This is horrible. I wont to go to the Urgent Care any more. They gave me an injection, but they made me bleed a lot. There was blood coming out of the needle hole in my hand, a lot of blood on the bed, and also there was my blood on the floor. The doctor said it was normal. He said he bled more from his own injections. I was so scared that my blood would continue to bleeding, so I told the doctor that I dont want to have the injection, and I chose to leave. They didnt help me. I am not feeling well right now. My hand is swollen. So scared. Here can upload the picture, I uploaded, but was deleted by them.
TO CLARIFY:This place charges $150 for rapid tests regardless of if you have insurance or not.If you have insurance they will bill PCRs to themMakes you wait on line for an hour+ and tells you this when you get to the front.Save yourself the time if you’re looking for a rapid test.
I got sick back on Halloween for a sore throat and they decided to give me a swab test from a third party laboratory vendor that was out of network even though I had insurance. I didnt test positive for covid, but I received a claims of benefit that stated I owed $1500 for the test. I ended up having to call my insurance and the 3rd party vendor to report a surprise bill. According to NYS state law, a medical provider needs to be clear about in-network and out-of-network services especially when a patient has insurance, and must obtain a written consent (written contract) form the patient they intend to use out-of-network providers. This urgent care did neither and ended up causing me a headache having to fix my surprise bill. It is only convenient for its location, but theyre terrible in execution when it comes to protecting patients wallets. Furthermore, everytime you come here, there is a long line for PCR tests and they still charge $150 despite PCR tests being free everywhere else. I strongly advise people not to come here and wait for the CityMD thats opening at Tangram.
This is indeed a rip off place! My wife came to this place for a PCR test, we asked twice if the test is free when we arrived and was told by both receptionist and front desk person it is free if we have insurance. we then filled the intake form with our insurance information and was told it might be 30 to 40 minutes wait. We waited for over 1.5 hour until finally its our turn, we were led to a private room for the test and was told at that point we had to pay $80 for the test because it is a so called urgent care facility even though the test itself was free. During the 90 minutes wait, not a single staff from their front desk had called our name to collect the fee and only demanded the money after such a long wait in the private room when the test was about to be done. This place is not conducting their business in an honor way and just taking advantage of the pandemic situation to rip off people. Not to mention, my insurance is charging $30 for PCP and $50 for specialist, when asking why $80 for co-pay, they are speechless! I am sure they may response with whatever excuse they can think of, I just want to leave the viewer to decide whether this is the place you want to get professional service from.
Went to get covid tested last month. There was a good amount of people waiting which is probably why I had to wait for a while. However, the wait time was reasonable and still far shorter than my doctors office down the street. The staff who helped me was very friendly and willing to help. Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.
I was there for a Covid test (11/1/21) before I fly and they told me it will only take one day for the result and told me to call me the next morning. I called back the next morning (11/2/21) and they told me the result won’t come out till 4pm. So I asked them if they’re sure if the result will come back at 4pm bc I’m flying on 11/3/21 at 7am. The front desk said maybe which is really upsetting bc normally the rapid test only takes about an hour or 2 but I already waited for 24 hours so I went to their office and spoke to Linda (front desk), she’s the worst person I’ve ever seen, first I asked her if I can get my COVID result today and she said can’t you see it on the table that it takes 1-2 days? I said I asked you guys yesterday and especially mentioned that I’m flying on 11/3/21 early in the morning and you guys told me I would be able to get my result tomorrow. Linda was very inpatient and she said if you want a fast result then you need to pay me another $150 for a rapid test, I said but you guys already charged my insurance and why am I being charged again. I wanted to speak to the office manager and she said he’s not here. So I asked for her name and she said my name is Linda and the same last name as the owner (boss) here. I didn’t know what she’s trying to express but it’s the worst experience I’d ever had. Don’t go there, it’s a rip off and the front desk is not professional at all. Worst experience ever!!
It’s sad that during a pandemic, medical institutions and the employees who work in them see potential patients as dollar signs. As I walk into this seemingly clean institution and produce a valid insurance, they have the audacity to tell me that I’m still getting billed for this service. Remember, the pandemic reveals who you are: some are some heroes who live by their Hippocratic oath, and others are opportunists who view a pandemic as a nice Christmas bonus.
