Service is very bad. So small place. Even u can’t get relax in bathroom. And price is very expensive for service. There’s no amy good side in this place. If price is over 100$ for per night please just run!!!
Cozy place , very affordable price , accomodating and kind customer service. Perfect place outside for warm nights in WNY. Close to Niagara Falls, Outlet Mall, walmart and coffee shop just a few min away.
Reasonable rate. Booked through air bnb. clean rooms and ok to stay for visitors coming to visit niagra. Free Wifi and car parking is available. Food is not available here.
Very nice place. Great big backyard (2acres), fire pit, wood grill, and pet friendly. Staff and owners are friendly and helpful.
Cozy little place stay at very affordable, friendly and accommodating. 2 minutes from a Walmart and Tim Hortons. Many great places to visit and eat within 5-10 miles
I just love the Serenity Hideaway! So peaceful and serene. Clean rooms with everything you need, budget prices, and wonderful staff!

Most disgusting motel in the Niagara area. The owner blatantly denied very obvious BEDBUG infestation, having his manager, Wolf handle it.....The manager Wolf stole packages from the guy in room 1 and then denied it when confronted. Suraj panda or whatever his name is, is a slum lord that justifies $400 for a one room BEDBUG factory. Health department needs to pay them a visit.

2022-04-03VERY accommodating, friendly staff, quiet & pet friendly. I’ve stayed here several times & am always impressed by how clean, serene & peaceful it is. Great location, everything conveniently close by, shopping, restaurants & close to Niagara Falls. I would recommend this motel to anyone that is traveling & looking for a quiet, peaceful nights sleep over any extended period of time. The rates are very reasonable & if you ever need anything the staff is always helpful & welcoming!! Great job to everyone!!

2022-04-25The owner and the manager Mr. Wolf are straight up nice guys and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable! Neat, clean rooms and nice outdoor space that you dont find anywhere around this great, safe community! Will be staying here again for sure!

2022-06-04Find a better place. After staying one night we had a family emergency and had to cut our stay short. After much back and forth the owners still refuse to refund us for the nights we didnt stay. They were polite but they refuse to show us real kindness and help us in our time of difficulty. Thats why Im recommending you find a better place with cleaner rooms and where you can sleep with a better peace of mind.Edit to reply to the hosts response: It is not hard to pay people directly through paypal. VRBO has already stated to me it is the hosts choice to refund my stay. Clearly they are refusing to refund me under the guise of we cannot make payment adjustments. Then pay me directly through paypal its not hard. If you really cared you wouldnt about your customers satisfaction you wouldnt let that flimsy excuse stop you. Its been 2 weeks of back and forth and I tried being polite, but its clear you were being fake about first saying you would give a refund through vrbo, but then clearly not taking the chance to just pay me directly when you can.

2021-08-08I stayed here twice, the second time a very extended stay. It is very tranquil and quiet, with a beautiful large yard in back. There are many things to do nearby such as shopping malls, Niagara Falls, a variety of restaurants. The room had air conditioning, heat, flat screened TV, cable and wifi. This is a great place. The office staff is wonderful. Very nice people here. I would definitely stay here again.

2020-07-19Great place to get a room while visiting Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Amazing location..lots to do around the area. The rooms are clean and updated, with smart tvs, and fast wifi. Great BBQ space out back in their 2 acre yard. Plus its Pet Friendly! Just what we needed for our long weekend.

2018-08-31This is a great little hideaway, secluded quiet very peaceful retreat. The rooms are small and cozy a little outdated, but if your an outdoor lover this is the perfect place for you. I was only staying for a week, and fell in love with the tranquil outside surroundings.

2021-05-30I didnt want to take a chance driving up 6 hours and stay on the street for the night so i called in before to make sure that Im on the safe side but when I get there They was so nasty and they didnt have a room for me even calling in and making sure everything is set and they left me with out a bedAnd I cant understand how the owner respond with even not thinking of apologizing
