Fran is an expert audiologist and Hear RX is a terrific place for all your hearing needs. I have utilized their services for over 9 years and have been extremely satisfied with their customer service. When you call their is availability within the same day to deal with any issues. I highly recommend both Fran and Hear Rx.

The overall experience at Hear USA was very pleasing. All staff members were courteous and pleasant to deal with. The audiologist was knowledgeable and thorough. Presentation of all information was well executed and hearing aide quality is impressive.

I visit here for my mother’s hearing aid, First time I was not sure but when I went Dr took her time to find how much Ins will cover & which is the best within Ins. She didn’t try to rip me off vs other place . Service is very good . so far we had good experience. Only one thing it’s not easy to get appointment .

The staff is wonderful. They keep you updated on active orders and are always happy to help. I received my replacement hearing aids and they are fantastic. I highly recommend Hear USA.
