IT NEVER FAILS, MY ORDER IS ALWAYS MESSED UP. IVE ORDERED IN PERSON, THROUGH THE PHONE, FOR DELIVERY, THROUGH UBER EATS IN HOPES OF SOMEONE GETTING RIGHT AND NOT A CHANCE. THE GENTLEMAN ON THE PHONE SOUNDED SO FRUSTRATED AND IRRITATED THAT I WAS EXPRESSING MY DISSATISFACTION AND PRETTY MUCH TOLD ME TO FIGURE IT OUT WITH UBER EATS. FOOD GENUINELY TASTE GOOD HENCE MY ATTEMPT TO USE OTHER SOURCES AND TRY MY LUCK BUT NEVER FAILS. RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. WANT BANG FOR BUCK WITH GREAT TASTE, ORDER FROM GARDEN CITY BISTRO! Just updating my review because i did receive a call from Kenneth apologizing for the experience he meant no harm which I appreciate greatly. Hope we both learnedfrom this and i still highly recommend this location.I sincerely enjoy the food in this amazing hidden location since Ive worked around the corner for a few years. The ladies at the front desk always treated me nicely but unfortunately today October 26 I had a sad experience. I went to pick up my order that I placed online and the guy serving named Kenneth S completely ignored but was aware of me. I was first in line and he went on to assist another gentleman behind me with an online order he had placed as well. The moment he acknowledged me he proceeded to ask if I had paid for my food and if it was placed online. He had not asked these questions to the previous gentleman who went ahead of me and didnt hesitate to give him his order. It was an unpleasant experience and honestly felt racially profiled. It sucked but i shall be lunching else where from now on and hope he learns to be a better clerk to others no matter who. Im not the type to write reviews but here I am. You can do better!
OMG. The food was absolutely incredible. The service was friendly and professional. Whenever I am on that side of town..this will be my go to place.
I ordered and had delivered with Uber eats. I wanted something heavy on protein and was so happy this popped up. I had the Keto bowl with steak and it was fantastic. Brussel sprouts, broccoli, steak, bacon, and avocado with a delicious sauce. Even delivered it was really great. I am here for a few more nights so tomorrow I will order again!

Came here for lunch. I found it weird that the small and large options are just a $2 difference. The food could have used some more seasoning, but overall it was good. They have a lot of different options available to choose from.
Fantastic, fresh food.....but I waited a bit too long. Yes I get it. Fresh food takes some time, But when things get hectic train the staff to acknowledge and get the kitchen staff in line.....Once that happens, five stars awaits!!!
Always a delicious choice. The beyond bun burger is fantastic. Could of told me it was a medium rare hamburger and Id of believed you. Lol. Def reccomend.

Healthy boy has vegan options. So far I had tried the Thai chicken wrap, mamas tuna melt, pow wow, and chicken quesadilla. Next time Im going to try either one of their pizzas or burgers. I recommend this place.

I had the Thai Chicken pizza with sweet potato fries. It was so good, I haven’t tried anything else. Service is fast and the food is fresh. Sucks they close so early (6pm).
Love this place. Order regularly. Salads, wraps, and acai bowls are delicious. Give it a chance, totally worth it! Need a bell on the door though to alert them of customers.
This place is delicious and healthy! My favorites are the turkey chop chop, steak salteado bowl and the pow wow wrap. The overnight oats are also a hit! Staff is friendly and food is reasonably priced.

SUPER DELICIOUS, hefty portions, extra fresh. I felt great after eating the turkey burger. The staff is very nice too.Things to improve: they could label their food better. I couldnt find beverages on the menu. Its also just a bit too pricey. Meals are 10-14, and the iced tea is over 4 dollars. You can argue that its worth it tho since the food is that good!
This place was decent until I ordered again.This place gave me food poisoning, it was the only thing i ate that day had to go to ER in the morning. next following day was my grandfathers funeral.Thanks Healthy boy grill how ironic.Please read this before you decide to come to this garbage store =)

