Surprisingly good bacon egg and cheese! The bagels were soft, the price was fair and every one working seemed polite. I didnt expect much from looking at that place, or even after walking in. But dont judge a book from its cover - the bagels were good!
Used to be good. Customer service has continued to decline in the last several years. I attentive staff. Orders filled incorrectly. No sneeze guard covering too shelf. Dirty unmaintained place. My next email is to the board of health. As I will not spend any more of my money and the staff should replaced with people who can serve customers the right way. Stop Hiring millennials who don’t care about anything but themselves. The bagels have gotten smaller as the serviced has gotten worse. If the owners don’t care anymore just sell the place.
Fresh made bagels on premises. There is also grill service. Parking not a problem in this strip mall. Its a popular local source so be prepared for a few minutes of a line, but bagels are constantly coming from oven to counter. They also have croissants and a variety of cream cheeses; they close at 2pm daily. Cash only.
I agree with most of the negative reviews about the staff that works here. They always look miserable and consequently they are unfriendly. The bagels are just okay. Unfortunately, they are the only show in town. Its worth driving the extra miles to go to Bagel Town in Levittown where the bagels are better and youre treated with respect as a customer.
Best bagel shop on Long Island, not even close. Been going here since i was a kid & they have some of the best bagels I have ever eaten, but its their bacon & egg sandwiches that puts them above everyone else. It is a very small store that gets very packed on the weekends, but its only because their that good. Talk to anyone from Hicksville & theyll tell you the same thing about Heavenly Bagels.

This rating is for customer service. Ive been to busier bagel shops on busy Saturday mornings that were more efficient. The employees are not at fault and I see they work very hard. Management - please provide more training on timing and task management.
Best bagel place I’ve ever been to. The line is usually crazy crazy in the mornings, especially on the weekends, but it’s worth the wait! I always get the exact same thing — a bacon and egg on a plain toasted bagel. And it’s cheappppp as well, especially compared to bagel prices in New York City.
Amazing!!! I was new to this whole NY bagel thing.... so we found this little gem on our way home from the gym and boy was it time to carb up!!! We arrived around 1050am, which was fine for me because the bagel I would ask for had a ton left... however, that wasnt the case for the rest. If you want a wide selection- go earlier! They sell out FAST!So after looking at the menu I went with the Special #1 -A bagel with egg and cheese that comes with a coffee (very good coffee) and OJ all for $3.65!!!!I added boars head Turkey as well as their homemade lox spread and changed the egg to an egg white. I got all this on their Everything bagel. OH MY GOOOOODNESS , it was amazing! I truly think, the best bagel combo I have ever had.The freshness, flavors, etc of everything was so savory! The price was unbelievable and the girls working behind the counter were so sweet and helpful!If I am ever in the area again, I WILL definitely be coming back!!!Thanks Heavenly Bagel for showing this FL girl how bagels are suppose to be done! :)
Excellent bagels and baked goods. Friendly staff. Almost always bit of a line (which tells you its good) but it moves quickly. Cash only shop, so remember to hit the ATM at the bank next door.
This place is chaos. Loooong wait, and pray you walk out with the right order. I mean, how hard is it to work out a numbering system? You cant get too annoyed though because it is mostly kids working, and they are trying their best
Service is slow as molasses. Ordered an egg sandwich, waited 15 minutes and left without said sandwich.As a manager if you know weekends are busy, maybe you hire an experienced person for the grill . The current young Grill girl cooks about two eggs at a time.
There are plenty of great bagels in the area but this is the best local spot in my opinion. The quality has stayed consistent through the years.

