Patrick Jaffee and Eddie Rullo were great! Theyre stand up guys and I came drove up from NJ to finally deal with a no nonsense Hyundai dealership that is true to their word. The deal was exactly what we agreed upon on the phone. They didnt charge a markup and didnt try to slip in any addons or anything like that. They offered a warranty, but it wasnt a hard sell at all. They were very upfront on the phone about where they were making money (on the financing) and that I needed to finance with them, but the rate was still good and I didnt have any issues with that. Eddie is upfront and says that if you want a lower rate to save $10/mo, you can refinance after 4 months, but it the extra interest sure beats paying a $2k markup that most dealers charge!I definitely recommend them and would buy a car from them again!
I have been in contact with a sales manager at Healy Hyundai in Beacon, with regard to my issue. He was receptive the first time that I spoke to him. The second time that I spoke to him it was a lengthy discussion with no resolution. He said that he would call back the next day to continue the conversation. I provided my available times, and he called back in the midst of the time that I specifically said I would be unavailable. I have sent numerous emails, called and left messages. He will not answer my emails or return my calls. This speaks volumes about the customer service once they have your money.
Excellent + 5 star service from everyone at healey hyundai. Everyone from my sales person darren down to the fianance guys greeter and receptionist.I went in on a Wednesday evening after spending the night before carefully going over the 3 cars I had chosen that I would most like to purchase after one failed I got a call from the internet sales specialist from healey (her name has failed to come to me) she was so kind as to set me up with an appointment.I go down to the dealership and I am immediately met at the door with a smile and I was asked what I needed assistance with today! I told them I was in the market for a new car and needed a sales rep! Then Darren Clements came up to me! The first thing I noticed about Darrens is he is kind and polite and is not pushy in anyway! He took me out to a Santa Cruz (the first model I liked) and not only allowed me to test drive it but allowed me to take alone by myself to show a family member whos opinion is everything to me.I brought it back we crunched the numbers and they didnt match up where I needed to be. Darren knew my second option was a 2022 Tucson. So we crunched the numbers and I was able to get approved ! Everyone from Darren and Stanley(the manager) to the person Samuel who sits behind Darren as well as the receptionist and greeter made my experience at healey hyundai a 5 star experience. I thought I. Had amazing service when I bought my Toyota. But Stanley and his WHOLE team over at healey hyundai went above and beyond for me. I am so thankful for what they did and continue to do to make sure I am happy with my purchase! Healey hyundai will surely be seeing me again weither its for me or a family meme her I surely will be back there for my next vehicle!
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! They did not honor the warranty on my 2017 Santa Fe. Even though I had properly maintained my vehicle with oil changes regularly my claim still rejected and told I would have to pay 12000 for new engine. Just got back report from NYS attorney general office today finding I had properly maintained the vehicle and any sludge found in engine was not from lack of maintenance on my part. Side note on the sludge evidence they used to deny my claim, I have several times asked the dealership and the Hyundai warranty department for said pictures, always denied, where is the transparency! I now have to proceed with the help of NYS attorney general to take legal action to get my warranty honored. I will keep you updated. In the meantime I advise DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE ANY VEHICLE HERE!!!!In response to the reply within 3 weeks of me bringing in the car in I provided Ed with the receipts for all four oil changes that I had done on the car. Hyundai Warranty Center in Atlanta still has these receipts. So please do not say I did not provide you with receipts. They say they are denying the claim in spite of the records of the car being properly maintained. So please do not say the claim was denied because I didn’t provide the maintenance records, when in fact they have those maintenance records at the warranty center in Atlanta. The warranty company is saying it doesn’t matter if I had four or forty oil changes once sludge is found the warranty is denied. So because of the alleged sludge which I and the NY attorney general can’t seem to get a photo of my car needs a 12000 repair. And I did nothing to cause the problem. So please don’t make it look like I didn’t provide you the records as they have those records in Atlanta already. How did they get to Atlanta ask Ed. But please do not slander me further and say I did not provide them. The reason we waited 5 months was because every time I called I was told they were waiting on a decision from Atlanta. The reason I took the car away was because Ed threatened to take title when I could not afford a 12000 new engine. Also a 750 diagnostic charge was added to initial diagnostic charge to take alleged pictures of sludge, so I had to pay 900 in diagnostic fees to get my warranty denied. That should scare any service customer away from doing business here. So once again please don’t lie and say the reason the warrantee was denied was because I did I did not provide maintenance records. Atlanta is telling me the warrantee was denied because there was sludge in the engine no matter what the maintenance records say. Your reply is not accurate depiction of what actually happened.Facts Facts Facts DONT BUY OR SERVICE A VEHICLE HERE
Service Department is very lacking. My Elantra has been in for service a few times for a leaky windshield. They told me they pressure tested it and checked for a known leak defect but that mine had NO LEAKS! Really, Its a year and a half later and I still deal with ice on the inside of my windshield and excessive moisture and fog inside the car. I showed them the pictures, and water stains on the dash, but they said they cant do anything unless they can see it. Come on Healey..... I have to scrape the ice on the windshield to get the car there for you to see it. Shame on you!
At first I felt hesitant as I know how most dealerships won t negotiate the MSRP.Healy Hyundai did not do that and were veryflexible.I want to give my thanks to my salesman Theodore and his manager Mark.They were very kind and patient.True to their word.Thank you Healy Hyundai !
I am from Long Island my Hyundai Tucson broke down on the thruway Had to have Triple A tow it to place in Newburgh. It turned out to be a warranty issue. the vehicle ended up a Healy Hyundai cant say enough about how nice everyone was the work was done very professionally and timely I highly recommend them.
Scheduled a visit on Jan 12th to address two minor factory recalls for my 2017 Hyundai Sonata purchased from Healey. Picked up the car on the evening Jan 13th and drove 8 miles home. Started it up the next day and noticed the engine light was on. Brought it to Auto Zone and used the computer to determine a PO301 (Cylinder 1) misfire. No obvious symptoms (misfire, acceleration, fuel efficiency drop, startup, etc). Brought Sonata back to Healey to address this issue. Received a call next day from Service stating the repair would be $607.11 to replace QTY 1 ignition coil & QTY 4 spark plugs. Repair Pal (repairpal.com) shows 33 dealers in my zip 12550 zip code that would charge $164 for spark plugs and, on a 2nd visit $155 for a single ignition coil. In this case, of course, both procedures are done at the same time. Met with Service Mgr Phil Valenza and asked him to explain the charges. The conversation ended w him accusing me of trying to get something off the bill.Lets just say that its an amazing coincidence that I bring in a car for a minor recall and 8 hours/8 miles later the engine light goes on. Then I am hit with a $600 repair bill which is 2X what 33 other repair shops in the area would charge.Buyer beware! I would steer clear of Healey Hyundai Service if I were you!See more recent activity

