Their customer service is good , but their return policy isn’t a good one in my opinion. I bought a pair of boots on sale had receipt in the box and could not return or exchange them.

Awesome shop, owner also owns shop next door and another!!! Its price points are great! Unique products, just an all around great shops! I drive 45 min to shop there, the girls who work there are classy, dress to the nine and very helpful and professional!

I shopped there last year around this time and I purchased beautiful boots and handbag and decent prices and the mom was very nice 😀 The clothes are jazzy and different just love it 😊 I live in the city of Buffalo and I remember shopping 🛍 at that store on Elmwood Avenue in buffalo many years ago , so I was happy to know it still existed ! Go shop it’s quaint and personal !

I fell in love with this boutique today while stopping through to visit future in-laws near Buffalo. I want to take this ENTIRE shop home with me to North Carolina. Please consider selling your pieces online. (please?!) Id buy everything. Seriously. The way they stage their merchandise all the way to the point in which the wrap the products when you purchase. Its absolutely a 10/10 business.

I received a sweater from my mom for Christmas. She was being kind and gave me a small- I’m not a small! I didn’t want to hurt her feelings so I didn’t ask for the receipt- I was just going to exchange the size. I drove to the store on Jan 2nd to return it and got there just a little before 11am and no lights were on and store was closed. I figured the website must’ve been incorrect and they were not opening at 11am. I wasn’t able to return to the store until today on my day off of teaching and the store owner, Rachele Pfister, told me I was past the Jan 15th return date (5 days) and that I wasn’t allowed to exchange it for something else in the store because she didn’t know the value of the sweater when my mom bought it. I was willing to take the lowest price but even this was not allowed. I want to support small businesses, however when they make returns literally impossible, I would rather shop online where I know I can return if there is an issue.

I love this store. They are always friendly. I love the way they wrap the merchandise that you buy. They have really nice pieces of jewelry and shoes.

This story is a fun collection of accessories. I must have 10 scarves and pashminas from here that Ive collected over the years. The owner and staff are always friendly and helpful.
