicle is malfunctioning, both the button and the kick sensor are failing to open the back of the vehicle. Even worse the lift gate begins to open and then shuts abruptly. For oil changes/regular maintenance I take my vehicle elsewhere because of the extremely long wait times I continuously encounter here. However I decided this was something that needed to be fixed by Ford, I made an appointment over a week in advance for Thursday morning at 10am. After leaving my vehicle there all day, I was contacted at 3:11pm letting me know that my vehicle would not be serviced. Leaving my car overnight was not an option. When I called back at 4pm the car still had not been looked at and instead of offering any kind of apology or solution I was placed on hold for at least five minutes before I disconnected. When I called back for the second time I made it very clear to Alex that I was annoyed and just wanted to come pick up my vehicle, again no apology just an annoyed voice letting me know they were open till 6pm. I arrived to the service department at 430pm to find my vehicle still blocked into the very long line of vehicles which I can only assume we’re not able to be serviced either. When I spoke to the man in the parking lot who was responsible for moving the vehicles around he told me “don’t worry about it just go inside and talk to them”. Once inside I had to wait on a line of people also picking up cars, one of which was another gentleman who was angry his car hadn’t been looked at either. Finally it was my turn, the girl asks for my name and pulls out a piece of paperwork, she asks another man there to pull my car out of the line. She then looks at me still holding the piece of paper and asks if I’m just here to pick the car up!! When I said yes she looks at the paper again and says “I don’t know what happened I just look at this”. At that point I lost my patience and loud enough for everyone to here I explained that it is ridiculous to take a 10 o’clock appointment and at almost 5pm the car hasn’t even been moved. Again no apology or solution is offered just a shrug of the shoulders and a look as if I am annoying them. I would never suggest anyone deal with this place of business, it is very obvious that they do not care to inconvenience their customers and take no responsibility for their actions.
Recently purchased a 2018 ford eco sport from representatives Tom. I called prior to walking in he gave me a deal I couldn’t pass over, he already had all my paperwork ready for me when I walk in. While I ate lunch he got my car detail and inspected . Easiest transition ever. Would definitely go back to Tom and the hassett ford crew or recommended them to friends and family.
This service department deserves ZERO stars!! Absolutely no customer service at this location.I brought my car in for a transmission issue, they performed a “band-aid” fix, not even 24 hours later, the alert appeared and was warning me about transmission issues. When I called they said I couldn’t drop the car off until two days later. After much back and fourth, they finally took my car and said they would treat it as a priority since they didn’t do a good job the first time around.I just called the service center to see if there was any update, the update they gave me you ask? “They haven’t gotten to it today, they won’t be able to look at the car until next week some time”. If I didn’t call, they wouldn’t have reached out to me at all! I’m currently in route via a lyft car to try and pick up a loaner.This is the third time in seven months that I’ve been back to this location for transmission issues. It’s unbelievable how much they are willing to avoid talking to an actual customer and to offer any assistance. I’m beyond disgusted with the lack of respect and can assure you, this will be my last visit to this location and ford dealers in general.

2022-02-19I’ll give a 5 star review for the staff at Hassett, from when I leased my car then bought it the experience was seamless. The service staff in both cars (Kim and Kyle) and trucks (Michelle I believe) is excellent as well. Ford as a company and the way they handle their warranty repairs is another story. Hassett is definitely a great dealership.

2022-06-27Absolutely ridiculous pricing at this stealership. I wanted them to fix a check engine light purge valve issue on my focus st. I knew what the problem was and exactly what piece needed to be replaced. NOPE! They didnt like to hear that. Mandatory $160 diagnostic fee to find out what the problem was. I told them I knew what the problem was, they didn’t like to hear that and said “we still need to diagnose it” Yeah, no thanks. Another shop could have my business after that. $160 to run a code? Laughable. Local shop did the entire job for $250. Would have been $450+ after everything here. STEALERSHIP!