I called about my 2013 hyundai sonada engine recall.service manager right off the bat,told me that with the 125k miles i have on car,hyundai wont replace it,they did not even look at it,this is after i called hyundai corporate,and they said it would be covered..they are so rude there,and not helpfull at all..i went to suresky hyundai in goshen,and they took car in,and called me that day and told me in one week i will have a new motor at no cost to me...drive the extra few miles and go to suresky,you wont be disappointed....
Just like last time I was able to snag a great deal even though I was upside-down by a good amount. I just so happened to call healey on the same day that they had received the 2021 sonata N line and right away was able to schedule an appointment and walk out with that same car the very same day.Fantastic customer service for sure!(Update)I recently also got my wife a top of the line Santa-fe with a trade in and let me tell you, it went better than expected! Gave me top dollar for my trade in and drove off with yet another new car same day. Hasnt let me down yet.

I bought my Elantra here 4 years ago and the sales department was fantastic!Recently I brought my car in for service and the service department has been abysmal! Service Advisor Kris Kane has argued and fought with me every step of the way, even when I have kept a level head and tried to resolve issues respectfully. Every time he would tell me that something couldnt be done, I would ask why and instead of explaining he would get more and more frustrated.Finally, he was fed up because he was unable to diagnose what was causing the issue with my car and asked me to call Hyundai Customer Affairs myself to find out what the next step was. Even though something like is his job, I called. Hyundai asked some questions to help diagnose the problem, but ultimately concluded that the part at fault needed to be replaced. When I told them that the service department seemed unable to do anything without their say so, the man on the phone created a ticket specifically outlining the need to replace the part. When I called Kris back to let him know Hyundai Customer Affairs said he seemed even more annoyed than before. I gave him the ticket number and asked him to call to verify that the part needed to be replaced.Three days later Kris called me back to inform me that he had spoken with three different people at Hyundai Customer Affairs who had told him that no such ticket number existed and that I needed to come pick up my car. Kris has made it clear from the beginning through his attitude, tone, and body language that he had no interest in fixing my problem. All he wanted was for me to take my car and go because he was incapable of fixing it. Kris clearly does not belong in any customer facing position as he went out of his way to make me feel like my problem was insignificant and I wasn’t welcome at the dealership. Each step of the process only made him angrier when I would ask him questions so I could understand what was going on and why they were unable to diagnose or fix my problem. Kris seems to not like customers questioning him as he took every inquiry as a personal attack against him and got defensive and argumentative as a result.In an effort to keep things respectful, I told Kris that I would come to the dealership and call Hyundai Customer Affairs myself, put them on speakerphone, and ask about the related ticket. This way all things could be cleared up and the work could begin. When Kris told me he would be working the following day I told him I would be there to straighten things out. At this point Kris hung up on me.
Had a wonderful experience at Healey Hyundai. The staff was eager, but not pushy, to put me in the vehicle that I wanted. Everyone I spoke to there was kind, but especially Shane. His work and patience over the course of 3 days put me in the car I truly wanted, and his kind but not overbearing nature was refreshing after spending time at other dealerships prior to this one. Highly recommend this dealership!
Darren was wonderful. This has been my best experience in purchasing a vehicle. Stanley was kind enough to get us started over the phone, and when we walked in Darren and Stanley came right out to greet us. Any questions we had were answered and I felt good walking out the door with my new car. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase a new car. We drove from New Jersey and I have to say it was worth the drive.

Couldnt complain about service. The service is much more friendlier than the sales people. Of course they try to upsell you a couple things but if you tell them no they understand and they wont try to upsell you again. waiting area for service had coffee and a vending machine. service area also had very comfortable chairs and a TV to bypass time. Internet service for guest was easy convenient and fast

My experience with my salesman was excellent. T. Thomas was so helpful.We found the financing side to be a bit frustrating. Accounting on vehicle invoice did not match vehicle purchase agreement. When we questioned, we felt that the finance guy seem frustrated with us and did not adequately explain.
Healy Hyundai service department in Beacon, NY has received a star in my book. They worked on finding the problem with my car without no hassle. They provided updates and alerted me of what was needed before applying the parts. My vehicle is up and running and I havent felt the need to return. Thanks, great job!!
Wanted to get a Hyundai Elantra but came out with a Hyundai Sonata. Darren is a really good salesman. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking for in my price budget and he showed me and told me exactly what I needed without trying to over push a sale. Im a first time Hyundai buyer. I was beyond surprised by the amount of selection there was at Healey, which was extremely helpful with deciding on exactly which car and model I wanted. I worked with Chris Morales, who was so easy to work with. He didnt try to show me something I didnt want. Absolutely no pressure. I came in more than once to test drive the Sonata, to really make sure thats what I wanted. At one point Chris had not arrived yet and another salesman pulled the car out for me and never tried to take the sale from Chris, that shows a great team there. I am absolutely loving my 2020 Hyundai Sonato SEL Plus. It is a beautiful car. Im very happy with my decision.

