Great place, touch more $ but better products. Took a star away because the parking lot at night is very dark and not welcoming. (drives people away, not far from bad neighborhood).Good place, women etc may find parking at night creepy but its in in a good town.
5/18/20 called because the Elmwood/Allen location which k frequent has been closed since the beginning of COVID. Anyways-called this location and while being a customer since day 1 truly warrants no special treatment, this gentlemen was just straight rude. Only issue I’ve ever had. After seeing the elmwood location and thinking that was pretty legit in i was totally blown away. they definitely went with a smaller gallery feel with this locale. I think this may have been one of the first on the east coast that had that real gallery feel to it and not a cramped head shop. You know the head shops we used to have until headspace came into town. Enjoy the products you use and know they are handcrafted of the utmost quality. i dont think there wont be a time when i dont buy all my glass from them. they got it all from super heady to simple scientific. Spend your money with a company that cares and takes are of its clients.
Wanted a dry herb vape online I almost ordered it then called here to see if they had it they had multiple colors and other choices best thing it actually was $5 cheaper and I got it right away I always liked this place.
Its always nice, and clean in there. The guys that work there are really cool, and they have a decent supply of glass products. Some of them are super colorful, and artsy! Cool place 👍👍

If you have not been to HS check it out, you will not regret; great stock, good atmosphere, very knowledgeable staff willing to help and answer questions, which is unfortunately a rare thing these days. Normally only go when Adam is working hes helped me out quite a few times for sure!!!☺

2022-02-09Whenever I go here I’m like a kid in a candy shop. So many amazing pieces for great prices. Definitely the best selection around. The staff was very helpful and patient.

2021-12-01Not a bad place over all.Kind of pricey for my tastes. Lots of different products for lots of different users but not any of their stock was able to catch my interest or fill my needs at the time. The employee there at the time was very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions and pull down any piece I wanted a better look at. Helpful and knows his products well. I suggest the place as a good place to check out.

2021-09-13By far my favorite place to get Kratom and CBD. The Delaware ave location is my one stop shop and they even have tie dye shirts...great cigars and even CBD for pets! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great rewards program i love that saves you 25 percent!!! They even have a wheel of savings!!!!!!!!! This place rocks!

2020-06-24Wasn’t sure if they were open or not in mid-may so I pulled in and the guy came out, I told him I needed some pipe cleaner and he ran and got it with my card. Made it so easy. Wasn’t expecting that. First visit to the store was a success 👍🏼

2017-04-19I absolutely love this place! Last time I stopped in, one of the workers, Brandon, helped my boyfriend pick out a very special gift for me and he knew exactly what he was talking about, he chatted with us for a while and gave us the run down of several different items. Brandon worked with our budget and we ended up following one of his recommendations. Great quality products and even better customer service!

2018-12-10Today was my first time shopping at this store and I couldnt be any more happy with my experience there. The customer service was very pleasant... I was looking for a specific item and when I saw the price was higher than what I normally pay John was able to match that price and give me an even better deal!