Will definitely come back! Ordered the grilled steak keto bowl, and it was delicious, great flavors! There were many other good quality healthy food options I cant wait to try. I did not find the wait to be long (about 10 to 15 mins early weekday afternoon) and the place was clean, with a small seating area. The prices are reasonable, could easily be a few dollars less per main dish ( quality of ingredients are not stipulated to be organic, grass fed , free range etc.) Also, although not necessary, some nutrition info would be appreciated! Overall great place !
Quaint local business. Ordered lunch from here for the first time today - the Thai Chicken Wrap. Food was delicious, flavored well, hearty portion, and came with a small side salad. I followed the advice of other reviewers and ordered ahead - there were a few people waiting for their food when I stopped in. The girl at the register was polite and quick. They also included extra sauce for the wrap on the side, which was very nice! If youve ever been to Ripe in Forest Hills on Austin Street, its definitely comparable - and thats a good thing!
To-go order was missing the drink which was the main reason I ordered. Called back to hear sorry we don’t have delivery drivers. And only got a refund. Chicken salad had 5 small pieces of chicken with 90 percent leaves. Not ordering from them again.
Food tastes great and is cooked to order. I trust their promise of healthy ingredients as well. A huge variety of options to choose from as well.My recommendation to ownership/management is that if possible, it would be really great if you had the nutritional information of each dish available to customers. Since this restaurant is being touted as a healthy food option, Id imagine a lot of people who come in care about calorie count/protein/fat/sodium etc. I for one use one of those food tracking apps, and its hard to try and pick and guess based on the ingredients list to try to get an accurate representation. Another suggestion I have is to have a menu thats visible to customers waiting online other than just the paper brochure
I just got the POW Wow Wrap in a spinach wrap. I was expecting healthy food to be bland and tasteless, but I have to say this stuff is the shiznit. It actually tastes really good. Also the sautéed broccoli is good too.
I love this spot! They serve superb dishes, they have a nice menu, The cook in that place is a specialist, I like very much trying all their food. The food is consistently good, the attitude towards the clients is very good too. I go often to this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend this place.
This place and food is excellent! The food is fresh and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. They have a lot of diverse offerings that can suit any dietary need and at the same time taste good! You dont have to wait too long and you can either eat in or do takeout. Only downfall, its a bit pricey and theres no clear distinction of what foods are organic (if any) or not. The charcoal lemonade is innovative and super delicious. If youre into eating healthy or just great food, this place is definitely a must try!!
This place has an excellent range of choices that often changes or has seasonal updates. They offer healthy and flavorful meals that are well portioned. My one hesitation is that they tend to be in the higher end pricing wise. But you get a full meal and then some for the price. They have vegan and non vegan friendly options for all diets.
I hate to say anything negative about this place because I love the food and the staff are very nice BUT the prices....in my opinion it is way overpriced. I get the Pow Wow wrap for $15 something with tax. I wouldnt mind paying that if it were a big stuffed wrap. But there is barely any meat in there, its mostly arugula. The worst part is Im still hungry after eating it.I probably wont be coming back unless they increase their potions or if I win the lottery