I have been going to Hyundai since I bought my truck in 2019. I have never been so happy that a dealership is very pleasant and always willing to go out of there way to make me feel that I belong. Everyone there welcomes you like you are family and answers all my questions without hesitation. I have talked to everyone there and when you walk in you are taken care of right away without waiting. I have mostly been dealing with Edward Mrozik from the service dept and I have never been so happy with the service he shows me. He has a smile on his face always when I come in and will stop doing anything to answer any concerns I have. Not taking away from anyone else that works there because they really are terrific but I have dealt with Mr. Mrozik alot and he truly makes me happy I bought a Hyundai and glad I go there for all my service needs. I am happy with his honesty to me about my truck and he hasnt steered me wrong with anything. Thank you for having a great team at Hyundai.
Great place to service your car and the service staff are always personable and greet you with a smile. I live in Orange County but service my car here because of the great customer service! They have convenient hours and if you choose to wait while they service your car, they are considerate of your time. They always explain to you what is a suggested repair and what is required Immediately for your personal safety. I have never experienced a major up-sale of something that can wait for another time. I will continue to service my Tucson here as long as I continue to own it.
I bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson brand new off the lot. The engine bearing rods went(something like that) at 62k went on my vehicle. My service Rep CHRIS was amazing and communicates. Towing cost nothing if your an original owner if you call healy Hyundai. They are true to their word when they say 100k powertrain warranty.
I bought a new car from Healey Hyndaii, they promised me it would be 100 miles or under and promised me no defects. The Car had 114 miles, i was promised no defects, i need to bring it back for a scuff mark in the paint, and two chips on the driver door. I never received the first aid kit that was promised on the bill of sale. the sales person said , due to the mileage being over 100, they will give me a free tank of gas and when i come to get my car serviced they will buff out the mark on the door, and also said two weeks ago they would mail me the first aid kit or which i never received yet. I told them to give me this in writing because when i go to the service dept they always say they dont have a record of the documentation.
A very disappointing experience.I purchased a 2021 Elantra Limited from Healey Hyundai on April 13, 2021 and my 4th Hyundai I have owned in 11 years. Because I live in Connecticut I asked if there would be a problem registering the vehicle since I was purchasing it in New York and was told it was not a problem. Due to the incompetence of the office staff there is a problem. The dealer put a 30 day temporary paper registration in my rear window that expires today, May 13, 2021 and I still dont have my CT license plates. Apparently they were supposed to have sent them via UPS on May 11, but no one cared enough about the customer to bring them to a UPS drop off even though I had been called and told I would receive them on either May 12th or 13th. On the morning of May 13th I called UPS and I was informed the parcel was not in their possession. I called Healey Hyundai and was told to either go pick them up which is approximately 28 miles one way, or they would go out today and arrive tomorrow. I was also told that if I should get a ticket for driving without a registration that Healey would pay for it. Oh really? What about the points on my license and my insurance rates? What an asinine thing to say. I asked them to have one of their employees drive the registration to my home since this whole mess could have been avoided if the incompetent person in charge of putting an envelope in an UPS drop box thought of the customer. But that response was no. They didnt have one person that could do this one thing. So I have to either take off work tomorrow or call and pay for an Uber, or get a ride and leave my new car at home.Beware! This is the treatment you get after they get your money and you drive off the lot. Beware of the smiling faces of happy customers and their new cars on their website. Because I smiled too when I drove off the lot not knowing the treatment I would get 30 days later!
I have been using Healey Hyundai for a few years and I have never been disappointed with their service. I am always in and out depending on the work that is being completed on my vehicle. They have taken extra precautions during this time (COVID19), and I felt safe having my car serviced. Always great customer service!
As always Healey Brothers does it again. Such an amazing group of individuals. My service advisor Mike pushed the limit for customer service. Help and advise some other things that my vehicle needed. He reached out after hours to make sure I knew my car was ready and I can pick it up the next day. Sue the amazing woman who made my appointment was with me every step of the way and helped me even when I forgot my appointment and got me in on my day off to make it easier on me. If thats not customer service Idk what is. Thank you Healey Brothers for having such an amazing service department at Hyundai. When I finally sell my vehicle I have a big decision to decide on which store of yours gets my business. You have so many. Thank you.
Complete INCOMPETENCE!! If I could give this dealership a ZERO I would. I was due for services so I called for some basic information and was blown away by how unprofessional and rude the receptionists Barbara and Angela were in the services department. Barbara kept giving me one word answers and in the middle of me talking put me on hold without warning. Fast forward she wound up giving me the wrong information which lead me to make an appointment at another dealership where I wasn’t covered under warranty and when I arrived for my appointment I was told me I would have to pay out of pocket for services. When I called the fishkill location to speak to the manager Barbara transferred me to Angela and when I asked her who I was speaking to she asked me who I was with an attitude and when I asked her if she was the manager she refused to answer the question then proceeded to transfer me to random people around the dealership. I had to physically go in to speak with the manager “Phil” and when I explained the situation to him he basically told me the blatant disrespect I received was “ human error” and the receptionists are never disrespectful. He then proceeded to tell me he was in his office the whole time which was directly behind the receptionists area and was listening in.
First time at this dealership and it wont be our last.My husband and I were very happy with the purchase of our Hyundai Tuson 2020.Mr. John TANK Swiatenko did a fantastic job in helping us choose our car and expedite the process of the purchase. Jason was incredible! I had a great experience working with him on my car as I was upset that a brand new car had to get the engine replaced. He reassured me that things like this happen sometimes and kept me apprised of the situation every step of the way. Arranged for a rental car and made sure that I was satisfied with my car repair.Then 2 weeks later he was very professional and helpful with my son Rich who had to bring in his car. Rich was on a budget and Jason understood and helped my son get what he needed without spending more.
I received a notice in the mail for a recall that could possibly affect my car and called the Beacon service department to see if I could schedule an appoint during the COVID-19 situation. No problem! The service department staff are very nice but Ed M. is the best! The waiting areas had plenty of room and they were very attentive to maintaining cleanliness throughout the process.
Eileen and Mark are an amazing team. They helped me and my family get into a brand new car and worked with us even after hours to make sure we left that night happy and with a new vehicle. Couldn’t be happier with how attentive and nice they were and how genuine they were. It wasn’t like they were looking just to make a sale they actually cared about what we could manage and what would be a good fit for my family.
These guys are true professionals. I’ve always been hesitant to go to my dealer for service, but not here. I know how to work on my own car, which helps me to realize that nothing that’s ever been suggested at a service appointment as being unwarranted. Everyone that I’ve dealt with in the service department is beyond nice and I recommend him highly. Probably the best service department I’ve dealt with in my 30+ years of driving.
