My family began going to Healing Point over a year ago to deal with chronic back pain. They convinced me to go because I suffered a lower back injury from a car accident years ago that had caused me chronic pain. I was not sure if it would ever go away. However, after six months of adjustments and traction treatment, not only are my back and neck in better alignment but the chronic pain has disappeared! It has made a *huge* difference in my ability to sleep comfortably and function day to day.

I went here a few years ago (just getting around to leave a review while searching for a different chiropractor). While the X-rays were great to understand the underlying problems with my pain, the adjustments were very much like an assembly line. When I expressed discomfort and pain with the way my neck was being adjusted, no change was made even though there was an alternative available. I ended up breaking my contract because I was in more pain after adjustments than before. I asked for my records and they never provided them to me. I had lower and mid-back pain which brought me in but Dr Yoo insisted on ONLY adjusting the top neck vertebrae which did nothing for my acute pain. By the time I left, I was unsure about ever going to a chiropractor again and now cannot comfortably let people touch my neck. Long contract, multiple visits per week, and high cost made this not worth it for me.

I had neck, back pain and headache often especially while Im doing computer works. 6 months with Dr, Yoo and Healing Point team has totally removed my pains. I am extremely grateful for their help, and especially Dr. Yoo’s guidance and expertise. Also, adjustment and traction are really helpful keeping my health and well-being. I look forward to my visits, especially after when I feel my pain and discomfort ease away! You will not be disappointed, I assure you. Its time to do above down and inside out! Healing Point is a friendly place! Dr. David Yoo does neck and back adjustments as well as acupuncture. He does amazing skeletal corrective action with a fantastic arrangement of traction machines to correct nick, spine, hip misalignments. Very few if any chiropractors have this collection of machines to improve spinal health and to reduce pain and discomfort. He has a great attitude towards physical preventive measures rather than chemical cures.

I broke my tailbone a couple of months after having my forth and final child. I knew immediately that I broke my tailbone after a direct fall! It was a long and painful recovery, it took a total of 5 to 6 years to finally get total relief. I was unable to sit with my weight directly on my tailbone for no more than a few minutes, long car rides where so uncomfortable. The only way I could survive a car ride was to frequently shift my weight back and forth along witha lot of sitting forward. After dealing with this discomfort for a couple of years I went to a neurologist and I had an X-ray and a MRI done to confirm my tailbone was broken and I still had edema and swelling after 2 1/2 years after the initial break. The neurologist referred me to physical therapyfor relief which helped with muscle strengthening which helped but the discomfort of pressure did not go away completely. The neurologist explained that the tip of the tailbone was broken and it was freely floating around creating it to push on nerves. To remove the broken bone is not recommended because of the high risk of infection.....This is where Dr. Yoo comes into the picture. I have been getting regular adjustments done for the last year and a half,I can truly say I am now totally relieved from my tailbone issues completely!! Honestly, after a few months of adjustments I almost forgot I had a tailbone. I am so grateful Dr. Yoo has corrected my alignment which has been the answer to my issue!

I met Dr. Yoo in 2016 when I had lingering foot pain after surgery almost a year earlier which should have been healed by that time. Dr. Yoos exrays showed some underlying correctable conditions in my spine. I had tried so many other measures, therapies, tools, etc., without much relief, so I decided to try the chiropractic route, which was a very different type of treatment for me. After the first couple treatments I noticed I slept better, I could turn my head farther while driving, and my foot pain was getting better week by week. I stayed committed to the treatment plan for the next four years even after moving almost two hours away. I have been blessed with so many other surprise improvements that I did not foresee but that Dr. Yoo taught were absolutely possible. I felt more healthy overall, my blood pressure dropped, other blood levels stabilized, I was able to begin jogging again and lose weight. The most noticeable improvement for me was the disappearance of my seasonal and environmental allergies. No more sinus issues, no more allergy shots, no more daily allergy medication, and in the past three years, no sinus infections. I attribute all of these health benefits to the procedures of Dr. Yoos chiropractic teachings and practice. Its not just an adjustment of the spine, its a life style and mind set adjustment. And it works!