HMUC goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Even during this madness, their services are quick and efficient. My first visit was September 2020 with Dr.Chen, who professionally took care of my issue and also recommended me with his acupuncture therapy. I felt much better after the first treatment! And I have trusted Dr. Chen as my acupuncturist ever since then. Another shout out to Dr.Wang, office manager Tracy and the rest of the COVID vaccine team. I went there to get my COVID vaccination done two times, their excellent services made everything quick and easy! I would definitely recommend this place.
2/24/22-THURSDAY-I CAME INTO THE MEDICAL URGENT CARE CENTER@ AROUND 4:00PM-- MY CHIEF COMPLAINT WAS TENDONITIS OF THE RIGHT FOOT-I WAS TAKEN IMMEDITELY TO THE EXAMINING ROOM BY THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT.VITAL SIGNS WERE TAKEN. THEN THE PHYSYCIANS ASSOCIATE CAME WE REVIEWED MY DIAGNOSIS-BANDAGED MY FOOT UP PERFECTLY!! TOLD ME TO TAKE FOR PAIN-WHICH I SHOWED HIM ALEEVE & IBUPROFEN..HE SAID NO NEED FOR A FOLLOW UP !!-SWELLING & PAIN SHOULD GO AWAY WITHIN 3 DAYS!!.OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! POST-SCRIPT-IVE BEEN HERE BEFORE AT THIS CENTER!!-AND IN GREEK WE SAY EFARISTO!! WHICH MEANS THANK-YOU!!DEIRDRE LINARDOS-THE CPR INSTRUCTOR FOR THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION!!
I came here to get a COVID test. After filling out the paper work I was told that I would have to wait 2 hours. I was fine with this wait time given the current climate of things. After the 2 hours my name was called and the receptionist asked for my co-pay, I asked her how much longer I would have to wait and was told it would be another 1.5-2 hours! After that I told them I couldn’t wait that long and left.I went to another clinic a few days later and their service was fantastic. I waited exactly the amount of time they told me I would, around 1 hour and the test was FREE! I don’t understand why this clinic is charging co-pay when others aren’t. We are in unpredictable times with many people out of work, I thought the COVID test would be free and available to all regardless of the clinic you go to.
The service and management here is very bad. When I had an account balance, they didnt tell me how to pay the bill and solve the issue instead of threatening no payment literally damages my credit. Absolutely I know! When I asked why you didnt contact me before so that I could pay the bill correctly and on time, they told me thiss not their business!!!!!!! I cant say nothing about your service but BAD. Hope all of you can treat each patient in kind.
I stopped into the clinic for a checkup because Ive been feeling sick for a while and the office was near my home and had great reviews. When I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and professional. The wait time to see a doctor was very short, probably no more than 20 minutes. I was seen initially by Eric, who was quick but thorough as he completed my initial examination. He sought the help of a fellow doctor who gave me another examination before determining that I needed an extra test, to be sure they didnt charge me for anything that was unnecessary. Eric also got me a cup of hot water to soothe my throat while I waited for my test results, which was a very kind gesture. Overall, my experience at this clinic was far better than any others I have visited and I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking medical care.
I went here today because I felt very sick and Im glad I chose this place. The receptionist was nice and friendly. The provider had a great bedside manner and was a great listener. MA was nice and caring. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to my friends and family. Having such great staffs here means a lot, especially when youre having a really bad day feeling sick...! I was very happy that I left the urgent care feeling significantly better. I have visited many urgent cares, and this place is up on my list. Thank you very much..!!
The doctor in this clinic does not know how to cure diseases. My father went to this clinic 2 days ago afternoon b/c of Covid 19, the doctor said my father’s body condition is good and he doesn’t need IV or go to hospital. However, five hours later after my father went home, he had 104.5 high fever and his O2 was only 88. I sent him to the hospital immediately. The doctor in Queens hospital gave my father FIVE IV that night.A misdiagnosis from the doctor in medical urgent clinic almost made my father lost his life. The doctors are too young to have enough experience here. There’s no doubt that they give you a misdiagnosis. This clinic just wants to make more MONEY.Don’t go to this clinic if you treasure your life!!!