Everyone at Healey was so welcoming and helpful. Gordy Taylor was very warm and accommodating. He was very patient with me and made sure to answer all my questions as best he could. This is my first vehicle I have bought and he helped me every step of the way and I couldnt have asked for a better experience!
An excellent experience from the second I pulled into the lot. As soon as I parked my car and got out, the sales representative came right over to me in the parking lot..... he was waiting out front to serve a customer. We shook hands and got right down to business. His name was Pat and he was excellent. He helped me navigate a tricky situation of being very under water in rolled over loans on my trade in. He made sure I left that day with exactly what I wanted. It was seamless and quick ( I am not a patient person, especially on a Sunday). Mark in financing was also great. Pat and a few other gentlemen literally helped me pack all my personal belonging from my traded in car into big garbage bags and move it all over to the new Tucson. So incredibly helpful and excellent customer service!!!! Thank you!!?
First of all this is concerning the brakes on my Hyundai Tucson. I’ve been going to Healey Hyundai for all concerns of my car. This particular time i told my husband there was a noise when i step on the brakes or make any turns. He immediately made an appointment with service department to check out the brakes. They told him nothing was wrong (keep in mind i have an infant and use this same car regularly with him in the back seat). Fast forward time to renew our inspection. Come to find out the brakes on the car is almost in shatters. How is that possible when i specifically went to check it out. This is complete inappropriate service. Imagine something happened on the road with my baby in the car. Who will be at fault here. I’ve never had an issue with Hyundai Healey but this is something i had to come and make a review off because my family is very important to me and your jobs to keep families safe on the road should also be important to you.
I had Chris as my salesman. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. He knew the exact route he wanted to take me with the Hyundai Elantra. He wasnt pushy or anything like that. It made it a very comfortable environment and I felt I was being treated well. They worked with me on my financing options, and I was able to leave that day with the new car I wanted. I thought it was an excellent experience and Id recommend them to anyone else looking into getting a new car!
As we all know buying a car can be a very stress educing experience. I am so please with the experience I had at Healey Brothers! Eileen Salma was wonderful 1 She was understanding, patient and very accommodating. Never, at anytime did I feel as tho I was being taken advantage of. I bought my first brand new vehicle from Healey Hyundai in Beacon yesterday. It was quite painless. I did not expect to receive such stellar service. Eileen Salma was assigned to work with me. She was fantastic. Shes a no nonsense, honest seller. She really wants you to be happy. We started with the used cars at my request, but I wasnt in love with any of them and she completely understood, so we took a look at the 2020 Venue and then I fell in love! She worked with me to get me the best deal possible. Then I changed my mind at the last minute on the color lol. I really put her through a lot of back and forth lol. But she was patient and understanding of my needs. Im thrilled so far with the service at Healey Hyundai and I hope to return for years to come.
Worked with Chris Morales today and it was amazing! He was able to get me into a new car today and I drove away really content and felt confident in the purchase I made. Chris was very easy going and was not pushy in the slightest throughout the sale experience. (I.e.) I looked at three cars today. Two of them were just not working out for me. He wasn’t getting frustrated or discouraged and instead helped me find the car that would fit my needs and budget.All in all 10/10 experience (coming from a former retail manager). I have always received excellent service at Healey. Staff will take time to explain what needs to be done. Service is then done in a timely manner and within the estimate given. And everyone is so helpful. It is a pleasant experience and must be a great place to work because personnel are a happy group!
I brought my car in for software update and oil change that were both free of charge. Everything was done properly and on time. The service people were very cordial and helpful. I had moved here from Cortlandt Manor and thus had never used this dealership before. I also have a mechanic nearbythat I use but would maybe change if something happened to alter my thinking.
I’ve bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and my only regret is that this is the first one I’ve gotten from this dealership. Went there yesterday to see a car. I’ve never experienced such awful customer service experience. I dealt with Shane. He was so pushy and then they had the nerve to critique the vehicle I was going to trade in. The car I test drove was making a noise. I found somewhere else where I will be dealing with. I didn’t have to put any money down and they explained things exactly how they were, no gimmicks and all that. These people at Hyundai are not professional at all and I will get the word out.
Paul Schaffer was my salesman and my only complaint is that I can only buy one car from him. He was the best, everyone there was best. Just be straight with your customers.I didnt buy my car at this dealership, but Ive been in for service 2 times now since it is the closest dealer. I am usually OK paying more for service at a dealer because they generally have the most knowledge about the vehicle and have access to specialty tools, recall info and TSBs.Before I start, I have had zero problems with the actual work Healey has done on my car. What follows are some issues Ive experienced with the service advisor.During the first visit I asked the service advisor about recommended service intervals. I was told 6,000 miles was recommended, and then was pushed toward their pre-paid service plan. I asked again about service intervals because my owners manual suggests 7,500 miles for the normal driving schedule, and 3,750 for severe conditions (Im new to living in a cold climate). The advisor ignored that and again suggested 6,000 miles. I guess if they arent going to hold me to 3,750 intervals for warranty coverage Ill just do 7,500 and save some money.On my second visit I asked for the 15,000 mile service, which includes oil & filter, tire rotation, cabin filter, some inspection items, and fuel additives If TOP TIER Detergent Gasoline is not available. I was pushed to get the dealers idea of 15K service, which is all those things (without asking what type of gas I buy) plus a fuel injection cleaning.When I declined the fuel injection cleaning I was told it was absolutely necessary because my engine has direct injection. I was then asked if I leased or purchased my vehicle (purchased) and I was told the cleaning was definitely necessary to prolong the life of the engine. I have 3 problems with this:1. If my car needs fuel injector cleaning at 15,000 miles then I bought the wrong car.2. If my car needs fuel injector cleaning, the maintenance schedule in the owners manual would say so.3. Do leased cars not need the same servicing as purchased cars? Remind me not to buy a used car from this dealer.I was also asked (on both visits) to fill out a survey and that any score less than a 5 is failing and to please give him a 5. Im all for giving feedback (obviously), but this is just weak.Ive taken my cars to many other dealers for servicing over the years (mostly Ford) and have never had a single experience like this. I would ask for services based on the maintenance schedule, and they would provide the requested services. No upsell. No misinformation. This place just makes me feel dirty.I might start making the drive down to Curry and see if theyre any better.
I just bought my fourth Hyundai, third Santa Fe. This is my second buying experience with Healey and I must say I was not let down. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. My salesman, George Budnick, became a friend through this experience. I thank Healey and all the staff for all you do. Never have I had any problems at Healey either in sales or service. The mechanics and service representatives are always professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Especially Jason who provides an informative summary of the work that was done, always seems to care about the quality of care each customer receives. And Isis who always gives a detailed explanation of your bill and charges. Healey is definitely a first rate dealership when it comes to service.
Overall my experience here went really well. The salesman who tended me and my wife was Paul Schaffer, really nice guy who turned out to be from New Hampshire, the place where I grew up! Kind of shocking. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Really great people here.