This restaurant is my preferred one. I go to many restaurants but here I go the most. The team is very welcoming and the food they place on your table is so fresh and tasty. I would always prefer to have a decent meal in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.
Good food. Bit pricey and a long wait. I guess healthy food is always more expensive and the food is made to order. Dont expect to use their restrooms. They have an out of order sign, but a worker clearly came out of the restroom. For the money and wait time you are paying for, the least they could do is allow a paying customer to use their facilities. Whats the point of having a sitting area if you rather make it a pick up and go.
So far this is based on the 30++ minutes Ive been waiting for my order.((Update))I gave them an extra star bc the food was really good.The people are nice BUT even fresh food shouldnt take this long. Or they should tell me and i could have left and came back.And i had to wait even longer bc they forgot one of my orders.2 burgers and 2 acai bowls(a tad pricey, even for this area) over 50 dollars- for take out
Steak was a little on the dry side but other than that the entire meal was amazing. I got the fajita bowl with peppers and sweet potato over brown rice. It was delicious.
I started my diet recently and when I dont have time to cook this is always my first choice when choosing what to eat. Fresh ingredients fresh polutry. Even eating the larger size meals it is so light and delicious it doesnt feel like you are having a big meal its easy on the stomach too. I been there about 10 different times in the last two months and I cant wait to go again
Can I give this place zero or negative stars? Mess up orders EVERY SINGLE time even though it takes them hours to prep food. Last time they messed up my order I was told the manager will be calling you to make it right not a peep from anyone let alone the manager. Terrible service and overpriced for no reason. Save your time, money and energy and go next door to Nice N Natural, theyre a thousand times better. Never going back to this joke of an establishment again.
One of the hidden gems in Westbury, I work in the area and Healthy Boy is always a good lunch spot at a very reasonable price. It can take a while for your food, but if you call ahead they’re very good about having it done by the time you get there. Big fan of the Thai chicken wrap and Mexicano bowls, they give very good portions for everything. Staff is always super friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a healthier option in the sea of chain restaurants and fast food establishments you find on old country road.
I love Healthy Boy!!!! If only there were more healthy spots around and reasonably priced like Healthy Boy. The food is delicious and customer service so far has been fine with me. It is not fast food we should not expect fresh delicious food to be done within minutes. Open more spots please!
Great food but poor customer service. Today I went in to order food and the owners daughter was rude. Not only to me but watching her interact with employees was even more disturbing. I’ve been a retail mgr for over 10 years and she was rude, very dismissive, and not only cut me off while I was asking her questions, she was also cutting off the employee she was interacting with. I love the idea of this place. Very healthy and great concept, but when you have an establishment like this you really should watch who handles your business in your absence. Myself and my employees love coming there but it’s also about the service that is provided. There is a tall spanish gentleman that works there I believe he is one of the mgrs, he is great!

So hard to find take out and quick service options that are good for those who are both looking to eat healthy and support their athletic training. Even harder to find ones that have good quality ingredients and taste great. Really happy I found this place as a great alternative when I dont have a chance to cook my own healthy meals.
I went here for the first time today at lunch time. They should warn customers that your food could take almost 30 minutes to be ready. That is too long for a take out establishment. They need to hire more chefs in the kitchen and less staff at the registers. They are quick taking orders but cant fulfill the order on a timely basis. On a separate note a customer who knew one of the workers came into the restaurant without a shirt on. This was inappropriate and rather than tell the shirtless customer he needed to put a shirt on the cashier who knew him laughed and joked with him. I will not return.
Let me start by saying I wish I could leave negative stars on this review. First when we walked in the place had no customers, this should have told me to turn around. No one greeted us and we had to say excuse me to get someones attention. After politely asking for help we got a rude response of Just a minute. After the rude guy behind the counter finished up with his texting or whatever was more important on his phone he rudely stated Did you decide. he took our order and we waited over 40 minutes for it to be ready. At some point a women had came in and the same rude guy gave her an even bigger attitude. Come to find out thru our experience this women was the owner. No wonder the staff is rude to the customers if they speak to the owner in such a way. On top of everything the food was cold in the center. My friends food while hot had a huge piece of fat on the meat. Healthy? I think not! In ending this is not a place to go if you want friendly service or hot healthy food. They also could spend a little time cleaning as my table while dirty was cleaner then the bathroom which had trash on the floor and smelled as if it had not been cleaned ever. DO NOT EAT HERE FOLKS!!!!

I was recommended healthy boy grill by a friend from the gym i go to a couple of months ago and even though i am not a regular, when i get the chance to pass by I enjoy every visit. The other day i ordered some food and after waiting for a long long time I decided to walk out but one of the workers there was so polite and patient with me that I changed my mind and decided to give this place a chance. I do not remember the guys name but he has facial hair, light and he’s always smiling (if that helps) he made my healthy boy experience a good one there was and because of that i am taking some of my free time to give you guys a five star. There was also a girl. She took my order. I have a yellow ticket here that says Gabriela? and she was very polite and made sure to ask for my order over and over. This is my second time coming into healthy boy this month and these two are always there when i come visit and always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service!
Food is great. But it takes a very long time to get food.
I’m still in shock!Order something on uber eats with them and literally had a piece of metal of the size of my thumb inside my Acai bowl!It was a little bit too crunchy and luckily I noticed it and didn’t eat it otherwise I would be doing this review from the hospital!!
Today was my first time at Healthy boy grill and I was impressed. They have a decent menu with a variety of burgers, acai bowls, and wraps. They have really good healthy options!
The food is well flavored, green salsa is delicious and overall the cleanliness is top notch. My only disappointment is the time it takes to get your food. I understand it’s fresh and made to order, but so are 100 other restaurants in NYC that do the same thing. I would recommend looking at how Punta Cana Grill operates with their service and prompt timely waiting from ordering food, paying and delivering food on a table or in a customers hands. This is a big factor in the New York market. Operations needs to improved quickly or you may struggle to make it in this small plaza lack of parking plaza. Please do your homework, would hate to see you close!