I had acute pain in my back and was almost immobile. Going to see Dr. David Yoo was the turning point. It is a very comfortable and positive atmosphere and they offer much food for thought with respect to taking preventative measures to preclude repeat injury. Dr Yoo has a wholistic view of health that is exemplary, in my opinion. Now one year into the program, I can honestly say that it has really helped with lower back pain and more comfortable rest.

3 years with Dr. Yoo and the Healing Point team has profoundly changed my health and well-being. My physical and mental energy has increased significantly due to my mind and body being free of the constant task of managing the pain in my back, day in and day out. Having the X-rays to take home with you is a great way to see your progress and pat yourself on the back for your efforts. If your at the breaking point of dealing with your back or body pain as I was, please visit Healing Point.

When will you commit to investing in your own wellness? That was the question I had to ask myself two years ago when at 70, I could not walk up stairs to my bedroom without experiencing excruciating pain in my hips, lower back and legs. I was an avid gardener and zumba enthusiast; the pain put a stop to that. So, I went to my family doctor for a full exam. He determined I have arthritis in my hip and spine. His solution, live with it and take pain killers. I asked about a course of physical therapy and was told it would do no good. My insurance would cover the drugs, but not a course of treatment which included chiropractic or acupuncture. I have never been a fan of masking pain rather than dealing with the actual problem. So, I went in search of another more targeted solution; understanding that I would most likely bear the cost. How much was I willing to invest in myself to find an acceptable long term solution? While attending the State Fair, I visited the Health and Wellness exhibits and met the amazing staff of Healing Point. I agreed to meet and have an evaluation done. The results of my x-rays and an examination revealed 45 years of flying airplanes, hauling a 50 lb trip bag, and sleeping in hotels 4 nights a week had resulted in a very twisted frame.Dr. Yoo, is an amazing compassionate healer. His focus is on improving the quality of life for each of his clients. Above all, he is honest and takes the time to explain how the adjustments, traction, exercises, and in my case, acupuncture work in concert to help you heal.A Master Gardener, with Dr. Yoos treatments, I am now able to maintain my three acre garden. I am up by six working in the garden weeding, planting, harvesting, mowing the lawn, pruning trees, and enjoying nature til dinner time.I remain committed to healing my body. I drive four hours round trip every week for my treatments at Healing Point. It is worth my time and money to be able to live my life so fully. Thanks to you, Dr. Yoo.P.S. I shared my before and after xrays with my family doctor and he was so impressed with the changes and my increased mobility and decreased pain, he requested Healing Point information to share with his patients seeking a credible alternative medicine option.

I met Dr. Yoo 5 years ago. At the time, I was seeking relief for lower back pain. What I ended up with was help for much, much more.I had been living with bowel incontinence for years. Thinking it was something I would have to live with the rest of my life, I never mentionedit to Dr. Yoo. But within a few months of adjustments, my very embarrassing problem was gone. Getting my spine aligned and healthy had created better communication between my brain and muscles/nerves. What a blessing! But improvement didnt stop there. I had painful Neuromas in both feet. With adjustments and acupuncture, Dr. Yoo saved me from needing foot surgery, and I am pain free.Last but not least, it was discovered that I had an unhealthy liver and kidneys. I started having Dr. Yoo concentrate acupuncture on those two areas. At my last 6 month levels check with my Gastroenterologist, I was told that my levels were gorgeous!!Im so thankful that I found Dr. Yoo and signed up for his services.Let me also mention that I have titanium hardware and fusions in my cervical spine from surgery 20 years ago. This made me a bit apprehensive in the beginning, but Dr. Yoo assured me that he could carefully work around it. I trusted him, and it was the right decision. You can trust him too. I highly recommend this loving, caring Dr.His top priority is helping people have a better quality of life. He is simply the best!!!SR