I came here yesterday on my way to church and WOW--these bagels are sooo good!Bagelsmith on Bedford Ave is a small bagel shop and it was packed but the line moved quickly and the employees were very efficient with getting the orders, making the food and getting to to the customers.Its really convenient to get to--its right off of the Bedford Ave. stop on the L train.I got a toasted Pumpernickel Everything bagel with Scallion Tofu Cream Cheese. The bagel was nice and chewy and had a lot of flavor. The Scallion Tofu Cream Cheese was so amazing that it had be questioning if it was really made out of tofu! This is easily one of the best bagels that I have had. They give a good amount of cream cheese and they toast the bagel just right. The bagels are moist and delicious! They have a lot of vegan options for spreads and sandwich toppings.Also, the price isnt so bad for Williamsburg. My bagel came up to 4 bucks. I will definitely be coming back here to try their different menu items!P.s. I LOVE that they dont have a credit card minimum (thats very hard to find in NYC).
Quality is A1 I have been coming here longtime but staff needs to be more trained better to handle customers I was jumped on the line and people behind me were asked and no one asked if I was being helped .after placing a simple order for a bagel and cream cheese I noticed that they toasted the bagel and left it alone for a good 20 min and started taking more orders i feel thats gross incompetence and staff ( looks like mostly high school students doing part time )needs to be trained or replaced ..management please do something
The bagels and sandwiches are excellent. However the service is terrible. Slow and inattentive. Especially on the weekends. Its like the children are running the show and the adults arent home.
Bagels are pretty good. They go a little overboard with the cream cheese. Weekend lines are crazy long. If you are in a rush on Saturday or Sunday, dont bother. Cash only.
Terrible staff, ordered 2 simple bagels when it wasn’t busy. Started filling orders for customers after us, waited 30 mins and asked where our order was and they had no idea.
Best bagels in Hicksville. A must stop every time I come home to visit! Just remember to bring cash because they do not accept cards.
This place used to be good, this is what they’ve become, cheese wasn’t even melted. Yesterday my coffee was cold and tasted like it’s been sitting on the burner for hours. This is the last time I spend my money there. Go somewhere else!

2022-05-27The bagels are good so are their cream cheeses. The girls are awesome. My biggest complain is the lady behind the grill. She really needs a lesson on how to cook eggs. She is too busy, talking, looking at her cell phone and focusing on other things except for the eggs on the grill. Each and every time I have ordered scrambled eggs not over cooked, this is what I get. Today it happened again, saw her doing everything else except for focusing on the order of the eggs. I paid for extra scrambled eggs on the side as I opened my sandwich in front of the girls and showed them how the eggs were overcooked. I come home and the second order was almost the same. Please teach her how to make eggs, that is the reason for the reduced stars in my review. She never gets the eggs order correct, never. The only time my eggs were correct is when one of the young girls made them.

2022-07-09Why is so hard to get exactly what is ordered. I said blt 2 eggs and nothing else on the sandwich. I open it and it has melted cheese.It has become necessary to check every order before I leave.Its not just one store. The quality of service is very poor for takeout food establishments.

2021-12-01Bagels are very good the variety isnt too good I think they should get on board with starting to make some whole wheat bagels like the rest of the bagel places. Also is disappointed this Sunday when I want that and I asked for an egg bagel and it was almost 11:00 a.m. and they said they werent making anymore never heard of a bagel place stop making bagels just before 11:00 the staff is pretty friendly I just feel bad they dont have no organization there. Been going here for years I go there because its a convenience and the bagels are good.

2022-03-06They closed before 2: 00pm on a Sunday. Thats BS. Sunday is bagels with your family day. And they ruined that for us. They dont even have pumpernickel, SLACKERS!!!! its just not the place to be, mainly because theyre closed early on a Sunday.

2022-01-12Horrible spot for hot breakfast sandwich. I ordered a Bacon and Egg on a roll salt & pepper. The other person the same but with cheese. To start they gave 1 egg fried and a ton of beacon the other sandwich the same and the cheese hadnt melted, then it had a ton of salt and pepper. Bad, bad 👎

2020-02-08Enjoyed my light baked poppy with cream cheese......They do not skimp on the cream cheese. Id def prefer more then not enough but this was like can i have some bagel with my cream cheese lol.