After a horrific experience at Suresky Hyundai, we ended up at Healey Hyundai in Beacon. From the moment Teddy walked out to greet us we felt comfortable and knew we would be buying a new car that day. So glad we didnt settle for the SE Tucson and upgraded to the Sport edition. What a difference.Everyone was professional and made the whole experience nice. We were not pressured and everyone made the deal go through. Not only that but Teddy actually arranged to have the car delivered to us since we are a long distance from the dealer.Sureskys fall far from a professional car dealership and we are so glad we didnt go with them. They gave us nothing and wouldnt work with us at all. Not with Healey....from soup to nuts the experience was Wonderful!!!Thank you to Teddy and Mike and of course Eileen. Shes a real hoot. Will be back to buy our next vehicle once our lease is up. Thanks!!!

Don’t care heavy handed sales techniques. Salesman was nice enough. Foolishly after a test drive I let them copy my license and registration before I got a price on the vehicle. Then it was the typical- got to talk to the manager. All I wanted was a test drive. What I got was test drive the the management. Hopefully others will have a better experience
Going to leave this review because im honestly disgusted with the service here. Healey is quick to sell, and will offer you a great deal. Wonderful, but buyer beware. Theyll upsell you on service packages that they say do one thing, and then when you call the company that carries that package, the company will tell you what they told you is not actually covered by that package.Further, my cars battery kept dying, after leaving the vehicle with them three times and them telling us no problem was found. On time 3 we were told by the Healey service department, call us next time it happens and we will tow it here. Well, it happened again, and we called them, we were told we were outside of the towing range and they wouldnt do it. At this point, we called corporate, who towed it to Danbury Hyundai, after Healey refused to accept the tow. Corporate, (god bless) towed it free of charge. Danbury Hyundai was able to figure out in in less than 3 hours, that the battery had a bad cell in it, and replaced it without issue thus solving the problem. I dont understand how one dealers service department can find no issue THREE times, and then when it goes to Danbury they find the problem in three hours.Moral of the story, Beware if you are buying from Healey Hyundai, and I for one wont be getting my vehicle serviced there ever again.