Acai bowls are terrible. They are watery and they barely put fruit in it. There are better options in the area that are cheaper. Waited way too long for one bowl. Never going again.

The food selection is GREAT and one of a kind but the customer service isnt so great...solely because of that one young girl ...i think her name is caroline that is always giving customers an attitude ...BUT i gave this spot 3 stars because of the new genuinely nice worker thats there now....her hair is red and shes friendly and will help you with anything you need. if it wasnt for her i would be going back. Everytime i go there shes doing all the work while the other girl caroline is just sitting there on her phone. so more credit to the red hair girl.
Always get xtra egg whites with your order... nvr disappoints. Other than that, since covid ‘20, orders can take quite time so order your food early as possible

Literally drove all the way here for the place to not be open on a Sunday at 11:32 AM, mind you on google it’s says they are open until 6PM today. Something small like this you’ve lost a customer they will never come back. I swear idk why unqualified people go into business. Completely wasted my time and gas.
We ordered food from here for take out and the burgers were burnt and the food was cold . It also took them over an hour to deliver . They probably are better when you actually come and get your food instead of having it delivered . I don’t know but I am not sure if I will try them again it’s too expensive to have a burnt burger and deal with it .

30$ for 2 burgers they tasted like the burgers they gave us in middle school fake tasting and over seasoned couldn’t tell the bison from the beef instead of 3$ extra for sweet potato fries they should just come with it free of charge probably won’t be back

2021-01-16Absolutely delicious food for everyone. I ordered their vegan quesadilla with sweet potato fries. Let me tell you, these fries were nice and crispy ! Most places they’re a little soggy, but Healthy Boy really knows how to prepare them. My family loved the food and we will definitely be coming back here forever !

2022-03-17Had a great workout at the gym. Was told about this place so decided to try for lunch. Got the large Coco Chicken bowl and I swear they do not give you a large portion…it’s a small size just just in a large plastic bowl for you to keep and reuse ♻️. The amount of rice was so saddening. Like one scoop. The dish itself is moist because of the lime sauce added so I would think more rice would help making sure the dish does not become a soup. Flavorful yes but definitely a rip off for the price. Almost $20 bucks for a handful of soggy rice and some chicken. I was still so hungry. Won’t be returning !!! I also hate that the food is being prepped and overseen from those who do not even eat healthy themselves !

2021-02-11Had the Veggie Burger on whole wheat w/ side salad. The Burger reminded of a frozen Veggie Burger I buy at BJs. Dont get me wrong it was tasty and did come with tomato, lettuce and a small amount of grilled onions. The meal came with two sauces, the orange one had no taste. The second was a citrus which was favorful. Friendly service. Good for a healthy bite! This review is solely on one visit to this restaurant.$$$

2018-12-16Pictured is the keto friendly grilled avocado bowl-small. Simply delicious. Grilled chicken seasoned and grilled to perfection. Small bowl was plenty to eat in one sitting, in fact I had leftovers. Order ahead to cut down on the wait time, b/c the dishes are freshly made to order. I will definitely be back.

2020-01-15Just ate here for the first time today and it was excellent! Had the muscle boy bowl. Grilled chicken seasoned very nicely without the extra sodium, brown rice, black beans, and sweet potato squares. I added some avocados to top it off and it was definitely a fresh and healthy, clean lunch. Staff are nice and attentive. Ill definitely be back when Im in the area!