I had a wonderful experience as I was traveling out of the country and I needed a PCR test. The staff was very nice and attentive. I was in and out of the facility and I got my results within 24 hours. They are nice and reliable, I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
Came in on a Saturday to get the PCR and antibody shot. They opened at 9AM but I knew that I had to come earlier. I was #20 in line. It was about 1-2 hour total wait which is expected. Loved the overall process. They let people into the building 10 mins earlier because it’s freezing outside. Everyone was given an application to fill out (remember to bring a pen!) and then will be contacted to come back when ready. Good thing is, you’re in flushing so if you wanted to get some rice rolls for breakfast- you can! When it was my turn, I walked in and loved how clean everything was and how friendly the staff is (they’re fluent in English and Chinese). The whole testing process took less than 15 mins. Highly recommend
The facility is very spacious and open. The staff is inviting and warm but the person who really made this visit amazing was our medical assistant Grace. My wife and I brought our 2 year old wanting a second opinion and she was very patient and understanding of our child. My daughter always cries at doctors offices but she did not cry here once and helped make this visit easy. I have already recommended all of my family and friends to come here. Thank you Dr.Zhang and Grace
I came in for a IV vitamin therapy, and was able to get quickly seated. The waiting area is spacious and kept clean like the rest of the facility. The wait time was not too long in the morning. Ive already felt a great boost in my immune system. As someone that usually take multi-vitamin pills, Ive felt a drastic contrast, as IV therapy is a water soluble substance much easier to absorb. My only complaint would be the lack of english magazines. Nonetheless, every visit so far has been swift and convenient
So I was there because my stomach problems. I have been call they put me room for 2 hours. The air-conditioning was full blast. It was really cold. I could get in worse. When I finally saw the doctor he taken 5 minutes. He said it was nothing. I was a complete waste of time.
Located conveniently along Main Street, this Urgent Care center is all I can ask for and more. The facility is clean and spacious, and there is little to no wait time. The staff is very welcoming, caring, and professional. They will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of properly. I give this urgent care my highest recommendations to anyone in need of dependable, expert treatment.
Its sad to see so many bad reviews left for urgent care thats just trying to help the community. During these difficult times, people need to understand there will be long lines, long waits, and distressed workers. Its the same for any Covid-19 testing site Ive been to and I thank the front-line workers who do all that they can. People need to just relax and drink some boba while they way.
My daughter had a slight fever and our PCP was out of town so we decided to check the place out. After signing in, a doctor was available to see us almost immediately. The check up was very quick and we were in and out within 45 minutes. The facilities looked very clean, and the staff were very professional.
This is the first urgent care center Ive seen that invests in a beautiful facility along with a team of friendly, courteous and compassionate staff. I took my mom here last Friday because she was feeling dizzy. As her condition turned out to be much more serious than we thought, she needed to be taken to the ER. The staff went out of their way to make my mom feel as comfortable as she could during our wait for the ambulance. Id give them 5+ stars if I could!
I felt pretty beat lately from working and drinking on the weekends that I decided to drop by for some iv therapy. The facility is clean and the workers are very caring. Most importantly the wait was minimal which is rare for Flushing standards. Anyways, back to the treatment. The iv therapy was affordable, quick, and effective. Will definitely be back.
No wait time, lovely front desk help, nurse and doctor. Doctor Chan is great. She speaks Chinese. Me and my family have been here 3 times now. Staff speaks other languages too.Huge facility ready for patients. Large attractive waiting area. You will like this urgent care. Walking distance to 7 train and bus hub at Roosevelt and Main. Near tons of eating places and hotels in Chinatown Flushing.
Wanted to get a checkup but my primary doctor was on vacation. It kind of worked out because if it werent for that I wouldnt have stumbled across this place. This place is a hidden gem. I only waited a few minutes to see the doctor. Dr Zhang was very thorough and informative. She even googled some images for me for reference. I most definitely would recommend this facility to other people.