I enjoyed my experience there buying my first new car. The only part I wasnt happy about was the trade in they wanted to give me for my car. They had first told me one price and when it came down to signing paper for new car They told me another price that was much lower. So I didnt trade it in the car was worth more. They did however throw inAutomatic start so if that goes smoothly I would recommend them

This dealership just lost so many potential customers because of their deceiving Monte Carlo cash game. Ill never give them business after having to drive for 40 minutes each way because on the phone they reassured that I did in fact win $5000. Apparently, not true, you have to sit with the sales person and they compare your number to the number on their board. Then they hand you bogus $25 gift cards to useless shopping sites, to which you have to fill out and mail a form with your personal information. The information you provide can then be sold to their marketing partners. Very demoralizing experience. Do not trust this place. Not for prizes, not for car sales. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. They have an option to complain about improper advertising/scam. While this might be legal, it is certainly unethical. If youve been affected, you should put in a complaint, too.
Wonderful experience buying a car from Stan Garland. As a single woman I was nervous buying a pre-owned car. I needn’t have worried. Stan was completely honest about the pros & cons of each car. I took a long time and he was very patient! The one I eventually decided on needed a few repairs on the body. He could have just sold it as is, since I was getting it for a very good price. (I looked it up in the Kelly listings). But instead he threw in these repairs for free, so now my car is in perfect shape! If you want to get a great car from an honest person go to Stan Garland at Healey Hyundai!
Patrick met us as we were having trouble finding a parking spot. Directed us to a spot and took care of us from that moment on. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful without being a pushy car salesman We came only to look and but left with a car. Great experience.
Editing after terrible service: I brought my car for its 6,000 mile service and everything seemed fine. However, the following day while driving, I heard this loud liquid sound on the passenger side and water dripped onto the floor. I contacted Healey Hyundai and they told me to bring it the next day. I brought it in and after they looked at it, they told me nothing was wrong with it and they had pumped air through the hose with no problem. I asked about the liquid and they told me to dry out my mat, but that everything was fine and there was no problem. As soon as I left, I heard the sound again and more water dripped down. I turned right back around and went back to Healey. The man at the front desk seemed annoyed that I was back and told me that there wasnt a problem. He got a technician for me who got in the car and I drove out of the dealership and he immediately saw the problem. I had to wait longer and then was told that there actually had been a clog, but they fixed it. No apology or anything for my time or the fact that they had been condescending, dismissive and wrong. I wont be going for service there anymore.I have taken my car here twice to have it serviced and both times I have had fast, courteous service. I would definitely recommend it.
Scammers. They mail out gimmicky lotto cards that make you think you won money, when you call to confirm they refuse to verify your winning code unless you come in to the dealership. They ask if you plan on buying a car, if you dont, they cant get off the phone with you fast enough. I spoke with the manager, Chris, and was treated as though it was ME who was somehow being unreasonable after they bamboozled me with a fraudulent winning lottery card and couldnt be bothered to confirm it. Wouldnt budge an inch or lift a finger. When I shop for a new car in a couple of years, Id rather do business with the mob than this place, they have way more integrity than Healey. What a turn off.
Purchased exactly what I wanted. Price was good. Mr. Tank was amazing!!! Easy to talk with & truly had our best interest at heart. Worked hard for us to be able to pay what was affordable...within our budget. Staff at dealerships was friendly & very informative. It was like being with family. This is our second purchase with Healy Hyundai & will probably go back when our children are ready to purchase their cars. We also recommend this particular dealership to friends & family. Im not really a fan of the Hyundai brand but this dealership is a excellent example of a kind and helpful staff. They are honest after signing and make sure you get offer that was agreed upon and keep it consistent so that you are not arguing with them after they ran your credit and have the car picked out and ready to go. From a Great sales manager to a wonderful secretary. Also make sure to ask for Eileen to work with.
Patrick was a wonderful person and salesman. We had some frustration with the process of the sale, no part of which involved him. He continued to be patient and kind. He continued to keep the lines of communication open until we were happy. He is the reason we will be return customers!
I literally drive a hr n a half from jersey because they have the best customer service and very clean facility. Been a customer ever since I had a light go out on me and a gentlemen there help me and the crazy part is he was not a maintenance man he was a customer service. Love the team work there

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Now I work with a lot of customers and I know about customer service and how to treat people so I am not writing this post as a disgruntled customer. The customer service of this dealership is actually decent. I took my car to be diagnosed because my check engine light was on as well as check oil light. After 7 hours they told me I needed a new engine--couldnt really tell me why-- and a new oil pump. The money I needed to make this fix was substantial and I wouldve rather put that money into a new car. I took my car home and went for a second opinion. At no point did I need a new engine, I just needed to a new oil pump and the problem was fixed! A few days later I get a message from Healey about trading in my car. I feel like this was set up. I do not feel valued as a customer and I feel like all they wanted was my money, which I dont have a lot of...If I didnt go for a second opinion I wouldve really thought I needed a new engine and traded in my car.

If you go to this location make sure you go with someone who knows about the values of cars etc. I went with my father and we both got gypped by the manager. He promised us one thing and did another. They will tell you anything you want to hear just to sell you a car. They are very unprofessional. All they care about is the money they are getting at the end of the day and not about what the buyer can afford. I am the sorry one for buying from this dealership.

