My visit went smooth and easy. Everything was explained to me well so I could make the necessary decisions and the rest was taken of! Parking was easy and no long wait to see the provider. Couldn’t be happier!

Office staff was friendly and efficient, I was seen promptly at my appointment time, and Dr. Emily took the time to explain everything in detail. I was very impressed with the client care that I was overhearing for other patients in the waiting room as well.

Audiologists and receptionist are great and very friendly , courteous , quick and knowledgeable at the Camilus NY office. But……service on my set of Phonak hearing aids when they have to get get sent out ….which has been “routinely”….. has been horrible. Phonak needs to improve their service and workmanship like the Camilus office!!!!!!!

I had a problem with my 5 month old Oticon CROS hearing aids that I purchased from Hearing Life in South Carolina. Star, the administrative person at the Camillus Hearing LIfe office got me in quickly and it was determined that the hearing aids had to be sent back to Oticon. One week later when my hearing aids were ready from Oticon, my appointment with Dr. Emily was the best appointment I have had in my 16 years of owning hearing aids of many different vendors / technologies. She tested my hearing for an updated profile and recommended adjustments to the settings I had to improve the Oticon CROS capability. Dr Emilys attention and knowledge of the Oticon technology was outstanding. She thoroughly explained everything she did and why in clear unambiguous terms.I highly recommend Dr. Emily. Her depth of knowledge in hearing loss and how to apply the right technology for treatment of hearing loss gives me comfort that I have never had since having profound hearing loss. Many thanks to Star and Dr. Emily for your outstanding care.

HearingLife audiologist at Camillus NY is an expert at providing personal and professional care. Each time I have visited with Katrina, I have been impressed by her ability to connect with her clients needs and respond in a way that makes that person feel most comfortable. In addition, she was able to fit me with the hearing aid that most appropriately fill my need and answer all my concerns as well.

As I was diving off the high diving board I realized that on my 5th of wearing my first pair of hearing aids maybe I should of taken them off. Well what the heck you only live once.Before I hit the water I woke up.So far all is well.

Though they are helpful, friendly, and considerate, they seem more interested in selling their hearing aid products than anything else. They also badger you to come in for free exams and other services to only to try and get you to upgrade your hearing aid to the latest one. We are not very pleased with them since Oviatt took over Westside.

I went in for the free exam. $60.00 later I ended up with the more complete exam. I was told I would get a copy of the exam results. Months later I called and was told they would send it. They did not. Then they called for a special they were doing. I agreed to go IF I received my results report. They told me they would send it in the mail. All I received was a confirming letter and more promotions..Then when she confirmed the appointment I informed her AGAIN that I still had not received the report that she said she sent.I agree with the other reviewer, they are more interested in selling product than customer service. My concern is if the pre-sale service is so poor what happens when you have spent $1000s with them?