The staff was very professional, the place was very clean, the wait was a good amount for having two patients ahead of me and once in the room the doctor attended me right away and my cough and wheezing that Ive had since late November is finally gone after all the medications Ive been prescribed! Ive recommend my aunt to go tomorrow for her cough, she asked what I did to stop coughing and told her where I went.
I came to the Urgent Care clinic because of my sudden foot pain. I had little to no wait before being seen by my medical assistant and Dr. Bong. The facility is brand new, clean, and up to date. Dr. Bong was very friendly, informative, and took time to answer all my questions. My symptoms went away after the visit, the medication prescribed to be after only ONE night. I highly recommend this Urgent care to anyone looking for quick, and reliable treatment.
I got bitten by dog late one night and needed stitches. I went to the Urgent Care where I was seen quickly by Kevin Bong and got two stitches. Overall, it was quick and painless and a much shorter wait than I had expected especially in comparison to an emergency room. I would definitely recommend this facility.
The facility is beautiful, spacious and staff here are very professional and kind, multi-lingual and goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Dr Zhang is the absolute best A+, knowledgeable, caring, patient, and everything you could ever want in a doctor. I highly recommend her and this facility!
Horrible place. It says that they are open until 6. I got there at 5:25. They told me they are not seeing more people because they have too many patients. They only have 5 people!! The front desk ladies did not even look up to greet you. It is because i am not asian? I was standing there and no one was helping. Very rude. Do no waste your time coming here.
I came here for COVID -19 testing, when I was check in the frond desk told the estimated waiting time was 1 hour and asked me to come in in one hour. When I came back she told me I need another hour waiting!!! And the front desk just so rule!!!! When u ask them questions, they just like want to ignore u and and want to talk to u! We are here for professional medical help, please don’t give any attitude to patients !!!
This place is great. The entire Staff - professionals, courteous, kind and they actually care. MELODY AT RECEPTION IS GREAT - very friendly, patient and caring .Andrea and Melody helped me. Only names I know but honestly this is the best urgent care center I have been to
If i could i would give 0 stars by far the worst place i went to go get tested for STDs first the staff is ride AF when they where examining me the girls where laughing and speaking in there language and then when i got called for my test results they tell me im all good later 10min pass and i get another call saying that they made a mistake and that not all my results are in like what ?
I never had a problem seeing anyone in a City MD or Urgent Care facility.I have called this office before asking if they accepted my insurance. I was told, “yes”. I went in today to be seen by a doctor and was told by reception that my insurance IS ACCEPTED. I was given a standard form to fill out. Once I was done filling out the form I gave it to the receptionist. I sat there for a few minutes; I was then called to the receptionists’ desk. She asked me if I had another insurance card with me. I told her no and that it is the only one I use and the only one I was given by my insurance provider. All in all, I was turned away because my insurance card on the back says “Hospital Only-PPO”. It says that in small print along with other information for NON hospital use. My insurance card can be used for a regular doctors office visit as well as hospital use. But just because it said those words on the back of the card, I was refused service. Unbelievable! The only nice thing I can say about this place is that the girl at the desk was very polite and apologetic about the situation.Other than that this place is a joke and they should not call themselves an Urgent Care facility.
This place is so slow. I came in at 1:30pm and after filled out paper they told me to waited for 4-5 hours, there’s 40-50 people ahead of me. I came back at 5:30, there are 38 peoples still ahead of me. The front desk was being rude and yelled at people. They kept letting the people who missed the appointment to go first.
A friend told me about this place after me telling him my pcp takes forever when I visit. This place takes medical insurance and based on the amount of patients (which isnt a lot all the time) you can be seen faster then a normal pcp. Petty satisfied with my visit here.