Never again. They do not return calls. Have a car that is still leaking fluid and an exhaust leak. Bought this car to have a safe car to drive my kids around in which I mentioned at the dealership. I needed a reliable car having two jobs and being in full-time college. Now all I do is worry that the car is going to break down again every time I go out. Only had the car 6 months to date. Issue started the day I drove it home. The car was towed back not even 24 hrs after I drove it home. After a couple months still smelling antifreeze and they say I did something to the car. That I needed to pay almost 900 for just the leak. Then another mechanic finds the exhaust leak that is not covered! I was told the car was exceptional to later find out it was hit multiple times from carfax.
Mr.Gordy was extremely nice and he was really helpful my credit is so bad and he still got me approved for a 2017 car! Honesty they are 100 percent real with you and let you know what you can and cant get and Im really so greatful I 100% recommend them go see them Mr. Gordy he will definitely help you out anyway he can trust me. Plus everyone here is extremely nice come see them
While I was initially satisfied with my experience upon further reflection It has turned to disapointment and frustration. The place was nice and clean the staff was friendly and helpful. I did get a good deal on a good car it just wasn’t the deal or the car that I wanted. I ended up paying more for a car that I didn’t really want because it was a “good deal”. I would not recommend buying a “buy back” car. It loses its warranty so I purchased a service plan and ended up paying more for the car than what I wanted. I put a good amount of money down but the service plan added into the financing would probably make me upside down for a new loan if I tried to trade it in. It would of been fine if it had been for a car that I really wanted (right color, interior, amenities etc.) but it wasnt. I got a Tucson like I wanted just not the right Tucson. I guess lesson learned.

Shane took my wife’s phone and wrote his own review. Terrible dealer was not happy with purchase. Very fast talkers. We were going to go to another dealer to get car but he promised to find the car in 1 day it took 4 days and he never called us when he said he would and when the car came in. Shane never showed us the car or said good luck or even bye he just disappeared.

I bought a 2019 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate at Healey Hyundai. I dealt with Teddy Thomas and he was great. Patient and showed me all of the features of the vehicle. Teddy was very flexible with my schedule and was able to locate a vehicle in the color I was looking for. First class dealership.
Went to just look at cars a few months ago when they were having special offers. I only wanted to see approximately how much the monthly payment would be. I specifically told the salesman that I did NOT want my credit to be run as it would negatively impact my credit score. He ran it anyway, and my sons, without my consent or knowledge. Needless to say, both our credit scores went down. He was very pushy and manipulative. In addition, when we left without purchasing a car, his whole demeanor changed. He even called my son later with an attitude. I have no complaints at all with the service department, but I will never go back there to purchase a vehicle.

Liars bunch of them sold me a car with an accident history and never disclose the accident to me made me paid full pre-owned price for the car and add a $2000 insurance that I did not even need so dishonest. Nasty dealership bunch of unprofessional do not go to this place to do business they might sell you lemon cars or orange title without letting you know smh.
I went to test drive the Tucson because was one of three SUV that I was researching to lease. After calling to schedule a test drive and informing the sales what I was looking for I was pleasantly informed that I wouldnt leave the dealer empty handed. At that time I thought was funny because my only goal that day was to test drive the vehicle and no one was going to change my mind. Funny enough I did leave with the SUV. So far, very happy with the purchase.
I have purchased 4 vehicles at Healey Hyundai in Beacon. I can not say enough great things about the entire staff there. Very accommodating, really willing to work with you to get you in the car you want. They have gone above and beyond time and again to always make the car buying experience a good one.
My experience at Healey was always excellent. I owned a 2011 Sonata which gave me 6 years of great service. Went in to the dealership for a minor recall check and walked out with a new 2017 Tucson. Why? I was interested in a small crossover with AWD. Because Stan Garland met me in the store, showed me the inventory, walked me around looking at various trims, colors, options. Did a test drive, and that afternoon I drove off the lot in the Tucson. Loved the car. I live in my car for work putting around 25K mile/yr on my cars. About a month later, I was rear ended at a stop light in a bad accident which totalled the Tucson. That car saved my bacon. Drove into see Stan the next day. Four days later, I drove off the lot in an upgraded 2016 Limited Tucson with 249 miles. Again, Stan was an amazing help to me. The financing, settlement, delivery and followup was and is super. Not only am I a customer, we have a friendship and trust beyond just a customer relationship. Thats important to me. I recommend Healey and Stan to everyone who asks about the car.
Eileen was fantastic!! My sister was leasing for the first time, she was extremely nervous. Eileen was extremely helpful and professional but most of all friendly. All the staff members we worked with couldnt have been anymore helpful!! The finance manager, Mark, was great... he worked a little bit of magic to make this experience possible for my sister. After my dealership was unable or unwilling to fix the problem with my new Hyundai, I did a little traveling to Healey Hyundai since I have dealt with other Healey dealerships where I live. I was dropping my car off the day before my appointment and ended up having my problem solved in 10 minutes without the appointment. All the staff is sooooo exceptionally great , but John Switatenko went above and beyond to give me a fantastic deal for a new 2019 car...I sincerely appreciate all his efforts to accommodate me in every way possible, plus his sincerity, compassion and his humor all contributed to my newest purchase from this great dealership. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. The service department it’s the WORST!!! I’ve ever dealt with. From rudeness to argumentative to incompetent. My truck was towed there due to the engine manufacture recall after it seized on the highway. First they don’t do loaner vehicles, they rent them and refused to give me one unless I paid their fee or till Hyundai Corp decided to do it. Then the truck was returned to me with no gas after it had half tank. The service advisor Michael Hanna who is rude and obnoxious starts to argue with me when I asked him about the gas yelling and arguing with me that I brought it in like that. I had to request for his supervisor to address the issue and then he brings me another advisor claiming to be the manager. Four months later I had to have the truck towed again cause the steel fuel line that’s in the engine broke causing lots of gas to leak on the engine and producing smoke. Luckily it didn’t catch fireWell again, the arguments begin with the same advisor Mike Hanna that that’s not covered by them and I have to pay for the repair meanwhile that line was removed and reattached by their mechanics when they replaced the engine. I had to go and speak to the general manager because talking to the service manager Phil Valenza was useless and had the same outcome and attitude as the advisor Hanna. Now for a third time more gas issues from the engine. This time I took it to curry Hyundai in West he county and they showed me how the fuel pump that’s in the engine and the line were improperly repaired and the steel bracket on it was cracked and the bolts were loose as if they weren’t tighten right. Also the gas line had the built in washer stripped, they suggested I call Healey Hyundai cause they did the original work and of course same nonsense again. The run around, no manager available till I push the issue. Finally the service manager Phil Valenza calls me back and tells me to bring it in but they’re not responsible for the broken parts and I’ll have to pay the repairs again.In the end I’ve decided to have Curry Hyundai repair my truck, they’re a much better dealership, more competent and much more easier to deal with for service than Healey Hyundai. My advise to anyone is to stay from these incompetent rude money hungry service dealership. They don’t repair things correctly and refuse to fix it after if you go back for it, worst experience and service staff around. Never ever will I buy another car from any Healey brothers dealership. Stay away!!!!
I bought a Hyundai Elantra and its been such a fantastic car. I loved the service ive been given since picking the car up last summer. It was a very easy process and they talked me through everything, so I was in on the whole process. The service department has been outstanding, and keeping my car in tip top shape! The atmosphere when walking into Healey I noticed they treat customers like not only friends, but family, and it shows!
Dreadful, horrific experience. Been a while. Was really into buying the Hyundai Elantra 2017 model. They pulled up my credit history that was about 20 points less than other credit check, done the same day. On that after having given final figures, the agent went and called in her manager. This fatso was the biggest idiot I have met in customer relations. He literally ordered me to buy the car. I did understand that it took them a while to get the figures chalked out with bank and higher management, but please understand we are on a budget, when we visit the showroom. He pissed me off so much that I just stormed out of the crappy showroom. If you are running a business learn to respect the customer. BTW I booked a Honda the same day.
Paul Schaffer met us in a timely fashion early in our search. He was quite informed about the different models available and offered us many to look at. He gave us plenty of time to browse and find some thing we to our liking. After our test drive, we sat down with him and were able to walk away with a new car.
I have done business in the past with Healy and have been considering purchasing again from Healy, but after reading several reviews about service after the sale, Ive reconsidered. There are many reviewers that find that once the sale is done, Healy finds any reason not to honor service after the sale. Its a shame their business has become all about sales and treat their customers the way they do after the sale. I personally would never do business with any dealership that doesnt put customer service first.
JT, our sales person was fantastic. He spent allot of time with us explaining everything in ENGLISH. He was never pushy and he made us a great deal without bargaining back and forth 100 times. We also send an older relative in there for a test drive and he treated her as if she were his grandmother. He is a class act and so is the dealership. They have a customer for life.