HIGHWAY ROBBERY IS CHEAPER THAN THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS URGENT CARE!!! MY PARENTS CAME TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THEIR LANGUAGE BARRIER AND BECAUSE IT WAS IN FLUSHING. THEY NEEDED A PCR FOR A FLIGHT AND WAS TOLD TO PAY $250!!!!! EACH!!!! $150 FOR PCR AND $100 OV (OFFICE VISIT). THEY WERE TOLD THAT THE INSURANCE WAS NOT GOING TO COVER THE COST. MY PARENTS ARE AGE 71 /74, THEY HAD MEDICAID AND MEDICARE. I MAYBE COULD UNDERSTAND THE CHARGE FOR THE PCR HOWEVER THEIR WEBSITE DEFINITELY SHOWED THAT THEY TOOK UNITED HEALTHCARE. EVEN IF THEY DID NOT TAKE THE INSURANCE, DONT YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT IN AND HAVE THE CHARGE SENT TO THE HOME? THEY JUST INDICATED SELF PAY ON THEIR RECEIPT LIKE THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE. I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE DOH AND BBB!!!! I HATE WHEN PEOPLE ARE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ESPECIALLY DURING COVID!
One day in April, I had food poisoning, foaming at the mouth and stomach cramps due to eating crabs. If you go to the hospital emergency room, you have to queue for a long time to see the doctor (last time my mother had food poisoning in the hospital emergency room and waited for more than two hours to see the doctor, and her mothers English was not good and she had to wait for a translation) long time). But even if I came here for the first time, I needed to register a lot of information. The front desk arranged for me to see a doctor as soon as possible because of my emergency. Half an hour after I got here, I saw the doctor who gave me emergency treatment. After Dr. Chen quickly understood my situation, he gave me antiemetic and pain relief needles, and also cooperated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy, which made me feel much better. Thank you so much 🙏! Thanks also to all the medical staff here.—————— Here are my latest updates —————But what makes me speechless is that when I registered on the same day, he said that he would receive my insurance, and Dr. Chen also said that he would not bill me again after paying $50 copay. Half a year later, the urgent care actually sent me a bill saying that I owe them the fee. I called and they said they would not be charged for my insurance. The insurance didnt pay them. The $50 copay I paid at the time was not part of the copay and it was part of selfpay, and I was asked to make up the remaining amount on the bill. However, I received the EOB details from the insurance company a few months ago. The insurance company clearly paid them a few hundred dollars. Fortunately, I kept various bills and letters. I said that the business is really not like this. I told the insurance company that I would accept my insurance and asked the insurance company to pay. When I got the money, I turned around and told the patient that it would not accept this kind of insurance, saying that the insurance company did not pay a cent. , to the patient all at their own expense.
Very slow. If you have a few hours of boring time, you can pass it away if they dont care about the patient at all, they will only continue to receive new patients and keep you waiting! Since people who are passing by have to wait an extra hour, its a waste of everyones time! All the people who arrived later than me have completed the test. Just ask me if I am the next one and then someone else enters. There are 2 more people in front of me. This queuing system is so interesting! And for everyone’s safety, they don’t distinguish between uncomfortable patients and those undergoing normal tests. If you are not afraid of infection, you can try it. There is no protection at all! I believe that I will get better and better services if I go anywhere else, and I wont waste so much precious time! There is no next time! And they have a unified system to respond to all negative reviews and they dont care about the results of the negative reviews!
I have come here four or five times to see a doctor. I feel that the front desk and the assistants here are very good, not to mention Dr. Chen, who treats the patients patiently and meticulously, analyzing the cause of the disease carefully, and treating the patients. Asked questions, answered patiently, told the patient to take medicine on time when he was leaving, and explained the things that should be paid attention to when going home. The work attitude of this doctor is really touching. Thank you again to Dr. Chen ,Thank you.
I told you for half an hour. I waited for two hours and I havent arrived yet. Ask the front desk They will call you. What kind of attitude. Im so mad. You told me to wait so long, so Ill go and do things first. Now that nothing has been done, its just a waste of time.
They actually asked others for an ssn number when filling in the information. This is a clinic and not a low-level workstation. You have no right to ask others for an ssn, do you know? The process is also very slow and it’s a shame. Can you close it? Close the door. Thank youthey ask patient for social security number, this is not a low law education work medical, and they are super slowThe nurse with long curly hair and single eyelid today has a very bad attitude. The covid test is very, very unprofessional.Wont come againps new reviewAt least their response are very professionpls do some care for your own business and stuff education well, except try to prove something, do something are actually help, right?
I was seen at this emergency medical center on June 10th. I had been to this emergency medical center once before. It was all traumatic. Because I didn’t have a medical card in New York, I chose this hospital. The young Dr. Liu helped me diagnose and treat with a very good attitude. The medical diagnosis was very correct. He was only here on Thursday and Friday. He was usually in the hospital. He helped me twice. I was so lucky and lucky. Thank you Dr. Liu.
No matter what test I did, I did it directly for me. After it was over, I learned that it was an ordinary test. They said that it was tested according to the COVID-19 test I said because it didnt write fast. excuse me? How do I know the difference between normal and fast? They didn’t even ask before the test
Please be careful not to be scammed like me, I am at my own expense and I already have instructionsThe doctor said at the time how much it would cost to perform a bacterial culture test, but did not inform the patient that additional charges would have to be paid laterI received a laboratory list and asked me to pay $560. I called and asked them why they didn’t tell the patient that I needed to pay extra. They also answered me casually and said that the lady they contacted at that time may have forgotten to explain!!!The doctor asked me to call the laboratory and ask them if there were any discounts...Is this something I need to ask? Shouldnt it be the doctors side? When the doctor sends it, you must tell (the person without insurance) (at your own expense)So should we deceive ourselves at our own expense?!My registration fee and inspection fee plus the medicine fee that day totaled $288 (the pharmacy also cooperated with them)Thats right! One of the medicines prescribed by the doctor at that time, I felt almost dead in the middle of the day, vomiting and diarrhea, cold sweats all over my body, my heartbeat accelerated my breathing, and finally I also spit out the medicine. I just said that the medicine may be allergic to my bodyYes! I can understand how everyone reacts to the drug, but what if I really do happen! This is a personally unpleasant experience for my reference.(In case the message is deleted, I have already made a backup)
My father traveled from Kaohsiung, Taiwan to New York. He started to feel sick on June 24 and he vomited. Visited the clinic on the 26th. The counter assistants had a good service attitude, and went smoothly from registration to consultation. After the diagnosis, Dr. Zhang gave his father a 1000cc saline injection immediately. And arrange a quiet recuperation room in the rear. The clinic charges are reasonable. And we are always considerate of our uninsured people. The place is very clean and tidy. When hanging on. Doctors and nurses come to ask about the situation from time to time. Recommended.
I like it here recently. I got the flu recently. I was sore and dying before I went there. I ca n’t wait to walk. After that, the nurse first did some routine checks. The doctor suggested that the bottle would be hung up and finished hanging. It ’s really much better after the bottle, and I will recommend them to friends who need it in the future ...
Everyone is careful about this clinic. The management is very problematic. The waiting time is very long. I told you that your health insurance does not charge. If you have health insurance, you will need to charge 150 yuan for nucleic acid testing. Its really black-hearted. Dont go to this .Everyone is careful about this clinic. The waiting time is very long. After waiting for a long time, he told you that your health insurance does not accept by their clinic. Even you have health insurance, you will still charge 150 dollars for Covid 19 testing.
My daughter has had a fever for two days, so I took her to the emergency emergency center with confidence. The front desk attitude was very good, but the doctor today is a young boy in his twenties, wearing glasses, with a very sloppy attitude, feeling that he is a The doctor is very amazing. It ’s like two to five thousand or eighty thousand. It really has lost the faces of the medical practitioners. If you do n’t like to be a doctor, please leave the medical profession instead of using a high one. Treat your patients with attitudes. The patients dont want you who are higher than the sky.

2022-07-06I’ve been here several times and there are always problem every single visit. There is always a long wait. They always have trouble figuring out my insurance which makes the wait even longer. The greeter and front desk staffs don’t look friendly and weren’t acting friendly. The main entrance is shut off and is confusing to find this place through the alternate entrance of the badly built Queens Crossing Mall. This urgent care would’ve beena fair 3-starsbut because the person in charge was able to exempt my rapids test during my prolonged visit and solved my problem I’m willing to keep this at 4. Also, they have free condoms.