Ive bought 2 Kona EV CPOs (2019 & 2021) over the phone from Healey over the last 3 months and both were perfect and both under 9000 miles. Eddie Rullo is tops and the deal I got compared to other dealers was fantastic. I highly recommend especially those out of state that are having a hard time finding a quality EV in their area or state. Even after the cost of transporting from Beacon NY to Gulfport MS, the deal still blew the competition out of the water!
I visited the service department for some recalls that were posted for my car. The staff were courteous and professional. I had to drop off the car due to the amount of checks that were needed. I wish they would have offered a loaner or shuttle (albeit I dont live in the immediate area). Also they lacked a dedicated wait are for the service department. Ive been to other dealers with really nice service dept waiting rooms. Thats the only reason why I gave 4 stars rather than five. I will most likely give them a try when my wife decides to purchase her vehicle in the spring.
Teddy went above and beyond to make sure our car buying experience was one to remember. He is knowledgeable, kind and not at all pushy, highly recommend him for an easy car buying experience. The whole staff was helpful too from finance through to title/insurance. Will definitely return!
Not sure the purpose of making an appointment.I made an appointment for an oil change. I showed up 15 minutes early. I waited over an 1.5 hours for my car to be ready. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told a bunch of people came in ahead of me. The business is either taking walk-ins ahead of appointments or overbooking their appointments. I didn’t care to ask.The staff was very nice and informed. I was just not pleased with the extended wait. I guess just make sure you have two hours to kill when going to get an oil change here.
We love the Ionic 5 we purchased, although the lack of a rear window wiper on the vehicle is puzzling and upsetting, and we should have been informed of this by either our salesman or the dealer.Our salesman, was a very nice man, but had very little knowledge about the vehicle. The few pieces of information we received from him for the most part, were incorrect.Communication has been a very difficult challenge.After our purchase, the few follow up calls we made were either returned several hours later, or not at all. We have been waiting on the most recent nearly 2 days.I doubt we would return to Healey to purchase another vehicle.

I dont post, Tweet, use Facebook or any social media, but when you get good service at a fair price, I feel the staff should know about it and get credit. I had my Veloster serviced at Healey Hyundai in Beacon last week. Some parts were under Hyundai Warranty, and others were not. The staff handled the paperwork for the warranty items & explained pricing & importance of the non-warranty items. Car had to be left overnight, they had no loaner vehicles available, but were kind enough to assist by providing shuttle service. Its never a happy experience having to pay for car repairs and parting with your hard earned money, but the outstanding service received from the staff at Healey Hyundai in Beacon made it palatable.
Healey Hyundai is awesome - we had a great experience buying our new Santa Fe. They were able to get inventory quickly - which is rare during these Covid times! Everyone was super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!