2022-01-14I went to get a Covid test. Sure, there was a wait, but I think, in total, it was maybe only about 1.5 hours tops before I actually got in the room to be tested. (I came early in the morning on a weekday, though) They stated upfront that the rapid tests cost $150, so no secrecy there. Everything went pretty smoothly from there on out. The staff was very kind and courteous to me. No complaints, really!

2022-02-01I have came to this place a few times and there’s always a long line. One thing you need to keep in mind is that it will take a while to be attended due to the amount of staff. I think they try to do their best but many people don’t seem to understand that. I rate it 3 stars because sometimes there’s language barrier for non English speakers(Spanish). Also sometimes it can be disorganized when I last came here there was 2 lines and there was no sign for what the line was about. Lastly there’s no one available to walk around and ask questions to, other than the greeter but they’re already busy enough. This clinic does their best to help patients so the least people can do is wait.

2022-07-04After waiting 3 hours seeing a doctor for infection throat. The Dr Lau or Dr Liu did not send the prescription to my pharmacy after one hour arrived in pharmacy. Keep calling the office, the receptionist was ok , however, this doctor is really unprofessional and on purposely let me wait another hour in pharmacy. Terrible experience

2022-06-21I will only come here when necessary since it is my last choice. Waiting time to go get covid tested and seen by doctor is horrible 2hrs., and then prescription to be picked up at pharmacy is another long waiting time almost to zero.

2022-01-12I had to get the booster for travel so I opted for this clinic which I found on the NYC Covid website. Clinic opens at 9AM but vaccines are not administered until 10AM. Many patients waiting for Covid tests so the scene was a little chaotic. Service is typical of Flushing—transactional, curt. But Tiffany who administered my vaccine was great. She was friendly, informative, and professional. Absolute standout!

2022-01-21I went here for booster first time and PCR Covid test second time, I had great experiences.I just walked in no need appointment, and the waiting times is acceptable for me compared to other place. 2022-01-28Great staff, good environment, professional services. PCR test in a safe private room. Compared to the Covid tests on the streets with people everywhere?? Why risk getting Covid if you get a Covid tests on the streets from the vans!? I highly suggest to get Covid test here, where it is safe!! They also offer Covid vaccines. Minimal wait and friendly people!! What more can you ask for??

2021-11-09I don’t understand why when we rate or leave a comment, all the responses seems to be the same (seems like an automated robotic message). If no one wanted to respond back, it’s fine but the experience I had last week was a rip off. Due to the CDC guideline, we must get a rapid test 72 hours before we fly and I was there for a test and the lady told me that a rapid test cost $150 even with my insurance. So what’s the point of having an insurance if we still need to pay out of our own pocket. I’ve been to other places for covid test and got my results within 2 hours and no one ever mentioned about the $150 out of pocket fee. Caution: don’t go there !!!

2021-12-22If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My mother came here for the flu shot, and asked if she would be charged. There were 3 people at the front desk (2 women and 1 man) and they all said no. My mother got the flu shot and left. A few weeks later, got a bill in the mail claiming she had to pay a copay for the “visit” — even though she did not see or speak to a provider or any health care professional. The issue here is that she ASKED very straight-forwardly if she would be charged for anything while here for her flu shot and they looked my mother in the eye and LIED (said no).Like the others reviewers said, this place only cares about their profits and actively LIE TO PATIENTS for money. This place is absolutely disgusting, and everyone who works here should be ashamed of themselves. This is not a place of healthcare, but a place where they take advantage of individuals during a health crisis. This place does not deserve to be called a healthcare facility.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT AND STEAL FROM YOU.Update: notice the response mentioned nothing about the lies told by the employees. I’ve 10000% gotten my flu shot for FREE - any Walgreens or pharmacy and even my doctor’s office gives the flu shot free, with NO COPAY. Again, the employees LIE so AVOID THIS PLACE.
